About the job

You will be part of a global team working to improve existing and develop new sustainable sourcing practices throughout our central and local sourcing organization. The role focuses on emission reductions and environmental improvements in our supply chain. You will work with analysis of fast-changing requirements, developing, rolling out and supporting new ways of working.



Main responsibilities:

* Climate knowledge - to support the sourcing organization on how to reduce emissions and risks

* Change management lead - to drive changes in way of working to incorporate more sustainability

About the role

Facility Management in Lund is responsible for the maintenance of properties and the surrounding environment, as well as IT on-site support. We are now looking for a Property Technician to work with both preventive and corrective maintenance of our facilities.

As part of this department, you will provide technical support for facilities and work independently within Real Estate.

This role is meant to be the trusted advisor that brings application security engineering and advisory services to Alfa Laval manufacturing globally. The main responsibility will be to handle the security program for a range of dedicated factories, by coordinating effective information security practices. Furthermore, you will:

About the role:

The first step in this role is to establish the Live Site Management concept across all sites. This involves defining, implementing, and continuously improving processes that enable a structured feedback loop between the live sites, development teams, rollout teams, and our supplier, Microsoft. You will act as the key liaison and gatekeeper between live sites and stakeholders who influence the solution. Your responsibility includes ensuring that changes, issues, and opportunities are properly prioritized and directed to the appropriate target groups to drive meaningful improvements. About the Role

In this job, you will be part of a team working at R&D, delivering the Engineering Configurator (eConfigurator) for GPHE. The eConfigurator handles all technical rules for product variance and is integrated in the overall Sales configurator.

About the job

As Sustainability Controller you will work with sustainability data both internally and from external sources and analyze and communicate the data both internally and externally.



The position includes:

Drive sustainability work, collect, analyze and report sustainability data in our data collection system.
*

Contribute to the completion of Alfa Laval's sustainability report.
*

Answer requests that require sustainability data from external as well as internal stakeholders.
*

Analyze the company's and external stakeholders' sustainability data and information needs.



The position is based in Lund and will report to Head of Sustainability.



Who are you?

You are independent and goal oriented. You excel at building networks as you are going to work in a matrix organization with many contact points within the organization. You love data and data analysis, and you take pride in aggregating the data so others can understand and draw conclusions from it.

An understanding of communication as a tool for change and a pedagogical approach are important to succeed in the position.



What you know

To be a potential candidate for the position Sustainability Controller you need to have an academic exam in an area relevant to the position, preferably with focus on sustainability and finance. In addition, you have previous experience from sustainability reporting, for example GRI and CDP.

In this position you need to be very comfortable with excel and have excellent skills in English. Experience from handling sustainability data systems is preferred and it is appreciated if you have some experience in working with climate, water and circular economy and/or experience regarding internal control/auditing/accounting principles.
