The IT Product Owner (ITPO) - Network plays a key strategic role within the Infrastructure & IT Operations department, leading the evolution of both current and future network infrastructure within the defined technology area. The role is central to shaping long-term network strategies that support Axis' business objectives and create sustainable competitive advantage. In close collaboration with stakeholders across Axis business, Infrastructure & IT Operations and Information Systems, the ITPO will drive the development of aligned, forward-looking network strategies.

High level description of the role
The ITPO is responsible for translating Axis business needs into clear, actionable, and long-term network strategies. By staying at the forefront of technological innovation, the role identifies opportunities where network technologies can deliver tangible value to Axis' core business.

The ITPO should be able to break down the strategic plans to tactical plans which could be executed within the organization and drive change within the department and within Axis. The ITPO take lead and coordinate the technical strategies within a Technology Area and lead and drive discussions with Axis stakeholders. In addition, the ITPO has ownership of risk management and mitigation within the network domain, ensuring continuous alignment with security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

The ITPO should understand dependencies and touch points to other technologies within Axis environment and be able to build end-to-end solutions across Axis technical platforms and infrastructure. Part of the responsibility is to understand the financial structures related to the Tech Area, i.e. cost of ownership and forecast. The ASIC verification team ensures that the ARTPEC chips are working correctly, before they materialize into an actual chip. To do this, we use simulation as well as formal methods. Verifying complex chip designs requires the use of specialized and advanced techniques.

The team is relatively small (20+), and you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks and hardware modules. As we work with agile methods, you will be part of a group that collaborates closely to meet our goals.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced/senior engineer with a few years of genuine experience in ASIC verification and a talent for programming. We assume that your main focus has been Coverage-driven Constrained Random Verification using SystemVerilog and UVM, on module and/or sub-system levels. You also have a genuine interest in programming, e.g. Python. We regularly implement and maintain efficient software tools that are essential for our verification process.

What you'll do here as ASIC Verification Engineer?
We emphasize continuous knowledge/experience growth for each team member and the team as a whole. Part of this requires continuously following new developments in ASIC verification since this field continues to develop rapidly. Work tasks may therefore include investigating new verification technologies or evaluating new tools. There are also opportunities to write papers and present at international conferences.

Our verification environments are quite elaborate, so developing and maintaining them requires a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. In particular, we make extensive use of object-oriented frameworks. Debugging and identifying potential problems in the hardware design is also a fundamental part of the job.

As a Full Stack Developer in our Release Tools team, you will:



· Take full DevOps responsibility for the tools and services within the release pipeline.

The AXIS OS System is responsible for user-space Linux platform system functionality and Linux platform SW architecture. The AXIS OS System consists of three smaller teams: "OS Architects" team, "Linux framework and Events" team and "Runtime" team. Our current focus areas include optimizing system resource usage, provide API:s for scaling product and feature configurations, integrating new frameworks, and handling runtime optimizations for installable components.

We primarily use C and Rust, with room for exploration of other languages, such as Nim, and utility script languages such as Python and Shell where needed. This position expects at least five year of profound SW development experience, preferably within the Embedded Linux domain.

We are looking for an experienced/senior engineer with a few years of genuine experience in ASIC verification and a talent for programming. We assume that your main focus has been Coverage-driven Constrained Random Verification using SystemVerilog and UVM, on module and/or sub-system levels. Our verification environments are quite elaborate, so developing and maintaining them requires a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. Technology
