You will lead the development and execution of our global digital communications strategy, unifying the digital experience platform (DXP), UX/UI, MarTech stack, analytics, AI-driven discoverability and governance. Working in close partnership with Market Operations and Global Information Management (GIM) teams, you will ensure the architecture, integrations and operating model fully support our ambition to deliver relevant, personalised and high-performing digital experiences.


In this role, you will position the global digital communications ecosystem as a strategic enabler for Tetra Pak, ensuring our processes leverage digital platforms to strengthen customer journeys, accelerate lead generation and support data-led decision making across the business. You will ensure every digital touchpoint delivers measurable value – from deeper engagement and improved lead quality, to enhanced brand consistency and more powerful innovation storytelling – while scaling capability, governance and communications performance across regions, markets and business areas.

In this role, you will oversee the digital ecosystem, ensuring teams have the tools, governance and insights needed to communicate our customer value and innovation effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and reports to the Vice President Global Customer Communications.
What you will do
Lead a multi?year global DXP migration, overseeing complex integrations, analytics implementation and platform stabilisation to create a modern, scalable digital foundation.
Implement a new operating model between the business and GIM to support and continuously improve this platform.
Build and evolve a high?performing digital ecosystem that empowers Communications Managers to deliver impactful, insight?driven campaigns that accelerate engagement and business value.
Drive continuous optimisation and A/B testing across all digital channels, ensuring real?time performance monitoring, testing and data?led improvements.
Own the paid media infrastructure and agency governance, ensuring ad platforms, tracking and integrations operate flawlessly, and guiding how the media agency activates within them.
Align with product owners across adjacent platforms to ensure all key systems – regardless of ownership – connect seamlessly into the customer journey and support end?to?end measurement.
Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring disciplined delivery, cross?functional alignment and transparent reporting across all digital initiatives.
Partner with GIM to shape the long?term digital roadmap, aligning architecture, governance and lifecycle planning to ensure stability, scalability and business impact.
Lead and develop the Digital Communications Team, setting clear priorities, elevating capabilities and enabling high?performance delivery.

We believe you have
Extensive experience (10+ years) spanning marketing, communications and technical digital roles, with the ability to translate complex business needs into integrated digital solutions.
Proven success leading large?scale digital projects
Strong technical fluency across MarTech, analytics, automation, UX and paid media platforms, and the ability to connect these into one coherent ecosystem.
Experience in an international corporate environment and relevant working areas
Stakeholder engagement and alliance building expertise
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous optimisation, using data, experimentation and insight?driven decision?making.
University degree; preferably in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing
High proficiency in English

Job Summary
We are looking for a Communications Integration Manager who will act as the strategic bridge between central Communications teams and our global markets. This is a full fledged communications generalist position which is ideal for a versatile, hands-on communications manager capable of supporting a wide variety of workstreams.
This role will play a critical part in enabling markets, supporting business priorities, steering cross regional coordination, and ensuring operational excellence through effective resource planning, reporting, and consultant management.

This position can be based in Lund, Budaors, Arganda del Rey, Istanbul, Athens, Johannesburg, Cairo, Nairobi, Lahore or Casablanca.
What you will do
1. Market Enablement
Serve as a communications manager supporting markets during peak workload periods.
Provide hands-on support across all communication disciplines, including:
Editorial and content creation
Internal communications
PR and media relations
Brand and campaign adaptation
Tradeshows and events
Program deployment and local implementation
Address other specific market needs and priority projects as they arise.


2. Bridge Between Central Sustainability Communications team & Markets
Coordinate Sustainability Communications initiatives between the central team and markets.
Manage activities such as:
Localization and rollout of the Sustainability Report
Deployment and governance of the collection & recycling toolkit
Coordination of sustainability claims and related materials
Ensure alignment, timely delivery, consistent messaging and successful implementation in the markets.


3. Bridge Between Central Corporate Communications & Operations (CCO) Team & Markets
Coordinate Corporate Communications initiatives between the CCO team and markets to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Act as the central point-of-contact for markets when rolling out global Corporate Communications programs.


4. Support Corporate Communications Project Needs
Provide additional capacity to the CCO team during peak workload periods.
Contribute to a wide range of communications projects, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with global standards.


5. Manage Coordination & Reporting of Market Support via Shared Services and Flex Resources
Operate the intake process (Service Hub) for all market requests related to consultants or overflow work.
Scope, prioritize, resource, and schedule requests, maintaining transparency and clear SLAs.
Communicate timelines, updates, and project status regularly to stakeholders.
Produce quarterly & annual service performance reports
Present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants managing: Briefings, SLAs and quality assurance, Budget adherence
Design and administer the annual market satisfaction and needs survey. Analyze results, identify themes, and develop clear improvement plans with designated owners.

Professional Experience

Vem du är

Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska språket. Truckkort med A, B behörighet är inget krav, men meriterande.

We invite pioneering minds to join us as a Senior Food Scientist and Accelerator Lab (A-Lab) Driver, a vital role in leading our A-Lab's journey from early stage concepts to prototypes that solidify marketing concepts and reinforce our customer’s decision-making processes.


This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Customer Experience Manager. Travelling for this role amounts to approximatively 20%.
What you will do
As our Senior Food Scientist & A-Lab Driver, you will be the leader for the Accelerator Lab’s operation and maintenance.


Main responsibilities:
Concept development and prototyping: Lead the materialization of early-stage concepts through prototypes, ensuring they are in alignment with market trends and consumer needs
Product development: Lead the product development lifecycle from conceptualization, through testing phases, to product formulation ready to move into pilot trials
A-Lab management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accelerator Lab, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Line manager responsibility: You will be responsible for one food scientist at the A-Lab
Customer engagement: Present and validate formulated prototypes with customers to garner feedback and enhance formulations before industrial pilot trials
Cross functional collaboration: Engage with ingredient houses and external partners to utilize external knowledge and resources in prototype development

We believe you have
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Experience & Technical Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in food product development with a rich portfolio of transforming concepts to market-ready products. Deep knowledge of food formulations, ingredient functionality, and product development. Food processing & Sensory Analysis experience is a great plus, especially in regard to liquid foods & beverage solutions.
Project Management Experience: You have 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: A desire to drive a team to deliver on quality and productivity. A previous experience on managing teams is considered a plus.
Not mandatory but valued: Previous experience operating UHT systems & high-pressure homogenisers in a laboratory or pilot setting. Previous experience within Dairy technology, JNSD, ‘’functional’’ food products/FSN, plant-based products and/or UHT products is meritorious.



The professional skills needed in this role, besides to be customer centric, is strategic thinking and ability to explain / translate food science language into consumer / marketing language. You can navigate uncertainty and rapid changes in a grounded manner keeping always the big picture in focus. You have a good sense of prioritisation and can handle projects with a fast tempo. You are a technical person with a good communication skills and strong business acumen.

Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx. 350 employees in five main sites: Sweden, China, Mexico, USA, India, Singapore.

We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer that will have a key role in providing technical service to our Market Companies and end customers.

The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, but you may be located at any Tetra Pak Processing office. The role includes up to 150 travel days per year.
What you will do
The work is project based and will give you the opportunity to work with the latest technologies. Your main task will be to test, start-up and fine-tune our solutions, both our branded processing units and complete process lines, at our production site and at end-customer’s factories all over the world. You will also have a key role in building competence in the team. We believe you have
Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, including 5+ years’ hands-on experience in international Compensation & Benefits operations.
University bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Business administration, Economics, Finance or HR.
Proven experience and performance as an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of market best practices for multi-country compensation and benefits or local specifics.
Understanding the impact of unionized environments and dynamics on reward activities.

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Service Desk team.

As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a central role in assessing, triaging, categorizing, and routing cases globally, both from our valued customers and Tetra Pak personnel on their behalf. What you will do

In this role, you will lead the assessment of cases securing that all relevant information is collected at the first interaction. You will also lead the categorization and triage of cases securing that the issues are routed to the correct organization that will lead to its resolution.


As a Service Desk Agent, your main responsibilities are:
Liaise with customers and Tetra Pak in the main area of Processing and Packaging.
Lead the collection of all relevant information necessary for an efficient issue resolution.
Lead remote interactions including but not limited to retrieve relevant issue information, adopting when necessary additional tools, and verifying fulfilment of expectations prior to closing any support.
Collaborate with the Global Remote Support team, Market Operation Team, Issue resolution team, development and Automation competence networks.
Identify opportunities for improvement of equipment reliability, availability and/or performance to add value to our customers.
Ensure a continuous competence development, updates, and refresh on new service solutions, participate in internal project activities together with other departments.


We believe you have

Technical/engineering educational background
Good technical background and a preferable knowledge in food industry.
Understanding of site operations including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively. ?

Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within Dairy, Beverage, Prepared Food and Plant-Based applications. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs to secure that we create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. We are looking for an Automation Engineer that will have a key role in our customer order projects. You will be responsible for and manage the automation design and engineering in orders. Beyond technical responsibilities, you will also engage in customer relations and contribute to product development initiatives. Joining a dynamic team of skilled process-, automation-, and mechanical engineers, you will contribute to delivering innovative processing solutions to our diverse range of customers worldwide.

What you will do
Be the expert in automation design and engineering in customer orders throughout the order process and be responsible for control system specification, programming, and function descriptions in orders.
Contribute to product development initiatives.
Provide technical support to our sales organization during the pre-sale stage.
Drive technical discussion together with our project centers to understand and convey the local customer need.
Handle technical issues and documentation.
As your experience grows, be involved and drive troubleshooting and meetings at customer site.

We believe you have
Technical education and/or experience from a similar position within the food processing industry.
Experience with PLC and HMI programming as well as theoretical or practical automatic control knowledge.
Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell or other well-known automation systems.
A natural way of utilizing necessary standards, guidelines, tools, and methods when doing automation design.
While not mandatory, experience in order management, customer handling, and project management are considered advantageous.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Vad kommer du att göra?
Svetsning av rör till olika typer av processanläggningar för livsmedelsindustrin.
TIG-svetsning i syrafast rostfritt stål, både manuell och mekaniserad. Huvudsaklig dimension på rör som vi svetsar är 10 mm till 104 mm. Tjocklek 1,0 mm till 3,0 mm.
Montering av rör och komponenter utifrån ritning i 2- och 3D miljö.
Vara involverad i det förbättringsarbete som hela tiden pågår i verksamheten.


Du kommer att jobba i ett erfaret och självgående team där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete. Vissa delmoment i arbetsuppgifterna kan vara fysiskt krävande.


Vem är du?
Du har en god grundutbildning och erfarenhet inom TIG-svetsning av rör och rördetaljer i rostfritt stål. Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av WCM, Lean och 5S.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du även vara noggrann och systematisk, då du tillsammans med teamet ansvarar för kvalitén på det arbete som utförs. Vidare är du kreativ och har en god förmåga att lösa problem och att tänka i nya banor, vilket syns i din vilja att jobba med ständiga förbättringar. Vad du kommer att göra

I rollen som montör jobbar du i ett flexibelt team som ansvarar för montage och demontering av process- och fyllningsmaskiner samt förberedelse för packning och där alla i teamet är viktiga lagspelare för att nå de uppsatta målen. Vem du är
Du bör ha en god grundutbildning såsom verkstadsskola eller annan teknisk utbildning, och/eller erfarenhet av avancerat mekaniskt montagearbete. Att du hanterar ritningsläsning ser vi som en självklarhet. Erfarenhet från tillverkning inom livsmedelsindustrin och förståelse för kravställning inom livsmedelsproduktion är meriterande, liksom kunskap om flödesteknik och flödesschema.
Du behöver vara en van datoranvändare samt ha goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska.

Slip och putsarbete för att uppnå hygienkrav för processutrustning som tex. mindre tankar och kärl.
Reparationsarbete i form av ytkrav på defekt material.
Ansvara för den kortsiktiga planeringen av arbete som skall utföras.
Framtida möjlighet att flexa mot andra arbetsuppgifter.


Huvudsaklig dimension på rör som vi putsar och slipar är 10 mm till 104 mm. Tjocklek 1,0 mm till 3.0 mm.


Du kommer att jobba i ett erfaret och självgående team där alla bidrar med sina styrkor för att nå de uppsatta målen och förbättra den redan höga nivån på levererat arbete. I rollen som ytbehandlare ingår att förutom det dagliga orderarbetet ta ansvar för att vi efterlever uppsatta regler och standarder inom ansvarsområdet.


Vem är du?
Du bör ha tidigare erfarenhet av bearbetning av rostfritt material (rör och plåt). Då tänker vi i första hand på slipning och putsning för att uppnå ytkrav på material.

Are you the missing Kinaxis Maestro SME?


This is a full-time role that will initially be assigned to the project delivering the solution to the sites during our staggered go-live period, which will last for six months in 2026. After that, the role will transition into the Kinaxis service team, where you will continue as the Kinaxis SME.


What you will do
Kinaxis service will be a part of IT Service delivery area which today is a diverse team supporting tools and applications. Totally 12 applications and 20 team members reporting to Stefan Roos, Service Delivery Manager.


The role of SME Kinaxis Maestro will support design and configuration; the role will be the bridge between supply chain planning processes and the capabilities in Maestro. Your role will be the head designer/application configuration, together with an external system integration partner.


The current solution has been built with integration towards our current SAP ECC platform, however the future system for Tetra Pak will be the SAP S/4 platform.

We believe you have
Kinaxis Maestro (Formerly known as RapidResponce) experience on implementation in setting up the entire flow of spare parts planning
Hands-on configuration and implementation experience primarily in Kinaxis Maestro modules such as: Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Forecasting and Demand Management and Inventory Planning & Optimization (Including EOQ and Safety stock calculations)
Several implementations of Maestro platforms in manufacturing or spare parts planning environments, utilizing any of the modules/functions mentioned above.

The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at Tetra Pak. It's a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of our operating model:

1. Our future technology and data foundation

We created the next chapter for Tetra Pak to become a more dynamic, productive and capable company. To achieve this, we introduced a new operating model, including a new organisational structure. Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for five key areas related to the overall programme and all it’s projects
- Methods & Tools - Centre of Governance & Compliance
- Planning & Execution - Strategic & Integrated Planning
- Risk & Quality - Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Resource Management - Resource & Capacity Management
- PMO Network - Consistent execution of PMO in projects

Lead and direct cross-functional teams during the entire project lifetime, taking ownership on the cost, time and quality objectives. Collaborating with other Project/ Programme Managers to ensure alignment.

The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. You will be reporting to NCSP Programme Director.


What you will do
As Programme Management Officer for the NCSP Programme, you will:
Integrate and lead the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects) to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on overall Programme plan and stakeholders’ requirements.
Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown structure. Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan.
Define, communicate and manage the project budget.
Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
Create and lead the project organisation based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives.
Develop and implement a communication plan along with the Comms partner based on overall Programme Comms plan and stakeholders needs.
Develop and implement a risk management plan.
Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure the supplier selection and management fulfil project objectives.
Provide a strong partnership with the Programme Leader and effective collaboration with Programme Management Team


We believe you have
At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Senior project Manager.
PMP certificate or equivalent University degree
Successfully handled several major projects and understands Tetra Pak landscape.
Experience from managing cross functional project teams.
Fluent English skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, change management skills
Capability to manoeuvre through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively

Job Summary
The Services organisation is responsible for the maintenance and caretaking of our customers installed base. Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. Driving license is required.

As our new Application Engineer – High Shear Mixers, you will be part of a leading global company where our vision is to make food safe and available everywhere.
Within Tetra Pak Channel Management & Key Components Hub Europe, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated person to take the position of Application Engineer (High Shear Mixers). You will join a small but great team, that are working closely with our colleagues in the markets and business streams. As Application Engineer, you will be supporting the European markets with technical specifications, customer development needs and commissioning activities of Tetra Pak High Shear Mixers. Mixing is a core technology of Tetra Pak, where mechanical excellence combined with deep knowledge of applications are a key to our leadership in liquid food processing.
As you will work with all European markets, you will need to develop a strong network within Tetra Pak. This is a permanent position and can be based in any Tetra Pak entity in Europe. We expect approx. 30% travelling to be included in this position.
What you will do
As Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the high shear mixer business and providing technical expertise across the Europe market. Your role is to contribute to drive growth in collaboration with the Business Development Manager Portfolio Manager. You will be a part of a team dedicated to growing the key component business in Europe.
You will focus on:
Build, share, and enhance separation expertise within the team and the markets.
Participate and support commissioning activities with markets and customers.
Provide application and technical support for the European market companies and sales channels. Support in developing and delivering value-based quotations by thoroughly understanding customer needs.
Assist sales efforts in the markets by participating in presentations to secure technical acceptance from customers.
Support in identifying new product development needs and improvement requirements, offering recommendations to the global centre of expertise.
Support the deployment of new products according to the agreed plan with the global centre of expertise.

We believe you have
A university degree in science and engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in the food industry.
Experience or background in processing automation is a merit.
Experience of working with customers is a merit.
As our customers will be from all over Europe, a very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
