What you'll do here as Customer Marketing Manager?
Your job as Customer Marketing Manager, with focus on the "Transportation" segment, is to build a deep understanding about your end-customers globally. Based on this knowledge you will develop the right marketing strategy, messaging, and assets to support our marketing and business objectives.

Transportation is a large and important segment for Axis with customers like traffic authorities, airports, public transport authorities and logistic companies, all over the world. Axis is a global company, you will work closely with both our sales regions as well as corporate stakeholders, acting as an expert on our target customers and how to communicate with them most effectively.

In cooperation with our regional business development, sales, and marketing colleagues, you will work cross-functional to drive initiatives and ensure we evolve, align, and optimize our marketing activities. As Customer Marketing Manager, you play an important role in Axis becoming an even more customer-centric company.

Commercial Practices Support Specialist – Backfill temporary position till June 2028

The role will be part of the Commercial Practices team in Market Operations and will work in close cooperation with relevant centre functions and markets across diverse geographies, organizations, and businesses.
What you will do
Support the process for pricing & commercial conditions implementation by making the necessary analysis and administrative tasks.
Contribute to annual and ad hoc pricing & commercial conditions implementation in the relevant systems and create reports and internal/external communication materials based on the fact base.
Conduct the analysis for the business cases for governance and escalations (pricing, etc.) as well as consolidate information for further analysis.
Support usage of existing tools and support in capturing new requirements and implementation of future tools.
Participate in market reviews for commercial practices related items.
Support the team with updating various plans, monitoring the requests fulfilment, and checking data quality (e.g. accuracy, completeness, and timeliness).

Du har goda kunskaper i Power BI eller motsvarande BI-verktyg och är van att arbeta med marknadsdata, kampanjuppföljning och medlemsanalyser. 

Som person är du självgående och initiativrik, och du trivs i en miljö där du får bygga nytt och utveckla strukturer och processer från grunden. Du har en stark analytisk förmåga och kan omvandla data till tydliga affärsinsikter som stödjer marknadsföringsstrategier och affärsbeslut.

What will you do?

Manage requirements:

* Drive business analysis through considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the platform
* Analyze and specify the benefits, consequences, impact on business etc. of incoming requirements
* Map underlying processes and ensure global alignment with the Global Process Owner
* Cooperate with Marketing, Sales and Information Systems stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency of connected sales and marketing processes that are supported through the system

Manage system implementation:

* Specify requests as a base for product owner/s to approve and prioritize
* Translate the requested needs from users into business user stories/acceptance criteria for development
* Help verifying technical acceptance criteria for approved development of the systems
* Together with process experts and users test changes prior to release
* Facilitate base documentation to support post-release process where necessary

Focus area is sales systems & processes, but support through the above in marketing systems and processes may be relevant as required. You will also drive assigned projects and tasks and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

You will play a key part in pursuing increased business efficiency and global alignment through sales & marketing systems and tools, main focus in this role being on marketing systems and processes. There is a constant need of improving our systems and related processes and to add new functionality as the business evolves. One of the main challenges is to secure that our systems support a never-ending development of our processes and ways of working and ensure that these are aligned and efficient.

Before it's decided to develop and implement any improvements or new functionality, an analysis and specification of the requirements is needed, as well as mapping & alignment of underlying processes. Working closely with our existing team of Business Analysts, Sales System Business Product Owner, Sales System Implementation Manager and Sales Process Implementation Manager, a major part of your role is to carry out such analysis and alignment. You will also work closely with Information Systems, as well as regional and global sales & marketing.You will ensure that the agreed improvements/new functionality are sufficiently specified and implemented timely and successfully in the system. This includes tight collaboration with the rest of the team, IT product owner and the development team for development and system implementation. Key responsibility areas include:

Manage requirements

* Drive business analysis through considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the available (or required) platforms.
* Analyze and specify the benefits, consequences, impact on business etc. of incoming requirements.
* Map underlying marketing processes and drive global alignment.
* Cooperate with Marketing, Sales and Information Systems stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency of connected sales and marketing processes that are supported through the system.

Manage system implementation

* Specify requests as a base for product owner/s to approve and prioritize.
* Translate the requested needs from users into business user stories/acceptance criteria for development.
* Help verifying technical acceptance criteria for approved development of the systems.
* Together with process experts and users test changes prior to release.
* Facilitate base documentation to support post-release process where necessary.

Focus area is marketing systems & processes, but support through the above in sales systems and processes may be relevant as required.
Drive assigned projects and tasks and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

BU Energy Separation undergoes a substantial transformation driven by global sustainability trends; water scarcity and green hydrogen, in which Thermal Systems & Solutions, such as Zero Liquid Discharge and Fresh Water Generators contribute to waste minimization, water reuse, product recovery and enabling green hydrogen production. Vad ditt jobb blir
Som webbanalytiker & konverteringsspecialist är du en del av ett prestigelöst marknadsteam och har ett tätt samarbete med projektledare, utvecklare, designers, controllers och inte minst vår specialist inom performance marketing. Du är en av teamets experter på Google Analytics och Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) och kommer att ha en viktig roll i företaget då du har förmåga att proaktivt analysera och förstå kundernas behov och beteenden. Du får i rollen ta stort eget ansvar och arbeta brett inom - och själv ta fram förslag på - KPI-rapportering, CRO, analys och visualisering av data för våra nordiska sajter och appar.

In this role, you will work together with the Customer Insight Manager on specific assignments serving the needs of different teams at Axis (Marketing, Products & Solutions, Global sales, Operations, etc.). You will contribute overall by providing insights that will help in planning and delivering towards a truly customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will be:

* The leading voice of the customer in different project teams, starting from defining business needs until insights are delivered, in collaboration with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Analyzing and integrating different sources of data into clear business conclusions, connecting the dots across different sources to draw unique insight and enabling the stakeholder teams to translate and implement these into business actions.
* Presenting customer insights in meetings with relevant stakeholders in an understandable and impactful way, and following up.
* Training and supporting a network of survey champions throughout the Axis organization.
* Working closely with our Customer Insight Manager, identifying customer insight needs and translating them into project plans, describing how the business questions are answered and which methodologies and data sources will be used.

Your assignments will vary according to Axis business needs, and may typically include:

* Global customer surveys, including NPS and touchpoint-based surveys
* Development of customer personas
* Customer journey mapping, and how to best use feedback to ensure customer success

The role requires the ability to manage projects from beginning to end as a true subject-matter expert and requires initiative typically needed in projects: From setting the objectives, timeline, to managing operational tasks to presenting and following up on discussing results.

What you'll do here as Terminology Specialist?
As a Terminology Specialist in the Marketing Communication team, your primary responsibility is developing and maintaining the termbase and glossary for internal and external users. You communicate with subject-matter experts to determine appropriate terms for concepts and produce accurate, precise, and clear definitions for global audiences. And you provide terminology advice, research, and training.

As Terminology Specialist, you will:

* Facilitate communication by providing tools and resources that allow people to communicate and speak with one voice.

* Ensure that terms and definitions in the source language in the termbase and glossary comply with grammar and style guidelines.

Job description

Responsibilities

The role is both strategic and operational with focus on implementation, development and governance of analytics tools and processes for web and social media. It is a central role operating to develop strategic direction, support and train our global marketing and communications organization.

Responsibilities
The tasks include managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and develop KPIs for efficient measurement methods in order to enhance the online customer journey, from awareness to conversion. The tasks also include managing tools and best practices for SEO and content marketing and to carry out web user surveys. You will be an important player in our central Online Communications team and work in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues to plan and execute activities in line with strategy and guidelines. You will monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and facilitate the impact of Alfa Laval’s global online marketing and communication activities.  

The position is located in Lund and requires 15-20 days of travelling per year. Your direct manager will also be located in Lund Sweden.

Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent education in marketing and/or communications together with appropriate training in Google Analytics tools and platforms. Furthermore you have at least 5 years experience from online marketing in a larger international company (or from an agency). You are skilled in using analytics and SEO tools and have good understanding of content management systems, publishing platforms and survey tools. You are confident in your online competence and ability to contribute to the development of online analytics within Alfa Laval. It is a benefit if you have experience from e-commerce.

You enjoy all aspects of developing a global company’s online presence and have a good understanding of marketing, communications and what makes good business sense. You are interested in analyzing user behavior in online channels and using analytics for marketing decisions. You prefer to work in a solution-oriented manner, taking strategies and plans into action. Furthermore you like to drive change and develop new ways of working to accelerate success online. We are now looking for a new Product Specialists Analytics to work with our own and sourced video analytics, you will belong to our Global Sales Engineering Team which is part of the Solution Management organization. You will work very closely with Product Managers who own the overall direction of the products and use cases.

You will also be part of two cross-functional teams, The Solution Launch team and The Solution Support Team, that is composed by members in different parts of Axis and in different locations around the globe.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Your work can be divided in four areas:

1)   Drive competence:

Your will be the subject matter expert of your solutions, and your main responsibility is to test and document them. In close collaboration with the sales and marketing team you will ensure technical, sales and marketing material around your solutions is both comprehensive and available.
Together with the Technical Information Management team you will be responsible for developing and presenting, training material and documentation such as Technical Notes, White Papers, Videos, and FAQ:s.
You will be cooperating closely with our Sales Engineers, supporting in sales projects with deep knowledge in the software components and use cases. In addition, you will run trainings with Sales Engineers and our support structure while learning the needs of our customer in different geographies.   
You will participate in different launch processes. As a member in a virtual launch management team you will be working closely with the local regions to provide the knowledge transfer and support.
You are expected to provide technical expert knowledge to the launch team and regional offices in forms of training and support.
2)   Use-case driven:

Together with the Product Managers you will work to define, refine and communicate the use-case of your solutions. Together with Product Managers and other Product specialists, you will take part in the specification and interoperability of the components in different Solutions.
You will play a key role in further developing the use case of your solutions.
Initially, the main Solutions of interest will be Axis Guard Suite. 
3)   Interface to R&D:

You will participate in R&D projects from the startup of projects, until the End of Support.
You will take part in the development of new Solutions and new software, as an expert on customer needs, expectations and requirements.
You will perform real-life test and confirm that the solution fulfills the use case, as a tollgate before launch, in close collaboration with QA.
4)   Support solutions with a high focus on field implementation and maintenance. 

You will solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, together with the rest of the Solution Support Team and R&D.
The role involves travelling of around 35 days a year.

OM TJÄNSTEN
På grund av förändringar i teamet kallat Marketing Intelligence söker vi nu efter en marknadsanalytiker. Teamet arbetar med att ta fram insikter om hur Axis Communication kan vara konkurrenskraftiga på marknaden genom att analysera konkurrenter och kunder. Teamet består idag av sju personer där du kommer att bli del av underteamet som har fokus mot konkurrenterna.

Du kommer bland annat att:


* Samla, analysera och tolka marknadstrenderna
* Genomföra marknadsanalyser och göra konkurrensbedömningar för utvalda produkter, tjänster, tekniker och lösningar
* Skapa presentationer och presentera möjligheter för Axis genom exempelvis SWOT-analyser
* Kommunicera med olika avdelningar och funktioner kopplat till konkurrensinformation

THE GLOBAL SALES ORGANIZATION
As Sales Analyst you will be part of Business Coordination Office (BCO), which is a part of the Global Sales organization and is responsible for sales processes, project pricing and sales administration. We support Axis nine sales regions in these areas but also work closely with other functions in Global Sales and central functions within Axis HQ in Lund. The team is now looking for a Sales Analyst, to support Axis sales organization in our growth. In this role your time will be split between supporting Bid office and Technical Services.

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe that you have at least 5 years’ experience from an international business environment, probably working in relation to either bid or pricing management or in an area related to purchasing or sales.

You have a University degree in business administration and/or engineering. Most important is that you have an interest in sales activities from a strategic perspective. To be successful in this job you need to be able to combine excellent analytical skills with an ability to communicate and drive change in a global environment.

In order to thrive in the position we believe you are passionate about supporting sales, proactive and independent in thoughts and actions and able to influence people. Also have the interest in follow-up and analyses of sales. Fluency in written and spoken English is required as well as strong computer knowledge in word processing, spreadsheet and accounting management system software applications.

Some travelling is required and can vary depending on specific initiatives, estimate 5-15 days/year.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In relation to Bid Office you will work closely with Bid Manager, Global Sales where you will evaluate project pricing requests from the Axis regional sales organization. Most business decisions related to project pricing are managed within the regional sales organizations. However, for opportunities that goes beyond their local approval, they escalate such to Bid Office, Global Sales.  It will then be your task to evaluate such requests and decide whether to support or reject the request or suggest counteroffer. You are also expected to coach and educate the sales representatives in areas around project pricing and business practices. If time allows you will also provide trend analysis in relation to this area and communicate such to relevant stakeholders.

In relation to Technical Services you will create material and reports to be used for strategic initiatives and projects and provide trend analysis related to services provided by this organization.

Your main tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Support Axis sales teams in reviewing, analyzing and approving project pricing requests
Coach, challenge and educate the regional sales teams regarding project pricing
Analyze sales data and communicate such on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders
Provide trend analysis related to services provided by Technical services
Create material and reports to be used for strategic initiatives
