About the role

Are you ready to help shape the future of Alfa Laval's global service operations? We are looking for a Product Owner to join our OneService team-a global target platform for Service Execution that is transforming how we deliver value to customers worldwide.

OneService, built on IFS FSM6, was rolled out to our Field Service engineers in 2024 and is now being implemented in Service Centers. As Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving this transformation, bridging business needs and technical development to ensure OneService continues to evolve and delivers measurable impact.



About the team

You will join a global team of 20+ colleagues operating in 2 agile teams, including developers, testers, and solution specialists working together to design, build, and support a unified platform that empowers our service organization.

Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and other agile teams to align priorities, manage the product backlog, and guide development toward continuous improvement.

* Leading the product technical roadmap for OneService

As a Product Owner, you will be bridging the gap between the product manager, business stakeholders, and the development team.



Key Responsibilities:?

* Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements.
* Maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support.
* Stakeholder management and collaboration across value streams and Marine business.
* PI planning participation: define stories, provide clarification, set team PI objectives together with the team and prepare for system demo.

What you know.

Knowledge in MS D365 field service customization and configuration are appreciated but not a requirement. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.

What you'll do here as Design for Production Engineer?
As a Design for Production Engineer, you will ensure that our latest innovations are producible at high volumes by playing a key role in the development of both assembly-friendly products and time efficient, high yielding production processes. Producing high-caliber security products that our customers can depend on ensures that Axis continues to fulfill promises of safer and smarter communities across the globe. Our work is largely project based. Each product follows a five-phase development process that typically runs from one to two years. Within each project, you will:

* Initiate workshops and discussions centered around `design for assembly`
* Define the product's assembly process and co-create its full production process with one of our manufacturing partners (located in North America, Asia, or Europe)
* Set design requirements for complex assembly and test fixtures, verify that they are manufactured to this specification, and secure their timely delivery to one of our manufacturing partners
* Visit the product's manufacturing site during at least one pre-production build to verify the production process (up to 30 days of travel per year is expected)

This role depends heavily on effective collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams. We often refer to ourselves as the 'spider-in-the-web' since we influence many different areas within our projects and interact with so many stakeholders.

Who is your future team?

What will you do here as an audio test engineer?
You will be part of a small team of 3 people who specialize in audio test development, including the software that manages and evaluates the audio functions of our products. Digitalisering IT och MT bildades i januari 2020 och ger stöd och service till den skånska hälso- och sjukvården. Förvaltningens uppdrag är att införa en modern och sammanhållen digital vårdmiljö parallellt med drift och effektiv konsolidering av dagens befintliga IT-miljö. I uppdraget ingår förvaltning och support av befintliga och kommande system samt att ansvara för att, genom hela produktlivscykeln, upprätthålla driftsäkerheten av Region Skånes medicintekniska produkter (MTP) och bistå Region Skånes olika verksamheter och samarbetspartners med teknisk kompetens och support i medicintekniskt relaterade ärenden. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Arbetet som Incident och Problem manager innebär bland annat att:

• Leda och utveckla processer: Ansvara för att utveckla, implementera och underhålla incident- och problemprocesser enligt ITIL4. Övervaka och säkerställa att befintliga processer är väl fungerande. Driva effektivisering av processerna.

• Incidenthantering: Övervaka och följa upp IT och MT-incidenter för att säkerställa snabb återställning av tjänster samt minimera påverkan på verksamheten. Vid behov koordinera och sammankalla resurser i det enskilda ärendet, inklusive leverantörer. Vara kontakt- och eskaleringsperson för processerna.

• Problemhantering: Identifiera grundorsaker till återkommande problem och initiera åtgärder för att förebygga framtida incidenter. Koordinera utredning och åtgärd av problemärenden.

• Samarbeta och kommunicera: Arbeta nära Region Skånes supportteam och verksamhetens intressenter för att säkerställa effektiv kommunikation och lösningar. Underlätta, koordinera och stötta medarbetare i det dagliga processarbetet, dvs att ärenden identifieras, registreras, tilldelas, eskaleras och åtgärdas. Utbilda nya medarbetare i processerna.

• Rapportera och analysera: Utarbeta regelbundna rapporter om incident- och problemhantering, samt analysera trender för att förbättra framtida processer.

Du arbetar operativt inom Incident och Problem och du kommer att spela en avgörande roll i att driva våra stödprocesser framåt för att uppnå en effektiv och värdeskapande tjänsteleverans. Därtill har du arbetat operativt vid större IT-incidenter och har god kunskap kring rapportering och statistik. Vidare har du tidigare arbetat med och har god kännedom av ITSM-stödverktyg. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift är en förutsättning för att lyckas väl i den här rollen. Det anses meriterande om du är certifierad i ITIL 4 och har tidigare arbetat i ServiceNow.

För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara stresstålig och beslutsam med en stark analytisk förståelse. Vidare är du kommunikativ med en förmåga att både kunna engagera och samarbeta effektivt med både tekniska och icke-tekniska team. OD Automation & Robotics team work within machine control, connected equipment, robotics, machine learning and new automation technologies - all to increase automation quality and efficiency within Alfa Laval Operations. Your role will be developing OT solutions in close cooperation with manufacturing units and product development.

* Lead technical initiatives and projects within Operations Technology and Development (automation, robotics, simulation, data logging/analytics, AI, ML etc).
* Innovate, develop, verify and implement new equipment, technologies and processes.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi ser nu fram emot att välkomna en operativ processledare till VO service och support på Digitalisering IT och MT!

Vår verksamhet ansvarar för ITIL Practice Service Desk och Service Level Management. Nu söker vi dig som operativt kan etablera och leda dessa processer framåt. Du kommer organisatoriskt att tillhöra enhet Support SDV men arbetar övergripande både inom verksamhetsområdet och förvaltningen.

Arbetet som operativ processledare innebär bland annat att:
- etablera processer för Service Level Management och Service Desk

- förankra processer med processägare

- sprida processtänkandet i verksamheten

About the job
Product configuration is an important area for Alfa Laval’s success. Our Brazed and Fusion bonded Heat Exchanger (BFB) products are customized to meet a specific customer use case and are sold via a configuration tool. Our configuration tool is used by both internal sales and by our external partners globally. It is integrated with both internal sales systems and our e-Business portal.

You will be part of the Digital Sales Tools team in the Business Unit BFB where our purpose is to develop, support and maintain tools and systems to grow online usage and sales. You will be responsible for delivering the Configuration tool for BFB that mainly handles the products' technical rules and constraints.

As a Product Configuration Engineer for BFB, you will develop the Configuration tool and the Product architecture that underpins it.

Main responsibility will be 
* Development: implement the product structure, modules and module-variants, rule-matrixes, and the expressions of configuration constraints.
* Quality assurance: requirement specification & documentation, testing and deployment of the Configuration tool, as well as managing supporting tools connected to the Configuration tool.

Who is your future team?
As a consequence of our growth, we are reorganizing the quality organization within Operations and we are therefore looking for two managers that will manage our two groups of Project Quality Engineers (PQE).

You will manage a team of 10 dedicated PQE:s. The PQE:s are part of the industrialization team within the product development projects. The PQE:s are involved from early concept to qualified volume production collaborating closely with their project team members within Industrialization and R&D.

What you'll do here as Manager Project Quality
As Manager Project Quality you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right methods and organization in place to secure capable and efficient manufacturing processes for our new products. In addition to the personnel, resource and budget responsibilities, the line manager responsibilities include responsibility to ensure that Axis' core values permeate the organization and that the ways of working are constantly improved and developed in line with the rest of the company.

A "normal" year the role requires around 15 days of international travel per year.

What you'll do here as Commodity Manager:

Together with your cross functional Commodity Team you will develop and execute strategy within the area of responsibility. By analyzing and understanding component/product life cycles, component and supplier risks, cost drivers and technology trends, affect Axis product development to ensure best design from a producibility perspective with quality, availability and cost in mind. About the job

Product configuration is an important area for Alfa Laval’s success. Our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) products are customized to meet a specific customer use case and are sold via a configuration tool. Our sales configurator is used by both internal sales and by our external partners globally. It is integrated with both internal sales systems and our e-Business portal. You will also play an important role in quality assurance, testing and deployment of the eConfigurator, as well as managing some support tools built on the eConfigurator. The development and delivery of the software is done in close cooperation with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, as well as Central IT, and it all takes place in a global work environment.

Digitalisering IT och MT (IT/MT) är en förvaltning inom Region Skånes nya förvaltning och består av avdelningen för digitalisering och IT samt av verksamhetsområdet medicinsk teknik (MT).

Förvaltningens uppdrag blir att införa en modern och sammanhållen digital vårdmiljö genom att bland annat utveckla och införa nya e-hälsotjänster parallellt med drift och effektiv konsolidering av dagens befintliga IT-miljö. I uppdraget ingår även förvaltning och support av befintliga och kommande system. Det medicintekniska verksamhetsområdet (MT) i förvaltningen arbetar med service, underhåll, inköp och egentillverkning av medicinteknisk utrustning. Den nya förvaltningen kommer innehålla drygt 300 medarbetare och finnas representerad på samtliga sjukhusområden i Skåne.

Verksamhetsområde IT är ett av förvaltningens verksamhetsområde och innehåller fem enheter. Enheterna kommer successivt att byggas upp till att innehålla cirka 100 medarbetare. Enheter inom verksamhetsområdet är: vårdsystem, stödsystem, stödverktyg, användarnära IT & telefoni och infrastruktur. Rollerna i de nya enheterna är enhetschefer, avtalscontrollers, systemansvariga, systemspecialister, leveransansvariga, processledare med flera som ansvarar för leverans av processer, daglig drift samt utveckling av befintliga tjänster.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I din roll som catalog manager har du ett helhetsansvar för att upprätthålla samt vidareutveckla Region Skånes tjänstekatalog efter de mål, riktlinjer och policies verksamhetsområdet (VO) IT /MT ansvarar för. Du arbetar i en kravställande och samordnande roll inom verksamheten samt har kontakt med olika aktörer inom området. Som catalog manager har du ett nära samarbete med valda leverantörer och aktörer samt växlar med enkelhet mellan en operativ till strategisk nivå. Vidare stöttar du enhetschefen med att aktivt arbeta fram långsiktiga planer och agendor som presenteras på taktisk och strategisk nivå. KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig med högskole/universitetsutbildning inom juridik, teknik, ekonomi, hälso-sjukvård alternativt annan utbildning och/ eller erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Det är meriterande om du har flerårig yrkeserfarenhet inom aktuellt kunskapsområdet. Det är även fördelaktigt om du har kompetens inom ServiceNow plattformen, certifieringar såsom till exempel ITIL v 3 och/eller bakgrund inom portal- och servicekataloghantering. Who is your future team?
The Core technologies Graphics team is responsible for the embedded graphical aspects of Axis cameras. Graphical aspects include rendering in the video stream, masking of privacy areas, stitching of multiple images, and image transformations such as dewarping and stabilization. Rollen som Produktionstestutvecklare:
Axis har sitt utvecklingscentrum i Lund, där merparten av all produktutveckling sker. När produkten är färdig att nå marknaden, sätts den i produktion och det gör vi tillsammans med våra kontraktstillverkare som ligger runt om i värden. För att kunna massproducera våra komplexa produkter behövs smarta produktionssystem som ser till att varje kamera är optimerad och håller hög kvalitet när den når våra kunder.

Axis har en bred produktportfölj och våra testsystem täcker ett brett spektrum av olika funktioner såsom bildkvalitet, ljudkvalitet, radar, sensorer och motorer.

I den här rollen som produktionstestutvecklare ansvarar du för de tidiga testerna i produktionen där vi testar kretskorten. Du identifierar vilka tester som behövs, ser till att kretskorten blir testbara, tar fram testfixturer för korten, samt skriver den programvara som krävs för att exekvera testerna. Du lämnar sedan över ditt system till kontraktstillvekaren och ser till att produktionen kommer igång och följs upp på ett tillfredsställande sätt. Du jobbar tätt tillsammans med dina kollegor inom vår avdelning PET (Production Engineering and Technologies) och R&D. I rollen kommer du att jobba i våra produktutvecklingsprojekt och följa våra nya produkter från koncept till massproduktion.

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår:

* Att planera och driftsätta produktionstestsystem på kretskortsnivå (PCBA-testning) och med hjälp av dina kollegor säkra att våra testsystem är optimerade och kvalitetssäkrade
* Påverka design av kretskort för att göra dem testbara
* Integration av hårdvara och mjukvara i nya testsystem
* Konfigurering av testsekvenser i National Instruments Teststand
* Agera beställarfunktion på den hårdvara som behövs för testsystemen

Vem är du?
Vi tror att du är en praktiskt lagd ingenjör som är nyfiken, ansvarstagande, strukturerad och metodisk. Du drivs av att strukturera upp problem och hitta smarta lösningar på komplexa problem. Du har en teknisk bredd, och föredrar att jobba med helhetslösningar och många olika tekniker och metoder, snarare än att djupdyka i specifika områden. Kommunikationsförmåga är A och O eftersom vi jobbar i team och även behöver kunna överföra vår kunskap till våra partners på de olika fabrikerna. Arbetet innehåller mycket frihet under ansvar så du har initiativförmåga och uppskattar att driva saker självständigt.

Vi söker en erfaren ingenjör vars främsta uppgift är att driva fram ett effektivt och kvalitativt produktionsflöde i Axis produktprojekt inriktade mot audio. Ditt framtida team?

Man koordinerar sedan behovet med övriga enheter inom PET inklusive beställning av utrustning och moduler. Rollen:
I Axis produktion byggs och testas våra produkter. Digitalisering IT och MT (IT/MT) är Region Skånes nya förvaltning och består sedan januari 2020 av en sammanslagning av Digitalisering och IT samt av verksamhetsområdet Medicinsk teknik (MT). Syftet med den nya förvaltningen är att bättre kunna tillvarata möjligheterna inom den eskalerande utvecklingen inom digitaliseringsområdet och för att samla resurserna i samband med införandet av Skånes Digitala Vårdsystem (SDV). Förvaltningens uppdrag är att införa en modern och sammanhållen digital vårdmiljö genom att bland annat utveckla och införa nya e-hälsotjänster parallellt med drift och effektiv konsolidering av dagens befintliga IT-miljö. I uppdraget ingår även förvaltning och support av befintliga och kommande system. Det medicintekniska verksamhetsområdet (MT) i förvaltningen arbetar med service, underhåll, inköp och egentillverkning av medicinteknisk utrustning.

Inom den nya förvaltningen är verksamhetsområde IT ett av den nya förvaltningens verksamhetsområde och innehåller fem enheter. Enheterna kommer successivt att byggas upp till att innehålla cirka 100 medarbetare. Enheter inom verksamhetsområdet är: vårdsystem, stödsystem, stödverktyg, användarnära IT & telefoni och infrastruktur. Rollerna i de nya enheterna är enhetschefer, avtalscontrollers, systemansvariga, systemspecialister, leveransansvariga, processledare med flera som ansvarar för leverans av processer, daglig drift samt utveckling av befintliga tjänster.


ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som licensspecialist ingår du i ett team bestående av licensspecialister och en Software Asset Manager. Din uppgift blir att, tillsammans med licensteamet, säkerställa att Regionen är korrekt licensierad för sin verksamhet och att innehav och förvaltning av licenser, mjukvaror och prenumerationer med mera hanteras på ett korrekt sätt.

I ditt dagliga arbete informerar du fortlöpande licensteamet och Software Asset Manager om behov av kompletteringar, anskaffningar och möjligheter och säkerställer att licensieringen ligger i fas med lagkrav, ambitionsnivåer och framtida verksamhetsbehov. Utöver detta har du en operativ dialog med tjänsteleverantörer inom Digitalisering IT och MT, Region Skånes verksamheter och leverantörer. Tjänsten omfattar även beställningar och inköp, ärendehantering, incidenthantering och dokumentering.

Som licensspecialist kommer du att arbeta för att licensfunktionen på ett proaktivt sätt möter upp de strategiska mål som beslutas i Region Skåne gällande licenser och mjukvaror. Vi använder SNOW som licensinventeringsverktyg. Omvärldsbevakning är en självklarhet för dig.


KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig med en akademisk utbildning inom relevant område eller erfarenhet som arbetsgivarens bedömer likvärdig. Du har goda generella IT-kunskaper och framförallt stort intresse av IT. Därtill så har du vana av att dokumentera i olika system, ta fram beskrivningar och processer samt en övergripande förståelse för behov och utmaningar inom området IT. Vidare så behärskar du både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Vi vill att du har vetskap om ITIL v3 och är du certifierad så är det meriterande. Därtill är det en fördel om du som söker har ett stort intresse och förståelse för hur IT kan stötta vården samt erfarenhet av processarbete inom IT-utveckling. Det är också meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Software Asset Management och licenshantering.

Digitalisering, IT och Medicinsk teknik (IT/MT) är Region Skånes nya förvaltning och består av en sammanslagning mellan avdelningarna digitalisering och IT samt verksamhetsområdet medicinsk teknik (MT). ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I din roll som processledare för IT-konsultavtal har du en ansvarsfull uppgift i att vara samordnare mellan våra interna beställare av IT-konsulttjänster och enhetens avtalade konsultmäklare som förser verksamheten med konsulttjänster inom IT-området. I rollen som processledare ingår även arbetsuppgifter såsom att operativt ansvara för att nya IT-konsultbeställningar kvalitetssäkras för att sedan förmedla uppdraget vidare för utannonsering hos konsultmäklaren. Vidare följer du upp att dessa efter annonsering får tillbaka förslag till beställaren på kandidater (CVn) från konsultmäklaren till det utannonserade uppdraget. Du ansvarar också för att avtalsteckning efter att beställare valt ut lämplig kandidat. Ditt ansvar innebär att säkerställa att processen hanteras och följs enligt verksamhetens rutiner och riktlinjer. Du är också, tillsammans med våra projektportföljansvariga, med och månatligen följer upp med beställarna av redan pågående uppdrag när dessa närmar sig slutdatum.

Tjänsten som processledare innebär till stor del mycket kontakter internt inom Region Skåne med olika beställare som behöver din hjälp att tillsätta olika roller och uppdrag med konsulter eller när det är dags för eventuell förlängning eller avslut av pågående uppdrag. Med en omfattning av idag runt 400 uppdrag är det periodvis ett högt tempo, men det är viktigt att hantering av avropen fungerar och där har processledaren en viktig roll.


KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har en relevant högskoleutbildning inom aktuellt område, alternativt motsvarande kompetens som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Ett krav för tjänsten är att du behärskar användning av applikationerna i MS Officepaketet, främst Outlook, Excel och Teams men även SharePoint på användarnivå. Vidare besitter du goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Det är meriterande med tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet av processutveckling eller processledning.

A few years back an initiative was started to improve our customers' and partners' experience of our customer service. About the job

As a configuration engineer you will be working closely with the sales organization to specify requirements and needs of the technical configurator. Further, you will together with our IT organization, design, test, deploy and support configurator solutions. You are part of a team that develop and maintain the configurator, which is the most important sales tools for one of Alfa Laval’s most important products. The development of our configurator is part of an agile project and it is important to be able to cooperate with several functions in our organization such as Product Managers, Sales Managers, IT System Specialists, Product Owners etc. This will give you a large network across several business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment.

What you know

Digitalisering, IT och Medicinsk teknik (IT/MT) är Region Skånes nya förvaltning och består av en sammanslagning av avdelningen för digitalisering och IT samt av verksamhetsområdet medicinsk teknik (MT). Syftet med den nya förvaltningen är att bättre kunna tillvarata möjligheterna inom den eskalerande utvecklingen inom digitaliseringsområdet, samt för att samla resurserna i samband med införandet av Skånes Digitala Vårdsystem (SDV).

Den nya förvaltningen innehåller drygt 350 medarbetare och finns representerad på samtliga sjukhusområden i Skåne. Förändringstakten är hög och vi söker nu en processledare – IT konsultavtal som vill utvecklas tillsammans med oss och ansvara för hanteringen av enhetens behov och intag av IT konsulter. ARBETSUPPGIFTER

I din roll som processledare för IT konsultavtal har du en ansvarsfull uppgift i att vara samordnare mellan våra interna beställare av IT konsulttjänster och enhetens avtalade konsultmäklare som förser verksamheten med konsulttjänster inom IT-området. Som processledare ansvar du för att förvalta och förbättra verksamhetens processer och rutiner vid uppstart, förlängning samt avslut av IT konsultuppdrag. Vidare arbetar du löpande med att vårda och utveckla relationen med verksamhetens konsultmäklare.

I din roll ingår även följande arbetsuppgifter:

• Operativt ansvar för nya IT konsultbeställningar där du i din roll ser till att dessa kvalitetssäkras för att sedan förmedla uppdraget vidare för utannonsering hos konsultmäklare. Vidare följer du upp att dessa efter annonsering får tillbaka förslag till beställaren på kandidater (CVn) från konsultmäklaren till det utannonserade uppdraget.
• Ansvar för att avtalsteckning efter att beställare valt ut lämplig kandidat. Ditt ansvar innebär att säkerhetsställa att processen hanteras och följs enligt verksamhetens rutiner och riktlinjer.
• Ansvar för uppföljning tillsammans med projektportföljansvariga där du följer upp med beställarna av redan pågående uppdrag när dessa närmar sig slutdatum.

Tjänsten som processledare innebär till stor del mycket kontakter internt inom Region Skåne med olika beställare som behöver din hjälp att tillsätta olika roller och uppdrag med konsulter, eller när det är dags för eventuell förlängning/avslut av pågående uppdrag.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har en relevant högskoleutbildning inom aktuellt område, alternativt motsvarande kompetens som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Ett krav för tjänsten är att du behärskar användning av applikationerna i MS Officepaketet, främst Outlook, Excel och Teams men även SharePoint på användarnivå. Vidare besitter du goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

As a Repair Management Operations Engineer, you will be a part of Axis product projects, manage repair operations at partners and be responsible for technical handling within the Reverse Supply Chain organization. This applies from Concept review until the products are Discontinued (End-Of-Support).

Your future team
You will join the Repair Management Operations department who is a part of the Reverse Supply Chain organization. We have 13 global partners that is doing the actual repairs, but we also use the electronic manufacturing suppliers for more advance repairs that requires complex fixtures used in forward production.

Your role as a reverse supply chain
Our products are of very high quality and contains sophisticated solutions. These products do however break from time to time (both mechanical and electronics), and our vision is then to turn this into a positive experience to the customer. The overall flow is that our Support organization will communicate with the customer and in many cases create a return case where Axis repair partners physically need to have a look at the broken unit. It is when the case is created that Reverse Supply Chain step into action Repair Management will ensure that the returned products are up to its original specification.

Your responsibilities and your main tasks will include:

* Drive rework and maintenance projects with our 13 external and global partners and ensure that a high-quality work is performed. This is a focus area.
* Be a part of R&D product projects and be responsible for the repair strategy from concept to end of support.
* Drive DFR, Design For Repair, within the projects. Example is "do not glue", "must be possible to assemble/re-assemble", "a standalone test fixture must be used" etc.
* Develop and analyze return data.
* Decide what repairs are cost efficient and decide what repair parts to purchase. Both mechanical and electronics.
* Act as technical support for partners and suppliers in repair related issues. Set up technical environment, develop and train staff on site.
* Be prepared to travel 10-15 days to partners and suppliers per year.

Who are you?
To succeed in this role, it's important that you are driven and self-going. We believe you have an excellent attention to details and love to structure things in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You will have many interfaces; therefore, you need to be a great communicator and skilled in collaborating with others.


In addition to above we believe you have:

* Bachelor's in engineering.
* Experience from project management (this is a major part of the job).

What you'll do here as Commodity Buyer
Your task will be to ensure best possible prerequisites for flexible supply chain, by making sure that Axis electronics suppliers have capacity and capability to meet current and future demands from Axis. * Be responsible for conducting and executing 2nd source and 2nd design strategy on electronics components
* Work in close cooperation with component suppliers and Axis contract manufacturers to secure best prerequisites for flexible supply chain.
* Be an escalation point for Axis purchasing department and contract manufacturers in case of challenges with material drive or supplier performance.
* Work in close cooperation with Commodity Managers on mapping suppliers current and future capacity, capability and performance to avoid supply disturbances.
* Proactively work on minimizing future risks for disruptions that can affect our customers satisfaction.
* Stay on top of market trends concerning availability, cost development, macro-economic factors etc. in order to give an important input to overall purchasing and commodity strategy and get opportunity to affect and take important business decisions.
* Identify and address process improvements within area of responsibility.
