About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects tailored to customer needs while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with the company's goals. Bridging the gap between the customer and the internal teams to ensure clear communication, expectations, managing resources, and driving the project to successful completion within agreed timelines.
In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team, which includes both software and hardware specialists. You’ll be part of a collaborative and open-minded team where we tackle challenges together, and every idea and contribution counts.
Role and responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Act as the scrum Master for the daily activities.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and the team.
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Address customer concerns, provide updates, and maintain clear communication.
Coordinate internal teams to deliver on project objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor project performance and report progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.

About you
Strong project management skills with more than 5 years' experience.
Experience in risk management, and resource allocation.
Technical knowledge related to the automotive industry (ADAS, AD).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience as Scrum Master to lead the product development team.
Ability to travel from time to time to meet with the customers.
Ability to write and create reports for both internal and external.

Identify and troubleshoot issues related to sensor performance, calibration, and software algorithms.

About you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading validation, testing, and quality assurance of automotive sensors.
Proven experience in leading and managing a test team, including planning, coordinating, and executing validation activities to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Strong knowledge of automotive sensor technology, sensor fusion, and perception systems.
Experienced in defining verification criteria’s based on system requirements
Experience in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and system-level testing.
Familiarity with automotive verification standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders.
Basic understanding of Python programming.

Role and responsibilities
Develop and optimize perception models for 3D point cloud processing.
Design and implement real-time object detection, classification, and tracking algorithms based on 3D point cloud.
Collaborate with multiple sub teams including software engineers and hardware engineers to integrate perception stack into end-to-end system.
Conduct performance analysis and optimization to meet stringent latency and accuracy requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor technologies, and apply them to enhance our perception stack.

About you
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, or robotics.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with libraries such as, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Solid understanding of fundamental computer vision concepts including feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and recognition.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in developing computer vision algorithms for real-world applications, preferably in the automotive or robotics domain.
Experience from development of deterministic models as well as perception models.
Experience with 3D sensor technologies (e.g., Event cameras, LiDAR, depth cameras) and point cloud processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In your role as the Lead Hardware Engineer (m/f/d) at Terranet you will work on some of the toughest technical challenges in the automotive and mobility domain. You lead both mechanical as well as electronics engineering to design and develop our hardware components. You supervise electronics and hardware design works, operate closely with our software engineering team, and report directly to product management. You also manage the sourcing of hardware components and define and further develop our technical system requirements.
You will be contributing to the lowest level of our system where we are directly battling with the limits of hardware and software. You will be working on the entire spectrum of product development, starting from conceptualization, modeling and simulation, to prototyping and laboratory testing, as well as product integration that meets automotive requirements. Your Profile
· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or a related technical discipline or
associated subject


· You have at least 5 years’ work experience , in particular leading a hardware engineering,
ideally you have worked in the automotive industry or supplier companies
· Ideally you have relevant knowledge of designing cost optimised automotive electronics products

Your role
At Terranet, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our team and lead the development of the perception stack for our unique 3D sensor technology which includes event cameras. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms for object detection, tracking, and other related tasks, with a focus on safety applications and low latency requirements.
Your responsibilities
· Design and implement data collection setups and procedures for gathering sensor data in real- world environments, ensuring sufficient diversity and coverage for training and validation.
· Develop tools and workflows for efficient annotation of collected data, including labeling of objects, trajectories, and other relevant information for training and evaluation.
· Design and implement robust perception stack components to ensure reliable performance in safety-critical applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers to integrate perception stack into end-to-end system.
· Conduct performance analysis and optimization to meet stringent latency and accuracy requirements.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor technologies, and apply them to enhance our perception stack.
Your background
· Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, Deep learning, or robotics.
· Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in developing computer vision algorithms for real- world applications, preferably in the automotive or robotics domain.
· Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
· Experience in training, testing models on GPU’s and deploying on edge devices such as Nvidia Jetson platforms.


· Solid understanding of fundamental computer vision concepts including feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and recognition.
· Experience with 3D sensor technologies (e.g., Event cameras, LiDAR, depth cameras) and point cloud processing is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with software development best practices including CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and code optimization.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
· Effective communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
