Who you are

About the job
As an experienced project manager, you will drive improvement projects in our 8 factories located around the globe using LEAN principles in manufacturing transformation, manufacturing processes, material handling, layouts and administration.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary department of 25 highly motivated people driving projects within Technology Development, Manufacturing transformations, LEAN, Supply Chain Development, Product Introductions and ERP-system implementation supporting the Product Group and the Business Unit to reach its’ strategical targets.

What you know
You have experience and been working as Project Manager for at least 5 years. Business and process understanding from a manufacturing process company is a pre-requisite. You have excellent Project management skills. Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage.

As a person, you are pro-active, loyal and take responsibility for driving your projects to a good result. You want to be part of something new and contribute positively to influence for change. You are good at building relations and cooperate internal as well as cross functional. Also, you:
* Work analytical, structured and independent

The integration architecture solution manager provides IT solution architecture for all information exchange between applications within Alfa Laval or between Alfa Laval and external parties. The position is also vital in the activity to define the future Alfa Laval integration target architecture.

You will participate in architecture forums and lead decisions regarding technical solutions in accordance with the reference architecture for integration. You will also act as an advisor to information requestors when discussing external and internal integration possibilities.

Product configuration is a very important area for Alfa Laval. Many of our products are customized for a specific customer use case. * Respond to security-related incidents and problems and act as the primary escalation point.
* Examine logs, alerts and continuously monitor the global IT environment and improve our detection capabilities by implementing security controls.
* Conduct risk/vulnerability assessments on IT infrastructure, systems and services and take the necessary steps to document, escalate and mitigate the risks.
* Analyze and understand technical information and creating knowledgebase articles, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
* Perform forensics investigations on escalated security incidents or data breaches and work with internal and external parties to do wider and deeper investigations when needed.
* Implement technical IT Security controls and establish operations guidelines and documentation.
* Support and educate across IT and the business on the process and technology within IT and Cyber Security.

This role is a new position within IT Infrastructure Management, located in Alfa Laval’s HQ, Lund.

What you know?
We believe you have broad technical knowledge and are specialized in the IT and Cyber Security area.You have at least 3 years’ experience from working with Incident Response, vulnerability assessments and technical security implementations, preferably from an international company.It is meritorious if you are experienced in the AppSec field and can support the development teams with secure code training and light penetration testing. Further, good understanding of general IT technology such as various endpoints, VMWare, Server, Azure and operational technology. You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

About the job
In this position your responsibilities are divided into three main areas:

Management of Global Strategic Initiatives;
Proactively drive global strategic Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives such as Behavior Based Safety (BSS) and Safe behavior initiatives. This project management role requires global alignment, implementation of the initiatives as well as follow up and reporting at local and global levels.

Incident analysis and learning action plan;
Set global H&S targets, follow up on incidents and implement action plans to ensure continuous improvement and proactiveness. The role includes participation and driving internal audits and following up on progress.

Drive internal H&S network:
Drive, co-ordinate and implement best practice across the organization to ensure a truly learning organization with regards to H&S. To do this networking both inside and outside the organization as well as keeping up to date with trends within H&S is essential.
The position will be based in Lund and you will report to the Head of Sustainability. The position may require some travelling/year.

Alfa Laval Nordic, vårt nordiska försäljningsbolag, söker nu efter serviceingenjörer med en god mekanisk förståelse och en solid praktisk kunskap av processoptimering. Arbetet innebär support och problemlösning ute hos kund, och det förväntas att du sätter kundernas behov först. Du kommer främst arbeta med våra roterande dekanters och High Speed Separators.

Arbetet kommer att främst utföras inom Sverige, men support kan förekomma till de övriga nordiska länderna. Du kommer vara ute och hjälpa våra kunder på plats, så förväntade övernattningar uppskattas till 75-100 /år

Som servicetekniker kommer du att vara anställd hos oss i Tumba eller Lund men alltid utgå från ditt hem. Vi ser gärna sökande från närliggande regioner (T.ex. Mälardalen, Uppland, Östergötland, Skåne)

Vem är du?
* Du har en teknisk bakgrund och god praktisk mekanisk erfarenhet
* Erfarenhet av High Speed Separators och roterande dekanters är meriterande
* Gärna erfarenhet från tung industri eller fordonsindustrin och/eller liknande produkter
* Du har en god förståelse för både mekanik och elektronik, automatik
* Du är van användare av MS Office
* Du behärskar både svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift

What you know
You have experience and been working as Project Manager in ERP Roll-outs for at least 5-10 years on several implementations. You have excellent Project Management skills and are certified in some of the existing PM trainings (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM). Portfolio, Program or Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage.

Change management and communication skills are vital as well as fluent in business English.
Business and process understanding from a manufacturing process company is a pre-requisite. Background of worked in or rolling out ERP systems and especially knowledge from Microsoft AX 2012 / D365 is an advantage. We are implementing worldwide where travel is part or the work.

About the job
Product configuration is a very important area for Alfa Laval. Many of our products are customized for a specific customer use case. During the coming years the product configuration platform will be evolved in multiple ways to provide the ability for multiple channels and services to let their users configure our products.

We are working in an agile environment and you will work closely with a team of developers. Together you will design, support and develop the Alfa Laval product configuration platform which is central for our business.

As a part of the team you will:
* Be responsible for design, development, improvements and maintenance of the Alfa Laval Product configurator UI and component setup

What you know

You are fluent in CSS and HTML5 (IE11 support required) and have proven experience in a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, VueJS).

About the job
You will assess and implement new security initiatives, work on security-related incidents, perform risk assessments on critical infrastructure and systems throughout Alfa Laval globally with Data Centers in Sweden, US and India. 

As IT and Cyber Security Specialist you will
* Respond to security-related incidents and problems and act as the primary escalation point.
* Examine logs, alerts and continuously monitor the global IT environment and improve our detection capabilities by implementing security controls.
* Conduct risk/vulnerability assessments on IT infrastructure, systems and services and take the necessary steps to document, escalate and mitigate the risks.
* Analyze and understand technical information and creating knowledgebase articles, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
* Perform forensics investigations on escalated security incidents or data breaches and work with internal and external parties to do wider and deeper investigations when needed.
* Implement technical IT Security controls and establish operations guidelines and documentation.
* Support and educate across IT and the business on the process and technology within IT and Cyber Security.

This role is a new position within IT Infrastructure Management, located in Alfa Laval’s HQ, Lund.

What you know?
We believe you have broad technical knowledge and are specialized in the IT and Cyber Security area.You have at least 3 years’ experience from working with Incident Response, vulnerability assessments and technical security implementations, preferably from an international company.It is meritorious if you are experienced in the AppSec field and can support the development teams with secure code training and light penetration testing. Further, good understanding of general IT technology such as various endpoints, VMWare, Server, Azure and operational technology. You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

About the job
To support our digital transformation and our business strategy, Alfa Laval is increasing its focus on Information Security capabilities both in the GRC area but also in the Operational Security areas.

We are looking for an experienced Group Information Security Manager to join our team and to be a part of this exciting journey for Alfa Laval. In this role you will be responsible for the overall ISMS and Information Security Risk Framework. You will conduct and coordinate Information Security risk and assurance assessments for processes, systems and IT infrastructure. Project-related work and supplier agreements is a part of the role.

The position is based in Lund and you will report to Head of Group Information Security. The position includes travelling to some extent per year.

Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of Alfa Laval’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), including required policies, procedures and templates.
* Work with business and IT to clarify Information Classification levels regarding Information, Systems and in Business Processes. Support the implementation of Information Classification protection regarding unstructured information. Support implementation of decided controls in Information Systems.
* Establish and own the Information Security Risk framework and methodology. Increase awareness and work with IT and business on risk appetite, risk quantification and risk mitigations in a pragmatic and transparent way. Recognizes and supports opportunities to balance risk and innovation in responding to business opportunities.
* Work with conducting risk assessments and security assurance of systems, applications and processes with multiple stakeholders to establish information security risk register and governance as well as control gaps and mitigations.
* Be active and support business and IT projects with Information Security aspects and guidelines, making sure adherence to policies are met, using standardized Information Security checklists.
* Driving a culture of understanding and awareness around Information Security risks throughout Alfa Laval globally 

Who you are

Who are you?

You are structured with an analytical mindset. We believe you are persistent with the ability to independently drive your work forward. You have strong written and verbal English communication skills and you are team-oriented with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles. You must be able to work independently, proactive and feel comfortable in taking difficult decisions

Furthermore, you are customer focused with the ability to manage expectations appropriately and you build long term relationships with IT and the business.

What you know
You have a minimum of five years of experience working with information security in a large organisation. Certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar are an advantage but not a requirement.

As a Sales Engineer in Energy Service you are responsible for your customers and you work close with the Market Manager for Energy Service within Nordic to grow the business and to reach agreed KPIs.

You will be an important part of Alfa Laval Nordics external sales team. You will have a dedicated number of customers with high potential which you should support, as well as new customers within the Energy industry in Sweden. You will work and support customers with Alfa Laval´s aftermarket products such as spare parts, repair and service for mainly separators, decanters and heat exchangers.

To support your work, you will be backed up by our indoor sales team located in Tumba as well as our service workshops and field service engineers. You will also work closely with our capital sales team to support the sales of new products in combination with our aftermarket product such as service contracts and services that we promote

Main tasks:

* Proactive sales of parts, service, repair and upgrading of Alfa Laval product range
* Visiting customers to identify potentials and to harvest business opportunities
* Create quotes, service agreements and relevant material needed to support the business
* Participation in relevant exhibitions, seminars and other customer related events
* Work proactively with sales planning and reports

What you know and who you are

* Technical/Engineer background with a mechanical and /or automation know-how
* Experience in B2B sales preferably within petrochemical, inorganic, pulp & paper, metals, mining or refinery
* Good communications skills, written and oral in both Swedish and English
* Like to work with deadlines - and working in a challenging and fast pace environment
* Result oriented with a strong ambition and strive to succeed
* Used to work independently, are self-driven and at the same time a strong team player
* You have ability to see business opportunities and make sales plans to capture them
* You have a flexible mindset and business understanding that drives customer satisfaction
