The responsibilities can be: - recruiting and staffing logistics - performance management and improvement tracking systems - employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping - assisting with employee relations - company-wide committee facilitation and participation - company employee communication; - compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping; - employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and - employee services; - maintaining employee files and the HR filing system; - assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.General info:As an HR Resourcing Administrator at our client you will work on a assignment where every day is full of human interactions, service and administrative work. You will be part of their highly skilled and professional Resourcing team.The Resourcing Administrator is a key player in all recruitment processes and is the true expert in delivering planning and administration of recruitments. In this role you will support and collaborate closely with your recruiters giving service and administrative support from beginning to end and be the first point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates. You will also work closely with other HR colleagues as well as other support functions.What you will do:Posting of job ads on different job portals and boardsScheduling and planning of interviews and handling of all kind of contacts and correspondence with candidates as well as hiring managersSupport and administration related to candidate assessments as well as background checksAdministration of contracts and initiation of onboarding activities for hired candidatesAdministrate and act on incoming errands related to internal moves/changes outside of the recruitment processActively represent and promote the clientThis position will be located in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
