Arbetsbeskrivning
Som lackerare hos LSI kommer du att:
Arbeta främst med lackering av snickerier i vår sprutbox men även andra material kan förekomma.
Hantera olika färgsystem vilka inkluderar t.ex syrehärdade tvåkomponentssystem och vattenbaserade färger.
Utföra kompletterande ytbehandlingar såsom bets och hårdvaxolja.
Säkerställa hög finish och följa arbetsrutiner för ytbehandling samt upprätthålla ordning och säkerhet i lackeringsverkstaden.



Kvalifikationer & krav
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i sprutbox
God kunskap om olika färgsystem
Godkänt härdplastintyg
Erfarenhet av ytbehandling med olja och hårdvaxolja är meriterande.
Noggrannhet, öga för detaljer och förmåga att leverera konsekvent kvalitet.
Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och som en del av ett team.
Grundläggande svenskkunskaper i tal och skrift.

About the job
Product configuration is an important area for Alfa Laval’s success. Our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) products are customized to meet a specific customer use case and are sold via a configuration tool. Our sales configurator is used by both internal sales and by our external partners globally. It is integrated with both internal sales systems and our e-Business portal. You will be part of a team delivering the Engineering Configurator (eConfigurator) for GPHE. The eConfigurator handles the technical rules for product variance and is integrated in the overall sales configurator.
Alfa Laval is currently on a digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation, we have created a global organization to digitally support our business in the best possible way. We are setting ourselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework.
In this job, you will develop the eConfigurator and the modularized product architecture that underpins it. You will implement the Product structure, the Modules and Module-variants, Rule-Matrixes, and formulas for product configuration logic. You will also play an important role in quality assurance, testing and deployment of the eConfigurator, as well as managing some support tools built on the eConfigurator.
The development and delivery of the software is done in close cooperation with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, as well as Central IT, and it all takes place in a global work environment.
What you know

About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we now need a Cryogenics Technician and Operator to join our Cryogenics Group.

The role primarily involves supporting the cryogenic engineers and communicating with colleagues, consultants and suppliers to ensure safe and timely commissioning and stable operation of the relevant equipment and processes of the ESS machine. Training for special maintenance tasks and cryogenic operation activities will be provided.

As our next cryogenics technician/operator, you will enjoy a varied and diverse workload. Your tasks will include things like installation of cryogenic and related equipment; commissioning, acceptance testing and operating of integrated compressor, coldbox, cryogenic distribution and client systems; filling liquid helium and nitrogen dewars, performing leak tests and fault searches; carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; developing guidelines and procedures for safe operations as well as documenting interactions and occurrences with respect to the cryogenic system.

About you:

To thrive with us in the Cryogenics group, you need to be driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. You need to be a highly motivated person who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty, but at the same time, you should enjoy sitting in the pilot seat in the control room!

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. Ideally, you'll have a background as certified electrician, control room operator, instrument technician or a bachelors-level Engineer. However relevant experience in a similar role is more critical than the type of qualification you hold. Experience of working on cryogenic systems is desirable, but is not a requirement since relevant training will be provided when needed.

It would be great if you can bring prior experience of commissioning or operating/maintaining large process installations and machines, such as power plants, paper mills, waste handling plants, etc. We need someone who can read and understand Pipes and Instruments Diagrams (P&IDs;) and electrical schematics and who has handled pressurised systems and/or liquefied gasses including leak tests. If you also have prior experience of troubleshooting PLC's, remote IO, network switches and related connectivity and compatibility problems, this would be a distinct advantage.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them. We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we're looking for a real team player: Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who likes to collaborate with different people and who is committed to helping this amazing project to realise its full potential. We need a hands-on self-starter who is able to work in a structured, orderly, responsible and – most importantly – safe way.

The working language of ESS is English but it would be great if you could also work in Swedish as well. For this role, we need someone who can start as soon as possible! On-call duty and occasional shift work will be required as necessary.

We are now looking for a Process Engineer who will have the role of an assistant to a Technical Product Manager.

You will be responsible for technical templates in their Branded Processing units. You will work closely with other functions at the client; Operations, R&D, production, and sales. Communicating with people on all levels comes naturally to you, and you can work both independently and in groups and on different projects. You have a strong drive for results and work in a structured and organized way.



Your daily tasks may include:

- Design, review and implement processing systems

- Develop complete detailed process and instrument drawings;

- Ensure system design complies with customer specifications, company standards, and federal regulations

- Develop, document, and maintain company process engineering standards/guidelines

- Assist with commissioning and system installation



Main responsibilities:

- Be the expert in process design in customer orders and in template

- Handle the design specification and dimensioning of process equipment and solutions

- Be involved in product development

- Give technical support to Operations and sales organization

- Technical issue handling and documentation

- Be involved in troubleshooting and meetings at customer sites



Required skills:

- Between 3 and 8 years of experience within the field.

- Independence and high level of competence

- Excellence in spoken and written English

- University degree/ diploma, preferably in chemical/mechanical engineering and/or food technology

At Ideon in Lund, we develop and manufacture reactors for new semiconductor materials. Our silicon carbide and gallium nitride semiconductors are used in base stations for the 5G network, electric cars, solar cells, photovoltaic systems, and many other areas in the electricity sector.

You will work broadly in the full product development cycle in close collaboration with colleagues. This includes to participate in the early phase looking at concepts all the way to engaging in new functions, mechanical construction, production drawings, dialogue with suppliers and after-market activities. Our technical tools and solutions for mechanical construction are Creo 9 and Windchill.

Your areas of responsibility and tasks:

- Optimization of the machine design and new functionalities such as customized adaptions and improvements for the gas system and the reactor

You are

You have a bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering and solid technical competence in Creo 9 and Windchill, or other equivalent 3D CAD solution. You also bring a couple of years relevant experience and have preferably worked broadly and hands-on within the field of mechanical engineering. Experience in high vacuum technology and the semiconductor industry is an advantage, such as experience from operations in process / manufacturing with extensive safety systems as well.

Vi söker nu en Teknisk koordinator till nytt kraftvärmeverksprojekt i Örtofta. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag som löper från november 2022 fram till juni 2024. Det är en övergripande teknisk roll där du kommer närmast att rapportera till Projektkoordinator, men du kommer även att samarbeta och koordinera med stora delar av projektorganisationen. Du kommer som teknisk koordinator sammanställa och förmedla den tekniska kravbilden på ny anläggning till delprojektledare och säkerställa att den blir uppfylld. Tillsammans med delprojektledare kommer du att kvalitetssäkra framtagna tekniska koncept under projektets olika faser.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

Du kommer ha huvudansvar för teknisk koordinering mellan de olika delprojekten, vilket till exempel inkluderar:

- Ha överordnat tekniskt samordningsansvar mellan delprojekt och i det ansvara för att inga luckor eller överlappningar uppstår mellan olika delar i projektet
- Delta i projektmöten, byggmöten och andra regelbundna möten inom respektive delprojekt vid behov
- Biträda projektkoordinator i samordning och koordinering av projektering, montage och driftsättning i de olika delprojekten
- Biträda delprojektledare vid tekniska frågor och lösningsförslag under projekterings-, bygg- och driftsättningsfasen

Om rollen:

Som processtekniker vid målstationen (Target Station) kommer du att delta i överlämningsprocessen för tillämpliga system, ta ägarskap av drift- och underhållsaspekterna samt delta i testning-/idrifttagningsprogram för tester av enskilda objekt såväl som integrerad systemtestning. Under denna period förväntas du skaffa dig kunskap om systemens olika delar, utifrån erfarenhet från faktisk drift och underhåll av utrustningen samt lära dig om de enskilda systemens beteende, med avseende på de olika driftlägena och övergångarna mellan dessa.

Om dig:

Du som söker har en relevant teknisk utbildning på gymnasienivå, gärna med någon form av påbyggnad inom process eller energi. Det viktigaste är att du har ett tekniskt intresse och är nyfiken och ihärdig i att lära nytt.

Du förväntas vara självmotiverad, organiserad och ha förmåga att arbeta självständigt såväl som i grupp. Denna position kräver ett praktiskt förhållningssätt, en vilja att lära sig nya tekniker inom en mängd olika projekt och att bli en del av ett team med olika bakgrunder och kompetenser. About the role:
The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we now need a wide range of talented Target Station technicians to help us operate, maintain and support all of the systems that are at the beating heart of the Spallation Source – the Target Station.

As our next Process Systems Technician, you will be responsible for equipment maintenance documentation – which includes creating new and editing existing technical documentation related to Process Systems equipment to ensure all equipment to be maintained has an up to date procedure.

About you:
To thrive with us in the Target Station Team, you need to be driven, responsive and good at spotting both problems and opportunities. You need to be a highly motivated person who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty!

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. Ideally, you will have appropriate technical qualifications, however relevant experience in a similar role is more critical than the type of qualification you hold. We really need someone experience in process control and relevant technical applications- previous experience in a production environment would definitely be a plus. At ESS, no two work days will be the same. One day, you could be defining product or process problems and non-conformities to make recommend improvements, whilst the next day you could be participating in the testing/commissioning programmes.

We are building ESS from the ground up, so we need someone who is comfortable not only following procedures, but also creating them. We attach great importance to personality and attitude, so we're looking for a real team player: Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who likes to collaborate with different people and who is committed to helping this amazing project to realise its full potential. We need a hands-on self-starter who is able to work in a structured, orderly, responsible and – most importantly – safe way.

The working language of ESS is English but it would be great if you could also work in Swedish as well. For this role, we need someone who can start as soon as possible! Shift work and occasional on-call duties will be required as necessary.

I arbetet ingår allt från att hänga formar, starta produktion och ansvara för testkörningar samt jobba med ständiga förbättringar och förebyggande underhåll. Vi har en välutrustad prototypverkstad vilket gör att processen från idé till fungerande prototyp är snabb. About the job

As a Business Process Manager, you will have an important role in defining the future WMS solution for Parts Distribution & Logistics. Your main task will be to identify and create best in class warehouse management processes and implement these in our new WMS solution. You will be working closely together with the distribution centers, other process managers as well as IT resources both within Alfa Laval as well as with our WMS supplier.

You will be part of a highly motivated team of Process Managers delivering value via the SAFe (Scaled Agile) delivery framework.

What you know

We see that you have experience from working in a warehouse environment or with warehouse systems. With this experience you have an understanding of how an WMS system and its surrounding systems supports the warehouse processes and performance.

You need to be fluent in spoken and written English.

The Accelerator Division at the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, Sweden, invites applications for a Vacuum System Technician.

Description of directorate/division
The Accelerator Division is responsible for the design, construction, installation and commissioning of the ESS accelerator, in collaboration with partner institutions and other divisions of the ESS.

The vacuum team in the Specialised Technical Services Group is responsible for all technical vacuum systems at ESS working alongside partner institutions and other groups in the Accelerator, Target and Instruments and Neutron Beams Divisions developing the design of these systems including the definition of interfaces with other groups. The team is also responsible for the specification and procurement of vacuum equipment and the installation and commissioning of these vacuum systems during the construction of ESS.

Description of main responsibilities



• Assemble, test, certify and document the vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Assist in the planning, installation, assembly, commissioning and operation of vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Set-up, operate, calibrate and maintain process and test equipment and apparatus.
• Assist in the maintenance of documentation records for assembly, repair, testing and qualification of the vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Develop procedures and documentation related to the design, fabrication, testing, and repair of vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Maintain test and measurement data, travellers and any other documentation records related to the fabrication, testing and repair of vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Use electronic and mechanical test and measurement equipment to verify vacuum system and component performance and integrity.
• Use computers to collect, record, and analyse data for acceptance, operation and maintenance of vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• Consolidate and record traveller data in a computer database.
• Ensure compliance with ESH and quality procedures and programs.
• Maintain a strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of laboratory values and ethics.
• May be required to provide work direction to junior staff members and other trades/crafts for the installation, repair, testing of vacuum and other related systems and their components.
• May be required to participate in the development and communication of safety, quality and other procedures for vacuum and other related systems and their component assembly.
• Compliance with environmental, safety, health and quality program requirements.
• Maintenance of a strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of values and ethics.

Qualifications



• Associate’s degree in mechanical technology or related technical field with at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• While a mechanical aptitude is essential a working knowledge of electrical power, instrumentation and computers is desirable.
• Experience in working with vacuum systems, vacuum components and instrumentation and associated test equipment e.g. leak detectors, RGA's etc. preferably in an ultra high vacuum environment required.
• Experience in the construction, assembly, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, testing and operation of vacuum and related systems and components e.g. cryogenic, electrical power, instrumentation etc. required, with experience in accelerator operations an advantage.
• Experience in the use of mechanical and electronic test and measurement equipment required.
• Must have good written and oral communications skills.
• Must be selfmotivated and have good judgement.

Duration & Location
The position is permanent with six months initial probationary period. Your work place will be situated in Lund, Sweden. Start date as soon as possible.
