Who is your future team?
The Legal Team consists of experienced legal advisors with a deep understanding of Axis' business. We work as an integral part of the daily business in close collaboration with our stakeholders. We support the Axis Group globally. Currently the team includes legal counsels, senior legal counsels, legal compliance specialists and a corporate governance specialist. Our goal is to support Axis' sustainable and successful growth through tailor-made and strategical advice. What you will do here:
As Legal Counsel you will work both independently and in collaboration with your team members, contract managers as well as other colleagues within the Axis Group. The job will offer you a wide and global contact net and a variety of challenging work tasks on a cross-functional basis. This position requires a high degree of accountability, motivation and drive, and the ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence both within and outside of Axis. Your main responsibility will be to support the business with legal advice in a wide range of matters with R&D and Products, IT/IS, New Business and Sales. The role will include tech legal compliance (e.g. GDPR, AI Act and Data Act). You will report to the Global Legal Director at HQ in Lund.

Your work tasks will include:

* Working proactively to assess and manage legal risks and provide advice to business stakeholders.
* Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and providing advice on various commercial contracts and documents, such as development agreements, license agreements, cloud services, NDAs and collaboration agreements.
* To be part of the creation and communication of internal legal education and trainings.
* Drafting, implementing, and engaging in continuous work with template agreements and other steering documents promoted by the Legal Department.

Who are you?
We believe that you are a highly skilled, driven, analytical, structured, efficient and business oriented Legal Counsel that has a strong interest in IT/Tech law and related compliance matters. You can prioritize your work tasks and communicate complex legal assessments and advice in a clear and simple way. As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace and rapidly moving global organization. You are used to working independently and make decisions.

We love to hear that you have:

* A law degree (LL.M) from a Swedish University or equivalent.
* At least 5 years' experience from working as in-house legal counsel or at a law firm.
* Good knowledge of and experience from working with IT/Tech law and related data protection and compliance questions.
* Strong analytical skills.
* A strong team-oriented approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Legal Counsel, specializing in data privacy to join our headquarters in Lund. This role focuses on compliance with data privacy regulations in all jurisdictions where Alfa Laval is present, and you will work with a worldwide network of people in Alfa Laval's legal entities, including local and corporate Data Privacy Responsibles, Information Security, group and local IT, and our Development Value Streams.



In this role, you will, among other things, coordinate and support our endeavours within data privacy, manage the group's data privacy legal support to the group entities, oversee our record of processing activities, including managing the data privacy administration software, perform vendor risk assessments and manage data subject access requests.



You will be part of Group Legal, based at the headquarters in Lund. Group Legal consists of lawyers, specialists, and paralegals with a central and local presence in the various parts of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

* Legal support within the area of Data Privacy to business and functions, providing strategic and operational guidance on data privacy compliance and best practices.

* Review projects, systems, and products to ensure they align with data protection laws (privacy-by-design principles).

* Review and negotiate DPAs and SCCs.

* Ensure general compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

* Collaborate with and report to the Group Data Privacy Responsible globally to set and implement strategic and tactical directions for data privacy.

* Draft internal policies and documents.

* Conduct training and support for various business areas on data privacy best practices.

* Oversee and manage the OneTrust data privacy management software.

* Monitor and update data privacy compliance tools and solutions.

* Act as a second line of defense to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.


Qualifications:

* Swedish LL.M. degree or equivalent.

* Experience as an in-house legal counsel or at a reputable law firm, with 3-5 years' experience in data privacy.

* Knowledge or experience in management tool OneTrust is a merit

* Operational knowledge of IT security and cyber security is a merit.

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

* Strong commercial understanding and proactive initiative to impact the business positively.

* High level of integrity, confidence, and curiosity to learn and take on new challenges.

* Ability to work independently and provide clear, legally adequate solutions.

* Positive and engaged team player with the ability to prioritize effectively.

* CIPP/E credential or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comprehensive GDPR knowledge is a merit.

About Voyado's Legal team

Voyado's Legal team is based in Stockholm and we are now looking to expand our team to our Lund Office where this position will be located. The team’s main objective is to support the entire organization by finding innovative solutions and providing advice in a user-friendly way, while delivering high-quality legal advice. The team forms an important role when delivering high quality services to our customers and shaping the company’s business activities. About the role

In the role as a legal counsel, you will assist the entire organization, in various legal matters, with a focus on commercial contract law, cooperation agreements, IP-law and the GDPR. Voyado is growing on a European level and ideally you have an interest in working with different European markets. Arbetsbeskrivning
Hos oss kommer du att bli en viktig pusselbit i byråns rådgivning och verksamhet inom framförallt affärsområdet kommersiella avtal och M&A men även inom skatterätt. Rollen omfattar bland annat rådgivning vid transaktioner, emissioner, fusioner och även allmän bolagsrättslig och skatterättslig rådgivning. Du kommer även att assistera klienter i arbetet med att upprätta, granska och förhandla olika verksamhetsrelaterade avtal. VICI:s arbetsmodell bygger på framgångsrikt lagarbete vilket innebär att vi i större ärenden arbetar i team.
Vem är du?
Vi söker en nyexaminerad jurist som är en bra lagspelare och som har lätt för att skapa goda relationer såväl externt som internt. För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är positiv, engagerad, självgående och har en god kommunikationsförmåga. Vidare är du lösningsorienterad och noggrann.

Who you are

About the job
In this strategic and operational role, you will head and develop the Legal support function in the Alfa Laval Group currently consisting of 10 in-house lawyers located around the world. You will report to the Group General Counsel also based at the headquarters in Lund.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create priorities that align strategic direction of the legal support department and the overall business objectives.
* Provide leadership to the Legal support department.
* Support the team in providing legal advice and identify legal risks within all fields of business law including commercial contracts, R&D, product liability, and intellectual property.
* Continuously develop adequate key legal processes and policies in the Group.
* In addition to your role as a leader, you will provide legal support to a division and/or geographical area, in the Alfa Laval Group.

Who you are
To succeed in this role we believe that you need 7+ years of experience from a Legal Counsel role in an international company and preferable experience from leading a global team.
*  You have strong business understanding and pro-actively take initiatives to contribute with your expertise to impact the business.
* You have strong leadership skills and the ability to clarify priorities and create ownership and accountability, acting with integrity at all times.
* You have the ability to process large and complex information and quickly go to the core of the problem.
* You are comfortable with the need to make priorities both for the team and yourself and applying a “good enough” attitude when needed.
* You recognize your role as a leader and trust your teams expertise, your focus being long term development of the team.

Vi på Legalavdelningen söker nu en Paralegal med fokus på Corporate Governance. Du ska ha erfarenhet av bolagsrättsliga frågor, hantering och strukturering av bolagsformalia, gärna i en global koncern.

VAD KOMMER DU ATT ARBETA MED?
Som Paralegal på Axis kommer du att arbeta både självständigt och i team med oss bolagsjurister och även i samarbete med Finansavdelningen och assistent till CEO. Detta kommer att ge dig ett stort kontaktnät och ett varierande arbete. Arbetet är inriktat på att upprätta, granska och strukturera Axiskoncernens bolagsrättsliga dokumentation, men även att vara en del i Legalavdelningens digitalisering och hantering av avtals- och dokumentdatabaser. Rollen kommer även att innefatta koordinering av affärsavtal och övrig legal dokumentation inom koncernen.
Du kommer att arbeta nära olika stakeholders på dotterbolagen och externa juridiska rådgivare och därmed ta stort eget ansvar och ha möjlighet att inverka. Du kommer att få vara en del av en snabbt växande global koncern och växa i takt med denna.

Arbetet kan komma att innebära ca 10 resdagar per år. Du kommer att rapportera till Global Legal Director och placeringen är på Axis huvudkontor i Lund.

VEM LETAR VI EFTER?
Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, affärsorienterad och serviceinriktad med ett starkt driv. Du är ansvarstagande och välorganiserad vilket gör att du också har en god förmåga att prioritera och arbeta självständigt. Eftersom du kommer att arbeta med flera olika stakeholders i en global koncern tror vi också att du är prestigelös, öppen och gärna samarbetar med andra.

Vi ser att du har:

* en paralegalexamen eller motsvarande utbildning
* ca 5 års erfarenhet av bolagsrätt och hantering av bolagsformalia företrädesvis på advokatbyrå
* viss erfarenhet av arbete med compliancefrågor inklusive GDPR
* erfarenhet av arbete med avtals- och dokumentdatabaser
* Du talar flytande svenska och engelska, samt har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift.

AXIS LEGALA TEAM
Legalavdelningen ansvarar för Axis alla olika typer av affärsavtal, bolagsrätt, compliancefrågor och löpande juridiska ärenden. Vi arbetar nära koncernens affärer och kan påverka genom att komma in i ett tidigt skede. Bolagsjuristerna deltar även i olika utvecklings- och affärsprojekt. Idag består vårt team av Global Legal Director, sju Legal Counsels och en Trade Compliance Specialist. Vi samarbetar även med nationella och internationella advokatbyråer. Vi utökar nu teamet med en Paralegal med ansvar för bolagsrättsliga ärenden, bolagsformalia och dokumentation.

Global Legal Director leder arbetet och rapporterar till Vice President Operations.

Målet för den legala avdelningen är att stödja Axis affärer genom högkvalitativ juridisk rådgivning till bolagen inom Axis-koncernen.
