? Customer Success: Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new users, ensuring optimal utilisation of our software.

Your Profile
???? Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in science, engineering, or healthcare with a passion for medical technology.
???? Strong interest in technical sales, applications, or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in sales of medical software or sales for healthcare is preferred.
???? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
???? Fluent in English (proficiency in Swedish and other languages is a plus).
???? A willingness to travel a handful of times a year to engage with customers and grow our international presence.

The company Medviso AB and the academic research group Lund Cardiac MR Group at Lund University are closely collaborating on the future of medical imaging. We are together looking for a new team member to our multi-disciplinary team to develop new tools to facilitate research on large patient groups and to explore new approaches for medical image analysis, including deep learning. Our vision is to maximize the synergy between research and clinical routine to push the frontline of medical image analysis software, especially for cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR).
The skills and traits we are looking for:
- Strong background in programming
- Strong background in Matlab programming
- Fluent communication in English (written and oral)
- Focus on the needs of the users
- You enjoy working in a team
Favorable experience and skill sets:
- Experience from healthcare / medicine / image analysis, such as DICOM images
- Experience with different programming languages, such as C/C++, javascript or .Net
- Experience with databases
Your task will be to develop a robust pipeline to handle and automatically load CMR examinations into a well-defined format for further analysis by researchers and clinicians at the department. The software is widely used in both research and clinical routine throughout the world. This gives you the opportunity to work with the whole spectrum of technical development, from exploring new approaches to taking methods all the way to approved clinical tools.
Who we are
Medviso is a Swedish medical technology company founded in Lund 2007, with a mission to empower healthcare by developing evidence-based technical solutions in the research forefront and bringing them into clinical routine. We provide clinical software solutions that hold both CE-mark and FDA clearance, and research software used worldwide, generating 50-100 scientific publications per year. The software development started as part of the Lund Cardiac MR group and the collaboration has continued through the years with shared office space.
The Lund Cardiac MR group is a research group with the focus to use and develop new tools for CMR to explore and understand cardiovascular physiology and pathophysiology. The group consists of about 40 researchers and is one of the world’s leading groups in several research lines such as cardiac pumping mechanics, perfusion and tissue mapping, blood flow measurements, and fetal cardiac imaging.
The collaboration between Medviso and the Lund Cardiac MR group means that you will be part of a team consisting of software developers, leading academic researchers in the field, and medical expertise from the clinic, giving you a unique possibility to develop your skills.

Your responsibilities:
- You will have an important role in our software development team and be part of the whole development process; from adopting new features and continuously improving our software products, to integrating user feedback and putting together new software solutions.
- You will be part of the software support team and communicate with users.
- You will explore new approaches for medical image analysis, including artificial intelligence and 3D modelling


The skills you need to have:
- Good knowledge of programming in Matlab
- Fluent communication in English
