What will you do?
In this exciting role, you'll lead one of our dynamic teams responsible for developing Axis' state-of-the-art Video Analytics products, making sure that they get the needed support and coaching. You will lead a team with a main focus on embedded development but in close collaboration with teams doing server and cloud development, building scalable and secure end to end solutions for our analytic users. Core Technologies within Axis R&D is an organization that drives, innovates, and provides key technologies to Axis future products and solutions. The Core Technologies Graphics team was formed eleven years ago with the mission to enrich our products with graphics related features running on dedicated HW in our cameras.

The graphics area continues to grow, and we are therefore dividing the team in two to build a foundation for the future. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager that will take on one of the teams.

You will lead a team of 10+ highly skilled engineers ranging from newly graduated to expert level. The team has successfully added a multitude of functionality, features and applications to the Axis cameras, such as live privacy (https://www.axis.com/products/axis-live-privacy-shield) and the overlay framework supporting numerous features. The work is carried out in tight collaboration with Axis' product organizations and sales organization, as well as directly towards our customers and partners. The two graphics teams will continue to work closely together and share resources as well as activities. To achieve this, you will work closely with the manager of the other graphics team, as well as with the lead engineer and project managers.

Expectations on the Integration Specialist for E2E

The main focus is in pre-sales phases when partners/end-customers are developing integrations to the E2E solutions but you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with strategic development partners. To ensure our solutions perform at their best you will be responsible for evaluating AI model and use case accuracy performance on real-world scenario data set coverage and key metrics. You will craft, curate and maintain the essential video evaluation datasets and metrics for scene and use case coverage. With us in the ASIC verification team, you will be able to do just that! We are now looking for passionate senior engineers to join our group of dedicated and competent ASIC Verification Engineers!

Who is your future team?
We verify in-house developed hardware IPs and subsystems. Our team takes pride in delivering top-quality work using the latest techniques. As a team member, you will have ample opportunities to learn and grow in a creative and collaborative environment.

Axis has a long history of developing integrated circuits for our products. The series of ARTPEC chips is a cornerstone in most Axis products, as discussed here: Axis System-On-Chip, and ARTPEC-9. The ASIC department is currently working on developing the 10th generation of the ARPTEC SoC using the most modern chip technology available. See also The history of ARTPEC.

The ASIC verification team ensures that the ARTPEC chips are working correctly, before they materialize into an actual chip. To do this, we use simulation as well as formal methods. Verifying complex chip designs requires the use of specialized and advanced techniques.

The team is relatively small (20+), and you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks and hardware modules. As we work with agile methods, you will be part of a group that collaborates closely to meet our goals.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced/senior engineer with a few years of genuine experience in ASIC verification and a talent for programming. We assume that your main focus has been Coverage-driven Constrained Random Verification using SystemVerilog and UVM, on module and/or sub-system levels. However, if you have newly graduated with a relevant university degree, feel free to apply anyway.

You also have a genuine interest in programming, e.g. Python. We regularly implement and maintain efficient software tools that are essential for our verification process.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge and ideas with co-workers. You want to be part of a competent and creative team that loves to solve problems together, and we are sure that we are that team!

What you'll do here as ASIC Verification Engineer?
We emphasize continuous knowledge/experience growth for each team member and the team as a whole. Part of this requires continuously following new developments in ASIC verification since this field continues to develop rapidly. Work tasks may therefore include investigating new verification technologies or evaluating new tools. There are also opportunities to write papers and present at international conferences.

Our verification environments are quite elaborate, so developing and maintaining them requires a good understanding of digital hardware as well as software engineering principles. In particular, we make extensive use of object-oriented frameworks. Debugging and identifying potential problems in the hardware design is also a fundamental part of the job.

Our in-house developed hardware often implements functions such as image processing, graphical transforms, and computer vision. As a verification engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge related to such algorithms.

In this role, you will work hands-on with global tax matters, including implementing and managing OECD's Global Minimum Tax/Pillar 2 rules, as well as overseeing our Transfer Pricing compliance efforts. You will also support a variety of tax-related matters across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

* Be an integral part of the tax function on a global basis.
* Take global responsibility for ensuring adherence to the Global Minimum Taxation Rules/Pillar 2 compliance, including implementation, analysis, and ongoing monitoring of the Pillar 2 regulations and reporting requirements.
* Lead Transfer Pricing compliance across the Axis Group.
* Lead compliance with Swedish tax legislation and updates including CIT returns and tax computations.

We are looking for a manager for the Industrialization Production and Test, Fixed Domes unit within Global Industrialization.

Who are Global Industrialization?
Our mission is to take responsibility for the industrialization activities in product development projects, to assure that new Axis products are introduced and produced in an efficient way, with the right quality and optimized production costs. We also work long-term together with R&D and New Business to define what production capabilities and production equipment will be needed in the future, to prepare for coming technologies and innovations.

Industrialization Production and Test, Fixed Domes (IPT FD) is responsible for developing production flows for the product segment Fixed Domes. In Axis, there are currently four IPT teams, each responsible for different product segments.

The IPT teams consist of three roles; Design for Test engineers, Design for production engineers and PCBA Test Design engineers. They all take an active part in AXIS development projects and are responsible for the production flow, production tests, and their included production systems. There is also close collaboration with the contract manufacturer(s) who will produce the project's products.

What will you do?

* Lead, support and develop your team, i.e. resource planning, recruitment, appraisal talks, goal discussions etc.
* Together with the other IPT managers continuously develop and improve working methods and processes for your teams and surrounding interfaces.
* Take an active part in Global Industrialization's management team, to develop strategies and goals for the whole department.

This includes both test equipment and software to analyze and verify performance, ensuring Axis maintains its high-quality standards. What will you do here as an audio test engineer?
You will be part of a small team of 3 people who specialize in audio test development, including the software that manages and evaluates the audio functions of our products. The team also develops new test methods and evaluates equipment to be used at our production sites. In addition, the team works with several projects to support them with testing, with the goal of securing the coverage of the production platform.

You will have many opportunities to influence the team's direction as well as your own personal development. You will also be involved in influencing technical choices, our ways of working, and contributing to new ideas and functionality.

You will be part of the complete software lifecycle from idea creation and design to implementation, release, and deployment. This involves investigation of innovative technologies, building and releasing new software to factories around the world, and the maintenance of existing software. For this work there are opportunities to visit manufacturing sites around the world.

Who are you?
You are a software developer with a few years of experience. You are a curious, driven team player who likes to learn new things as well as being able to solve complex technical challenges in a team-focused atmosphere. We believe that you have a strong personal drive and get inspired by working in and creating an environment of openness, creativity, trust, commitment, and encouragement.

You will primarily work in C#, .NET, and NI TestStand in Windows environment, but we welcome other programming backgrounds as well. We are looking for someone with a master's in in computer science, Electronics engineering or equivalent. You love to produce maintainable code and master the chain from creative discussions, building code and stable incremental releases.

Experience in Audio Precision tools and Soundcheck is a big plus.
