The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at Tetra Pak. It's a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of our operating model:

1. Our future technology and data foundation
2. Our future process landscape

We created the next chapter for Tetra Pak to become a more dynamic, productive and capable company. To achieve this, we introduced a new operating model, including a new organisational structure. The Next Chapter System Platform programme will strengthen our operating model to help us work in new ways in the years ahead.

This is a multi-year transformation starting with the first pilot in Iberia, followed by several further pilots and implementation waves based on geographical scope. At the heart of this is our ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA.
With NCSP, we'll build more than a platform, we'll create the foundation for Tetra Pak's success for the next 70 years and beyond.

Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for five key areas related to the overall programme and all it’s projects
- Methods & Tools - Centre of Governance & Compliance
- Planning & Execution - Strategic & Integrated Planning
- Risk & Quality - Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Resource Management - Resource & Capacity Management
- PMO Network - Consistent execution of PMO in projects

Lead and direct cross-functional teams during the entire project lifetime, taking ownership on the cost, time and quality objectives. Collaborating with other Project/ Programme Managers to ensure alignment.

The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You will be reporting to NCSP Programme Director.


What you will do
As Programme Management Officer for the NCSP Programme, you will:
Integrate and lead the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects) to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on overall Programme plan and stakeholders’ requirements.
Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown structure. Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan.
Define, communicate and manage the project budget.
Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
Create and lead the project organisation based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives.
Develop and implement a communication plan along with the Comms partner based on overall Programme Comms plan and stakeholders needs.
Develop and implement a risk management plan.
Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure the supplier selection and management fulfil project objectives.
Provide a strong partnership with the Programme Leader and effective collaboration with Programme Management Team


We believe you have
At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Senior project Manager.
PMP certificate or equivalent University degree
Successfully handled several major projects and understands Tetra Pak landscape.
Experience from managing cross functional project teams.
Fluent English skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, change management skills
Capability to manoeuvre through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively

Job Summary
Finance & Supplier Management (FSM) is an organisation responsible for all procurement within Tetra Pak. Within FSM, Supplier Management (SuM) is responsible for procuring all materials including packaging material, straws, closures and equipment parts. Amongst the SuM procurement assortment there are materials, articles and parts used in either direct or indirect contact with food used. All food contact materials/parts are procured under strict control to meet regulatory Food Safety laws.
FSM Supplier Quality & Food Safety is looking for a person who will be responsible for the collection and management of Declaration of Compliance (DoC) for a portion of the assortment. This person should preferably have knowledge in food contact regulations.
This is a temporary position covering a 14-month maternity leave, based in Lund, Sweden.
The position reports to Food Safety Manager and you will be part of a team with other Food Safety experts.
What you will do
As a Food Safety Compliance Specialist, you will develop Tetra Pak’s way of working with compliance documentation for materials and parts in food contact. A substantial part of your job will also be to request, collect and review the declaration documents from our suppliers.
You will focus on:
Work with suppliers as well as other external and internal stakeholders to secure food safety compliance documentation (certificates etc.).
Certificate collection, evaluation and identification of potential gaps towards EU, US and CN food contact legislations
Work in internal certificate handling tool
Supporting the Supplier Managers in their effort to procure and strategize around the procurement of materials and parts having food contact
Drive food safety continual improvement through Base Material ISO 22000 management system
Build and share knowledge within food safety globally within Tetra Pak

We believe you have
To be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated with a high level of personal drive. Furthermore, you are well organised with exceptional collaborative skills. You are strong communicator in different hierarchical settings and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You have an ability to explain and articulate complex topics in a way that everybody understands.
You hold a University Degree (BSc or MSc) in Chemistry, materials science or similar. Alternatively, you have acquired such competence through work experience. We believe you have at least 3 years of working experience within food safety regulatory area. Experience in, GMP, material risk assessment, GFSI standards, ISO 22 000 and audits is considered a merit. You are excellent in both spoken and written English.

Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We also believe that you have experience in World Class Manufacturing (TPM methodology) and are skilled in driving networks with several different stakeholders. Within Tetra Pak Channel Management & Key Components Hub Europe, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated person to take the position of Application Engineer (High Shear Mixers). What you will do
As Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the high shear mixer business and providing technical expertise across the Europe market. Your role is to contribute to drive growth in collaboration with the Business Development Manager Portfolio Manager. You will be a part of a team dedicated to growing the key component business in Europe.
You will focus on:
Build, share, and enhance separation expertise within the team and the markets.
Participate and support commissioning activities with markets and customers.
Provide application and technical support for the European market companies and sales channels. Support in developing and delivering value-based quotations by thoroughly understanding customer needs.
Assist sales efforts in the markets by participating in presentations to secure technical acceptance from customers.
Support in identifying new product development needs and improvement requirements, offering recommendations to the global centre of expertise.

We believe you have
A university degree in science and engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in the food industry.
Experience or background in processing automation is a merit.
Experience of working with customers is a merit.
As our customers will be from all over Europe, a very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

The candidate for the position will be expected to have a profound knowledge of working with production within liquid food processing.

Job Summary
The European Sales Administration Centre, a department within Tetra Pak Technical Service, handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department, based in Lund service ~3900 customer sites in Europe, TIRCCA, Maghreb in thirteen different languages. This department includes the Sales Administration Officers who directly handle our customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a talented German speaking Sales Administrator Officer to join.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team’s success in handling all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to coordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. You will report to the Sales Administration Manager of the European Sales Administration Centre in Lund.
This is a temporary maternity leave cover position for 12 Months, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden. No paid relocation is possible.
What you will do
Act as our main contact for customers & market companies for parts orders and inquiries
Respond to incoming orders and aid queries by phone and e-mail
Execute order administration tasks in SAP’s ECC and Salesforce and other internal tools & systems
Follow-up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements
Assure that transport to each customer is done at the right time and at the lowest cost
Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments
Continuously build and use your network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support

Job Summary
As our new Application Engineer - Separators, you will be part of a leading global company where our vision is to make food safe and available everywhere.
Within Tetra Pak Channel Management & Key Components Hub Europe, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated person to take the position of Application Engineer (Separators). You will join a small but great team, that are working closely with our colleagues in the markets and business streams. As Application Engineer, you will be supporting the European markets with technical specifications, customer development needs and commissioning activities of Tetra Pak Separators. Separators are a core technology of Tetra Pak, where mechanical excellence combined with deep knowledge of applications are a key to our leadership in liquid food processing.
As you will work with all European markets, you will need to develop a strong network within Tetra Pak. This is a permanent position and can be based in any Tetra Pak entity in Europe. We expect approx. 30% travelling to be included in this position.
What you will do
As an Application Engineer, you will be part of a team of application and technical experts.
In this role you will:
Maintain, improve and develop separator application knowledge.
Drive performance evaluations at customer sites.
Support separator sales with application expertise.
Participate in customer meetings Develop new application guidelines.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Have an expert role in development projects.
Deliver training and share know-how.

We believe you have
University degree in food-, bio- or chemical engineering.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Background within centrifugal separation, food industry, microbiology, processing technologies, packaging or similar.
Good command of English, both written and oral is required.
An interest in training others and sharing knowledge.

We are looking for an experienced Inventory controller that will analyse, control and drive stock levels and strategies in the supply chain. You will belong to the Purchasing Team with responsibility for PSE stock covering stock at suppliers to finished goods on site.


The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for managing inventory levels in the production center and drive inventory strategies and implementation. You will work in close collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, planning, business, finance and other relevant stakeholders.
As our new colleague, you will be responsible for:
Ensure that inventory levels are in line with company goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively adjust stock levels in order to avoid overstocking, secure material availability for production and minimizing dead stock and scrapping.
Review storage capacity planning in collaboration with Warehouse in order to optimize material flow in and out of the warehouse.
Develop current stock strategies to fit future needs
Work with projects developing new warehouse systems.


We believe you have
We believe you have a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent. To be successful in this role we also wish that you have minimum 3 years’ of working experience within Supply Chain, Stock analysis or from other relevant working areas. You are used to working with tools and reports as well as having exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.

Additional skills required for this role:
· Excellent skills in Excel
· Good skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
· Good analytical and logical thinking
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· If you have experience with Power Bi, or similar it is an advantage.
· Fluent Swedish and English is mandatory

Setting strategy and developing processes, training, and tools—including the Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) and Customer Project Management tools such as Planview—to drive improvements in delivering equipment solutions to customers.
Leading and contributing to Business Transformation (BT) projects by developing new processes, documents, and systems within the PS&E Project, Sales, and Order Management processes.
Identifying and sharing best practices with Business Experts and Local Process Drivers worldwide through training and coaching.
Defining system requirements and driving tool development and continuous improvement together with Business Sectors, Production Centres, and Global IM.

We believe you have
A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent; PMI certification is a plus.
More than 5 years of operational experience as a professional expert or manager in project management or order management of commercial projects in PS&E Business Sectors or Production Centres.
Familiarity with ERP, Customer Project Management, and order management systems.
Good understanding of the end-to-end Customer Project Solution process, especially in Business Streams and Production (knowledge of OFCE is a plus).
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. What you will do
The IM Project Manager’s role is to deliver projects on time and on budget, according to agreed scope with the right quality and with stakeholder satisfaction. We believe you have
Minimum 10 years of experience from end-to-end (minimum 2-3 cycles), business process projects, i.e. from initiation and analysis to implementation (and possibly benefit realization follow up).
Vast experience of Waterfall methodology is a must
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
Experience of a global environment, virtual teams across several time zones is important
Education, understanding and experience of agile methods is considered a plus

All of our projects run Waterfall, sometimes with an agile component.
Normally we work with a business PM in combination with an IT PM.
The successful candidate also has a certificate as PMP and a Bachelor’s/Master’s of Science degree or equivalent.

We believe you have

Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and engagement.

What you will do

We believe you have
At least a secondary school education with technical orientation, high knowledgeable in automation including PLC knowledge and understanding of mechatronics, which includes electrical and mechanical interaction within the application
Hands-on experience resolving technical issues at customer sites
A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
Knowledge on processing equipment in the food industry will be considered as an advantage
Driving license

Job Summary
We are now looking for an Engineering Manager Dairy & Beverage who will Lead a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 20 technical specialists responsible for order delivery within Projects & Engineering in Lund.
The position is permanent and based in Lund. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
Provide adequate competence and capacity in all technical areas to execute order engineering, product development and life cycle activities
Responsible for development and allocation and of resources to order teams in coordination Project Management and Planning
Ownership of mechanical, process and automation specifications to ensure robust and fit-for-purpose production solutions to our customers
Responsible to drive productivity and flexibility of resources
Responsible for optimizing resource footprint and collaboration with Development & Quality team
Competence development and people management within area of responsibility

We believe you have

Good knowledge of LFS product portfolio, working processes and tools
Good knowledge of Agile and Product Creation process

Job Summary
We are creating a new organization with the aim to put a well-defined and standardized global Customs & Import operating model in place across all relevant dimensions, from compliance, customer service, operational efficiency to leveraging free-trade agreements and customs costs.
We are now looking for a professional Senior Customs Expert who will perform execution of continuous improvement for all processes associated with import /export and ensure end-to-end daily activities defined into Customs RACI and compliance with country rules and regulations. You will work directly with regional and local teams with operational/tactical customs activities (import and export flow) and provide stakeholders with customs and trade solutions.
The location for this position is Lund, Sweden and this is a permanent position.
What you will do
As Senior Customs Expert, you will:
• Drive operational performance of import, export and transit activities
• Point of contact for local customs authorities to ensure compliance
• Answer queries and providing support to stakeholders engaged in cross-border activities.
• Drive Operational interactions with brokers/3rd parties
• Identify potential optimization regarding operating costs and opportunities for reducing customs duty spend
• Ensure end-to-end daily activities defined into Customs roles & responsibilities matrix and compliance with country rules and regulations
• Ensure the compliance under the Authorized Economic Operator authorization, Inward processing and Outward processing regimes.
• Execution of continuous improvement for all processes
• Continuously monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with partners
• Streamline customs operations processes where possible
• Proactively avoid or mitigate any potential business continuity or economic risk related to Tetra Pak operational structure and its customs transactions.
• Ensure the correct Tariff classification of goods imported and exported.

We believe you have
• A Bachelors Degree in International Trade, Economics, Administration, International Business or similar fields
• At least 5 years of experience from working with Customs
• Experience in Customs Softwares or SAP is a plus
• Domain in the office package, mainly Excel
• Strong stakeholders management skills
• Strong collaboration and conflict management skills
• An innovation mindset and a drive to find solutions and opportunities
• Fluent in English and Swedish is a must

Job Summary
Tetra Pak International Business Operations (TPI BO) is the Group’s Global Headquarters, located in Pully/Lausanne, Switzerland. Tetra Pak develops, manufactures and markets systems for processing, packaging, and distribution of food. We produce packaging material at 40 plants and have 36 market companies and 78 sales offices around the world. We are now looking for a new Tax Analyst to join the Tax Operations team and to contribute to executing the day-to-day tasks within Tax Ops. The purpose of the role is to support tax compliance activities within the tax center of excellence including tax compliance reporting services provided to Tetra Pak entities globally to ensure that tax returns are submitted accurately and on time. This also includes assistance with some local and cross border transactions concerning goods and services and supporting management with driving global tax alignment improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden. Some international travel will be required from time to time. You will report to the Tax Manager.
What you will do
As our next Tax Analyst, your core responsibilities will be:
Ensuring Tax Compliance – Accurately prepare, reconcile, review, and submit tax returns (direct and indirect) while maintaining compliance with local and global tax regulations.
Managing Tax Queries & Audits – Address questions from internal teams, local tax experts, external consultants, and tax authorities, providing timely and precise responses. Support resolution of external audit findings.
Optimizing Tax Processes – Enhance efficiency in end-to-end tax processes, including Intrastat reporting, reconciliations, account clearing, and procedural documentation updates.
Coordination with External Partners – Work closely with outsourcing partners (e.g., Deloitte) on tax activities and fee-related tasks to ensure smooth collaboration.
Supporting the Tax Manager – Assist with research, tax treatment analysis, document review, administrative duties, and project participation to drive business effectiveness.

We believe you have
Accounting/finance/business degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience gained in tax compliance from a previous role is required
Previous experience in finance or accounting such as bookkeeping will be an advantage
ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
Knowledge of Swedish tax regulation is essential
Graduate for tax advisory is an advantage
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Controller who will be responsible for the controlling activities of PSE Production Centre Lund-Modena, be the business partner for Factory Management, applying WCM (World Class Manufacturing) with an active role in the WCM steering committee. You will also be responsible for the collection and analysis of factory performance data, product costing and investments, driving internal control monitoring in the factory, as well as the end-to-end profitability for renovated packaging equipment. You will also be managing one direct employee.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden and reports to the Director Business Control, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration.
What you will do
Analysis of data related to specific factory performance like product costing, factory expenses and all relevant KPI including variance analysis and recommending improvements actions.
Set target product cost with relevant stakeholders, enabling pricing decisions.
Coordinate yearly budget, FC and 3YP
Represent cost in the local FI (Focus Improvement) pillar and promote and improve loss cost matrix tool.
Timely and accurate stock and assets management for the specific factories.
Investments analysis and follow up (including related business cases).
Ensure compliance to group reporting, local legal and tax requirement.
Drive internal control monitoring.

We believe you have
University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Proven track records and 5 years of experience in Controlling (plant/business)
Experience in Production environment
Strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BI and Power BI) and you are accustomed to Microsoft Office software
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge/experience in Capital Equipment and Service business and WCM/TPM is considered a strong plus
