Nu söker vi två Drifttekniker till avdelningen Energi & Tork på Nordic Sugar i Örtofta. Om tjänsten Avdelningen där denna tjänst är placerad är central för sockerfabrikens produktion och ansvarar för drift och underhåll av anläggningar och processer för den centrala produktionen av processånga, energi(el) samt vattenförsörjning (intag)/vattenrening (inklusive Biogasproduktion) och fodertork (Betfor). Rollen växlar mellan skiftarbete under betkampanjen (då vi tar emot betor från vår kontrakterade lantbrukare) och ett dagtidsgående, strukturerat underhållsarbete med syfte att förbereda fabriken för nästa kampanj.
Drifttekniker under betkampanjen (september–januari) Under betkampanjen arbetar vi i kontinuerligt 4-skift, där helg- och nattpass ingår. Rollen växlar mellan skiften vilket innebär att du både kommer att köra driften (Energi & Tork) från vårt gemensamma driftcentra/kontrollrum och att du kommer att arbeta ute i anläggningen med löpande felavhjälpning och underhåll. På så sätt håller du dig uppdaterad, och lär dig ständigt mer om våra processer, både via skärmarna och i verkligheten. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar:
Övervakning och styrning av fabrikens ångproduktion och energisystem (fyra gaspannor, två turbiner samt anläggning för reservkraft).
Övervakning och drift av fodertork, ångleveranser samt vattenproduktion och vattenrening, energiproduktion och värmesystem
Rondering, felsökning, operatörsunderhåll och stöd vid större reparationer. Även löpande provtagning och analys av vatten och ånga
Hantering och mottagning av kemikalier på ett säkert sätt
Delaktighet i brandskydd och kontaktperson gentemot räddningstjänst.

Underhållstekniker under underhållsperioden (februari–augusti) När kampanjen avslutats växlar du till en roll som underhållstekniker med fokus på planerat förebyggande (FU) och avhjälpande underhåll. Ordinarie arbetstid är dagtid, (mån-fre) med flex, där det ingår beredskap var femte vecka. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar:
Reparationer, förbättringar och service av maskin- och processutrustning i pannhus, torkanläggningar, vattenreningssystem, pumphus och värmecentraler
Mekaniskt underhållsarbete som lagerbyten, ventilslipning och filterbyten, samt visst fastighets- och VA-arbete
Delaktighet i brandskydd och kontaktperson gentemot räddningstjänst
Stöd till andra avdelningar vid behov
Medverkan i investerings- och ombyggnadsprojekt

Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har en teknisk gymnasieutbildning som du gärna får ha kompletterat med en relevant eftergymnasial vidareutbildning. Du har en tidigare erfarenhet av industriellt underhåll (mekanik) inom till exempel energiproduktion eller närliggande komplex processindustri. Vi ser gärna att du har arbetat i en tjänst där det ingått kontrollrumsdrift, styrning och optimering (vi använder MicroSCADA/ABB och Foxboro DCS/Schneider Electric) och att du har erfarenhet av skiftarbete. Vi utgår ifrån att du har en god IT-vana och att du är van vid att dokumentera och administrera ditt arbete med hjälp av något underhållssystem (vi använder SAP). För tjänsten krävs det att du har körkort (B) och att du behärskar svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.

Ansvarsområden och arbetsuppgifter Som driftchef är du ansvarig för att bolagets anläggningstillgångar nyttjas optimalt och för att vi försörjer våra ägarkommuner med dricksvatten av högsta kvalitet. Driftenheten ingår i vår produktionsorganisation tillsammans med enheterna för underhåll och ledningsnät samt el & automation. I vårt ansvarsområde ingår råvattensystem (intag, tunnlar, infiltration), produktionsanläggningar (Vombverket och Ringsjöverket) samt ett stort antal distributionsledningar, pumpstationer och yttre anläggningar.
Inom driftenheten övervakar, styr och justerar vi processerna från våra två kontrollrum (på Vomb- respektive Ringsjöverket) dygnet runt / året runt. I händelse av avvikelser i något av våra processteg är det din personal som agerar första instans. Ni stödjer även våra underhålls- och projektenheter under såväl planering som genomförande av arbeten och projekt som påverkar vår löpande produktionsverksamhet.
Till din hjälp har du två driftledare och en driftteknikerstyrka, totalt cirka 20 personer, som samtliga är direktrapporterande. Utöver personal-/ chefsansvar, för dessa personer, ingår ansvar för budget och uppföljning av driftverksamheten.
Den övergripande driftchefsrollen är ny på Sydvatten – tidigare har de två verken haft separata driftenheter som rapporterade direkt till sina produktionschefer. Långsiktigt är ditt uppdrag att skapa en sammansvetsad, effektiv driftenhet, men på kort sikt kommer ditt fokus troligen att kretsa kring att hitta formerna för hur den nya enheten ska fungera, vad som ska vara gemensamt mellan verken och hur utbytet dem emellan ska se ut. Tjänsten rapporterar direkt till vår produktionschef och du kommer att dela din tid mellan de två arbetsställena (Vomb- och Ringsjöverket).
Vi söker dig Du har troligen mångårig erfarenhet från VA-branschen eller liknande processindustri, varav ett antal år som chef/ledare. Utöver ditt tekniska kunnande har du god erfarenhet/vana av frågor som typiskt uppstår för dygnet-runt drift samt schemalagd personal. Du har troligen en ingenjörsexamen inom VA eller motsvarande. Du har hög datorvana och behärskar svenska flytande, i tal och skrift. Tjänstens ansvarområde innebär resande mellan våra två driftteam och körkort är därför ett krav.
Som person tar du naturligtvis ett stort eget ansvar och vill utveckla både dig och ditt team. Du är självgående, lugn, bra på att kommunicera och på att driva och behålla fokus på gemensamma mål. Du har lätt för att samarbeta och skapa engagemang - tänker rationellt och har lätt för att både se och skapa en övergripande förståelse. Du är lösningsorienterad och initiativrik. DIN VARDAG 
Beamonics grundades 2017 och utvecklar världsledande teknologi för gasanalys med laserspektroskopi. Tekniken används för att kvantifiera och analysera atmosfäriska partiklar och gaser, vilket hjälper deras användare att identifiera utsläppskällor och justera sina processer med patentskyddad teknologi. You are

Om tjänsten

Som utvecklare på Modity kommer du ha fokus på nyutveckling, men även underhålla befintliga system och lösa problem som kan uppstå. Du blir delaktig i att utveckla system, lösningar och digitala verktyg som stöttar vår verksamhet och våra kunder. Du kommer till exempel att arbeta med vår kundportal och API:er mot kunderna, vår interna plattform för att hantera data från vindparker samt system som hanterar interna processer såsom fakturering och energihandel.

Då du blir del av ett mindre utvecklingsteam är rollen bred och du blir involverad i hela utvecklingsprocessen, från krav och diskussion med verksamheten till test. Du kommer att få jobba med tekniker såsom .NET Core, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Cosmos DB och Table Storage, RabbitMQ, , GraphQL, React och CI/CD i Azure DevOps. Vi grundar vårt arbetssätt på DevOps och Kanban, och jobbar kontinuerligt med att förbättra våra processer.

YOU WILL

Bosch in Lund is our newest site in Sweden and is a R&D center with around 200 engineers. You will be part of one of our eBike-teams who cover a wide range of technology areas such as embedded real-time systems, communication via CAN-bus, Bluetooth, WiFi, Cellular and User Interface on color displays. On our platforms running RTOS or Linux, we implement algorithms including machine learning and interaction with cloud back-end and mobile apps. We help our customers with e.g. bicycle navigation, flexible route planning and effective fitness training, where we connect the customer’s digital environment and open up completely new dimensions of eBiking. Agile working methods are a foundation in our way of working and to deliver larger solutions together with other teams, we use Scrum, Kanban and SAFe Framework. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will work with:

- design, test, integration and debugging of software for products and modules for the Bosch eBike System, mostly working with new development.
- be part of creative and innovative activities for bike computers, connectivity modules and other eBike parts.
- be involved throughout the development process, from hardware evaluation to maintenance mode.

You will

Our production and development site are in Lund and we are now entering a new phase scaling up and increasing the pace of our production. As our Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations including managing employees, production, efficiency, and safety as well as liaising with our Market and R&D departments. Your profile

You are expected to have good people management skills and have, for example, supervisory experience of a production team or other experience from a leading role. You are a good communicator and have the ability to interact with colleagues within the company as well as with external contractors.
