The Fire Detection Panel team is part of R&D and is responsible for developing next?generation Fire Detection Panels, including both hardware and software applications. About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner who brings clarity, customer focus, and technical leadership to our Embedded Systems team. In this role, you will enable the team to deliver high?quality, compliant, and reliable fire?safety solutions by translating customer and regulatory needs into actionable technical requirements.
You will collaborate closely with Product Management and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team working across hardware, firmware, and embedded software. Product Vision & Roadmap

Translate system?level and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with the team to estimate, refine, and plan work across hardware and software development cycles.

Technical Collaboration
Work closely with system architects to support architectural decisions, assess feasibility, and manage technical risk and technical debt.
Engage in design reviews, test strategy discussions, and field validation activities when needed.
Foster a culture of mastery and continuous learning within the team.

Stakeholder Communication
Act as a trusted link between engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product stakeholders.
Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and trade?offs transparently to both technical and non?technical audiences.
Ensure that customer, safety, and compliance requirements are understood and consistently embedded into development work.

Embedded Delivery Execution
Support sprint ceremonies, system integration testing, firmware release coordination, and retrospectives.
Together with Program Management, ensure that features are tested, validated, and compliant with internal and external safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement in ways of working to help the team deliver with agility, ownership, and measurable impact.


Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Systems Engineer, or similar role in embedded systems, hardware–software integration, or IoT.
Demonstrated collaboration skills and strong communication abilities.
Solid understanding of embedded platforms, microcontrollers, RTOS, firmware development, and system?level constraints.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware, software, and testing.
Strong requirement?writing skills and proven ability to break down complex topics into clear, actionable work.
Familiarity with agile practices adapted to mixed hardware/software environments.

Preferred
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
Experience working with safety?critical systems.
Hands?on experience with hardware bring?up, board validation, or embedded QA.
Understanding of configuration management and version control processes for embedded releases.

Collaborate with Product Management, and other stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with defined business objectives

We believe you have

The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Components team at Processing Equipment AB is recruiting a Technical Product Manager to own and develop the product portfolios within Instruments and Sensors. This is a permanent position and the location is Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team, we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with a focus on creating, establishing and managing a competitive global portfolio of OEM components. Your role as a Product Owner
In this role you will cooperate with our development teams to define and drive product vision and roadmap, and identify future opportunities both within the software and hardware domain. You will drive your roadmap by acting as project manager as part of your role. We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Masters to belong to the Packaging Material Features programme. This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master you will work closely with several Scrum teams, coaching and supporting their work. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our scrum framework and way of working across the programme organisation. You will work closely with the Line Managers, Product Owners, Programme Managers and Scrum Masters leading the evolution of our Scrum set up.
Main responsibilities
Act as a Scrum Master in Scrum development teams
Coach the team to collaborate in their work, such as communicate openly about risks, opportunities and progress during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, sprint Retrospective and Programme Increment (PI) planning events
Facilitate the use of relevant tools and metrics to create ownership and commitment
Manage scrum team resource and capability -need delivering on backlog, in dialogue with Line managers manage changes and team members development
Be a servant leader, capturing impediments to be removed for the team to progress and protect team from interferences preventing reaching goals
Drive programme & scrum team preparations for PI planning events and facilitate team trough planning events

Support the agile transformation journey and continuous improvement

Vår klient söker nu två mekaniska designers för att stärka ett scrumteam som arbetar med specialutrustning.

Som en del av teamet kommer du att arbeta med att utveckla och förbättra tekniska lösningar som används i produktion och installation. Arbetsuppgifter
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

- Design och specifikation av byggutrustning.
- Utveckling, testning och utvärdering av teoretiska designlösningar.
- Stödja organisationen genom att ta fram layout, specifikationer och budget.
- Assistera vid mekanisk installation av utrustning i testhall och på plats.
- Felsökning vid problem på fältet och/eller under produktion.
- Driva mindre PLC-aktiviteter.
- Arbeta med Creo och släppprocessen i PDMLink.
- Delta i bedömningar av överensstämmelsedokument (säkerhet, hygien, livsmedelskontakt).
- Samarbeta nära med Test-, Automation-, Teknisk Publikation-, Supply Chain- och Service Engineers.

Kvalifikationer
För att passa i rollen tror vi att du har erfarenhet av:

- Robust design och Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Användning av Creo och PDMLink.
- Skapande av ritningar och provning av montering.

Det är meriterande om du även har erfarenhet av:

- Tetra Pak eller liknande företag i branschen.
- Fyllningsmaskiner.
- Minst 5 års erfarenhet av mekanisk design.
- Simuleringar och verifieringar.
- GPS-tolerans (Geometrical Product Specifications).

Tetra Pak design and deliver liquid food processing lines and plants all over the world. The Dairy Ambient Centre of Expertise & Commercial team in Business Sector Liquid Food Solutions is looking for an Associated Product Manager who will support the Product Manager and the product team with a specific responsibility to drive product competitiveness, sales tool updates and provide food category specific product requirements.
The position is temporary, January 15th to December 15th 2025, and based in Lund.
What you will do
This position focus on the Branded Processing Units; Tetra Pak Direct UHT, Tetra Pak Indirect UHT D and Tetra Pak Pasteurizer D, but you will also share responsibility for other product's tasks together with your Associated Product Manager colleagues. You will work closely with the product manager for the products to support on and take ownership of agreed tasks. It will include close collaboration with projects & engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure competitiveness of the product, as well as with the commercial team to ensure accurate visibility of product information in the sales tools.

Who is your future team?
The Production Hardware Development team consists of mechanical engineers & lab engineers that are specialized in developing unique product equipment for production systems, that is used in the Axis production lines. The Production Hardware Development team is a part of Production Engineering & Technologies.

What you'll do here as a Mechanical Design Engineer
In the Production Hardware Development team you will design, develop, verify and deliver Axis unique production- and test fixtures. The work is performed in a cross functional environment to secure high quality in the volume production and testing.

The role includes:

* Design of high precision production equipment with a big variety, from sophisticated moving mechanics designs to fixed holders, optimized for simplicity, ergonomics and human interface. The design work is made in the 3d-CAD system Creo and the PDM system Windchill.
* Working with in-house cutting-edge 3D-print technologies for prototypes and additive manufacturing.
* Prototype and verify your designs.
* Actively being involved in R&D projects with a focus on simplicity, scalability, repeatability and quality for optimal production setup.
* Manage stakeholder, plan your work, communicate changes and risk in an open and transparent way.
* Gain knowledge and collaborate with the development team for Axis automated production equipment (e.g. equipment to align sensor and lens or verify alignment in production).
* Close collaboration with suppliers for fixture/equipment manufacturing as well as verifying the outcome before it will go to our production lines.

The role may include travelling, mainly to our contract manufacturers, for approximately 5-15 days a year.

Who are you?
We see that you are a structured and driven person with a natural engagement to finalize your deliverables. You like to work in a cross functional set up with an open mindset and you have the ability to further develop a creative environment around you. This role gives a wide range of interfaces and abilities to gain knowledge in different areas. Qualification and experience:

* At least a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant experience within mechanical design.
* Experience in 3D CAD - preferably Creo (Pro/Engineer).
* Knowledge and experience in 3D print.
* Practical work with hands on experience.
* Experience from fixture design with moving mechanics and design of aluminum parts for CNC machining.
* Very good communication skills in English and Swedish are required.

It is a merit if you have design experience from Mechatronics and Automation and it's considered an advantage if you have international production experience or development of production equipment as well as optics or metrology.

What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting a competitive global portfolio of OEM components. What you'll do here as Mechanical Designer?
As a mechanical designer, you are involved from the first product idea, until global launch. You have a broad role. - Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745) experience preferred along with a solid working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485

- Experience in leading the creation of design and development documentation to support the regulatory files and to support clinical studies according to FDA, ISO and MDR

Basic qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer with an overall understanding of software development for MedTech products.



You have a good system view and know what works and what doesn´t work and understand the hardware connections as well as the different building blocks in an embedded system. You also have a strong interest in embedded development and are comfortable with many different embedded platforms and operating systems. For the right candidate, 10 years of working experience is not a hard requirement.



You need great communication skills both in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and transform these into a manufacturable design is essential.



We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:


A team-oriented person who enjoys the variety of working in smaller and larger teams.

Open-minded and have a genuine technical interest.

5+ years experience from embedded software development for medical device according to IEC 62304.

You are good at communicating complex things in a simple way.

We believe you have
A solid customer understanding of minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience within Marketing/Product Management/Business Development and/or Sales management, preferably with customer facing experience.
Good knowledge of Tetra Pak Processing and packaging business product portfolio is a merit.
A proven record of leading projects within product development and project deployment is highly valued.
A degree in Business Administration/engineering or equivalent

Job Description
To strengthen the Lund research and innovation activities we are searching for a research & innovation manager. The Research & Innovation Manager is responsible for the coordination of the academia collaborations and the technology scouting activities. The Research & Innovation Manager is also responsible for the Lund innovation process and idea lounge, as well as the Lund patent management.
Coordinate, communicate and spread results of activities within research collaboration networks.
Coordinate, communicate and spread results of other academia research collaborations.
Coordinate, communicate and spread results of Lund Master Thesis, as well as support Lund managers to create new Master Thesis.
Scout and communicate emerging technologies as well as new Swedish companies/startups within Lund core areas.
Enable Lund office to inform / present research and technology events through the technology scouting process.
Enable Lund office to present innovation ideas through the innovation process.
Driving the implementation of the Bosch patent (IPR) process in the Lund office.
Measure, track, and report Lund innovation performance



Qualifications
Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in product development as well as understanding the value of research and innovation for a product/solution/service company. Experience in leading innovation or research activities is a plus.
Characteristics: Curious about emerging technologies, products, and improvement solutions. A supportive leader who can engage and coach our colleagues.
Working Practice: You are self-motivated, self-organized and a team player. You can structure and lead several parallel activities. You can balance overview and the detailed understandings to be able to coach and lead other experts.
Languages: Good competence in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Education: University studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in computer science or a comparable subject

Job Summary
The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Components team at Processing Equipment AB is recruiting a Technical Product Manager to own and develop a product portfolio within electrical and automation. The location for this position is Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers. In this team we drive the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting a competitive global portfolio of OEM components. You will work closely with our suppliers as well as with many internal stakeholders such as the Business Streams, the Project organization, Services and Development & Engineering (D&E).
As a Technical Product Manager you will:
Continuously improve and manage your portfolio
Drive product deployment and standardization
Support internal stakeholders with technical and application support
Lead the technical dialogue with suppliers on e.g. specifications
Create and perform internal product trainings
Own the product documentation/information and make sure it is created and well-maintained
Pro-actively make sure that information related to the components is easily available and that technical information is communicated to relevant stakeholders in a structured way
Ensure components are compliant with legal demands and Tetra Pak requirements
Together with Supply Management drive actions with suppliers to improve quality where needed

We believe you have
University degree or equivalent in engineering or similar work experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
You have technical knowledge in automation and/or the area of low voltage
Experience in product management is an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer literacy.
Fluent English language knowledge

Huawei is looking for an experienced researcher and leader within the field of wireless communication.

You will lead one of our research teams, responsible for generating and evaluating innovative ideas for 5G and next-generation radio networks and associated technologies and solutions. The team addresses 3GPP standardization of current and future communication systems and is responsible for creating and driving Intellectual Property Rights and standardization proposals. The team is also communicating standardization activities and trends to other R&D teams and helps coordinate relevant research and development activities.

Our research team cooperates with external partners, and you will explore potential University cooperations for emerging research concepts with potential for future radio access technologies. Our research team covers multiple functional layers and workgroups within 3GPP, and consists of both 3GPP delegates and back-office researchers.

As the team leader, you are expected to have deep knowledge in wireless communications and actively participate in different tasks such as long-term research, IPR generation, and external co-operations. In addition, you will be responsible for recruitment to the team.

Qualifications & experience

- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Communications Systems or similar education is required.
- It is required to have at least 10 years for experience within the wireless communication industry as a researcher or as a technical leader.
- Knowledge of 3GPP functionality, physical layer aspects and experience of innovation and IPR is required.
- Up-to-date knowledge about new research trends and an extensive academic network within the EU is a plus.
- A track record of a successful and positive leadership
