Lead the development of analytics solutions from the initial business request through to technical implementation and maintenance.
Act as a project member in strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives, providing data expertise and analysis
Work closely with the Operations Development and IT teams to develop our analytics capabilities and strengthen our data foundation for future use cases.
Plan, define, and maintain scalable data sets and drive continuous improvement in how we approach analytics as an organization.

4+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Warehousing, specifically supporting Supply Chain functions within a global organization.
Comfortable with writing complex queries and optimize performance for large datasets (bonus points for columnar databases like ClickHouse).
Working knowledge of dbt (or similar transformation tools) to build scalable data pipelines.
Proficiency in Power BI, Apache Superset or similar enterprise BI tools.
Proficient with Git workflow (branching, PRs, merges) in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to partner with global stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.

The ASIC Verification Team
Our team is responsible for pre-silicon verification of the in-house developed hardware IPs and subsystems. We take pride in delivering top-quality work using the latest verification techniques. Axis has a long history of developing integrated circuits for our products. The series of ARTPEC chips is a cornerstone in most Axis products, as discussed here: Axis System-On-Chip, and ARTPEC-9. The ASIC department is currently working on developing the 10th generation of the ARPTEC SoC using the most modern chip technology available. See also The history of ARTPEC.

The ASIC verification team ensures that the ARTPEC chips are working correctly, before they materialize into an actual chip. To do this, we use simulation as well as formal methods. Verifying complex chip designs requires the use of specialized and advanced techniques.

The team is relatively small (20+), and you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks and hardware modules. As we work with agile methods, you will be part of a group that collaborates closely to meet our goals.

What you'll do here as ASIC Verification Engineer
We emphasize continuous knowledge/experience growth for each team member and the team as a whole. Part of this requires continuously following new developments in ASIC verification since this field continues to develop rapidly. Work tasks may therefore include investigating new verification technologies or evaluating new tools. Depending on personal interest, there are opportunities to write papers and present at international conferences.

Our verification environments are quite advanced. Developing and maintaining them requires a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. In particular, we make extensive use of object-oriented frameworks. Debugging and identifying potential problems in the hardware design is also a fundamental part of the job.

Our in-house developed hardware often implements functions such as image processing, graphical transforms, and computer vision. As a verification engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge related to such algorithms

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced engineer with at least four years of experience in ASIC verification. We assume that your main focus has been Coverage-driven Constrained Random Verification using SystemVerilog and UVM, on module and/or sub-system levels.

We hope you have a keen interest in programming. We regularly implement and maintain efficient software tools that are essential for our verification process. These tools are mostly done in Python.

As a Project Pricing Coordinator (PPC), you will handle confirmed projects that require updates or revisions. You will work primarily with pricing confirmations, revision requests and not?for?resale (NFR) items across our EMEA Sales Regions - with a focus on Middle Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Nordics.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In the role as PPC, your mission is to secure accurate, timely and high?quality project pricing, ensuring alignment and consistency while offloading administrative workload from our sales organization.


You will work closely with other Project Pricing Coordinators, collaborate daily with Sales Representatives, and report directly to the Project Pricing Manager, EMEA.


Most of your time you will focus on project revisions and updates. The remaining time will include additional team responsibilities, documentation, reporting, and process improvements.


Your key responsibilities include:

* Analyse and implement pricing strategies, revisions, and NFR requests
* Ensure that all approvals follow established standards and procedures
* Conduct pricing discussions with Sales, Operations and other EMEA stakeholders
* Maintain and update process documentation and templates as needed
* Enforce Export Compliance regulations
* Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed

You will be part of our Embedded Software team in the department of System Products Connected. We develop the software used in a variety of products within AXIS body worn solutions along with our initiative within other connected products. What you'll do here as an Embedded Software Developer

Your future team is the System Products Electronics Team. We are seventeen talented and innovative electronics engineers, with different ages and skills. In our team, we work closely together, share our knowledge, and support each other in projects to develop and deliver world-class products! At System Products, we are responsible for the product areas of: Body worn, recorders and system Devices such as strobe sirens or decoders.

What you'll do here as an electronics engineer:
Most important: You are part of a team of engineers developing Axis products!

The typical time for a project is one to two years. Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the electronic design of your product. This involves requirements analysis, concept development, analog and digital circuit design, component selection, schematic capture (using Xpedition), PCB layout supervision, prototype verification and troubleshooting (including soldering and hands-on lab work), organizing certifications and production support.

Some examples of technologies, features and interfaces within the products we do at System Products are: audio, sirens, speakers, batteries, PoE, microphones, HDMI, USB, 4G/5G-modems, WLAN, GPS, displays, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

In our project teams, we work closely with mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and many other specialists. You are an important part of the project, involved all the way from the concept phase up to when the product is delivered to the market.

Operations Development is divided into four areas of responsibility: Analytics and BI, Cross functional projects & systems, Innovation and Digital transformation. You will work closely with many of our colleagues in Operations Development, but especially with the domain architects and head architect in our IT organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Define the data management approach for the Operations and Supply Chain organization in the ERP program
* Map as-is and define to-be state of ERP data, identify and plan for differences between current and new ERP
* Ensure clear data ownership, governance, and decision rules across processes and streams in collaboration with process leads, subject matter experts and IT
* Drive data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities, ensuring data quality meets go-live requirements
* Ensure ERP data models, interfaces, and integrations support end-to-end processes and downstream reporting needs
* Lead data-related testing (mock migrations, reconciliation, cutover validation) and ensure data stability during go-live
* Representing Operations in data governance forums

What will you do?
The cybersecurity area is growing, and therefore we are in need of an Engineering Manager for AXIS OS Cyber Security. You will lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining security features in AXIS OS, with a particular focus on software security compliance while still being actively involved in broader cyber security initiatives.

You will also be responsible for the execution of the roadmap, ensuring that strategic objectives are delivered effectively and on time. You will work in close collaboration with your peers, where responsibilities are shared across the security domain to ensure strong alignment, prioritization, and delivery. Together, you will cover both technical security capabilities and compliance-related aspects of AXIS OS.

In this role, you will also collaborate closely with AXIS OS architects, the Product Manager for AXIS OS Cyber Security, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
