Therefore, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join the Technology Development team (R&D) for Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) in Lund, Sweden.

About the Job

Our Technology Development team is an integral part of the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers, which is responsible for the global GPHE product offering including the full life cycle of the product. The main objective for our team is to develop new technology that can improve our products anywhere in the product life cycle.

To increase focus on service technology we need to expand our team with a Technical Project Manager. Within this role you will lead and coordinate different cross functional concept projects. The variation in this job will be large. This resource will lead projects that develop mechanical and/or digital service tools, improvements of processes within our service centers, new cleaning agents and much more.

Main responsibilities

Overseeing Technology development projects, including project planning, budgeting, delivery, and post-project evaluation.

Providing leadership for project teams.
*

Interacting with and reporting to Steering Committees, stakeholders and line managers, as necessary.

You are structured in your approach to work and can see and analyze details while also having the ability to see the bigger picture. Multi-tasking is part of your DNA, and you should be generally interested in new technology from a broad perspective and like to embrace challenges.

What you know

You have an engineering degree within suitable area. For this position, you must have good English language skills in speech and writing. It is mandatory to have experience as a technical project leader.

Som arbetsledande operatör kommer du vara med och planera det dagliga arbetet. Din roll kommer innebära att du kommer hoppa in i produktionen vid behov för att stötta där det behövs. Det är din roll att motivera dina kollegor och se till att produktionslinjerna kör och att materialet finns för att detta ska fungera.

Arbetstiderna är V1. Måndag till Fredag 6-14:36 V2. Måndag till Torsdag 14:24-23:00

Din profil
För att passa i rollen så ser vi att du har tidigare erfarenheter inom tillverkning och då främst inom livsmedel. Som person är du lugn och strukturerad. Du ska ha god personkännedom och kunna växla upp i tempo när det behövs. I övrigt krävs det goda ledaregenskaper och god förståelse för produktionsekonomi/effektivitet. Du är ansvarsfull och värnar om medarbetarnas välmående och utveckling samtidigt som du vågar ställa krav och vara tydlig. I rollen är det viktigt med flexibilitet och att du är anpassningsbar och trivs med förändringsarbete. Du sprider positiv energi, skapar teamkänsla och god sammanhållning i gruppen samtidigt som du delegerar arbetsuppgifter på ett effektivt sätt. Ett inre driv och kvalitetstänk är en förutsättning. Erfarenhet av produktionsmiljö och GMP är meriterande.
