Rollen är senior och innebär ett nära samarbete med ledningen för att omsätta kommunstyrelsens prioriteringar till konkret utveckling och förbättring - i linje med kommunkontorets uppdrag att leda, samordna och utveckla hela kommunkoncernen.
I rollen som kommunkontorets övergripande objektledare har du en central roll i att leda, samordna och säkerställa att organisationens digitala lösningar för kommunövergripande stödverksamhet fungerar effektivt och sammanhållet. Du verkar i gränslandet mellan verksamhet, IT och ledning och bidrar till övergripande styrprocesser och verksamhetsutveckling som påverkar alla medarbetare.
En del av uppdraget är att ansvara för utvecklingen av digitala lösningar som stödjer demokratiprocessen samt processer för ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrning. Du ansvarar för att utvecklingen sker i linje med verksamhetens behov, kommunens mål och gällande lagstiftning – med fokus på nytta, kvalitet och användarvänlighet. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och kräver en utpräglad förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta på alla nivåer i organisationen.
I rollen som kommunövergripande objektledare kommer du bland annat att:

leda och samordna teamarbete inom ett eller flera objekt


ta fram och driva objektplaner och digitala färdplaner


samordna det digitala utvecklingsarbetet för kommunkontoret


säkerställa fungerande arbetssätt, processer och samverkan inom objekt och mellan objekt på kommunkontoret


bereda beslutsunderlag till beställare och styrgrupper


följa upp och planera budget, resurser, avtal och leveranskvalitet


samordna och kravställa gentemot andra objekt, projekt och leverantörer


Du bidrar även till kommunens gemensamma digitalisering, IT?arkitektur och utvecklingen av en stark, sammanhållen stödverksamhet.

About this role:

In this role you will support team of Center of Excellence within AI for the implementation of training programs for generative AI Technologies and make sure they are adopted across the business in productive ways.



Key Responsibilities:

What will you do as Technical Training Engineer?

Together with the Technical Training and Content Development Team, your main responsibility is to transfer technical knowledge on our products and solutions to internal sales and technical teams. We deliver technical knowledge in form of hands-on workshops, online learning modules, internal conferences, and technical documents. What you will do here as a QA/Test Engineer
As a QA/Test Engineer within ITQA you will drive the quality assurance and test work forward, both together with your colleagues within the ITQA team but primarily within the test area and development team which you will be part of. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the QA and test strategies for the specific product(s) of the development team, and on daily basis you are responsible for the planning, communication, coordination, and execution of test related activities.

Role and responsibilities
Develop and optimize perception models for 3D point cloud processing.
Design and implement real-time object detection, classification, and tracking algorithms based on 3D point cloud.

Conduct performance analysis and optimization to meet stringent latency and accuracy requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor technologies, and apply them to enhance our perception stack.

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, or robotics.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with libraries such as, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Solid understanding of fundamental computer vision concepts including feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and recognition.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in developing computer vision algorithms for real-world applications, preferably in the automotive or robotics domain.
Experience from development of deterministic models as well as perception models.

Who is your future team?

The E2E Solutions team has global product management responsibility for Axis E2E Solutions for Surveillance. Our E2E solutions are built around our video management systems, AXIS Camera Station Pro and Edge, however, the functionality extends beyond that. What you'll do here as a Product Specialist?

Together with product managers, product specialists and other stakeholders within the team, you will be involved throughout the entire life cycle of AXIS Camera Station Pro - from strategic planning to tactical activities, go-to the market, and maintenance. AXIS Camera Station Pro is a server-based video management system that supports the complete Axis product portfolio (Read more here). Your main responsibility will cover the following areas:

* Manage customer cases: Prioritize and resolve escalated support cases with a sense of urgency, either on your own, or in close cooperation with the other product specialists and/or developers.
* Build competence: Provide internal trainings, create technical documentation (Release notes, FAQs, How-to guides, technical notes, etc.) as well as training material in close collaboration with R&D and the other product specialists.
* Support development of new functionality: Try out early prototype and give inputs regarding supportability, stability and usability, as an expert on technical support and customer needs from post-sales perspective.
* Drive product maintenance: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that customer issues are addressed quickly and properly, feedback from stakeholders outside of the team is taken into consideration during future development.

Some travel could occur but no more than 15 days a year.

Who are we looking for / Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving. We believe you are a quick learner and have a service minded attitude. You are practical when it comes to technical matters, as you will do hands-on product testing and demonstrations now and then. Since there are often many tasks that need to be managed, you need to have good time management skills. You have excellent communication skills to thrive in a multicultural environment with international contacts. Like us, you can work independently but also collaborate with the other team members. You enjoy diving into technical details while not losing the big picture.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* At least 5 years work experience in software industry. Experience in troubleshooting is a distinct advantage.
* Technical knowledge and experience from working with server-based software. Knowledge in Axis products, network administration and/or streaming applications is of great value.

* Excellent time management skills.

About the job

What will you do?
As a Design for Production Engineer you will ensure that our latest innovations are producible at high volumes by playing a key role in the development of both assembly-friendly products and time efficient, high yielding production processes. Our work is largely project based. Each product follows a five-phase development process that typically runs from one to two years. Within each project, you will:

* Define the product's assembly process and co-create its full production process with one of our manufacturing partners (located in North America, Asia, or Europe)
* Set design requirements for complex assembly and test fixtures, verify that they are manufactured to this specification, and secure their timely delivery to one of our manufacturing partners
* Visit the product's manufacturing site during at least one pre-production build to verify the production process (up to 30 days of travel per year is expected)

Vi använder ett integrerat synsätt där vi kombinerar information från enkäter, kroppsmått, tumörvävnad, blodprover, genotyper, journal med register för optimal uppföljning. Vi använder både publika databaser egna kohorter och mekanistiska studier för att belysa om de samband vi finner i patientmaterialen har en kausal koppling till exponeringen. Data från både egna och publika kohorter används och analyseras med statistiska och bioinformatiska metoder.
Vi har tidigare rapporterat om hur vanliga livsstilsfaktorer som kaffe, rökning och alkohol är kopplat till bröstcancerprognos i olika behandlingsgrupper, men mer forskning kvävs.
Inom gruppen bedrivs också vidareutbildningskurser för läkare, sjuksköterskor och röntgensjuksköterskor inom strålbehandling och i allmän onkologi.
På melanomsidan görs liknande studier.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Som IT tekniker och samordnare i forskargruppen kommer du att arbeta med följande arbetsuppgifter:

- OpenVMS serverhantering, både hårdvara och mjukvara.
- Arbete med databaserna för BCBlod, Delay samt MISS och i dessa ingående variabler samt uppbyggnad av kodsystem samt kodning av läkemedel.
- Arbete i program så som SPSS och Microsoft Office. Det kan även förekomma att man snabbt behöver sätta sig in i andra programpaket.

Arbetsuppgifterna inom tjänsten kommer att förläggas både på Kampradhuset samt i Wigerthuset.

Kvalifikationer
Krav för anställningen är:

- Utbildning inom systemvetenskap, datalogi och statistik på universitetsnivå.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta som systemadministratör av Open VMS server samt IT-support.
- Mycket god kännedom om uppbyggnad av de stora databaserna inom BCBlodstudien, Delay, MISS-kohorten mfl. och hur de olika variablerna är kodade.

You will work in the Production Systems Test, a team of 12 dedicated engineers who develop and support tests within a variety of areas such as audio, imaging, radar, PCBA etc. We are mainly focused on developing software used in our test systems, but we also take responsibility for how things should be tested, and how the software works together with the hardware. The tests are used in high volume production at our factories around the world, and every year millions of products are tested in our systems.

Our team is part of a larger division of about 130 engineers working with production engineering and technology, and together with our colleagues within electronics and mechanical engineering we develop and support production systems globally.

What will you do here as Production Test Engineer?
Your main responsibility will be to develop new production tests for our platform and to improve and support existing tests. The tests are used broadly in Axis production facilities and involve both electrical measurements and functional tests using custom production firmware on the test objects. You will have daily interaction with your team and other colleagues at Axis, since the team has a lot of collaborations and dependencies.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

* Have 5+ years of relevant work experience including firsthand experience from production environment.
* Experience in quality methods and tools as PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma.
* Genuine interest in working with quality, risk mitigation and improvements.
* You are analytical and can write instructions and processes.
* You love sharing your knowledge, and give training both internal and externally
* You are a person that keep yourself updated on developments within your area

Who is your future team?
As Product Specialist for Access Control, you will work in close collaboration with the product manager for this area. What you'll do here as Product Specialist?
You will be responsible for managing the existing hardware products in the Access Control portfolio and provide valuable input to new product projects. As being a technical expert of the products, you are expected to provide market feedback on customer needs and issues to the Product Manager as well as R&D.

Technical knowledge and experience from installing and working with IP based Access Control solutions is required.

You have great social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. We also believe that you have a pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* A relevant university degree and some years of experience in relevant fields
* Knowledge in Computer Networks and IT industry
* A deep understanding of technical matters and preferably experience of troubleshooting and product evaluation.
* Experience from working in development projects and of creating training materials.
* Interest in and experience of documentation, including creating educational videos, reviewing manuals and guides, internal support documentation etc.

Rollen:

Som IT Support Generalist förväntas du kunna ge ett trevligt och professionellt bemötande och att du har förståelse för varje individs behov. Våra besökare har olika tekniska förkunskaper och olika komplexa problem som de behöver hjälp med. Du kommer att vara "allt-i-allo" och ha förståelsen för olika problemområden. Det kan handla om hjälp med hårdvara, OS specifikt, telefon, konto och accesser.

Ni kommer vara två ansvariga supporttekniker i vårt besöksrum och kommer ha nära samarbete med resten av IT Helpdesk teamet.

Vem är du?
Du har någon form av utbildningsbakgrund inom IT och arbetserfarenhet av liknande uppdrag. Att du är en teamspelare är en självklarhet, samtidigt som du kämpar för att bli lite bättre för varje dag. Att vara service minded sitter i ryggraden. Förutom kunskap och erfarenhet av ansvarsområden som nämndes ovan, så har du även erfarenhet av:

We are looking for an experienced engineer to work with our production platform in a role that requires long-term planning and the ability to see the big picture. Work will be done for Axis production system in our team, Production Systems Test, here in Lund. Our team is an important part of Axis product development, and all Axis products are manufactured using our platform.

Who is your future team?
You will work in the Production Systems Test, a team of 14 dedicated engineers who develop and support tests within a variety of areas such as audio, radar, PCBA etc. We are mainly focused on developing software used in our test systems, but we also take responsibility for how things should be tested, and how the software works together with the hardware. The tests are used in high volume production at our factories around the world, and every year millions of products are tested in our systems.

Our team is part of a larger division of about 130 engineers working with production engineering and technology, and together with our colleagues within electronics and mechanical engineering we develop and support production systems globally.

What you will do here as a test architect
You will work in a small team of 2-3 people defining the roadmap and the architecture of the tests in our Production Platform. You will have a significant impact on the platform and on the future of the production tests used world-wide at Axis factories. You will also be responsible for scouting for modern technologies and tools that can be of relevance for our future production.

Who are you?
You are an engineer with several years of experience in PCBA development and production. You are a curious, driven team player who likes to learn new things as well as being able to solve complex technical challenges in a team-focused atmosphere. We believe that you have a strong personal drive and get inspired by working in and creating an environment of openness, creativity, trust, commitment, and encouragement. What will you do here as an Environmental Compliance Engineer?
The main task of our Environmental Compliance Engineers is to ensure that the company and our products meet the environmental requirements placed on us and our products.
