In this position, you will lead the design and integration of our core supply chain processes - e.g., Forecast-to-plan, Order-to-Deliver, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce - ensuring that the business perspective and end-to-end design are anchored in all major program decisions.

You will guide process leads, aligning functions, and securing a coherent operational and end-to-end design throughout the program and coming years. Joining early in the program gives you a unique opportunity to influence direction and build the team from start.

Operations is the part of Axis' organization that is responsible for the supply and distribution of our products. We are also the link between Axis R&D and our global market, working with industrialization of new products. We define our end-to-end supply chain as "n" tier supplier all the way to our end customers.

In this role you are part of our Operations Development organization. We are divided into four areas of responsibility: Analytics and BI, Cross functional projects & system, Innovation and Digital transformation. You will work closely with many of our colleagues in Operations Development, but especially with Business Product Owners for our ERP system and other surrounding systems, and our Business Solution Architects. As for all colleagues in Operations Development, you will as well work closely and collaborate daily with functional teams and our IT organization.

You will report to the Director of Operations Development and Digitalization.

Key responsibilities as Supply Chain Transformation Lead, ERP program:

* Lead the end-to-end supply chain design workstream within the ERP program.
* Accountable for final sign-off of the end-to-end supply chain process design in the ERP program, based on signoffs from and in close collaboration with respective process leads.
* Lead, coordinate and support process leads and subject matter experts from Operations.
* Ensure that decisions and progress are aligned across processes, functions and steering groups.

You have experience and a proven track record of initiating, executing, and completing end-to-end supply chain transformations in a global company. You have successfully done this in the context of process, people and technology - thus you have solid experience from the intersection between supply chain and technology.

What will you do?

You will be embedded within a highly experienced agile scrum team. High level description of the role
The ITPO is responsible for translating Axis business needs into clear, actionable, and long-term network strategies. By staying at the forefront of technological innovation, the role identifies opportunities where network technologies can deliver tangible value to Axis' core business.

The ITPO should be able to break down the strategic plans to tactical plans which could be executed within the organization and drive change within the department and within Axis. The ITPO take lead and coordinate the technical strategies within a Technology Area and lead and drive discussions with Axis stakeholders. In addition, the ITPO has ownership of risk management and mitigation within the network domain, ensuring continuous alignment with security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded team player with strong experience in software integrations and business solution development. This is a role that combines pre-sales engineering, solution design and business development. The ASIC Verification Team
Our team is responsible for pre-silicon verification of the in-house developed hardware IPs and subsystems. We take pride in delivering top-quality work using the latest verification techniques. Axis has a long history of developing integrated circuits for our products. The series of ARTPEC chips is a cornerstone in most Axis products, as discussed here: Axis System-On-Chip, and ARTPEC-9. The ASIC verification team ensures that the ARTPEC chips are working correctly, before they materialize into an actual chip. To do this, we use simulation as well as formal methods. Verifying complex chip designs requires the use of specialized and advanced techniques.

The team is relatively small (20+), and you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks and hardware modules. As we work with agile methods, you will be part of a group that collaborates closely to meet our goals.

Who are you?
We are mainly looking for an experienced engineer with a few years of experience in ASIC verification and a talent for programming. We assume that your main focus has been Coverage-driven Constrained Random Verification using SystemVerilog and UVM, on module and/or sub-system levels.

However, if you have newly graduated with a relevant university degree, feel free to apply.

You should have an interest in programming, e.g. Python. We regularly implement and maintain efficient software tools that are essential for our verification process.

Your role

Our verification environments are quite advanced. Developing and maintaining them requires a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. In particular, we make extensive use of object-oriented frameworks. Debugging and identifying potential problems in the hardware design is also a fundamental part of the job.

Our in-house developed hardware often implements functions such as image processing, graphical transforms, and computer vision. As a verification engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge related to such algorithms.

Who is your future team?
The Digital Communications & Translations team is a part of the Sales and Marketing systems team, sorting under the Information Systems department. The overall mission for the team is to support different stakeholders throughout the organization in reaching out with their content in Axis' digital platforms, by making sure that they use the systems in an optimal way, and keep the content quality according to the Axis brand. What you'll do here as Marketing Systems Specialist?
As Marketing systems specialist you will work in close cooperation with different teams within Corporate Marketing and the IT development team. You will be supporting marketeers globally and regionally in their work with marketing automation in Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. You will be responsible for the set up and follow-up of templates and perform quality audits to ensure that the content is according to the Axis brand. You will set up online forms and synchronize with other teams to make sure the data setup is working correctly. You will also support users in our Learning Management System (LMS), and marketeers working with content in the CMS for our Partner platform and our corporate websites.


You will receive assignments through our Helpdesk system ServiceNow from the organization regarding different topics related to the usage of our different sales and marketing systems. You will keep track of status and deadlines and support the organization on how to solve their needs. You will also be an important stakeholder in diverse projects developing new solutions in the platforms.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
To succeed in this position you are used to working with a large variety of stakeholders in a global company. You are able to steer your way in a situation where a lot is going through a change. What you'll do here as an electronics engineer:
Most important: You are part of a team of engineers developing Axis products! The typical time for a project is one to two years. Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the electronic design of your product. This involves requirements analysis, concept development, analog and digital circuit design, component selection, schematic capture (using Xpedition), PCB layout supervision, prototype verification and troubleshooting (including soldering and hands-on lab work), organizing certifications and production support. Key responsibilities as Supply Chain Transformation Lead, ERP program:

* Lead the end-to-end supply chain design workstream within the ERP program.
* Accountable for final sign-off of the end-to-end supply chain process design in the ERP program, based on signoffs from and in close collaboration with respective process leads.
* Lead, coordinate and support process leads and subject matter experts from Operations.

We are now looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join the Electronics team within the Production Systems Hardware group in Lund.

Who Is your future team?
In the production system hardware group we develop the hardware for new unique Axis production machines from concept to verified product. By each new generation of Axis network cameras new challenges occurs for our production systems. For example more advance optics and audio as well as new features such as radar and thermal technologies that are built into the cameras.

The Electronics team contains of four dedicated electronics engineers specialized in developing electronics and electrical systems for production systems.

What you will do here as an Electronics Engineer
You will actively be involved in development projects with a focus on simplicity, scalability, repeatability, and quality for optimal production setup. You will be part of cross functional project teams with other competence categories like software and mechanics. You will develop the electrical design and you will verify and validate the solution. Additionally, you will collaborate and have a close communication with Axis R&D department, suppliers, and our contracts manufacturers.

The role includes:

* Electrical design of machines, including design of Electric cabinets and cable harness design.
* Selection of component such as motors, relays, sensors and pneumatic parts
* Building and ordering prototypes for evaluation purposes
* Soldering and other practical work tasks on our prototypes
* The role may include travelling, mainly to our contract manufacturers, for approximately 10-20 days a year.

Who are we looking for?

You have solid experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on manual and exploratory testing. You are comfortable performing system- and integration-level testing in complex environments and have a system-oriented mindset, able to understand both the technical details and the big picture.

You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, and you take a customer-centric approach, ensuring products work reliably in real-world scenarios. You are also familiar with automation and scripting tools and continuously look for ways to improve testing processes.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Additional experience that will strengthen your application: you have experience with embedded systems or IoT devices, performance and load testing, mentoring or supporting junior test engineers, experience with Python, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
