We are looking for an experienced 3GPP RAN1 delegate to work with the evolution of 5G and the emergence of 6G.
You will be part of one of our Standards and research teams, responsible for generating and evaluating innovative ideas for 5G and next-generation radio networks and associated technologies and solutions. The team addresses 3GPP standardization of current and future communication systems and is responsible for creating and driving Intellectual Property Rights and standardization proposals. The team is also communicating standardization activities and trends to other R&D teams and helps coordinate relevant research and development activities.
Our research team cooperates with external partners so you will explore potential University cooperation’s for emerging research concepts with potential for future radio access technologies. Since our research team covers multiple functional layers and workgroups you will have the chance to master the complete system but the focus of research within this position is physical layer and the functionality covered by 3GPP RAN1.
Qualifications & experience
• It is required to have at least 8-10 years of experience as a 3GPP RAN1 delegate.
• It is a significant plus if you held the positions of rapporteur or feature lead for work or study items.
• Exposure to 6G research is a plus
• Experience in innovation and IPR is a significant plus.
• Highly motivated with good social skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lund for an Algorithms Developer. What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.

What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team, we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with a focus on creating, establishing and managing a competitive global portfolio of OEM components. Main responsibilities:

The successful candidate for this position should:
Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and presenting complex technical information in a clear and effective manner.
Have excellent computer skills and in-depth knowledge of AI-enabled and other state-of-the-art patent search tools and databases.
Be experienced in working with external patent search service providers.
Hold a relevant science or engineering degree (preferably M.Sc. or similar).

What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team, we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with a focus on creating, establishing and managing a competitive global portfolio of OEM components. As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
Be the Subject matter expert of Instruments & Sensors relevant for Tetra Pak
Own, manage and continuously improve your portfolio of components to satisfy stakeholders’ current and future needs
Create and implement your portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Supplier management and other key stakeholders
Drive standardization of your portfolio
Drive product deployment
Lead the technical dialogue with suppliers on, e.g. specifications
Support internal stakeholders with technical support, component recommendation and troubleshooting
Actively build and work with your portfolio network
Be aware of internal and external needs relevant to your portfolio to drive continuous portfolio optimization

Technical subject matter expert knowledge and experience in Instruments and Sensors is a pre-requisite. Familiarity with automation, digitalization, control systems and IoT is an advantage

The survey, alignment, and mechanical stability (SAM) team is part of Engineering I group, responsible for providing the support for the accelerators and the beamlines within the survey, alignment, and mechanical stability fields.

MAX IV is looking for a person who will be an assistant within the SAM team (Survey, alignment, and mechanical stability).

The person will participate in the 2025 summer shut down activities. The work requires focus, patience, and attention to details. The tasks are hands on and involve being able to work in tight space. The person will gain survey and alignment techniques, experience in operating laser tracker, 3D scanner as well as basic knowledge about MAX IV machine and beamlines.

Full time: 100% starting from June 16 and ends August 8 (both dates included). 

Your main work tasks will be

- Participate in spatial metrology network survey of various sections of the MAX IV machine using a laser tracker
- Perform 3D scanning of different parts of MAX IV machine
- Align and realign components within the MAX IV machine and beamlines.



To be successful in this role you need to have the following qualifications

- The applicant must have studied at least two years of an engineering degree
- The role primarily involves hands-on work and requires teamwork
- English speaking and understanding are required.

This position focus on the Branded Processing Units; Tetra Pak Direct UHT, Tetra Pak Indirect UHT D and Tetra Pak Pasteurizer D, but you will also share responsibility for other product's tasks together with your Associated Product Manager colleagues. You will work closely with the product manager for the products to support on and take ownership of agreed tasks. It will include close collaboration with projects & engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure competitiveness of the product, as well as with the commercial team to ensure accurate visibility of product information in the sales tools.
Main responsibilities:
Follow up on global KPI's for the product i.e. margin, delivery time, order intake etc
Perform product cost analyses
Market & Business Intelligence/Analysis
Update Price book, CPQ and other sales tools with accurate product information /configurations
Drive commercial material updates
Support the product managers and product teams in commercial opportunities, product development and product strategies
Support customer visits with product / platform presentations
Collect and define category specific needs and configurations from all Business streams in Liquid Food Solutions, (Dairy, Beverage, Prepared Food and Plant Based)

We believe you have
A university degree in chemical, or mechanical engineering or similar experience
Food processing and Food technology competence is a merit, as well as experience from aseptic systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A can-do attitude and supportive mindset, for a wide range of, sometimes unexpected, tasks
You have good technical understanding and a structured way-of-working
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken

What you'll do here as a mechanical engineer
As a mechanical engineer on System products, you will work on product development in areas such as body-worn cameras, recorders, microphone products, and other system devices. Much of your daily work is in projects where the project team consists of different functions and competencies. The length of a project typically ranges from 6 months to 2 years.

In the project, you work closely with electronics, firmware, and many other internal functions such as quality, testing, production, and purchasing. In the projects, you drive the mechanical development together with a few colleagues from concept study to mass production. These tasks include designing the product, creating prototypes, communicating with suppliers, verifying the product, and preparing the product for mass production.

To optimize the production of the design, you also have close contact with our suppliers around the world. The portfolio includes both large and small projects, and several of the product types we develop are new to us, so unknown challenges and opportunities for variation are promised.

In your work, you will also meet and work together with product managers, project leaders, line managers, and engineers from other departments and competencies.

The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the manager of the OEM Support Team.
What you will do
The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as valves, pumps, and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting a global portfolio of OEM components. You will work closely with many internal stakeholders such as the Business Streams, the Project organization, Services, Development & Technology (D&T), Supplier Management as well as with our suppliers.
As Senior Assistant Product Manager you will:
Support the product portfolio of Valves and Steam during life cycle
Ensure components are compliant with legal demands and Tetra Pak requirements
Support internal and external Stakeholders with technical support
Maintain and update documentation and Master Data of the components

The team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as valves, pumps, and electrical components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers and intended to be used across all three businesses; Packaging, Processing and Services.
In this team we drive standardization and the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will be part of a technically skilled team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting a global portfolio of OEM components. You will work closely with many internal stakeholders such as the Business Streams, the Project organization, Services, Development & Technology (D&T), Supplier Management as well as with our suppliers.
As Senior Assistant Product Manager you will:
Support the product portfolio of Valves and Steam during life cycle
Ensure components are compliant with legal demands and Tetra Pak requirements
Support internal and external Stakeholders with technical support
Maintain and update documentation and Master Data of the components
Lead product creation/cancellation/change and ensure Master Data quality including review and update of faulty UNSPSC classification
Drive standardization globally at Tetra Pak and scout for new and improved components and secure high-quality product portfolio
Manage Supplier- and other internal and external Stakeholder relations along with various support activities

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a light specialist, you will be a key person responsible for driving the development of both circadian lighting and lighting technology in general. You are involved in lighting product development and work to ensure that our products meet high standards of performance, specifications and regulatory certification. Your work will also involve advanced mathematical models of the circadian system, where you develop and translate scientific insights into practical, market-driven applications. You will analyze the latest technology and market developments to provide strategic advice and steer our development projects in the right direction. An important part of the work is to perform optical characterization of luminaires and components as well as maintain and develop the light characterization lab.

The European Spallation Source is one of the largest science and technology infrastructure projects being built today. About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are looking to appoint an SRF Engineer to join the Superconducting RF Section at ESS. The Superconducting RF Section is a part of the Accelerator Division, and is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the technical activities related to the Accelerator SRF systems.

This is a diverse and very hands-on role. Whilst the position primarily requires you to participate in the ESS cryomodules testing activities, you will also play a leading role in the development, documentation and implementation of the linac technical commissioning procedures after CM installation in the beamline as well as in the hands-on support activities performed in the Section laboratory environment and at the Test Stand or in the accelerator tunnel. Your focus will range from participation in the preparation and execution of the RF and cryogenic testing and commissioning phases to the analysis of measurement data and definition of the operation modes and safe operation envelopes for SRF components.

In this role, you will also take part in the beam commissioning of the SRF linac components after the technical commissioning in the accelerator and will serve in the role of system expert assisting the operation team as part of the on-call service to be established for operation. The role will include the development and consolidation of the maintenance plans for the SRF cavities and cryomodule assets, including spare part management and analysis of operational data to plan for preventive maintenance actions.

About you:

To thrive with us in the SRF Team you need to be driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. You need to be a highly motivated person who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty!

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. As a minimum, you must hold a PhD in Accelerator Physics, however we will consider a combination of appropriate technical qualifications and relevant experience in a similar role, which - in this context - means direct experience in experimental work in accelerator facilities driven by superconducting cavities.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with generic, RF specific and cryogenic test instrumentation and equipment (scopes, VNA, basics of DAQ systems, He level meters, pressure sensors) and automated control systems. We also need someone with the capability to develop analysis tools of test and operation data generated in the ESS EPICS environment using the high-level programming or scripting tools available at ESS.

Expertise in SRF cavities operation or cryogenic equipment operation will be an asset.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them. About the role

We are looking to appoint a Systems Engineer to join our central Engineering Management Group, part of the Technical Directorate.

In this position you will drive and support systems engineering activities within our overarching ESS development organization and provide essential system engineering guidance for engineering project activities for the organization throughout the engineering lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining and implementing our governing systems engineering processes such as engineering discipline handbooks, lower-level procedures and guidelines as well as maintaining and implementing our Configuration Management framework.

As an overarching ESS systems Engineer you will take the lead on maintaining system documentation for our top-level systems, ensuring clarity and consistency in ESS operations. You will also perform holistic analyses, identifying issues, guide and assist in solutions and implementations, as well as support ESS sub-projects in development, throughout the project life cycle.

You will support the development organization in various configuration management and requirement management activities, additionally, you will provide training and support to staff on systems engineering activities.

What you'll do here as Mechanical Designer?

Who is your future team?

This is an opportunity to be part in creating and shaping a new team at Axis. The team will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing the In-house prototyping production of R&D's PCBA's. The area of responsibility will range from purchasing of components/PCB's and consumables used during production of the prototypes, to preparing, running and delivering the finished prototypes to the development projects. The team will consist of 3 different disciplines, engineers, purchasers, and material handlers.



What you'll do here as PCBA/SMT Engineer

As a PCBA/SMT Engineer in this team you will setup and optimize programs and fixtures for the prototypes to be built. You will run the line during prototype production, maintain the line for optimal performance and inspect the produced PCBA's and do repair/rework based on needs.



It is important that you participate in new technology evaluations and identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output, quality enhancements, and cost of manufacturability. You will create panel drawings for optimal performance/cost based on discussions with PCB-manufactures. Providing feedback to R&D design team to improve design for manufacturability and write and consolidate build reports will also be part of what you'll do.



You will be the specialist for the machines and since this is a new team you will manage your own work instructions, process documentation and training.



Who are we looking for/Who are you?

In Axis PCBA prototyping, we are a small team and in the beginning of building the organization and processes, therefore you need to be flexible and adapt to different work tasks. * Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in prototyping
* Technical or market knowledge about electronics and mechanical components.
* Excellent MS Office skills, comfortable working in ERP or other IT-systems.
* Excellent skills in English and Swedish.
* 1+ years of demonstrated experience in one of more of the following areas: manufacturing engineering, SMT, design for production, or PCB design and layout (school and project experience will qualify)



Preferred skills and experience:

* Soldering of components onto PCB's.
* High volume production experience (consumer goods, automotive, etc.)
* Hands-on experience working in SMT processing and/or related PCBA processes from industry, research, or academic projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and as a team in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
* Experience with basic failure analysis tools and methods (X-ray, cross-section, polishing)
* Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and use data to drive systematic improvements.

As a CE-marking Quality Control Engineer main tasks include:
• Witness tests, controls and inspections carried out on the related equipment.
• Perform reviews throughout the design, manufacturing and installation workflow.
• Interpret requirements from the technical/control regulations for equipment in the plant.
• Execute specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
• Check conformity with the Project Quality Plan, obtain relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
• Participate in FAT & SAT testing.
• Perform inspection of installed equipment with specific focus on legal compliance and safety.

We expect:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field or an equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
• 5 years of experience working with equipment compliance and CE marking.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant directives and in particular Directives 2006/42/EC (MD), 2014/35/EU (LVD) and 2014/68/EU (PED) are required.
• Experience in CE-marking of equipment according to the above-mentioned directives.
• Experience in performing risk assessments, compiling technical documentation.
• Knowledge in the production of user documentation/instruction is merited.
• Proficient user of MS Office.

What will you do?

Beskrivning av arbetsplatsen
Avdelningen för förbränningsfysik är väletablerad och internationellt erkänd som framstående inom mätning och utveckling av förbränningsapplikationer relaterade till motorer för mark- och flygfarkoster samt energiproduktion.

Institutionen för fysik bedriver forskning inom en lång rad områden tillsammans med andra avdelningar inom tekniska och naturvetenskapliga fakulteterna. Verksamheten bedrivs sedan 2001 i moderna lokaler i Enoch Thulin-laboratoriet vid Fysiska institutionen och i dagsläget arbetar cirka 60 personer vid enheten. Förbränningsfysiks hemsida

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Det föreslagna forskningsarbetet består i att bestämma storleken, hastigheten och temperaturen hos droppar som genereras av atomiserande spraysystem. Detta görs med hjälp av avancerad bildbehandling och laserbaserad diagnostik. Två typer av flöden kommer att undersökas:

1) ”Spray drying” -injektor som körs under normala förhållanden med vatten.

2) ”Spray drying” -injektorer som körs vid hög temperatur med diverse vätskor



Driftförhållandena i detta forskningsarbete kommer att fokusera på användningsområden för ”spray drying” och kommer att definieras av Tetra Pak.

Mätningarna av droppstorlek (genom LIF/Mie -tekniken) och temperatur (genom LIF-termometri med två våglängder) kommer att baseras på en kombination av respektive teknik med Structured Laser Illumination Planar Imaging (SLIPI). Mätningar av vätskedynamik kommer att genomföras med en teknik baserad på höghastighetsavbildning av bakåtspridning och detektion av bakåtriktad LIF.

Både makroskopisk avbildning (med synfält i storleksordningen ~12 cm för kvantitativa mätningar) och mikroskopisk avbildning (med synfält i storleksordningen ~5 mm för dynamisk avbildning) kommer att användas under projektet.

Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar även:

- Forskning inom ämnesområdet
- Samarbete med Tetra Pak:s industri
- Hjälp till och handledning av doktorander
- Administration relaterad till ovan angivna arbetsuppgifter

Kvalifikationer

Krav för anställningen är:

- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift.
- Doktorsexamen inom ämnesområdet.
- Omfattande kunskap om temperaturmätning och storleksmätning av partiklar/droppar med hjälp av laserbaserad diagnostik.
- Förmåga att självständigt utforma och genomföra experimentella forskningsprojekt relaterade till tvåfasflödessystem.
- Bred kompetens och kunskap inom värmeöverföring och vätskemekanik är viktigt för detta projekt.
- God förmåga att utveckla och bedriva forskning av hög kvalitet.

Meriterande för anställningen är:

- Erfarenhet av temperaturmätningar med temperaturkänsliga färgämnen.
- Erfarenhet av laserdiagnostik för mätning av droppstorlek.
- Erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete relaterat till tvåfasflöden.
- Goda kunskaper i programmering och bildanalys.
- Tidigare vetenskapliga publikationer inom ämnesområdet.

Hänsyn kommer att tas till hur den sökande genom sin erfarenhet och kompetens bedöms komplettera och stärka det administrativa arbetet inom avdelningen/institutionen samt bidra till dess framtida utveckling.

Anställningen är en visstidsanställning under ett år på 100 procent med start 2024-05-01 tom 2025-04-30.

What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Associate Product Manager - you will work together with a dedicated team for the Maintenance Units product, a team that is responsible for the product, development and production. Din bakgrund
För att ta dig an rollen krävs en civilingenjörsutbildning, eller motsvarande Masterexamen, inom matematik, fysik, datateknik eller liknande. Du behöver dessutom erfarenhet inom ett eller flera av följande områden; signalbehandling, bildanalys eller maskininlärning. Du har god kunskap om matematiska modeller och signalanalys.

Vi ser gärna att du har dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet av något eller flera av följande områden: Matlab/Simulink, C/C++-programmering för inbyggda system, modellbaserad utveckling, algoritmdesign på enheter med begränsade resurser samt analys av sensordata.
