About the Role: Are you a graphics programmer with a passion for optimizing high-performance systems? Do you have experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions, and are you eager to further hone your skills in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphics Programmer to join our High-Performance Computing (HPC) team. This role focuses on developing advanced shaders and implementing cutting-edge memory optimization techniques to enhance the performance of our computational platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize shaders for high-performance computing applications.
Design and implement memory optimization techniques for GPU architectures.
Collaborate with the HPC team to integrate graphics programming techniques that enhance system performance.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of graphics-related code to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in graphics programming, CUDA development, and GPU architectures.
Document and maintain code effectively, ensuring scalability and maintainability.



Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphics programming.
Profound knowledge and professional experience with CUDA and GPU architectures.
Demonstrated experience in writing and optimizing shaders.
Strong understanding of memory optimization techniques in a high-performance computing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.



Preferred Skills:
Experience with parallel computing and distributed systems.
Familiarity with performance analysis tools in a GPU computing context.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the graphics programming community.

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, hybrid FPGA Developer to join our team in Lund, with the flexibility for some remote work. As an FPGA Developer at Inceptron, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying FPGA-based solutions tailored for AI-driven computer vision applications. Your responsibilities will include coding, debugging, and refining FPGA designs to enhance system performance and efficiency, while collaborating closely with our dedicated software and hardware teams.
Qualifications
PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on FPGA and hardware/software development.
Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in FPGA design and development.
Proficiency in hardware description languages, including VHDL, Verilog, or preferably Chisel.
Familiarity with FPGA design tools, simulation methodologies, and best practices.
A solid understanding of computer vision algorithms and AI frameworks.
Previous experience with FPGA debugging, performance optimization, and especially tape-out processes is highly desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical details coherently.
