Job Summary
The Services organisation is responsible for the maintenance and caretaking of our customers installed base. In the Next Generation Service Operations team, we are working on driving efficiency gains across our services business through transformation in ways of working, standardisation of processes and technology shifts to support productivity gains.

We are now looking for two Planning System Experts who will lead the continued improvement of our new global planning system as well as process refinement to ensure a good adaptability of the solution with clear targets to deliver improvements.

The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund but can be based anywhere in Europe/EU. Some travelling might be required.
What you will do
As a Planning System Expert, you will be responsible for development specification, testing and process definitions related to the new global planning tool. Close collaboration with end users will be a key activity to achieve this.

Main responsibilities:
Lead testing activities of new roadmap items, in close collaboration with IT-teams.
Lead and co-ordinate activities around creation of training material, competence development and learning plans for new introduced functionality.
Monitoring of business usage and system performance together to systematically following up on issue areas and to identify potential improvements, in collaboration with GIM Service team.
Work Close with Product Owner to define future system enhancements.

We believe you have
You have a university degree, preferably in Business and/or Engineering.
Fluency in verbal and written English is required for the role.
Previous experience of working in IFS Cloud, IFS PSO and IFS MWO applications is a plus.

Job Summary
The Value Stream Expert – Project, Sales and Order Management is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end value stream across project execution, sales, and order management within the PS&E organization. This role ensures a seamless flow from customer inquiry through order fulfilment, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction—mainly in Business Sectors and Production Centres globally within the Tetra Pak PS&E organization.
What you will do
As Value Stream Expert – Project, Sales and Order Management, you will join a team of Value Stream Leads and experts with global experience in executing the Customer Project Solution. Your main responsibilities will include:
Setting strategy and developing processes, training, and tools—including the Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) and Customer Project Management tools such as Planview—to drive improvements in delivering equipment solutions to customers.
Leading and contributing to Business Transformation (BT) projects by developing new processes, documents, and systems within the PS&E Project, Sales, and Order Management processes.
Identifying and sharing best practices with Business Experts and Local Process Drivers worldwide through training and coaching.
Defining system requirements and driving tool development and continuous improvement together with Business Sectors, Production Centres, and Global IM.

We believe you have
A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent; PMI certification is a plus.
More than 5 years of operational experience as a professional expert or manager in project management or order management of commercial projects in PS&E Business Sectors or Production Centres.
Familiarity with ERP, Customer Project Management, and order management systems.
Good understanding of the end-to-end Customer Project Solution process, especially in Business Streams and Production (knowledge of OFCE is a plus).
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

In this role you will:

Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver finance process improvements and legal compliance initiatives, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across units.


Lead the execution of strategic projects and close critical process gaps within Finance & Tax and related functions by applying strong finance expertise and business acumen.


Drive integration, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end finance processes, serving as a subject matter expert in the area of Packaging Material & Additional Material Costing and Controlling.


Oversee and guide the maintenance of global finance process documentation, including process flows, internal controls, and best practice guidelines; ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global standards by supervising updates and providing final approval as Value Stream Lead


Work closely with Finance teams globally, providing guidance on process optimization and supporting performance improvement efforts through regular KPI tracking, process review execution, and participation in transformation initiatives.


Lead the design, prioritization, and delivery of training materials, ensuring content is aligned with global standards, business needs, and system capabilities; review and sign off on final materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in knowledge transfer.


We believe you have
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as ACCA or equivalent are highly valued.


5+ years of experience in Finance, or strong involvement in delivering IT-enabled solutions and process improvements within Finance functions, preferably in a multinational environment.


Proven experience and knowledge in Business Control, including good knowledge in Packaging Material & Additional Material Costing, understanding of BOFC costing or XLC costing


Experience as a controller in the area of Packaging Material or Additional Material in a factory or a Market


A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively across dispersed international teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve results.

Drive the plan to onboard new organizations & suppliers and provide support.

About the job

Your primary responsibility will be to work with our financial reporting process and system. This includes compiling, monitoring, and analyzing financial reporting from Alfa Laval's entities worldwide as well as managing and updating our financial reporting system. The role as a Business Navigator/Business Controller
As a Business Navigator, you will be part of the Business Navigation HQ team, working in close collaboration with the senior Business Navigator for Operations to support Axis' Operations function. In this role, you will contribute to providing valuable insights, driving improvements, and ensuring effective financial processes, all while deepening your understanding of the Operations function in a highly collaborative environment.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing cost control within OPEX and CAPEX, as well as volume-driven costs.
* Monitoring profitability and headcount.
* Playing a key role in the Annual financial planning process (forecasting) and provide insights into financial performance and planning outcomes.
* Collaborating closely with stakeholders within the Operations function to understand business needs, drive process improvements, and actively monitor operational performance.
* Performing obsolescence calculations.

Beskrivning av tjänsten
Ditt uppdrag blir att bidra till att företagets affärsmål inte bara nås - utan överträffas. Som Business Controller blir du en viktig spelare på ekonomiavdelningen som idag utgörs av ett team på sex personer, där du rapporterar direkt till CFO. Du tillsammans med din närmaste kollega utgör kärnan i företagets controllerfunktion och som Business Controller har du en mångsidig och självständig roll där du jobbar nära verksamheten med att driva affärsstyrning, resultatuppföljning och analys tillsammans med verksamhetsansvariga. Vem är du?

Vidare har du erfarenhet av att utveckla och effektivisera både processer och system. Du har ett systemintresse där det är viktigt med en djupare kunskap av funktionaliteter inom BI-system, gärna Power BI. Dina Excelkunskaper är på en hög nivå och när det gäller språk så ställer tjänsten krav på god svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.

About the Role:

Axiell is looking for a Business Controller for the Division Public Library & Education (PL/E) and IT with a drive for change and ability to convey technical financial information to non-finance people. You will be responsible for the full business process – from analysis and objective setting to monthly reporting and identification of business performance improvements as well as participate in special Projects such as business cases, business improvement initiatives, strategic financial planning.

Budgeting and forecasting  


Monitor, analyse and drive actions for improved cash flow  


Development and Standardization of reporting processes    


Support with statutory reporting for the entities in the Business Division including Year end reports 


Continuous improvement inside the responsibility including the whole Business Control function 


Conduct detailed financial and business analyses to identify opportunities, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions 


Take part in monthly business/financial review meetings and take responsibility for the financial reports as well as present in the meetings 


ABOUT YOU 
We are looking for a highly analytical person who has a drive for change in order to achieve process improvement for higher financial benefit by driving operational excellence in all areas, and the Business Control function in particular. 

At least 5 years of relevant Business Control experience 


Skilled in translating data to business stakeholders for decision making and improved forecasting  


Basic level of Accounting competence (Statutory/external) including accounts consolidation and reconciliation 


Data driven and the ability to understand the business needs within the Professional Services (IT) industry, such as cost structures in Hosting and SaaS business models


Very good knowledge of MS-Office, ERP (Dynamics 365 an advantage) 


Efficient in communicating qualitative findings and confident in coaching others in finance decisions 


You are fluent in English and Swedish

You have experience within business controlling and analysis. You have a bachelor´s or masters´ degree in economics or have gained equivalent knowledge through experience. Ditt nya jobb

Om dig

The main purpose of a Business Controller is to oversee the financial performance and operations of PDL. As Business Controller you are a key business partner in the PDL management team. Your main responsibilities include:

About the job

As Business Controller Real Estate, you’re a partner in creating a common approach to Alfa Laval’s facility management. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Folktandvården Skåne arbetar utifrån en tydlig och långsiktig affärsplan och som controller fyller du en viktig roll i arbetet med att uppnå våra övergripande mål. Du ansvarar för en av Folktandvården Skånes tre divisioner, division syd. Du arbetar nära divisionschefen och ingår i division syds ledningsgrupp. Division syd består av 16 chefer och deras ca 430 medarbetare.

Som controller har du den viktiga rollen att fungera som länk mellan verksamheten och huvudkontoret.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat:
• Agera rådgivande och ha en stödjande funktion till divisionschef och klinikchefer i olika ekonomiska frågeställningar, verksamhetsstyrning och verksamhetsuppföljning.
• Månatligen sammanställa, rapportera och analysera divisionens utfall.
• Göra analyser och kalkyler av ad-hoc karaktär åt ledning, huvudkontor och övrig verksamhet.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du som söker har:

Som Business Controller på AR Packaging Flexibles kommer du att ha en viktig roll i verksamheten och arbeta med analys och uppföljning samt aktiviteter som bidrar till lönsamhet- och processutveckling. I rollen ingår också budgetarbete, prognoser och bokslutsarbete samt rapportering till koncernen. Lämplig bakgrund
Vi söker dig som är civilekonom eller har motsvarande utbildning inom ekonomiområdet och har ca 3-5 års erfarenhet av arbete med controlling, gärna från producerande- eller processbaserad verksamhet. We are now looking for a Finance BI Developer with focus on Qlik Sense to join our Business Control team at our Finance department in Lund.

Who is your future team?
The Business Control Team at Axis Communications consist of a dozen dedicated and experienced colleagues, covering all functions and regions within Axis Communications. Our mission is to be a proactive business partner contributing to the growth of Axis' business - and to achieve this mission we rely on great people with a business partner approach and great BI tools.
The team has over the last few years changed focus from backward-looking reporting and follow up, to a more pro-active approach and improved collaboration with the entire organization. Our aim is to provide a more holistic picture of our business, and to contribute with relevant information and intelligence for better business decisions. We call this ModernControlling@Axis.
One of our steps have been to engage a Finance BI partner within our team, and this role has successfully developed over the last two years, and it is within this important area we now would like to further strengthen our team.

What you'll do here as business intelligence developer
As a business intelligence developer, you will develop and maintain the Finance and Sales Operations related areas in Qlik Sense. You will work closely with your colleagues - Finance BI developer and Business Controllers - to further develop and improve our BI tools related to Finance and Sales Operations at Axis.
You will be maintaining the existing Qlik Sense apps owned by Finance. This includes administration, updating of new data, data validation, and visual improvements within existing apps, updates and workshops.
You will be involved in securing an updated view on Axis internal network related to Qlik Sense Finance-owned apps.
Depending on your background and experience level, we will expect you to participate or drive the development and testing of selected new applications, including data identification, data modelling, programming and visualization.We are also planning for further looking into how to best utilize and collaborate between our other systems such as SalesForce and Workday.

Verksamhetscontroller till nybildad stab i region Söder

Vi söker en driven och utvecklingsinriktad verksamhetscontroller som vill vara delaktig i att bygga upp och utveckla vår verksamhets- och ekonomistyrning samt uppföljning inom regionen.

Tjänsten är placerad inom regionens stab. Din närmaste chef är biträdande regionchefen. Stabens ansvarsområden omfattar förutom verksamhetsstyrning m.m. juridik och administration.

 

Arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer att arbeta med verksamhetsstyrning, ekonomistyrning, redovisning och regionens inre effektivitet genom uppföljning av regionens verksamhet i tätt samarbete med samtliga chefer inom regionen. Arbetet innefattar också ansvar för samordning av regionens ekonomiska planering, prognosläggning, uppföljning och rapportering samt regionens verksamhetsplanerings-process, dels för verksamhetsplan, den s.k. läsårsplaneringen och för granskningsprojekt. Vidare ingår samordning av regionens upp-följning av verksamhetens resultat i samarbete med myndighetens andra region, Region norr samt samarbete med myndighetens centrala ekonomifunktion och andra centrala stöd- och styrningsfunktioner. Under år 2020 har vi ett särskilt fokus på att utveckla analyserna i uppföljningen. Vi ska också tydliggöra kopplingen mellan kärnverksamhetens åtaganden och budget.

Du kommer även att medverka i och vid behov leda interna utredningar och arbetsgrupper. Du förväntas medverka i regionens ledningsgrupp och delta aktivt i diskussioner inför beslut. Vidare ska du fungera som bollplank och stöd till regionens ledningsgrupp och till samtliga chefer inom regionen. Uppgifterna innefattar allt från beredning inför möten och mötesbokningar, bearbetning av statistikunderlag till att leda forum och ansvar för samordning av frågor som berör controlling. Du kommer att vara en viktig länk mellan huvudkontoret och regionen och vara ett stöd för arbetet med planering och uppföljning inom regionen och leverans i uppföljning i förhållande till Generaldirektören. Arbetet ställer höga krav på flexibilitet och förmåga att självständigt strukturera upp arbetet.
I tjänsten igår även utredningarbete och att göra skriftliga sammanställningar av komplexa underlag.

 

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har:


• Examen från högskoleutbildning om minst 180 hp (120 p) inom ekonomi, förvaltning eller motsvarande relevant utbildning i kombination med erfarenhet.
• Gedigen erfarenhet av arbete med ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrning på en statlig myndighet.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och övriga Officepaketet samt gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med affärssystem.
• Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av analytiskt utredningsarbete
• Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka sig skriftligt och muntligt på svenska.

Meriterande är erfarenhet av projektledning och arbete med fördelningsmodeller.

Execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
