Din profil:

Job Summary

We are now looking for a new Tax Analyst to join the Tax Operations team and to contribute to executing the day-to-day tasks within Tax Ops. The purpose of the role is to support tax compliance activities within the tax center of excellence including tax compliance reporting services provided to Tetra Pak entities globally to ensure that tax returns are submitted accurately and on time. This also includes assistance with some local and cross border transactions concerning goods and services and supporting management with driving global tax alignment improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden. Some international travel will be required from time to time. You will report to the Tax Manager.
What you will do
As our next Tax Analyst, your core responsibilities will be:
Ensuring Tax Compliance – Accurately prepare, reconcile, review, and submit tax returns (direct and indirect) while maintaining compliance with local and global tax regulations.
Managing Tax Queries & Audits – Address questions from internal teams, local tax experts, external consultants, and tax authorities, providing timely and precise responses. Support resolution of external audit findings.
Optimizing Tax Processes – Enhance efficiency in end-to-end tax processes, including Intrastat reporting, reconciliations, account clearing, and procedural documentation updates.
Coordination with External Partners – Work closely with outsourcing partners (e.g., Deloitte) on tax activities and fee-related tasks to ensure smooth collaboration.
Supporting the Tax Manager – Assist with research, tax treatment analysis, document review, administrative duties, and project participation to drive business effectiveness.

We believe you have
Accounting/finance/business degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience gained in tax compliance from a previous role is required
Previous experience in finance or accounting such as bookkeeping will be an advantage
ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
Knowledge of Swedish tax regulation is essential
Graduate for tax advisory is an advantage
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential

Monitor and manage accounts payables balances supporting collection from internal and external suppliers
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or methods: automation, analytics, data modeling, etc.

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Senior Accounting Expert RtR (Temporary) to take responsibility for various client sites across the Nordics, to support with providing accurate information for financial reporting and have good understanding of processes within own area of responsibility. What you will do
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
Monthly book closing activities, coordination and supervision of tasks between other departments and local sites.
Ensure that publishing of the reporting packages for consolidation in line with IFRS meet the deadlines
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements, prepare complex adhoc information.
Reconcile more complex accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers
Drive process improvements and functional KPIs

Advanced English language.

Job Summary
Finance Operations Sweden Hub is a team of 50 professionals, who provides finance operation services for 14 Nordic Tetra Pak legal entities. Order to Cash (OtC) team with 6 colleagues drives, coordinates and secures the full Accounts Receivables process for the legal entities in our scope. We are looking for a Senior Accounting Expert with full time permanent employment, who is interested at process development, understands and copes with the challenges of the future finance service roles. The position is based in Lund, with the possibility to work from remote 2 days per week.
What you will do
Manage day to day OtC processes for several different corporate entities including timely and accurate account monitoring such as:
Provide support to our stakeholders in various issues connected to customer accounts and payments
Daily contact with the clients outsourcing partner
Customer account follow-up
Account Reconciliation (bank accounts and payment related clearing accounts)
Manual payments
Re-billing and Re-invoicing
Create and update customer master data
Participating in monthly book-closing process from OtC perspective
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or methods in OtC processes: automation with excel macro, analytics, data modelling, etc.,
Assist with other projects as needed within accounting
Update and create internal manuals connected to OtC processes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accountancy /Business
At least 3 years of experience from similar field
Advanced MS Excel Skills with a good understanding of e.g. Lookups and Pivot tables

An ability to communicate at all levels and develop good working relationships with stakeholders worldwide
Hands on Knowledge at SAP

Marketing is the function responsible for understanding customer needs, industry and consumer trends across packaging, processing, and services. We help our markets create business opportunities by ensuring delivery of value-added products, services, and solutions.
Within Marketing, the Business Insights & Analytics Team is responsible for securing relevant information and insights across the value chain, transforming them into recommendations to key stakeholders and drive best practice for Tetra Pak.
We are looking for a Business Insights Leader who will identify information needs among our internal stakeholders and who will execute research and create integrated insights across the entire value chain, so that relevant market needs and opportunities are identified for development and marketing activities.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden and no frequent travels are requested.
What you will do
In the role as Business Insights Leader, you will be responsible for:
Working with internal stakeholders to identify critical consumer and business insights gaps, and gathering and analyzing key business trends to support stakeholders
Creating in depth actionable analysis for identified focus areas/ opportunities through desk research or primary research
Consolidating existing reports and information related to consumers, retailers, food manufacturers and any other relevant data needed for a market analysis
Planning, designing, and commissioning a variety of international market research projects, including briefing and evaluating proposals from consultants.
Day-to-day management of research projects and supplier relationships.
Presenting research/analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders, as well as cooperating in translating market findings into strategic or tactical actions; ensuring that final outcomes are properly shared, archived and published on internal online platform
Supporting key stakeholders (such as Packaging Solutions, Processing, Services, Sustainability teams, etc) in terms of market research solutions, methodological aspects and global insights.

We believe you have
Language and Education:
You have a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration. You are highly skilled in English, both written and spoken.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have 4-6 years of experience in marketing or product management. Ideally, you have worked in a market company or in a Tetra Pak business unit (Packaging, Processing or Services). You have experience in driving market analysis, including consumers, category, retailers, food manufacturers, sustainability insights. You have a good grasp of key industry trends and key factors influencing Tetra Pak business. You have strong business acumen and organizational savviness
Personal Qualifications:
You have strong analytical skills, combined with an effective ability in storytelling. You can successfully synthetize information from different sources, create a story from them and build actionable insights. You are comfortable with data analysis and visualization. You have very good communication and presentation skills.
You are able to anticipate future needs and identify potential options and constraints and to think through the implications of decisions and actions. You are comfortable in taking challenges up, and you are able to interact in different environments and situations. You can work together with other team members and internal/external stakeholders, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
You are able to drive and manage a project from beginning to end.

The Manager, Internal Audit is a key role responsible for managing and executing on the Internal Audit process life cycle under the instruction and guidance of Head of Group Internal Audit. Also, the Manager is responsible for managing the team of Audit Managers within Group Internal Audit.
About the job
The Manager is further responsible for the formulation of appropriate; GIA policies, processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit work programs as well as assigning and directing Audit Leads to complete the audit plans as scheduled, for internal review.
Other tasks include - define, implement, improve, and maintain GIA tools (systems) used to support GIA processes.
The Manager, Internal Audit also has operational responsibility for planning, scoping, and/or
performing internal audits and risk assessments within established business process controls and:


Manages formal reporting processes to communicate results of audits to management and regulatory compliance agencies.
Manages the testing and documentation of processes and computer system records for integrity and accuracy.
Reports observations and ensure that audit issues are well defined and root causes are identified.
Works with management in all areas to define the audit function as it relates to overall business activities.

What you know and can do:


What you know


You have degree qualifications in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent (post graduate qualifications in a related field are also preferable)
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience with internal audit
Knowledge of Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Business procedures
Good working knowledge of GRC systems
Good working knowledge of Business Intelligence systems
What you can do


Manage the timely completion of audits in accordance with the annual audit plan
Contribute to the development of and administration of annual audit plan
Plan and conduct Financial, Operational and/or specific focus audits, when assigned as Audit Lead, according to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and GIA policies & process.


Supervise associated audit team throughout the audit to ensure efficient and effective use of audit resources.
Evaluate, execute testing, and verify of the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, business processes and procedures
Analysis and identify potential risk/fraud activities, based on the Data Analytic Reports (KPIs), and assign audit team to follow up
Ensures audit reports clearly communicate identified risks, issues, recommendations, and management corrective actions.
Willingness to be on-site at audit fieldwork locations
Conduct training for new auditors with a focus in: GIA policies, processes, SOPs, templates, guidelines, and supporting GIA tools
Perform quality assurance reviews of audit work papers to ensure compliance with established policies processes and SOPs
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports / dashboards
Define, implement, improve, and maintain GIA; policies, processes, SOPs, Templates, Audit Work Program (Controls & Checks) and Guidelines that comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Establish, implement, improve, and maintain GIA systems (including Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) application and Data Analytics tools) to support GIA policies and processes

Om verksamheten
Crafoordska stiftelsen grundades 1980 av Holger Crafoord. Stiftelsens syfte är att: “utan vinstsyfte för en viss enskild person eller organisation främja vetenskaplig undervisning och forskning samt vård, fostran och utbildning av barn och ungdom. Dessutom, men endast i en omfattning som inte står i strid med Stiftelsens ovan angivna huvudsakliga ändamål, må Stiftelsen även främja välgörande, sociala, konstnärliga, idrottsliga eller eljest allmännyttiga ändamål...”

Stiftelsen betalar årligen ut 110-125 miljoner kronor till olika ändamål. Ansökningar kommer främst från forskare men även från föreningar eller organisationer och går igenom en noggrann och specifik process innan de får bifall eller avslag.

Stiftelsens kansli finns i trevliga lokaler i Lund, nära centrum. Här arbetar dagligen tre personer men hit kommer också regelbundet mötesdeltagare, styrelse, nämnder och råd.

Crafoordska Stiftelsen har sina lokaler i en trevlig villa där tre personer arbetar dagligen. Hit kommer också styrelsen och besökare för möten. Ditt ansvar är att sköta och ha kontroll på den löpande redovisningen av stiftelsens värdepappersportfölj och redovisning av bidrag.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bl a:
Löpande redovisning, årsbokslut och avstämningar
Löner, arvoden och andra transaktioner
Rapportering och prognosarbete, ta fram underlag till styrelsen
Förvaltningsrapporter och avstämningar månadsvis gällande stiftelsens tillgångar
Kontakt med bank i fråga om värdepapper

Dessutom är du en av tre personer som dagligen finns på kansliet. Det innebär att du deltar i det dagliga arbetet som har med trivsel och funktion att göra. Ni hjälps åt med att svara i telefon, få kontoret och mötesrummen att fungera smidigt, ibland byter man en glödlampa eller beställer kontorsvaror.

Man arbetar i Fortnox, Hogia Lön och Excel, dokumenthanteringen ligger i Office 365. Tjänstens 75% fördelas på hela veckan, arbetstiden är 8:30 – 15:00 måndag – fredag.



Din profil
Du har erfarenhet från liknande ekonomitjänst och har också erfarenhet av värdepapper och placeringar, professionellt eller privat. Du är van att hålla dig uppdaterad i fråga om regelverk.

Du är en mogen person som är van att ta ansvar och lösa problem vartefter de uppstår. Du är IT-mogen och van att jobba i olika system. Du är en van användare av Excel.
Att du talar och skriver mycket god svenska och engelska är absoluta krav.

Tjänsten innebär inte bara rutinuppgifter, detta är en modern arbetsplats där man uppgraderar system och verktyg, man underhåller fastigheten och har olika projekt man jobbar med, här händer saker som du kommer att bli delaktig i på olika sätt.
