Om jobbet

Rollen som Workplace manager innebär att leda, samordna och utveckla kontorsmiljöerna på Alfa Laval i Lund så att dessa stödjer ett bra, effektivt och modernt digitalt kontorsarbete. Du kommer även att vara samordnande för att utveckla kontorsmiljöerna för Alfa Lavals siter i Sverige tillsammans med berörda parter.

I ditt ansvar ingår:
* Personalansvar för reception och office personal.
* Projektledning av förändringsprojekt.
* Samordning och utveckling av den digitala arbetsplatsen tillsammans med vår IT-organisation. Delaktighet i upphandlingar, samt samordning, av externa tjänsteleverantörer för kontorsmiljöers drift, för kontorsutrustning mm.
* Initiera åtgärder som minskar kontorsmiljöernas miljöpåverkan.
* Säkerställande av att arbetsmiljöverkets riktlinjer, Alfa Lavals interna krav samt övriga lagkrav för arbetsmiljö inom kontorsmiljöer uppfylls.
* Prognosframtagning och ansvar för beslutad budget för kommande års investeringar och kostnader för kontorsmiljöer.

Tjänsten rapporterar till Site Facility Manager i Lund (site Gunnesbo).

Vem är du?

Du har mer än 6 års yrkeserfarenhet från arbete med drift och utveckling av kontorsmiljöer hos globalt företag, eller från företag som bedriver arbetsplatsservice för kontorsarbete. Du är en ledare, driven i ditt arbete, och vill ständigt utvecklas i samarbete med såväl interna som externa kunder och leverantörer. Du har arbetat självständigt som projektledare för förändringsprojekt av kontorsmiljöer. Du har haft chefs- och budgetansvar med goda vitsord. God kunskap om lagar och förordningar gällande arbetsmiljö är növändigt, formell utbildning är meriterande. Du är en god kommunikatör med hög serviceanda. Du hanterar professionell svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) are widely used as energy saving solution in many different types of applications such as Food and beverages, Industry Processes and HVAC & Refiguration installations. To proceed being world leader in heat transfer we continuously develop and evaluate new technologies to implement in the future GPHE range. Within BU GPHE (Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger) we are looking for a Project Manager with focus to drive technology development projects for Gasketed plate heat exchangers (GPHE)

In the role as project manager for technology development GPHE, you will be an important part to develop our technologies even further. You will be driving different technology concept with focus to find new technical solutions for new market demands including pushing boundaries and challenge old truths.

In this role, you will have a creative function collaborating within the network of various functions such as production, sales, sourcing and external partners to create the path for the next step ahead.  We believe that your curiosity for the new and understanding for our existing technologies will be a key driver for you.

Project Order is a team within the Operations’ organization at Alfa Laval Lund, responsible for handling complex project/orders that generate a high financial value to the company. About the job

You will also support in the Engineering change EC process and be responsible for distributing design notifications (DNs) to the factories and to follow-up the DNs in the entire EC process until implemented. About the job –

Avdelningen GCC Large tillverkar kanalplattor till Alfa Lavals värmeväxlare. Vår maskinpark består av två hydrauliska pressar, två klipp- och skärmaskiner samt en tvätt. Tillsammans klipper, formar och tvättar vi plåt dygnet runt.

Gruppen Verktygsunderhåll arbetar med att säkerställa att klipp- och pressverktyg är förberedda och underhållna inför nästa produktionstillfälle. Gruppen består idag av 3 personer men ska nu utökas med ytterligare en.

I arbetet ingår att:
* Förbereda och kontrollera olika typer av klipp- och pressverktyg så de är redo för produktion
* Rengöra klipp- och pressverktyg för att säkerställa kvalitet
* Planera, utföra och följa upp vårt verktygsunderhåll för att minska risken för oplanerade stillestånd och kvalitetsbrister
* Underhållsarbete i form av byte av verktygsdelar, slipning av verktyg och reparationer
* Beställa underhållsarbete från interna underleverantörer i samråd med arbetsledningen
* Ha daglig kontakt med operatörer och arbetsledning för att hålla sig uppdaterad
* Jobba med förbättringar och minskning av slöseri kring verktygshantering och verktygsunderhåll
* Vara delaktig i projektarbete som exempelvis införande eller uppdateringar av verktyg.

About the job

We need to expand our team with a Business Intelligence developer. The team is responsible for the Business Intelligence solutions within the Alfa Laval group. We work together towards common goals and collaborate with colleagues in many parts of the world, both within IT and in the line of business. Our BI platform is based on the Microsoft BI suite, QlikView and Pyramid Analytics. We have started a transition moving to more cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure) which you will be a part of.

You will participate in requirements management, design, develop, build, configure and test of Business Intelligence solutions. You ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation and that they are documented. You will also provide 3rd line support for escalated incidents.

As part of the job, you keep yourself updated within the world of Business Intelligence. Together with your colleagues, you participate in evaluations of new tools and technology.

What you know

To succeed you have:
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse concepts, structures, solutions and environments.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence development methods.
* Experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions on the Server BI suite including ETL and data modelling.

It is a merit if you have translated business requirements into specification and solution design. It is also beneficial if you have basic knowledge of Power BI.

About the job

The role as Global Quality Manager is a new position in BU GPHE with the purpose to drive and develop our quality activities/projects and processes to improve our customer offerings.

Your main responsibilities include:

Within Quality:
* Drive and coordinate quality activities between multiple factories and sites
* Support and represent management in quality topics both internally and externally
* Participate in and ensure continuous improvement projects and activities by coaching with a problem-solving approach and by following up achievements
* Define and optimize Quality processes.

Within Corporate Standards:
* Lead and develop a team of 4 employees working with Corporate Standards, supporting all BUs and PGs within Alfa Laval with standardization related activities.

Alfa Laval in Lund is looking for a Project Manager

Product Group Parts Distribution and Logistics (PDL) in Alfa Laval has the main responsibility of sourcing and supplying spare parts to our Sales companies and End customers through our Distribution Centers around the world.

PDL will be part of an ERP-project roll-out which is one of Alfa Laval Operations’ global strategic initiatives with the target of standardizing our supply chain processes. This will be done via the world-class platform Microsoft Dynamics. In addition, PDL will implement a new Warehousing Management System (WMS) as well as an Inventory Management System.

About the job

You will be part of the Operational Development Team for PDL. Your main responsibilities will be to be the overall Business Project Manager for the new System initiatives within PDL and to support and enable data visibility and analytics throughout the Supply Chain.

Together with the project team, your focus will be to assess current situation, identify process improvements and business needs for PDL, translate requirements into system needs, evaluate solution as well as implementing the new global processes and solutions within PDL. This work will be performed in close collaboration with IT Project Manager, Operation’s Global Process team and PDL organization.

The position is located in Lund and reports to Operations Development Manager. As this is a central role you should an­tici­pate international travels to our different sites in Asia, USA and within Europe.
