About the position
You will be part of Diaverum’s IT Operations team, which is responsible for providing standardized IT services and solutions for the entire Diaverum group, including network and infrastructure, computers and servers, security solutions, global IT support, and a collaboration and productivity platform based on M365.
Our users are healthcare professionals and renal patients in Diaverum clinics around the world, as well as other staff at our country and corporate headquarters. Our goal is to provide our users with the best possible infrastructure and services, and thereby provide a good foundation for the company's digital transformation.
In the role as IT Specialist, M365 and Active Directory, you will provide knowledge and expertise within M365, as well as working hands on with the implementation, administration, optimization and quality assurance of our M365 and Teams environment. You will also ensure that our M365 environment is in compliance with the company’s security and data protection policies.
Within identity and access management, you will ensure secure access to our IT environment through, among other things, a well-functioning Active Directory. Duties include managing our AD's functionality and structure to optimize security and usability. You will have an important role in increasing the competence, understanding and awareness of end users regarding data security.
You will play a key role in developing and continuously improving our M365 environment and identity and access management of our entire IT environment.

Who are you?
To thrive and be successful in the role, we believe that you have a strong IT background and at least a few years of experience from a similar role.
As part of this, you probably have experience from working with:
M365 and Azure AD administration (in a hybrid environment)
Active Directory services and design
Teams implementation and administration
Experience with M365 Endpoint Management, Security & Compliance

If you also have experience from planning, administration, and implementation of Intune in an SCCM/Azure environment, VMware or PowerShell, this is a plus. What you would do as a Firmware Engineer in the team?
The scope of the overall team currently covers smart locking points, alarm systems, surveillance/video solutions, and in-home services. It involves product, and service development, operations, maintenance and third-line support.
You will work in a small team of experts, who will value your input, and you will be providing the investigations underpinning strategic choice with regards to key components, silicon and architecture suggestions related to the projects that you are involved in. This involves being hands-on, coding, prototyping etc.
The successful candidate will be involved in working through the requirement specification, performing due diligence with regards to suitable suppliers, components, performance KPI’s etc, and recommending direction. The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree slanted toward one, or several, relevant engineering disciplines.
Has significant relevant work experience, a majority of time spent on embedded platforms and local systems architecture. If you have experience of working with consumer electronics, this is highly valued.
Has general knowledge of all aspects of system engineering.
Has experience from working with low power embedded systems, optimizing boot time or methods of putting systems in stand-by.
Has hands on experience and familiarity of the domain of video products, general and future trends, codecs, various levels, and methods of video (and audio) analysis etc.
Has experience from working with IoT security, and comfortable with authentication principles, encryption concepts, cryptographical methods
Has working knowledge of the current, or even next generation capabilities of chipsets, and able to establish capabilities versus cost
Has basic knowledge of concepts such as computer vision, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and is able to understand necessary computational power relative different applications and performance levels.
Has experience from working with communication protocols (e.g. Zigbee, BLE, Z-Wave, WiFi, and GSM/LTE)
Has experience working with low level Linux based devices like Kernel drivers
Knows how to use an oscilloscope
Basic understanding of electronic schematics

Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries.

In this role you will Support the Clinical Operations Department and work closely with our Clinical Trial Managers in the day-to-day work for planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials. You will also support outsourcing and contracting activities within the assigned projects. Your essential tasks will be to:
Assist CTM in Sponsor study planning and study oversight activities, e.g., development of study documents, updating, review and monitoring of clinical trial systems such as CTMS, eTMF and EDC, monitoring of CRO compliance with study specific plans, review of monitoring visit reports etc.
Participate and contribute as appropriate in clinical cross-functional meetings led by CTM and project calls led by CRO PM

Ensure to attend and receive ongoing training to relevant clinical and quality regulations and guidelines

You will also assist the Director of Clinical Operations in activities as needed.

An academic degree in life science (molecular biology, biological, chemistry or similar) or other relevant area
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in life sciences, either within Pharma/Medical Device, CRO companies or academia, preferably within clinical research, quality assurance or regulatory affairs

The Role
As Laboratory Engineer, you will be part of Alligator’s Discovery department where Scientists, Research and Laboratory engineers collaborate closely to fulfill project goals. The department focuses on the development of novel antibody based immuno-oncology drugs for treatment of solid tumors. The Discovery department consists of 12 members from different backgrounds within immunology, tumor biology, molecular biology and antibody engineering. The work may involve engineering of monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, and screening and testing of leads to ensure optimal generation of candidate drugs. In addition, the work may also involve development of in vitro/ex vivo assays using cell lines, immune primary cells and tumor derived material as well application of such assays to screen and characterize the generated antibodies. The projects are currently both internal projects in preclinical phase and early research projects performed in collaboration with other companies. It is fast paced, collaborative, dynamic environment that requires a flexible and curious mindset and teamwork.
Your essential tasks will be:
To be part of research projects and perform various assays. Daily tasks may include analyses with immunoassays, ELISA, cell culturing work, performing functional in vitro assay, protein production and quality analyses, molecular biology work such as PCR, cloning and transfections.
Planning of own laboratory activities within projects.
Analyzing, interpreting, compiling, documentation and reporting on own research results



Requirements
To be successful in this role it is essential to have laboratory experience and knowledge on immunoassays and sterile techniques for handling cell cultures.
The ideal candidate has:
1) A bachelor’s or master’s degree in molecular biology, biomedicine, biochemistry or similar preferably combined with hands on laboratory experience
2) Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
ELISA or other binding assays
Multi-color flow cytometry
Molecular biology such as PCR, cloning techniques and DNA preparation
Cultivation and handling of microbial and/or mammalian cells
In vitro assay development using either cell lines or primary cells
Protein expression, affinity purification and protein analysis

In addition, we expect the ideal candidate to be:

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and evolving the framework, API’s, databases and performance of our backend, cloud-based servers. Experience of working with consumer electronics is valued highly.
Experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries is ideal.

Technical skills include:
General knowledge of all aspects of system engineering.
