As an Administrative Assistant you will be a part of the Global Training team consisting of four members who are devoted to management and delivery of training, ensuring that CellaVision’s learner population is offered appropriate learning opportunities and tools. This summer, the Training team needs help within the technical communication area.

Key tasks

- Review templates in Excel, write procedure for validation perform the validation
- Technical reading regarding aligning our terminology and style throughout certain technical manuals and documents
- Linguistic review of manuals and other technical documentation
- Run slides on the CellaVision instrument


Qualifications

- You are a student within technical writing, information design, or other relevant field.
- Well established knowledge in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English




If you have experience in proof reading part time it is seen as an advantage.

Key tasks as Test Leader

- Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
- Manage development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager.
- Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.
- Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing throughout the development process with early test planning and exploratory tests.
- Continue to develop the testing process in an agile direction together with other Test Leaders.


Qualifications

You need to have

- Master of Science or equivalent in related field.
- Experience in leading test activities and planning/coordinating testing in software development projects.
- Experience in writing documents for quality assurance or other technical documentation.
- A well-developed communicative ability that reflects in your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.


It’s an advantage if you have

- Knowledge of all levels of the testing pyramid, from unit tests to system tests.
- Experience driving agile transformation.

You need to have

Need to have

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Biology or equivalent education or combination of experience.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a laboratory environment or related field.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

- Very good verbal and written English.


Nice to have

- Experience from working in a clinical chemistry lab.

- Experience within the hematology field.

- Experience with slide making and staining.

CellaVision is now looking to strengthen the team in Lund with a UX Designer. In this role, your main responsibility is to create design concepts for our software products with the essential input from our company’s talented developers and product managers. As this is a new internal role for us, we will expect you to work with great independence and act as your own expert to drive the design of our products in the right direction. In return, you will get to work in a broad role, in a growing business that helps laboratories worldwide to replace manual laboratory work and increase patient value.

As UX designer, you will be part of the Software Team consisting of 12 dedicated employees. The members of our team work with improvingexisting software and developing new products. We are committed to helping labs globally to improve workflows though our core products, as well as additional applications that can extend the usage of CellaVision instruments. We are looking for you, who want to work dedicated to make the user experience of our innovative systems even better and take the design to the next level. This position reports to Development Manager Software.

Key tasks as UX Designer

- Develop design concepts for Windows desktop and web applications with Product Manager.

- Coordinate and participate in implementation of finished design.

- Document design specifications and guidelines.

- Conduct usability tests and surveys together with Product Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within UX design, Interaction design or related field.

- Experience in developing UX design concepts for digital products in a corporate environment.

- Proficient user in design programs like Photoshop, Sketch, Marvel or other relevant tools.

- Good language skills in English, verbal and written.

If you also have good knowledge of HTML/CSS, this is considered an advantage.
