Som strategisk inköpare arbetar du med att utveckla och driva långsiktiga inköpsstrategier för komplexa system, delprojekt och outsourcinglösningar. Rollen har ett tydligt fokus på leverantörsutveckling, kostnadsoptimering och riskhantering i leveranskedjan.
Du verkar nära teknik, produktion, projektledning och logistik för att säkerställa att inköpsarbetet stödjer verksamhetens mål och projektens tekniska och kommersiella krav. About the job

We are looking for an Order Engineer to support our Project execution teams in successful delivery of projects all over the world.



As Order Engineer you will work in an international environment, playing a crucial role in securing the #1 experience for all customers. You will be part of project teams' operating mainly from Lund but also supporting our global situated factories and will work with experienced people communicating directly with central functions.

Assignment description

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of Long-Term Supplier’s Declarations (LTSDs) and Single Supplier Declaration for parts with EU origin, in alignment with the EU Implementing Regulation and internal standards, to support preferential trade eligibility and customs audit readiness.

The Long-Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) is a document issued by a supplier within the EU that certifies the preferential origin of goods over a period (up to 24months), the standard at the client is one year (01 of January XXXX – 31 December XXXX). It is used to support the issuance of preferential proofs of origin like EUR.1 certificates or origin statements.

Your main responsipilities:

1. Download all LTSDs and Single Supplier Declaration from Ariba.

2.Verify each LTSD and Single Supplier Declaration against the following criteria:

Supplier’s name and address (if LTSD issued by the supplier’s affiliated or “sister” company, legal entity name of this company must be specified)
Customer’s name and address
Description of goods: Full list of goods of preferential origin only, must be enclosed to the LTSD and contain Commercial name of the goods, Article number, Description and HSC (preferably)
Period covered (max 24 months) Remember the standard at the client is 12 months.
Statement of preferential origin
List of destination countries eligible for preferential trade, in reference to the specific FTA. The list of countries must follow the ISO alfa code for the European Union.
Signature, stamp and date. In the case of electronic signature, it must be authenticated agreed between the supplier and buyer.


3. Cross-check and document all part numbers shared with suppliers against the part numbers included in the LTSD:

If new Part numbers were included by the suppliers, convey the information to SuM, to update the SAP database.
If supplier excluded Part numbers from the LTSD, convey information to customs to verify preferential eligibility of the part.
If any discrepancies in country of origin identified, convey information to SuM, to secure correct origin in master data.


4. Document all LTSD-related findings at the supplier level in LTSD Matrix.

5. Share all the findings with SuM/SSC to request revised declarations.

6. Follow up with SuM and make sure that the corrected LTSD is uploaded in Ariba.

7. Participate in meetings for follow up, alignments and process improvements

8. Provide input for updating LTSD guidelines.

9. Update the Dashboard to follow the LTSD validation and verification progress and findings

You will also:

Align with the rules of origin applicable to the goods (FTAs).
Have direct contact with the suppliers.

As Replenishment Manager, you will work closely with our suppliers and internal colleagues, including Supplier Management and Supply Optimisation team. Your team consists of 11 individuals and plays a vital role in securing that purchasing operations and related processes are handled in the most efficient way. The team manages the full purchase-to-pay process and all related operational tasks, but also drives continuous improvement initiatives to secure operational efficiency and quality. In addition, they manage the sourcing of parts when there is no vendor assigned.

What you will do
As Replenishment Manager, you will join a fantastic team and play a vital role in optimizing the supply of spare parts. The role includes:

Your background:
We believe that you have a university education with focus on technology and quality. You have a few years of experience in quality work, e.g. in the manufacturing industry or the automotive industry, with experience of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. It is also an advantage if you have worked with VDA 6.3 and problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma and 8D. You have good knowledge of technical drawings/measurement techniques. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken. It’s an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also communicate in Swedish. You have a driver's license.

About the Job

Our Research & Development (R&D) is an integral part of the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers, which is responsible for the global sales of our GPHE products. New Product Development (NPD), within R&D, is responsible for developing new products.

We believe you have

You are be able to lead a technical / cost negotiation with the supplier. You are results-oriented, with the ability to use organizational skills and a structured approach to accomplish your tasks. About the role:

ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being a world-class operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer (Technical Procurement Manager) for the Supply, Procurement and Logistics Division – which is organised within the Project Support & Administration Directorate. The Supply, Procurement and Logistics Division sets the normative framework in regard to procurement, logistics and travel services. It provides procurement and logistics services and guidance for the organisation; including ESS staff, in-kind partners and other stakeholders, in order to ensure a functional, efficient and cost-effective supply chain in compliance with relevant rules, processes and procedures.

This role involves directing, planning, coordinating, organising, conducting and controlling procurement for ESS, and includes worldwide procurement of a broad range of commodities and services for the project. The position will be matrixed to the ESS Technical Office. The Technical Office is an executive team that assists with the execution and delivery of the technical programme and drive transition to operations.

Your job will be to support the establishment and follow-up of a common procurement/contracting plan and aids technical teams on technical procurement and contracting as well as serving as a point of contact for central technical functions such as safety, quality, engineering and maintenance for technical procurement and finance matters. The position is key in driving the development and maturity of the integration between different systems used throughout the planning and procurement process, with the overall aim to create an efficient and cohesive end-to-end process from defining demand in the projects, executing the applicable procurement procedures, paying invoices, registering fixed assets, receiving goods and registering the received goods and assets in our EAM and ERP systems.

As part of our team, you'll support the establishment, execution, and follow-up of a common contracting and procurement plan. Coordination is key, and you'll work closely with central functions to ensure that all necessary information is provided for technical procurements. Job Summary
Within FSM Supplier Management, Equipment & Parts, Industrialisation Team primarily interfaces with the Development & Technology organization to define and achieve its project targets. What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for execution of the Supplier Management sourcing strategy in the product development projects driven in the Development & Technology organization. This is a cross-functional leadership role which facilitates early supplier technical engagement and collaboration in the development activities. You will also;

Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy execution. Drive use of ‘Preferred’ suppliers. Provide the project team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics and other risks.
Project manages the communication and activities between the development team and the supplier management organization. (i.e. supplier selection, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy development, non-disclosure agreements, supplier issue resolution, etc.) Facilitates the establishment of supply management parameter guidelines with buyers and planners. Your background:

About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we now need Senior Procurement Officer/Technical Procurement Manager to join our Supply, Procurement and Logistics (SPL) division. In this position you will be hired into SPL and matrixed to the Technical Office – which is an executive team that assists the Technical Director and Associate Director for Operations and Infrastructure to execute and deliver the technical programme and drive the transition to operations.

In this role, you will act as Senior Procurement Officer and your main task is to create and execute the technical procurement function. This will involve supporting the establishment, execution and follow-up of a common contracting and procurement plan, coordinating central functions to ensure that required information is provided to place a technical procurement as well as verifying readiness requirements and involvement of stakeholders and functions before placing a contract.

The role will also involve supporting system owners in contracting, following up on contract execution and delivery, the development of ESS processes and templates, and assisting with the creation and build-up of the ESS Part Master from a procurement perspective. You will also be required to provide functional requirements to ESS business software.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the ESS Campus in Lund, Sweden.

About you:

To thrive with us in the Supply, Procurement and Logistics division, you need to be driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. Lead and support the internal equipment demand and forecast aggregation aspects, aiming to secure the projects supply as well as maximize the overall company working capital results.
Lead the capability development of the Projects Supply team, securing the engagement, a proper optimization as well as high utilization

Supplier Management leads and manages the sourcing, contracting and supplier base management of Tetra Pak. The team has full accountability for cost, with an underlying objective to provide World Class Quality & Performance at the lowest cost and with a focus on supply chain agility, sustainability and resilience.
We are looking for a Supplier Manager who will have a high level of responsibility in Supplier Management Equipment and Parts, supporting category strategies development and supplier related activities in alignment with business strategies, to secure the achievement of KPI’s related to quality, cost and delivery and strong focus on securing supply.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. The job will require some travelling.
What you will do
As a Supplier Manager you will be responsible for drive supplier selection and development in accordance with commodity strategy, risk management, global process and quality requirements. You will also drive benchmarks with new potential suppliers with focus on East Europe and Far East. An important part of the job is to secure supply of goods to guarantee Tetra Pak business continuity in challenging periods in the market for material cost and availability.
You will focus on
Support the definition, deployment and successful implementation of categories strategies within the area of responsibility
Drive initiatives to support the Globalisation of the current Supplier base securing that Modules will be available at the most competitive conditions
Coordinate crisis management activities connected to Electrical cabinets category and automation components shortage
Engage fact-based negotiations with suppliers by leveraging on should cost analysis and controlling key drivers of cost model
Implement supplier agreements in alignment with stakeholders (D&T, PSE Operations, Service Supply Network) to support PLC, planning and capacity requirements, stock management.

Who you are
We believe you have a university degree in Economics or Engineering and at least 3 years’ working experience in supplier management, supplier quality management or procurement. You have good knowledge of SAP, BO, Ariba, PowerBI. Knowledge of supply chain will be considered a plus. Know-how of Module & Equipment business will be considered a plus. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
You are an open-minded person with a strong drive for results. Your communication skills are excellent and work cross-functionally at all levels with different stakeholders is natural for you. You are comfortable to challenge the current state and you have the ability to get others to see and believe your points. We are responsible for organizing, managing, and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new equipment’s to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.
The role is a temporary position for 10 months.
This position is office based in Modena or Lund.
What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for execution of the Supplier Management sourcing strategy in the product development projects driven in the Development & Engineering organization. This is a cross-functional leadership role which facilitates early supplier technical engagement and collaboration in the development activities. This role brides the engineering community with the supplier management community with the responsibility for project management and accountability for deadlines, results and metrics, sourcing, negotiation and cost estimation. In addition, you will be part of the governance for development projects at Program level. Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, you will be expected to lead and drive activities independently.
You will also
Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
Lead early supplier technical engagement in cost improvement activities. Support development teams to meet product cost targets though cost estimations and negotiations.
Actively participate in project team meetings and represents the voice of the Supplier Management and Production.
Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy execution. Drive use of ‘Preferred’ suppliers. Provide the project team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics and other risks.
Project manages the communication and activities between the development team and the supplier management organization. (i.e. supplier selection, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy development, non-disclosure agreements, supplier issue resolution, etc.) Facilitates the establishment of supply management parameter guidelines with buyers and planners. (i.e. production authorization agreements, lot size, lead time, logistics, packaging, etc.)
Measure and track sourcing strategy execution impact on the product and the business (i.e. product cost reductions achieved, percent of parts awarded to ‘Preferred’ suppliers, risk mitigation, etc.)
Collaborate with the Sourcing organization to provide market information to the NPI team (i.e. supplier technology roadmaps, price and availability trends, benchmarking results, etc.).
Interface and build strong working relationships within the organization.

Who you are
Demonstrated ability to manage projects / assignments requiring identification of objectives, resources and/or approaches.
Moderate understanding of sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics and production principles.
Demonstrated excellent analytical skills in a dynamic new product introduction environment and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong project manager comfortable in leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams.
Demonstrated ability to make difficult decisions and drive execution of correct supply chain solutions in the face of opposition.
Well-developed problem solving and project management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization.
Advanced understanding and use of data management applications (i.e. MS Office)

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years new product introduction, industrialization engineering, sourcing, supply chain, project management or engineering services experience. Having SAP experience is highly desired. Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred, and you have knowledge of World Class Manufacturing. You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
You will need a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. As a person you are a driver with strong communication skills, and you feel confident to cooperate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at executive level to achieve common goals and maintain effective working relationships. You can convince others to see and believe your points, and you are analytical, methodical, and efficient.

We are looking for a new member in Parts Supply Chain (PSC) within Tetra Pak Services, the central organization which manages our spare parts and consumables and includes central and regional distribution centres, workshops as well as central planning.
One of the most challenging tasks in our global parts supply chain is to create and secure the availability of spare parts in Tetra Pak's central and regional stocks and work to improve processes to secure cost efficiency.
The team offering this position is dealing with a wide contact area covering e.g. involvement in product development, PLC activities, Supplier Management, stock mgmt. and cost reduction activities for PSC. In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. You will report directly to Manager Supply Chain Optimisation within Services. Travels are limited.
What you will do
As our Deployment Specialist, you will:
· Drive deployment of product development (PD) and Issue Resolution (IR) / Product Life Cycle process activities from a PSC perspective. The person having this role will be part of the product development project/activity for PD and IR.
· Make sure Parts Supply Chain is ready to deliver new technical solutions when they are released.
· Interact with several different areas & departments, supplier management and line engineering will be offered in this role and is a key for success of the initiated activities.
· Be involved early in different improvement areas raised to secure the logistics setup and readiness when new solutions are released.
· Actively participate in forums as the PSC stakeholder and drive the agenda in the same forums will be key.
· Potentially take part in PSC improvement projects and activities
