*

Maintain and continuously improve the local quality management system and documentation, including the "Document Handbook."
*

Lead and coordinate both internal and external audits; liaise with relevant authorities and certification agencies.
*

Review and approve nuclear-specific technical documentation, including procedures, drawings, and purchase orders. Oversee quality activities throughout the order process and during validation/testing phases.

What you know

*

5+ Years experience in manufacturing companies with relevant Nuclear codes, Pressure vessel codes and Quality systems
*

• 2+ years of experience in writing technical documentation for scientific instruments and experiments
• Proven experience in scientific collaboration in a role enabling collaboration between stakeholders, scientists and engineers.
• Experience from Big science projects, higher academic degree in related topic as well as knowledge and experience of quality assurance and verification of control systems would be a real advantage.

We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we're looking for a real team player: Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who likes to collaborate with different people and who is committed to helping this amazing project to realise its full potential. We need a hands-on self-starter who is able to work in a structured, orderly, responsible and – most importantly – safe way.

The working language of ESS is English so excellent English skills is a requirement, but it would be great if you could also work in Swedish as well. For this role, we need someone who can start as soon as possible!
