Who is your future team?
We are a small, close-knit team of Signal/Power Integrity Engineers and it is time for us to have another colleague. We are working closely together with the Asic Design team, Asic Supplier and PCB Cad Engineers within the projects to make the design compliant towards specification with inputs from the simulation.

What will you do as a Signal/ Power Integrity Engineer
In this team you will take an active role to perform simulation on high-speed interfaces and power rails in Reference hardware designs and platforms for our future products.

Here are some of the tasks that will include in your role:

* Perform signal or power integrity analysis and verification of the high-speed interfaces.
* Provide model extraction and time domain simulation for PCB and package together with models for the driver/receiver.
* Optimize PCB and package design for high-speed signals and critical power rails through design review and simulation.
* Perform and review measurements to establish correlation with modeling and simulation.

What will you do as a Sales & Operations Execution Lead?
The S&OE; lead is overall responsible for the success of the S&OE; process. The Sales & Operations Execution Process is all about how to facilitate a business process, creating pre-requisites for business decisions, in and across multi-functions. The Sales & Operations Execution Process is a weekly multistep process safeguarding the S&OP; process by identifying and acting upon exceptions and disturbances to rebalance demand and supply with minimal disruptions. The S&OE; lead role facilitates the work across multi functions involved in the S&OE; process.

In the first stage, the focus will be to define and set up how to work in the newly created process and the focus is to balance demand and supply.

Your responsibilities will include:

* To be the main contact for S&OE; related questions. Specifically, the S&OE; Lead prepares and facilitates the S&OE; meetings. This includes to identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks as well as highlight risks and opportunities.
* To be the coordinator of activities across and in multi functions to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment as well as managing inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
* To be responsible for explaining the risks and as well as the upsides with the different scenarios to be presented in the meetings. This lead role also ensure that the input needed for the S&OE; meetings are available.
* The S&OE; Lead make sure that all information is presented, decisions are made and there is execution plans decided on with clear owners and completion dates. The role ensures the decisions from the meetings are communicated to relevant functions and is responsible to follow up on the actions.
* This role loop back the output from the S&OE; process to the S&OP; process.
* The S&OE; lead role should continuously seek input from stakeholders on how to improve the process and is responsible to onboard new co-workers into the process and share best practices.

The ASIC Design Team
We design hardware blocks used in Axis's integrated circuits as well as in some of our FPGA platforms. Our team takes pride in delivering top quality work using the latest techniques.

The team is a relatively small, but senior, team and you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of different tasks depending on your interest. As a member of this team you will have ample of opportunities to learn and grow in a creative environment.

What will you do?
Your team within ASIC Design, is responsible for development of Axis own developed ASICs, the ARTPEC, with hardware acceleration of essential functions in a surveillance camera. We design, develop and implement the hardware modules that are integrated in a circuit (ASIC), giving us the competitive edge in Axis technology leadership.

You will work in a skilled team with tasks such as planning, communication between sub-teams, ASIC and IP projects and vendors, specification, modelling, ASIC architectures for our subsystems, analysis (performance, area, power, quality), integration, scripting and user documentation. Our hardware blocks often implement functionality such as image processing, video compression and computer vision. The tasks and roles may differ through the project depending on your interest, project needs and experience, allowing for your personal development as well as the development of your team.

You will work with several personal interfaces, cooperating both internally and outside our team with people responsible for software, algorithms, vendors, electronics and products.

We place great emphasis on continuous improvement and work tasks may include investigating new methodologies, study circles and workshops to enhance your skills and spread knowledge or evaluating new tools. What you'll do here as a Mechanical Design Engineer
In the Production Hardware Development team you will design, develop, verify and deliver Axis unique production- and test fixtures. The work is performed in a cross functional environment to secure high quality in the volume production and testing.

The role includes:

* Design of high precision production equipment with a big variety, from sophisticated moving mechanics designs to fixed holders, optimized for simplicity, ergonomics and human interface. The design work is made in the 3d-CAD system Creo and the PDM system Windchill.
* Working with in-house cutting-edge 3D-print technologies for prototypes and additive manufacturing.
* Prototype and verify your designs.
* Actively being involved in R&D projects with a focus on simplicity, scalability, repeatability and quality for optimal production setup.
* Manage stakeholder, plan your work, communicate changes and risk in an open and transparent way.
* Gain knowledge and collaborate with the development team for Axis automated production equipment (e.g. equipment to align sensor and lens or verify alignment in production).
* Close collaboration with suppliers for fixture/equipment manufacturing as well as verifying the outcome before it will go to our production lines.

The role may include travelling, mainly to our contract manufacturers, for approximately 5-15 days a year.

Who are you?

As a UX Designer in New Business, you will be responsible for the user experience of our software products, solutions, and the interactive user interface of hardware products - everything from installation to everyday use and troubleshooting. The work is less cross-functional and more focused on electronics.

The End-to-End Solutions team has global product management responsibility for Axis End-to-End Solutions for Surveillance. End-to-End Solutions consists today of two teams, product management and product specialists. We are now expanding with a third team that will be focused on developing and sharing knowledge about our solutions with the rest of the Axis organization as well as externally.

Solution Management is globally responsible for the solution offering, sales support and professional services. This includes product, service and roadmap management for device capabilities, device management, software, analytics and end-to-end solutions. In addition, we offer the regions project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters. End-to-End Solutions is one out of five groups within Solution Management.



WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The team members in Solution Knowledge Management collaborate extensively with various stakeholders, including product managers, product specialists, R&D teams in Lund and Linköping. They also work closely with sales, support and sales engineers all over the world as well as interacts with channel partners and end customers.

The team is responsible for equipping Axis' sales organization with the necessary knowledge to succeed with End-to-End Surveillance Solutions. As experts in these solutions, team members have four key responsibilities:

Who is your future team?
You will be part of a team of Product Imaging Engineers working on the development of imaging systems for our cameras. The work is project-based, involving team members from various disciplines including software, image quality, mechanics, electronics, industrial design, production technology, and more. We have close cooperation across our departments, to work as efficiently as possible and develop the best products on the market.



What you'll do here as a Product Imaging Engineer?
As a Product Imaging Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional, product-oriented team, where you will help develop cameras from concept to mass production. You will explore and assess the image quality of the camera during the development process. There is significant freedom in the role, providing opportunities to independently find solutions to any issues that may arise. It is up to you to understand and decide how best to approach this through optimization of optics, image sensors, associated signal processing functions, or any other part of the camera and its software.

Your main tasks will include:

* Optimizing image quality in projects developing new camera products. Optimization involves exposure and focus algorithms, noise filtering, white balance, and color settings.
* Participating in lens and sensor selection as well as the design of mechanics and electronics to ensure the best possible conditions for the imaging system.
* Testing cameras under development in laboratory environments and common scenes, both indoors and outdoors.
* Collaborating with hardware and mechanical engineers to create prototypes for testing and fine-tuning image quality.
* Developing embedded software for our cameras.
* Developing and improving production tests and calibrations for the imaging system.
* Interacting with our suppliers.
* Innovating in the field of image quality.



Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a team player with a strong ability to work with others. We believe you have an inner drive and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

It is preferable if you have experience or education in one or more of the following areas:

* Programming in languages such as Python, shell, or C.
* Software development in a Linux environment.
* Knowledge of laser technology.
* Knowledge of optics, image sensors, IR filters, and IR diodes.
* Image Signal Processors (ISP) and algorithms.
* Interest in photography to assess whether an image/video is suitable for surveillance purposes and to determine the actions needed to improve quality based on the image material.
* Knowledge in control engineering.
* Advanced mathematics and statistics.

You will be working in our Access Control-team within Axis innovative business area New Business. The team consists of motivated and humble engineers who like to work together. We develop management software that configures, monitors, and control our smart access control systems. You have a master's degree in engineering within a relevant field and have previous work experience from backend/firmware software development.

Who is your future team?
You will work in the Production Hardware Development team which supports Axis hardware product projects with the design and timely delivery of high-quality product-unique equipment and fixtures. The team consists of 8 Mechanical Engineers and one Lab technician.



What you'll do here as a Lab Technician?
As a lab technician, you will support the Production & Test Engineering teams with a variety of practical and administrative duties e.g., order material for equipment, build fixtures and verify them, before you send them to our subcontractors.

Your duties will include:

Perform and document the results of stability tests for test equipment and test sequences according to given routines.

*

According to the drawing and/or documentation, build fixtures, cables and verify them before delivery

*

Daily planning of the work to be carried out in the lab

*

Responsible for keeping the lab in good order

*

Administer the purchasing for e.g. 3D materials, cables, electronic components, fixtures etc.

*

Administer deliveries of fixtures to our subcontractors





Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You have general technical knowledge, high school qualifications in a technical field, and a couple of years' experience in assembly of mechanics and electronic components.


To succeed in the role, you need:

Be able to read mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams

Have Windows Office experience

Have a good level of spoken and written English

*

It is considered an advantage if you have solder and 3D print experience.

What you'll do here as a Test Engineer for Axis Camera Station Pro?
The development and testing of Axis Camera Station Pro is divided into many agile teams including both developers and testers. The team testing role we will fill is for a backend team working mainly with infrastructure/database.

Some of the responsibilities are:
* Plan and execute the short term manual test needs together with the team
* Based on need, plan and host longer test sessions involving people from different teams
* Participate in release testing for the complete solution
* Set up and maintain good test environments for both automated and manual testing covering the team's needs
* Develop automated tests for the technical area
* Participate in improvement work in, for example, working methods, test strategy, automation and test environments



Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have experience in software testing and have good knowledge of agile development methods. We believe that you have a master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and have programming skills, preferably in Python and/or C#. You have previous experience of testing at different levels, manual and automated testing, functional and non-functional testing. You have good knowledge of different testing techniques, such as exploratory testing, and the ability to determine in which contexts these should be applied.

As a person, you are open, curious, structured and have a strong interest in technology. You cooperate and communicate smoothly with others in both Swedish and English, you take initiative, and you have a good eye for details.
