We are looking for an experienced 3GPP RAN1 delegate to work with the evolution of 5G and the emergence of 6G.
You will be part of one of our Standards and research teams, responsible for generating and evaluating innovative ideas for 5G and next-generation radio networks and associated technologies and solutions. The team addresses 3GPP standardization of current and future communication systems and is responsible for creating and driving Intellectual Property Rights and standardization proposals. The team is also communicating standardization activities and trends to other R&D teams and helps coordinate relevant research and development activities.
Our research team cooperates with external partners so you will explore potential University cooperation’s for emerging research concepts with potential for future radio access technologies. Since our research team covers multiple functional layers and workgroups you will have the chance to master the complete system but the focus of research within this position is physical layer and the functionality covered by 3GPP RAN1.
Qualifications & experience
• It is required to have at least 8-10 years of experience as a 3GPP RAN1 delegate.
• It is a significant plus if you held the positions of rapporteur or feature lead for work or study items.
• Exposure to 6G research is a plus
• Experience in innovation and IPR is a significant plus.
• Highly motivated with good social skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Product Care works with second-line support to both solve new unknown problems from the field and handles whatever issues arise in the production of CellaVision’s s systems. As a Test Leader, you take responsibility for the team's planning with a focus on verification and validation efforts. Key tasks as Test Leader

- Support development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager
- Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.


- Participate in risk analysis and requirement specification.

- Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing in the development phase with early test planning and early tests.
- Write test plans and test reports.
- Develop new test cases and write test instructions.

You need to have

- Bachelor or equivalent within engineering, information, or another relevant field.

The Technical Writing team, consisting of four people, owns and manages technical documentation for CellaVision’s Devices & Software products. Key tasks as Manager Technical Writing

- Ensures consistent delivery of technical documentation within and outside development projects in collaboration with Product Managers and Development Managers.
- Defines and executes the short- and long-term strategy for technical documentation including translation.
- Responsible for the planning and prioritization of the team’s work.
- Leads process improvement and tools development in Technical Writing area.
- Maintains and tracks information on active and obsolete technical documentation and manages them appropriately in the company document management system.
- Manages transfer to production of new or revised documentation.

Who you are

- Higher education in technical documentation, information engineering, linguistics or a similar field.
- Previous experience from a senior technical writing/documentation/communication role.

Alfa Laval in Lund is looking for a Project Manager

Product Group Parts Distribution and Logistics (PDL) in Alfa Laval has the main responsibility of sourcing and supplying spare parts to our Sales companies and End customers through our Distribution Centers around the world.

PDL will be part of an ERP-project roll-out which is one of Alfa Laval Operations’ global strategic initiatives with the target of standardizing our supply chain processes. This will be done via the world-class platform Microsoft Dynamics. In addition, PDL will implement a new Warehousing Management System (WMS) as well as an Inventory Management System.

About the job

You will be part of the Operational Development Team for PDL. Your main responsibilities will be to be the overall Business Project Manager for the new System initiatives within PDL and to support and enable data visibility and analytics throughout the Supply Chain.

Together with the project team, your focus will be to assess current situation, identify process improvements and business needs for PDL, translate requirements into system needs, evaluate solution as well as implementing the new global processes and solutions within PDL. This work will be performed in close collaboration with IT Project Manager, Operation’s Global Process team and PDL organization.

The position is located in Lund and reports to Operations Development Manager. As this is a central role you should an­tici­pate international travels to our different sites in Asia, USA and within Europe.

What you know

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager with a good business understanding and experience from working with business process improvements and system implementation. As our business is all about flows and data, we’re looking for someone who has experience from supply chain processes and data management.

You have minimum 5 years’ experience of project management in an international environment and good skills in cross cultural relations. You have a university degree, e.g. in Engineering, System Science or Business Administration and are fluent in English. Experience from working with Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX and/or Movex as well as with databases () and tools to analyze data is a strong plus. It’s an advantage if you are familiar with different approaches to project management including agile methodologies.

Description of division


As Integrator for Safety Critical Control Systems, you will be part of ESS's Technical Directorate. You will join the Integrated Control Systems (ICS) division, responsible for the design, construction, commissioning and operation of control systems for the ESS facility including the accelerator, target station, neutron scattering instruments and conventional facilities. The Integrated Control Systems monitor and control most of the equipment at ESS. A wide range of sensing, control and automation technology from highly customized electronics specific for ESS applications to standardized PLCs for automation is being covered. The hardware scope involves a mixture from entirely in-house hardware development, through community-style development on standardized open-source code bases to adaption and configuration of off-the shelf commercial systems.

In particular you will join the Protection Systems Group whose mandate is the design, realization, operation and consolidation of the ESS Machine Protection and Personnel Safety Systems.


Description of main responsibilities


• Integration of the different personnel safety systems (PSS) into the ESS accelerator, target station, neutron instruments.
• Development, verification and documentation of interfaces between personnel safety systems and equipment in the accelerator, target station and neutron instruments.   Ensure compliance with the associated safety integrity levels and reaction times.
• Actively collect, evaluate and optimize requirements from the different stakeholders necessary to design personnel safety systems.
• Perform engineering design and related duties. Ensure that designs comply with relevant standards, regulations and procedures and that designs are in line with ESS availability goals.
• Actively assist during the installation and the different tests of personnel safety systems (factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, site integration and final integration tests).

Qualifications

Educational qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor in Engineering, or other relevant experience.

Work Experience:

• Experience in working with complex systems and within a multicultural environment.
• Hands-on experience with designing, integrating, analyzing, and/or optimizing the performance of critical systems.
• Experience in the field of developing and evaluating dependable architectures and designs for critical and complex systems.
• Experience with technology evaluation. Ability to provide new and innovative technological solutions for complex problems.
• Experience with requirements solicitation and verification.
• Ability to teach, mentor, communicate to the point, and defend technical concepts and solutions.
• Previous experience of working in a cross functional role would be an asset.
• Familiarity with the International Functional Safety Standard IEC 61511 is an advantage.
