We are seeking a talented ‘hands on’ engineer to join our development department in Lund. As a member of the development team you will work closely with other development teams globally.
The Lead Automated Test Engineer will be responsible for creating tests from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support in our BMS platform. In this role, you should be able to develop automated tests with a sharp eye for spotting defects and lead our journey to a higher degree of automated tests. You should be a cross-team player and a good communicator. You will ensure best practices are followed while being responsive in a dynamic and iterative Agile development setting.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and perform automated tests (integration, acceptance, smoke, functional and performance) for scalable and secure platforms

Required skills and experiences
• Solid knowledge of C#
• Experience with frameworks such as React or Angular
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design & Analysis
• Solid experience of writing modular code that is clear, testable and maintainable
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
. Familiar with Test Driven Development, continuous integration, and agile software best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an Access Control System Architect to support the Nordic region. The role will be Global reporting to the Access Expert Team.
Required skills and experiences
• ESMI Access control expertise
• ESMI Intrusion knowledge
• Security Expert knowledge would be a plus (but constant training is available)
• Third-party Integration to Access Control system including but not limited to Access Control Credentials, Biometric Readers, Visitor Management Systems, Elevator Integration, Card formats, third party readers, Video Management Systems…
• Good customer support skills – Patience, troubleshooting, and persistence
• Familiar with bFO/Salesforce would be a plus.
• Physical Access Control Field experience is a plus.
• Access Control Standards like OSDP and Weigand would be a plus
• Some Building Management System knowledge would be a plus.
Role Requirements
• Main role is Presales support as a System Architect
• Expert Level Support (L4) to end customers via L3 Product support
• Validating ESMI Transition to Security Expert (testing and defect management)
• Updating of ESMI Transition document (it’s in Finnish and English)
• High level support of ESMI transition evaluation forms.
• Leadership role of the team when evaluating feature requests related to ESMI
• Contributing to Security Expert knowledge articles and FAQ
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good communication in a Nordic language is a plus
