Your role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will interact with our Commercial team across our five Business Units as well as key corporate functions. You will play a central role in driving the development of our ways of working, with a strong focus on digitalization and continuous improvement. Acting as a key integrator, you will ensure alignment across Business Units in areas supporting a consistent and efficient approach.



Your main tasks include:

Ensure aligned and standardized ways of working across Business Area Naval within bid and cost management

Own and continuously develop calculation templates and related methodologies
*

Drive improvement initiatives within tender management, including structured risk assessment
*

Contribute to capability building through training, experience sharing, and knowledge transfer across the organization

Actively manage and engage with key stakeholders across Business Units and Corporate functions
*

Lead and implement digitalization initiatives within bid management and cost calculations
*

Interface with Corporate functions to drive and implement Commercial initiatives related to bid and cost management
*

Act as PM&T (Process, Methods & Tools) lead for processes within the Commercial domain

This role does not include line management responsibility, allowing you to fully focus on driving development, improvements, and impact across the organization. The role includes regular travel within Sweden, typically a few days per month, as well as occasional international travel. The position can be based in Solna, Lund, Linköping, or Karlskrona.

Job Summary
Tetra Pak International Business Operations (TPI BO) is the Group’s Global Headquarters, located in Pully/Lausanne, Switzerland. Tetra Pak develops, manufactures and markets systems for processing, packaging, and distribution of food. We produce packaging material at 40 plants and have 36 market companies and 78 sales offices around the world. We are now looking for a new Tax Analyst to join the Tax Operations team and to contribute to executing the day-to-day tasks within Tax Ops. The purpose of the role is to support tax compliance activities within the tax center of excellence including tax compliance reporting services provided to Tetra Pak entities globally to ensure that tax returns are submitted accurately and on time. This also includes assistance with some local and cross border transactions concerning goods and services and supporting management with driving global tax alignment improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden. Some international travel will be required from time to time. You will report to the Tax Manager.
What you will do
As our next Tax Analyst, your core responsibilities will be:
Ensuring Tax Compliance – Accurately prepare, reconcile, review, and submit tax returns (direct and indirect) while maintaining compliance with local and global tax regulations.
Managing Tax Queries & Audits – Address questions from internal teams, local tax experts, external consultants, and tax authorities, providing timely and precise responses. Support resolution of external audit findings.
Optimizing Tax Processes – Enhance efficiency in end-to-end tax processes, including Intrastat reporting, reconciliations, account clearing, and procedural documentation updates.
Coordination with External Partners – Work closely with outsourcing partners (e.g., Deloitte) on tax activities and fee-related tasks to ensure smooth collaboration.
Supporting the Tax Manager – Assist with research, tax treatment analysis, document review, administrative duties, and project participation to drive business effectiveness.

We believe you have
Accounting/finance/business degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience gained in tax compliance from a previous role is required
Previous experience in finance or accounting such as bookkeeping will be an advantage
ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
Knowledge of Swedish tax regulation is essential
Graduate for tax advisory is an advantage
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Senior Accounting Expert RtR to take responsibility for various client sites across the Nordics, to support with providing accurate information for financial reporting and have good understanding of processes within own area of responsibility. You will need to provide accurate information for financial reporting and have specialised knowledge of all processes and procedures. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. May act as a lead, providing subject matter guidance to team members.
What you will do
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
Monthly book closing activities, coordination and supervision of tasks between other departments and local sites.
Ensure that publishing of the reporting packages for consolidation in line with IFRS meet the deadlines
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements, prepare complex adhoc information.
Reconcile more complex accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers
Drive process improvements and functional KPIs
Coach less experienced accounting staff
Independently take discussions about standard and escalated issues with external/internal stakeholders
Participation in external and internal audits

We believe you have
Min. 4 years of relevant accounting experience
Advanced English language.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, graphics, macros)

The Radio Near Algorithm IP unit is one of several units responsible for the development of new radio hardware units, which is in base stations development within Ericsson for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G and future standards. Crafoordska stiftelsen grundades 1980 av Holger Crafoord. Crafoordska Stiftelsen har sina lokaler i en trevlig villa där tre personer arbetar dagligen. Hit kommer också styrelsen och besökare för möten. Ditt ansvar är att sköta och ha kontroll på den löpande redovisningen av stiftelsens värdepappersportfölj och redovisning av bidrag.

Vi söker dig som är rådgivare och brinner för att förbättra våra kunders ekonomi genom en god finansiell rådgivning. Du besitter ett tydligt kundfokus där din kommunikativa förmåga i kombination med ett lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt skapar mervärde hos dina kunder. För dig är service en självklarhet och du ser affärer i det lilla såväl som i det stora. Vidare drivs du av att få arbeta tillsammans med andra samtidigt som du genom ett gott självledarskap tar ansvar för dina individuella arbetsuppgifter.

Viktigt för tjänsten är:

• Erfarenhet av arbete med ekonomisk rådgivning och kreditgivning
• Swedsecs Rådgivarlicens
• Bolånelicens
• Certifiering i Försäkringsdistributionsrätt Liv Privat

Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Efter en noggrann genomgång av kundens finansiella situation, önskemål och riskvilja kommer du som investeringsrådgivare tillsammans med kunden att fatta beslut om vilken förvaltningsform och investeringsform som är mest optimal för kunden. Du gör regelbundna uppföljningar av kundens investeringar för att säkerställa kundens intressen. Arbetet kommer således innebära att både ta hand om nya samt existerande kunder.
Som investeringsrådgivare vill vi se att du har ett starkt eget driv, hög social kompetens och disciplin samt fokus på kvalité. Du skall kunna arbeta självständigt och i grupp, ha god förmåga att formulera dig i tal och skrift samt vara inspirerande som talare.
