The Printing team within D&T IBE at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our end to end graphics operations.
Work includes problem-solving, support within technology know-how, setting requirements, implementing solutions and supporting installations in production. You will lead or contribute to development activities, working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners in a supportive and respectful environment.


What you will do
As a Development Engineer in our team, you will define, develop and deploy innovative prepress and/or printing technology solutions. Our main task is to improve existing and develop new solutions through value-driven innovation, and at the same time build & maintain competence development. You will be part of a Scrum team and work closely with our converting factories and specialists. Documenting and communicating progress and results is part of our daily work.
This is a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden. Some travel is expected, maximum up to 25 % of your time.

What you will do
As Production Engineer, you will:
Drive technical issues resolution within Automation and Mechanical area, during equipment assembly and test, both at supplier and in internal production, securing functional performances of equipment before Installation, to grant deliveries in quality on time to Customers.
Drive continuous improvement of internal production equipment testing methods, with an end-to-end view from product development to installation phase, through internal and supplier production operations, according to World Class Manufacturing methodology

About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are looking to appoint an Analysis Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering Section. Our Mechanical Engineering section is part of our Operations and Infrastructure directorate and is responsible for the mechanical engineering, design and implementation of the ESS machines.

This is a unique and exciting role at ESS. As our next Analysis Engineer, you will have an extremely specialised, interesting and varied work environment. The role-specific tasks are centred around performing the technical enquiries, analyses and calculations (e.g. FEA and CFD) as support to different project groups and work packages within ESS. Within this role, you will be therefore be required to investigate innovative approaches and techniques, conceptualise solutions and plans, compile prerequisite design conditions and criterion for analyses and dimensioning of systems and components, review technical enquiries, perform relevant analyses and calculations, prepare specifications, reports and diagnose, troubleshoot and review engineering information for various acceptance tests.

A key part of this role will also be to develop, maintain and give support in general procedures, guidelines and templates as well as tools for technical analyses in the domain of the central engineering function.

This is a full time, permanent role based at the ESS Campus in Lund, Sweden.

About you:

To thrive with us in the Mechanical Engineering section, you need to be curious, self-driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. We need a highly motivated person who is excited by innovation and remains up-to-date with state of the art technology, norms and standards and tools for technical analyses and calculations.

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. Ideally, you will have appropriate technical qualifications, such as a minimum master’s degree or doctorate in mechanical engineering, applied physics, engineering physics or a closely related field. However relevant experience in a similar role is also as critical as the type of qualification you hold. As this role is so unique, our ideal candidate needs to bring significant experience of performing strength calculations as well as various failure analysis on systems and components to identify root cause. Additional knowledge of FEA packages such as ANSYS/APDL, Monte Carlo N-Particle code (MCNPX), and computational fluid dynamics would be a distinct advantage for this position.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them and reporting clearly and precisely. We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we're looking for a real team player: Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who likes to collaborate with different people and who is committed to helping this amazing project to realise its full potential. We need a hands-on self-starter who is able to work in a structured, orderly, responsible and – most importantly – safe way.

The working language of ESS is English, and we ideally need someone who can start as soon as possible.

About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are looking to appoint an Analysis Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering Section. Our Mechanical Engineering section is part of our Operations and Infrastructure directorate and is responsible for the mechanical engineering, design and implementation of the ESS machines.

This is a unique and exciting role at ESS. As our next Analysis Engineer, you will have an extremely specialised, interesting and varied work environment. The role-specific tasks are centred around performing the technical enquiries, analyses and calculations (e.g. FEA and CFD) as support to different project groups and work packages within ESS. Within this role, you will be therefore be required to investigate innovative approaches and techniques, conceptualise solutions and plans, compile prerequisite design conditions and criterion for analyses and dimensioning of systems and components, review technical enquiries, perform relevant analyses and calculations, prepare specifications, reports and diagnose, troubleshoot and review engineering information for various acceptance tests.

A key part of this role will also be to develop, maintain and give support in general procedures, guidelines and templates as well as tools for technical analyses in the domain of the central engineering function.

This is a full time, permanent role based at the ESS Campus in Lund, Sweden.

About you:

To thrive with us in the Mechanical Engineering section, you need to be curious, self-driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. We need a highly motivated person who is excited by innovation and remains up-to-date with state of the art technology, norms and standards and tools for technical analyses and calculations.

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. Ideally, you will have appropriate technical qualifications, such as a minimum master’s degree or doctorate in mechanical engineering, applied physics, engineering physics or a closely related field. However relevant experience in a similar role is also as critical as the type of qualification you hold. As this role is so unique, our ideal candidate needs to bring significant experience of performing strength calculations as well as various failure analysis on systems and components to identify root cause. Additional knowledge of FEA packages such as ANSYS/APDL, Monte Carlo N-Particle code (MCNPX), and computational fluid dynamics would be a distinct advantage for this position.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them and reporting clearly and precisely. We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we're looking for a real team player: Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who likes to collaborate with different people and who is committed to helping this amazing project to realise its full potential. We need a hands-on self-starter who is able to work in a structured, orderly, responsible and – most importantly – safe way.

3rd party & TRC equipment, within Equipment Engineering, D&T, is a dedicated team responsible for 3rd party & Tetra Recart equipment in or filling lines. Our machines operate all over the world with diverse and challenging demands on our equipment. To meet these demands our development teams must find simple, robust and cost-efficient solutions to deliver customer value.
In the role as Development Engineer, you will over time have the opportunity to work with a broad range of equipment and related technology with high focus on quality. The tasks include concept evaluations, guide the choice of supplier, product development as well as product life cycle activities and related documentation in Tetra Pak system. Your assignments will include frequent interactions with other people and competence areas such as automation, test engineers, product owners, supplier management & Tetra Pak Services.

We are recruiting a dedicated Production Leader to the filling machine production in the Production Centre Lund-Modena. The position is permanent and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
In this position you will be managing a team of 28 people who is testing filling equipment before shipment to customer. You will be responsible for overseeing and following up on the team’s performance and delivery according to World Class Management standards as well as balancing stakeholder demands both internal and external.
The procedures that you will be responsible for will be implementing proactive and progressive systems to maximize output in planning, scheduling, and operating agendas for the factory.
You will also be responsible for ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while always promoting safety norms and standards.
What you will do
Be responsible for, develop and lead operation of production
Deliver according to committed targets and production plan
Manage the results of production key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality and machine efficiency

Rollen:

Som teknisk skribent på Semcon arbetar du främst med att ta fram information och instruktioner för servicetekniker och operatörer. Projektavdelningen består av sex medarbetare som tillsammans driver produktionsverksamhetens större projekt. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Din profil
- Ingenjörsexamen som motsvarar högskole- eller civilingenjör

- Du har också haft det ekonomiska ansvaret i dina projekt som krävt löpande uppföljning och styrning.

About the job

The Nuclear Physics Institute (NPI), Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS), Czech Republic is contributing to the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, Sweden, by co-leading the construction of the neutron scattering instrument BEER in collaboration with the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geestacht (HZG), Germany. In relation to this project the ESS offers a position as Instrument Lead Engineer.
The mission is to design, construct and bring into operation the neutron instrument BEER at ESS. The Instrument Lead Engineer will be co-leader of the instrument project and will work in close collaboration with the Instrument Lead Scientist. The two will form the core instrument team, and will coordinate work in a multinational collaboration involving partners from the Czech Republic and Germany, and in close communication with ESS-Lund. Some travelling and occasional working abroad is to be expected.
The Instrument Lead Engineer takes an instrument concept and turns it into an actual instrument, performing planning, detailed design, procurement, assembly and installation in a project environment. The Instrument Lead Engineer provides technical project leadership, including management and integration of the engineering effort. Together with the Instrument Lead Scientist and a core team of specialists at ESS in Lund, you will perform engineering design work based on the scientific specifications.

Job description 
As part of the Core Instrument Team, you will


• Provide the engineering leadership and technical project management of the BEER Project.
• Take a leading role in defining the project delivery plan, involving scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate technical activities between the participating partner institutions.
• Deliver the instrument to operations according to scope, budget and schedule of the BEER project.

Specifically, you will


• Lead the implementation of the work produced by the partners and contribute to the planning.
• Lead engineering activities from requirements to installations.
• Employ the 3D CAD tool Catia V6 for developing and maintaining a model of the instrument
• Analyse engineering problems using traditional analytical methods and FEA packages.
• Write technical specifications, perform market surveys and price enquiries to find appropriate suppliers.
• Assist in tracking and ensuring timely project delivery using ESS processes and appropriate tools.
• Supervise technical staff and designers of prototype components.
• Represent the project during instrument reviews.
• Participate in risk reviews and help manage risks.

Qualifications
The successful candidate are required to have the following qualifications: 


• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering of complex engineering problems, working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience in a 3D CAD software (Catia V6 preferred, others acceptable).
• Knowledge of the technical concepts of drafting plus basic engineering principles, codes and standards.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the implementation of engineering activities such as functional descriptions, requirement definitions, design (conceptual, pre-detailed and detailed studies), and definitions of complex interface systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve basic mechanical engineering problems using material strength and materials selection principles.
• Ability to learn new tasks and new systems quickly
• Capacity to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skill and excellent oral and written English skills.

Desirable experience include:


• Experience as lead engineer of a neutron instrument construction project or knowledge of neutron or x-ray scattering
• Experience in designing and building precise scientific components in a collaborative scientific setting

You have a M.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in Automation/Digitalisation, PMI certification is considered a merit. You have a solid project management experience (at least 5 years), preferable from the Food Industry, while experience with Agile methodologies is a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

About the job
As an Application and Product Specialist, you will work with cooling applications for our engine OEM customers. Developing conceptual ideas and designs for customer projects in the early phases and present the technical proposal to the customers. You will work as project manager for the new cooling product and be in frequent contact with our customer for technical support. Another part of the job is to manage customer claims and travel to customers as the expert for engine application.

Key tasks:
* Customer Project: Together with Key Account Manager and Development Engineer, developing conceptual ideas and designs, select and optimize the technical proposal to the OEM engine customers
* As project manager, drive and coordinate all activities in the development projects in close cooperation with customer, suppliers and internal Alfa Laval functions
* First line customer contact: Together with Key
* Account Managers, manage all the communication back and forth to the customer for technical support
* Claim: Manage the communication and decide activities relating to the customer claims with other internal functions

What you know
You have Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and preferable some years of experience in engine application with insight to OEM business. The work requires that you communicate fluently in written and spoken English. You have a strong sense of innovation and a track record of putting the innovation into practice.

CellaVision is now looking to strengthen the Product Care team in Lund with a Mechanical Engineer. If you want to work in an innovative, friendly environment with hands-on problem solving for products used in laboratories worldwide, this could be the right opportunity for you!

As a Mechanical Engineer in Product Care, you will be part of a small team of four. Product Care works with second line support to solve new, unknown problems from the field. The team carries out continuous product care work, such as release of bug fix software as well as develop and evaluate alternative components to the production of our systems. We can offer you an exciting role that involves hands-on work with our high-tech platforms, a lot of responsibility and a great deal of freedom. This position reports to Manager Product Care.




Key tasks

- Create assembling instructions.

- Design changes in CAD environment.

- Carry out cost reducing- and quality improvement measures for production.

- Work actively to reduce the test time.

- Ongoing collaboration with Supply & Sourcing department & our producer Kitron.




Qualifications

- MSc in Mechanical Engineering, preferably specialized in Mechatronics (me) or Production (prr).

- A great interest in technology and working with advanced mechanical systems.

- Good language skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.

- A curious mindset and good ability to analyze complex problems.

- Good sense of structure and responsibility to get the work done properly.

- Excellent cooperation skills to maintain and nurture relationships with colleagues and external parties.

Nice to have

- Good understanding of electronics.

- Experience in CAD.

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
