The role
We’re entering an exciting phase as a company where we both enter new markets and fully commercialise our product portfolio. That’s why we’re now looking for an experienced project manager to join us and help Elonroad reach heights only possible with infinite range! In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and commercial team, managing Elonroad’s commercial projects from initial client conversation to final delivery. The role includes:
Ownership of Elonroad’s commercial projects and deliverables
Participating in customer meetings and preparing technical proposals
Competency and resource management
Responsibility for change management initiatives

In this role, you’ll report to our COO. Elonroad is located in Lund.

The role
We’re now looking for an experienced electronics engineer to accelerate our small and agile R&D team, consisting of electronic hardware, mechanical and electrical engineers. In this role, you’ll mainly work with product development; from concept, design to prototyping and testing of creative and novel electronics devices for Elonroad’s next generation electric road systems, as well as our automated stationary charging solution. You will work with 0-1000V and 0-1000A. Overall responsibilities include:
Building electronics according to relevant safety and performance standards
Engaging in optimizing electronic designs for mass production, including cost reductions, robustness improvements, etc.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to create the best possible technical solutions
Perform hardware related embedded programming to realize our designs
Design test equipment for circuit boards

The role
As the Head of Finance at Elonroad, you will be a core member of the team, and will work closely with our CEO and leadership team, building our organisation as we grow and expand internationally. This role will be up to the successful candidate to shape as we grow and develop as an organisation, with significant development opportunities.
Work alongside our CEO to shape Elonroad’s financing roadmap, which will be a mix of equity and non-dilutive financing
Build annual budgets and multi-year financial models that reflect Elonroad’s strategic and operational goals
Actively and responsibly drive down our COGS against annually set gross margin targets
Lead all non-dilutive financing projects, including applying for funding and associated reporting
Support all aspects of equity financing projects
Support our leadership team on all aspects of finance related operations, including Elonroad’s international subsidiaries
Structure and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to our investors

Who are we looking for?

You are a team player and self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in a finance role in a fast-growing company. Your proven track record includes both day-to-day financial management, as well as strategic financial planning and execution. Experience in structuring and reporting on non-dilutive financing instruments to finance CAPEX is a strong plus. Your background might include corporate finance, financial modelling and control, accounting, public financing, management consulting, but perhaps also other experience. You also:
Are diligent and detail-oriented, with a passion for structure and clarity to all aspects of your job. Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst not losing sight of important details.
Have experience working with OKRs or a similar management framework and are comfortable with a high pace of delivering on agreed-upon targets.

At Elonroad we invent and build electric roads, which allow electric vehicles to charge while driving. This technology allows reducing EV battery sizes with 50-80%, and gives EVs theoretically infinite range. Our mission is to spread electric roads across the globe, which the goal to enable reductions in transport carbon emissions, and save the climate.


We are now looking for skilled embedded software engineers to accelerate our small and agile R&D team. As a compact but growing company we have very little hierarchy, and everyone gets the opportunity participate in important engineering designs.


As a embedded software engineer at Elonroad, you will
- write barebone firmware for vehicle and electric road processors
- squeeze peripherals to their limits to enable low latency control and sensing
- collaborate tightly with colleagues to ensure our software is correct, efficient and easy to understand
- help refine and improve testing and CI practices for the highest possible code quality
- be open to new and innovative tooling and methodologies
- join forces with electronics and mechanics engineers to design cross-discipline products


You
- have experience in embedded software development, preferably with the whole process of from initial design to shipped product
- have worked with some or all of CAN, UART, SPI, ADC, DMA, GPIO
- don't mind asking for help when you need it, and like to help out when asked
- have experience in git or meson
- are comfortable in C, and don't mind dabbling in Python/Java/C#
- have a Master's Degree in Engineering with a lean towards software, or have some equivalent combination of experience and education.

Education / Experience
MSc in Mechanical engineering
A few years of industry experience working as a design or development engineer, targeting goods for mass production.
Good knowledge of 3D CAD tools, e.g Solid Works, Creo and NX
Knowledge in PDM-systems
Preferably good knowledge in mechanical analysis and simulations.
Experience from DFM and DFA in metals, plastics, ceramics etc.
Experience from working in an international environment is preferred
Startup and growth experience is a plus

Company Description
Elonroad is a company that enables a charging infrastructure for all types of electrified vehicles. The company was founded in 2014 and in May 2020 the first electrical road was built and inaugurated in Lund. The road contains of rails which is either placed on top of or inside the asphalt, it enables the vehicles to charge both while driving and standing still. The smartness in the road enables several vehicles to charge at the same time and it also provides sampling of real time data. R&D and the prototype factory is placed in Lund.


Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be to prepare, assemble, test and repair components and sub-components that are part of the electrical road in our prototype production factory. A part from this you will also assist in continuous improvement work to develop yourself, our production processes and our factory. It is of great importance that you take responsibility for your work and work independently as it is a prototype production and not a full-scale serial production plant.

You have a genuine technical interest and you like to be part of a group. You find problem solving stimulating and you are comfortable to work in a work environment that are constantly changing and improving.
