Om rollen
Vi söker dig som är mekanikingenjör/mekanikkonstruktör med ett brinnande teknikintresse och lång erfarenhet av CAD-baserad konstruktion. Som konsult hos EC Konsult arbetar du självständigt eller i nära samarbete med kund och kollegor för att ta fram innovativa och robusta lösningar.
Du kommer bland annat att arbeta med att:
Ta fram förslag och konceptlösningar
Skapa 3D-modeller, sammanställningar och konstruktionsunderlag
Utveckla konstruktioner som uppfyller kundkrav avseende t.ex.
UHV (ultrahögvakuum), stabilitet, kompatibilitet och precision
Upprätta BOM-listor och tillverkningsritningar
Vara behjälplig vid montering och installation (vid behov, ej alltid fysiskt)

I våra uppdrag använder vi även moderna arbetssätt där AI-baserade verktyg kan förekomma, exempelvis för optimering av konstruktioner, simuleringar, dataanalys och effektivare arbetsflöden. Du behöver inte vara AI-expert, men vi ser positivt på nyfikenhet och vilja att arbeta med ny teknik.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har:
Civil- eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom mekanik eller motsvarande
Minst 7 års erfarenhet av mekanisk konstruktion och industriell CAD
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av:
Framtagning av koncept, modeller, sammanställningar och ritningar
Produktdatahanteringssystem (PDM/PLM)
FEM-beräkningar
UHV-design
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska samt goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande kompetenser
Erfarenhet av konventionella och additiva tillverkningsmetoder
Kunskaper inom kryo- och högtemperatursystem
Erfarenhet av precisionsmekanik/finmekanik

Om konsultrollen
Som konsult utförs uppdragen antingen hos kund eller på våra kontor i Karlshamn eller Lund.
Eftersom många projekt omfattas av sekretess och specialutrustning sker en stor del av arbetet på plats hos kund, vilket kan innebära pendling till andra orter i södra Sverige.
Vi bedriver ingen egen produktutveckling – alla uppdrag sker hos våra kunder. Projekten är varierande, tekniskt utmanande och utvecklande för individen.

Din roll

På sektionen Strukturanalys ansvarar vi för utveckling och analys av alla de olika belastningar som ubåtens konstruktioner och system utsetts för. Vi söker nu en driven beräkningsingenjör!



Som beräkningsingenjör inom Strukturanalys kommer du att ingå i team som arbetar med beräkningar och analyser. Gruppens ansvarsområden innefattas av de flesta discipliner inom strukturanalys såsom dynamisk- och statisk hållfasthet, utmattning och brottmekanik.



Uppgifterna innebär att du kommer att arbeta med allt från kravspecificering till verifiering av färdig produkt, där en stor del är att arbeta tillsammans med konstruktörer och systemingenjörer utmed produktutvecklingen. Tjänsten innebär såväl interna som externa kontakter.

Du kommer att arbeta självständigt men är del av ett stort team med mycket erfarenhet, där vi jobbar nära varandra för att nyttja den gemensamma kunskapen på bästa sätt.Inom sektionen bedrivs också olika forsknings- och teknikutvecklingsprojekt.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är civilingenjör eller teknisk doktor med inriktning mot strukturanalys.

För att vara framgångsrik i tjänsten krävs god förståelse av hållfasthet, erfarenhet av implicita och explicita hållfasthetsberäkningar med hjälp av FEM.

Erfarenhet av programvaror Abaqus, LS-Dyna, HyperWorks och Mathcad liksom vana av programmering med t.ex. Python är en merit.



Du har en god pedagogisk förmåga och även kapacitet att prioritera bland och hantera flera projekt parallellt. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta tvärdisciplinärt och att delta i produktutvecklingsprogram och produktutvecklingsprocesser.



Som person ser vi att du har en god relationell kompetens samt är självgående och drivande i ditt arbete. Du är noggrann och har ett analytiskt förhållningssätt. Du tar eget initiativ och ansvar samt kan arbeta både självständigt och i grupp. Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift, på såväl svenska som engelska. Stationeringsort är Lund. Tjänsteresor förekommer, körkort är inget krav men meriterande.

Job Summary
Within the Center of Expertise Maintenance Packaging in the SRVCS Next Generation Service Operations-, we are looking for a Maintenance Reliability Specialist, who will take responsibility of the Global Maintenance Recommendations of our equipment. In this position, you will participate in the consistent application of RCM (Reliability Center Methodology) to secure that we develop, improve, and implement accurate and effective maintenance recommendations to maintain Core Tetra Pak equipment, as well as Extended equipment at our customer plants. You will lead the maintenance life cycle ownership of our equipment by complying with the RCM methos and our continuous improvement feedback loop.


You will be travelling up to 20-30% of your time.

This position is offered as a 1?year fixed?term contract, with the possibility of a future job rotation based on business needs and performance.

What you will do
Lead the development of maintenance tasks based on the optimum maintenance tactical mix to target equipment mechanical performance and acceptable maintenance cost, in collaboration with Equipment product owner and other relevant experts.
Participate during the life cycle updates and development project of equipment in the control and review of the maintenance cost.
Lead the maintenance strategy of our equipment base on the maintenance analyses and in compliance with service business requirements.
Lead the evaluation and analysis of feedback on our maintenance recommendations in collaboration with the Regions organization and Equipment Product Owners, to update the maintenance recommendations and suggest equipment design improvement.
Participate in supporting the Development and Technology organisation in our equipment development and life cycle activities, through the submission and follow-up of operational & maintenance requirements during the design phase.
Participate as subject matter expert to initiatives/projects within Tetra Pak Services and Development and Engineering, and deliver according to agreed outcomes.
Participate in the definition and improvement of our maintenance program to secure it is fit for Tetra Pak future business strategy.
Maintain an optimum level of technical expertise to deliver high quality maintenance recommendations.
Maintain equipment structure (BOM) in the Enterprise Asset Management tool, based on Engineering change or Task update requirements.
Drive the corrections, improvements, and modifications of the Global Maintenance Recommendations base on the request of the end users and feedback.

We are looking for a full time Windchill Developer & Customization Consultant (PDMLink) for a global manufacturing company in Lund.

What you will do
As an Automation Expert, you will be at the forefront of automation, digitalization and technology for high-pressure homogenization. In this role, you will:

Lead, develop and deploy automation solutions
Participate and drive R&D projects by ensuring total system performance and alignment with Tetra Pak overall automation strategy
Lead, define and execute automation and digitalization strategies for the high-pressure homogenization product line.
Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring new technologies and applications in homogenization and automation.

Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Som komponentingenjör inom ubåtskonstruktion kommer du att spela en central roll i att utveckla och förvalta vårt omfattande komponentbibliotek. Här ingår allt från att säkerställa att varje komponent uppfyller våra höga krav på funktion och underhåll, till att arbeta tätt tillsammans med konstruktörer och systemingenjörer. What you'll do here as a Mechanical Engineer
In your role, you will have daily collaboration with other mechanical designers, electronics designers, industrial designers, product owners and more. The daily work as a Mechanical Engineer can be anything from creating new concepts, designing mechanical solutions, testing, building prototypes and discussing use cases with people from different disciplines within the company.

As you will have great responsibility for the development of new products, often from the early idea stage to a finished product, it also means a great deal of cooperation with the implementation of the product in volume production. Here we work together with quality engineers, production technicians, suppliers, and more.

Who are you?
You have at least 2 years' experience from product development. You are driven and positive in your daily work. Experience from injection molding, die casting and sheet metal design is highly valued and will be used in your daily work. Experience with 3D CAD (preferably Creo) is an advantage.

The European Spallation Source is one of the largest science and technology infrastructure projects being built today. About the role:

ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are now looking for a talented and visionary Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to play a pivotal role in conceiving, configuring, and deploying cutting-edge detector systems for our VESPA instrument.

VESPA is a neutron vibrational spectrometer and will be used in an extremely wide range of chemistry, physics and materials science as well as their applications. VESPA will access scientific domains out of reach for the other ESS instruments. You can read more about our VESPA instrument here.

In this diverse but challenging role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end process of detector system development, from conception to commissioning. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all design efforts adhere to best practices, safety directives, and professional standards while meticulously documenting every step along the way. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire mechanical design lifecycle, from concept to production, utilising industry-leading tools such as CATIA V6, CHESS, and ANSYS suites. Quality control is paramount, and you'll diligently follow up on manufacturing and delivery processes, conducting FAT tests to guarantee adherence to specifications. You will oversee installation and SAT activities, validating performance against technical requirements to ensure the successful deployment of detector systems.

Collaboration is a key element of this role. You'll have a unique opportunity to develop, enhance and nurture networks of suppliers, scientific collaborators and in-kind partners to support your actions. Additionally, you'll provide essential support to colleagues, lending your expertise to enhance our collective effort.

Finally, analysis methods will be a cornerstone of your work, as you evaluate and refine designs to optimise the performance of VESPA systems. You'll prepare technical documentation - including design reports, manufacturing specifications, and technical drawings - ensuring clarity and precision in every detail.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for a period of 3 years and is based at the ESS facility in Lund Sweden.

About you:

To thrive with us in the Mechanical Engineering team you need to be driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. You need to be a highly motivated person who isn’t afraid to get stuck in from day one. There is no shortage of tight deadlines and complex deliverables with this assignment!

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. Ideally, you will have a higher technical or University degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline. Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of both 2D and 3D modelling, tolerance and strength analysis, ISO GPS methodology and will be familiar with CATIA V5, V6 or 3D Experience. Additional knowledge of FEA packages such as ANSYS or Abaqus would be a unique advantage.

Our ideal candidate will bring prior experience in manufacturing processes and workshop environments. We need someone who can design mechanical components which fulfilling specific needs for vacuum systems and/or mechanisms in radiation environments. Previous professional experience on engineering work from other research facilities will be considered an asset.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them. We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we are looking for a person who is good at self-management, self-prioritisation and reporting. You must be used to documenting and presenting your work. As a service-minded person, you should enjoy communicating and collaborating with others defining clear steps and deliverables. In this environment you need to have an inventive and adaptable attitude.

Din profil
För att passa som Maskiningenjör hos Head Energy är det viktigt att du social, ödmjuk och trivs i en konsultroll. För att vara aktuell för rollen som Maskiningenjör bör du ha:
•Eftergymnasial utbildning inom maskin eller mekanikkonstruktion

Job Summary
As a Technical Product Expert, you will be part of a global team within Business Unit Liquid Food, in Processing Solution and Equipment.
We are now looking for a Technical Product Expert who will have the overall technical responsibility for the specification of our products at suppliers and be the contact person for our suppliers regarding technical support and drawing approvals incl. pressure vessel directives.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As a Technical Product Expert you will be the overall responsible for design of tanks and vessel and technical validation of our products, at existing and new suppliers. A big part of your work is to contribute with your expertise knowledge to develop our tank design guidelines, drawings, specifications and contribute to R&D projects.
Main responsibilities:
You will execute supplier activities in close collaboration with Global Supplier Management, using applicable process, policies and tools
You will be part of supplier evaluation from a technical point of view
You will be the focal point of contact for our suppliers, regarding technical specifications and pressure vessel directives
When needed, you will support in issue resolution cases, quotation and order support
You make your acquired know-how available by improving and sharing knowledge within Tetra Pak

We believe you have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering
At least 2 years’ experience from tank manufacturing and pressure vessel directives
Basic knowledge in Mechanical design tools
Very good command of written and spoken English language.
It is beneficial if you have knowledge in pressure vessel calculations
Process knowledge within Liquid Food is beneficial

Nu behöver vi ytterligare en senior beräkningsingenjör inom FEA/FEM i södra Sverige. Vi söker en driven och självgående civilingenjör med flera års erfarenhet av teknisk beräkning inom strukturanalys.


VAD VI SÖKER
Vi söker dig som är motiverad, ambitiös och civilingenjör eller teknisk doktor med inriktning mot beräkning inom strukturanalys, hållfasthet och FEA/FEM. Du har flera års erfarenhet av strukturberäkning och CAE med programvaror som LS-DYNA, Abaqus, ANSYS, Altair HyperWorks/HyperMesh, ANSA/Meta, Adams eller Nastran. OM TJÄNSTEN:
Vi söker nu en nyexaminerad civilingenjör till Virtual Engineering som erbjuder marknadsledande konsulttjänster inom digital transformation. Virtual Engineering grundades 2004 och är verksamma i Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö och Umeå. Tjänsten gäller för Malmöregionen som idag består av 3 seniora PLM-konsulter. Virtual Engineering är ett väletablerat bolag men befinner sig i uppstartsfas i Malmöregionen, vilket betyder att du får möjlighet att vara del av en häftig expansiv resa där du kommer bli en nyckelspelare framåt i bolagets framtida tillväxt. Du kommer i rollen som PLM-konsult att jobba i uppdrag direkt med kund där du får lära dig samt utveckla deras verksamhet och digitala transformation. Virtual Engineering South arbetar mot stora välkända bolag där stor vikt läggs på att leverera god kvalitet - både när det kommer till erbjudandet och i samarbetet. Du behöver vara nyfiken och ha en vilja att sätta dig in i stora informationsmängder och därigenom skapa dig en förståelse för de olika delarna av produktutvecklingsprocessen. Både problemlösning och utmaningar kommer att bli en del av din vardag och du kommer att få insyn i flera av de stora industriernas digitaliseringsresor i Sverige och på sikt även arbeta med utmanande och intressanta projekt med globala kunder.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER:
Att analysera och förstå kundens digitaliseringsbehov och transformera dessa så att de på bästa sätt kan realiseras i kundens PLM plattform.
Att arbeta med att förbättra kundens processer och IT-verktyg för hantering av produktinformation (som t ex virtuella 3D-baserade produktmodeller i CAD) för att stötta digitalisering och elektrifiering av kundens produkter.
Att sätta dig in i företaget för att få en förståelse för verksamheten, ha dialog med olika personer på kundföretaget för att kunna stötta dem på ett bra sätt.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:
Har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen med ett intresse för att arbeta med processer.
På något sätt berört området PLM, antingen under utbildningen eller tidigare arbete.
Har ett stort intresse för IT och system.
Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Om tjänsten: 
Företaget specialiserar sig på digitala lösningar för medicinska laboratorier. Deras teknologi möjliggör snabbare och mer exakt analys vilket är avgörande för att diagnostisera sjukdomar som anemi, infektioner och olika typer av blodcancer. I rollen som mekanist/mekanikingenjör arbetar du projektbaserat med nya produkter. Fokus ligger på praktisk mekanik, här pratar vi om finmekanik och optik. Du arbetar med att utveckla och bygga prototyper. Som mekanikingenjör designar du och bygger själv. Du arbetar främst i CAD programmet Inventor. Utöver detta arbetar du med uppdateringar av ritningar där du omdesignar och testar nya funktioner. I rollen har du nära kontakt med dina kollegor inom elektronik och embedded, och även med produktion, inköp och service.

Om tjänsten
I rollen som maskinkonstruktör är du delaktig i utvecklingsprojekt av högteknologiska förpackningsmaskinsystem från början till slut. Det som börjar med dina ritningsunderlag och 3D CAD-modeller av mekaniska komponenter, monteras sedan på plats i vår maskinhall och driftsätts slutligen hos kund. Du har på så sätt möjlighet att se dina ritningar ta form i verkligheten och följa projektets alla steg, från idé till färdig maskin. Rollen innefattar ny maskinkonstruktion i form av förpackningslinjer i kundprojekt och mindre maskiner till vår produktion av förpackningsmaterial och vårt förpackningslabb, samt konstruktionsförbättringar i befintliga maskiner för ökad produktivitet. Du ansvarar för korrekt måttsättning, toleranser och kvalitetskontroll av maskinkomponenterna och utfärdar maskin- och komponentgodkännanden.

Gruppen består idag av totalt 13 personer inom automation, maskinkonstruktion och elkonstruktion, med planer på att växa. Tillsammans med dina dedikerade och erfarna kollegor står ni för teknikutvecklingen i våra nya förpackningssystem. Ni har ett nära samarbete med andra funktioner, så som monteringsavdelningen som bygger ihop maskinerna efter era ritningar samt testkör och driftsätter maskinerna. Job Summary
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist your main purpose will be: ensure compliance with TPMS process and tools. Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.

What you will do

The department Test Factory & Modelling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to-End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliverables in-line with the Innovation Strategy. This is two permanent positions based in Lund, Sweden. You may be asked to travel to suppliers and to customers sites from time to time.

What you will do
As our new Test Engineer, you will build a strong network with our development teams in the Programs. You will have a broad insight to where the development activities are going in the different development teams and help them secure the right quality of their solution.

In this role you will be:

· Technical reference for the equipment
· Responsible for the environment and equipment configuration where the test activities will take place
· Conduct test making sure that they are error-free and in line with the test specification
· Report deviation and results, providing also corrective action and solution
· Provide the needed technical information to the Technical Editors
· Support the V&V execution and the Test Readiness and Sign-off

To be successful in this role we believe you have

· You have a technical understanding combined with experience in this field of work or combined with a degree within engineering.

· Electrical Competence in reading electrical schema and cabling.

Din roll som mekanikkonstruktör:
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer variera, och vi strävar efter att forma din vardag efter vad du drivs av. Våra kunder finns i alla branscher inklusive men inte begränsat till: livsmedel/paketering, försvar, Life Science, fordon, transport och avancerad processindustri.

Din roll som mekanikkonstruktör ger en rad olika möjligheter inom produktutveckling så som konceptframtagning, detaljkonstruktion, ritningsframtagning, produktionsberedning, leverantörskontrakt, DFA & DFM, beräkning, 3D-modellering, ytmodellering samt interaktionsdesign.

Vi söker just nu dig med en civilingenjörs- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen med maskin-/mekanikinriktning. Du har gedigen arbetslivserfarenhet inom arbete med produktutveckling i alla former och faser. Det är meriterande om:
Du har arbetat i något av verktygen Creo eller Solidworks med tillhörande PLM/PDM.
Du har erfarenhet av rörkonstruktion och svetsningsteknik.
Du har erfarenhet av att konstruera formsprutade och formgjutna plastdetaljer.
Du har erfarenhet av att konstruera gjutgods (järn/stål).

Job description

Are you ready to be part of the exiting journey to take the internal combustion engine to the next level by using renewable and carbon neutral fuels in conventional combustion engines?


In the position as Simulation engineer you will:

Propose future engine concept by doing simulation studies in different stages of the development work with input from projects and other stakeholders. This means that you will set up, calibrate and perform gas exchange simulations using in-house software (ICES), as well as commercial software (GT-Power).
Cooperate with the engine and component testing teams. This is essential and is a natural part of your daily activities since gas exchange model correlation/calibration is typically based on test data.
In order to ensure that we can meet the coming challenges, we need to continuously update methods and propose development of our way of working.





Basic qualifications


Master of Science in engineering

Education/training in internal combustion engines

Experience of GT Power or similar programs is an advantage

Programming experience at a high level in for example Matlab, Python or similar.

Fluent in English, written and spoken.





Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience

As a person, you are a team player with a positive mind-set and you know the various challenges of simulation. You have a proactive outlook and don’t get stopped by small obstacles but instead look for a way through or around them. You have a personal interest in combustion engines.
