Your role will be to ensure these digital touchpoints are robust, integrated and intuitive – enabling seamless journeys and empowering the business to convert engagement into qualified leads, customer value and commercial growth.


You will lead the development and execution of our global digital communications strategy, unifying the digital experience platform (DXP), UX/UI, MarTech stack, analytics, AI-driven discoverability and governance. Working in close partnership with Market Operations and Global Information Management (GIM) teams, you will ensure the architecture, integrations and operating model fully support our ambition to deliver relevant, personalised and high-performing digital experiences.


In this role, you will position the global digital communications ecosystem as a strategic enabler for Tetra Pak, ensuring our processes leverage digital platforms to strengthen customer journeys, accelerate lead generation and support data-led decision making across the business. You will ensure every digital touchpoint delivers measurable value – from deeper engagement and improved lead quality, to enhanced brand consistency and more powerful innovation storytelling – while scaling capability, governance and communications performance across regions, markets and business areas.

In this role, you will oversee the digital ecosystem, ensuring teams have the tools, governance and insights needed to communicate our customer value and innovation effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and reports to the Vice President Global Customer Communications.
What you will do
Lead a multi?year global DXP migration, overseeing complex integrations, analytics implementation and platform stabilisation to create a modern, scalable digital foundation.
Implement a new operating model between the business and GIM to support and continuously improve this platform.
Build and evolve a high?performing digital ecosystem that empowers Communications Managers to deliver impactful, insight?driven campaigns that accelerate engagement and business value.
Drive continuous optimisation and A/B testing across all digital channels, ensuring real?time performance monitoring, testing and data?led improvements.
Own the paid media infrastructure and agency governance, ensuring ad platforms, tracking and integrations operate flawlessly, and guiding how the media agency activates within them.
Align with product owners across adjacent platforms to ensure all key systems – regardless of ownership – connect seamlessly into the customer journey and support end?to?end measurement.
Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring disciplined delivery, cross?functional alignment and transparent reporting across all digital initiatives.
Partner with GIM to shape the long?term digital roadmap, aligning architecture, governance and lifecycle planning to ensure stability, scalability and business impact.
Lead and develop the Digital Communications Team, setting clear priorities, elevating capabilities and enabling high?performance delivery.

We believe you have
Extensive experience (10+ years) spanning marketing, communications and technical digital roles, with the ability to translate complex business needs into integrated digital solutions.
Proven success leading large?scale digital projects
Strong technical fluency across MarTech, analytics, automation, UX and paid media platforms, and the ability to connect these into one coherent ecosystem.
Experience in an international corporate environment and relevant working areas
Stakeholder engagement and alliance building expertise
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous optimisation, using data, experimentation and insight?driven decision?making.
University degree; preferably in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing

Job Summary
We are looking for a Communications Integration Manager who will act as the strategic bridge between central Communications teams and our global markets. This is a full fledged communications generalist position which is ideal for a versatile, hands-on communications manager capable of supporting a wide variety of workstreams.

What you will do
1. Market Enablement
Serve as a communications manager supporting markets during peak workload periods.

2. Bridge Between Central Sustainability Communications team & Markets
Coordinate Sustainability Communications initiatives between the central team and markets.
Manage activities such as:
Localization and rollout of the Sustainability Report
Deployment and governance of the collection & recycling toolkit
Coordination of sustainability claims and related materials
Ensure alignment, timely delivery, consistent messaging and successful implementation in the markets.


3. Bridge Between Central Corporate Communications & Operations (CCO) Team & Markets
Coordinate Corporate Communications initiatives between the CCO team and markets to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Act as the central point-of-contact for markets when rolling out global Corporate Communications programs.


4. Support Corporate Communications Project Needs
Provide additional capacity to the CCO team during peak workload periods.
Contribute to a wide range of communications projects, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with global standards.


5. Manage Coordination & Reporting of Market Support via Shared Services and Flex Resources
Operate the intake process (Service Hub) for all market requests related to consultants or overflow work.
Scope, prioritize, resource, and schedule requests, maintaining transparency and clear SLAs.
Communicate timelines, updates, and project status regularly to stakeholders.
Produce quarterly & annual service performance reports
Present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants managing: Briefings, SLAs and quality assurance, Budget adherence
Design and administer the annual market satisfaction and needs survey. Analyze results, identify themes, and develop clear improvement plans with designated owners.

Within Sustainability Climate & Nature we are working to realize our ambition through the implementation of the Tetra Pak Approach to Nature. This approach is developed based on the results of the assessment of our impacts and dependencies on nature and contains quantitative targets and a clear set of actions to reduce our negative impacts and increase our positive impacts on nature. We are now looking for a Nature Director who will lead Nature strategy and initiatives across the value chain. The Nature Director will report to the Vice President Climate & Nature.
This is a permanent position.
What you will do
Lead the development, review and implementation of Tetra Pak’s agenda r elated to nature in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Lead the identification and management of nature-related risks and opportunities
Oversee performance monitoring and reporting related to nature .

We believe you have
Min 5 years of relevant experience from working in the field of Sustainability and good understanding corporate nature impacts and their management ( forestry, agricultural and/or mining-related commodities).
Knowledge and practical experience in implementing environmental due diligence processes in global operations, as per international standards.
Good knowledge and experience in application of sustainability and nature-related risk regulatory frameworks , standards and emerging best practices.
Good knowledge and experience of land use and/or forestry sector, with specific reference to land management, no deforestation, traceability and biodiversity impacts.
Clear understanding of Tetra Pak strategy and its implications for sustainability.
Strong business acumen and practical experience in working with business functions to implement actions to address nature related impacts, risks and opportunities, across the value chain.

Job Summary
Starting October 2025, On-site Support (OSS) and Infrastructure Services (INS) will be strategically unified under a new team: Infrastructure Support Services (ISS). What you will do

The Customer Claims & Process Management EMEA Team is a regional team belonging to the Services Customer Issue Resolution organization. What you will do
As Manager Customer Claims & Process Management EMEA you will lead a team based within the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets in the Customer Issue Resolution organization. You will drive work standardisation and optimisation for all customer claims, securing compliance with Tetra Pak procedures and policies. You will lead a team responsible to analyse data, propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizations’ objectives. You will identify and support growth & development opportunities within the team aligned with global HR processes and tools.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the team for an efficient and effective management, analysis and decision making of customer claims in a timely manner according to Claim policy and financial escalation procedure
Enable accurate and efficient management of Cost of Poor Quality and secure proper cost allocation within EMEA region
Drive a continuous analysis on Care to Assist main performance indicators to highlight and lead continual improvement opportunities
Be the Local Process Driver within EMEA region actively participating and maintaining a network of contacts with relevant colleagues
Build and develop appropriate competence in the organization through competence mapping, coaching, mentoring and formal training to ensure skills are developed and updated

Job summary
We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Services Key Account Manager, as part of the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team, to manage and develop focused sales areas, and customer relationships from a Tetra Pak Services perspective.
As a Services Key Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for the customer, not only looking to ensure that their operational issues are resolved in a timely manner but identifying their needs and delivering solutions to drive mutual growth.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden. You will be travelling up to 60% of your time to our customer sites.
What you will do
You will work with our customers in the Food & Beverage industry and look for opportunities inside and outside our existing customer base to sell our Services Portfolio and grow our Market. As a Services Key Account Manager, you will Lead creation, implementation and follow up of sales and business strategy for a given area of responsibility or application. You will also Participate in resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with the customer.
Main responsibilities
Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysis
Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
Lead growth of profitable service contracts
Participate in creation, implementation and follow up of sales in plans for Key Accounts in collaboration with the rest of the SKAM team
Lead creation service business plans in collaboration with portfolio, Services Account Representative (SAR) and Services Support Engineers (SSE)
Lead services dimension in project lifecycle management to ensure new equipment is effectively handed over to services
Lead creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets

We believe you have
We are looking for a profile with Experience in the packaging or liquid food processing industry.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience is required, an Engineering, Food Technology or Science, major is highly preferred
At least 5 years of technical/engineering Sales experience preferred
Business fluent proficiency in English is mandatory
Professional experience with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing experience in the food and beverage industry
Ability to effectively identify and capture customer technical issues and tenaciously drive expedited solutions, in collaboration with our internal technical expertise
The drive and capability to uncover new business opportunities and grow the business


You are a result orientated and self-driven person with a strong customer focus and the ability to work autonomously. You have a consultative and clear communication style and good presentation skills. Job Summary

What you will do

Coordinate the budget, forecast and 3YP processes including all FREM related financial and non-financial KPIs.

Within the Global Public Relations team, you will play an active role providing input to the public relations strategy and support the overall packaging communications strategy.
This role bridges the innovative work of two key business units: Packaging Solutions and Development & Technology. We produce over 180 billion packages each year and understand that different food and beverages have diverse customer requirements, and packaging must be both environmentally sustainable and optimised for global distribution. Whether it’s innovating the packaging solution for the newest plant-based drink, to extending shelf life, using certified recycled materials, or further developing renewable materials, this role needs to communicate all of this and more!
In addition to this, the role promotes our engineering expertise, which leverages world-class manufacturing technologies, and of course showcases our amazing people who develop world leading packaging solutions and innovations.
In this position you will lead and drive public relations activities across all channels to communicate our customer value and global packaging expertise and portfolio to key opinion leaders, international industry media, sustainability stakeholders, and business media to reach relevant customer profiles. What you will do
Develop and manage the international media relations strategy and execution for packaging solutions and innovations

Plan and implement public relations activities for product and category campaigns in partnership with the packaging communications team
Manage the news pipeline to create compelling news hooks, working effectively with packaging communications managers, product management, product marketing, and other business units as applicable
Develop and oversee baseline public relations programs, such as speaking opportunities
Handle relevant packaging media enquiries, briefing executives and closely collaborating with senior management on message development

Increase the visibility of customers’ global references across all media channels

We believe you have
10+ years of experience in communications and media relations, having worked in-house or in agencies

About the job

To fulfil the needs, we have eight distribution centres globally and four regional administration centres (SAC), where SSN focuses on making sure our customers get superior support to run their operations in the best way.
The European Sales Administration Centre (ESAC) handles spare part order administration for Tetra Pak customers in Europe, Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia and Maghreb. Together we service ~4000 customer sites in thirteen languages.
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Administration who will manage, develop and support a team of 15-20 Sales Administration Officers delivering high quality service to customers and internal stakeholders belonging to 2-3 of our market companies.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and is a permanent position.

As Manager, Sales Administration you will:
Drive and develop customer service in close collaboration with Market & SSN colleagues.
Use Customer feedback to drive productivity improvements with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage and develop the team in terms of budget, KPIs and performance management
Mentor and coach your employees regarding personal development, capabilities and career ambitions
Drive for automation and digitalization wherever possible.
Together with the team drive operational excellence in terms of quality, efficiency and customer service
Together with the team secure timely completion of commitments
Secure alignment and best practice sharing within SSN

We believe you have
Higher education in relevant area
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Supply Chain Operations
Several years of experience in Customer Service organisation
Experience in leading people, formally or informally
Experience from market companies is beneficial

The successful candidate has been in a management position or have experience from informal leadership. Motivating and coaching is something you enjoy and are good at. You are service minded and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Communication must be pro-active, fast and accurate and of course you are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
You are used to work with cross organizational communications and improvements. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. Analytical skills as well as an understanding of digital tools and automation are also important to be able to prioritize the improvement areas and drive productivity.

Job Summary
We are looking now for a Solutions Development Manager as part of the product management team within service solution department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new product strategy, product roadmaps, product life cycle, product sales growth and profitability and portfolio deployment of a large (business size) and/or highly complex service product portfolio as well as leading complex developments with the Sales support regions. Your main stakeholders will be internal team of product management, solutions team and sales support region team as well as various other stakeholders such as PSE, D&T, and A&S teams.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management – Service Solutions. You will be based in Lund, Sweden and may require up to10% travel.
What you will do
As a Solutions Development Manager, you will:
Lead the solution offering development focusing on processing installed base and integrated offerings, working closely with the processing categories and Business units.
Lead the category potential analysis, understanding the service opportunity for the different components of the portfolio.
Lead the service/product development needs process for the assigned product portfolio responsibility. Provide relevant commercial and business inputs to the product roadmap.
Lead product lifecycle management by gathering and prioritizing product and market requirements and analyzing the business performance.
Lead the product deployment in close collaboration with the sales support regions. Agree on targets and priorities through the market business plans. Support the sales support regions in complex local deployment
Lead definition of and drive product business plans including product segmentation, product positioning and business and value proposition.
Lead the definition of clear commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc.
Support sales support regions/MCs in building capabilities to sell (deliver and manage where applicable) the respective service category assortment/offering.
Participate in securing a good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the product value proposition.

We believe you have
You have a solid Customers’ understanding gained within Commercial area within Marketing/Product Management/Business Development and/or customers’ management, preferably with customer facing experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience of product management as well as good knowledge of Tetra Pak Processing, service business together with experience of PLC, 3YP, pricing and commercial conditions is required.
A proven record of leading projects within product development and project deployment is highly valued.
We believe that you have the ability to work well with delivery organisation to develop the products (via enablers and processes) and possess experience of business case management, project management, customer management.


You are driven, structured and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. We believe that you have strong stakeholder management skills and are a good listener who can motivate and inspire others and create understanding from audiences on various levels in different cultures.
You are also open minded and show a high level of customer orientation, while being able to effectively drive for results. You are an effective team player, and you have excellent communication and presentation skills.


You may hold a degree in Business Administration or Engineering. You excel at both written and spoken English.

What do we offer you?


In Global Load Out Solutions we are exploring several channels to meet our customers: both direct sales and sales through third parties. As Dealer Development Manager you will work with our initial steps to investigate new international markets and find third party companies for us collaborate with. The aim is to create a dealer network for our products to be marketed and sold through. We will continuously work on the expansion of this area and grow internationally step by step. You will be working with all aspects of this journey; market analysis, finding and communicating with the right type of partners/dealers, contractual set-up, train and support to the dealers - so what are your ideas on how to do this in an efficient way? You work together with our Business Development manager with content/sales messaging and supporting our marketing management. You will be part of co-creating our path with a large degree of freedom in a dynamic and international environment.


As our new Dealer Development Manager we think you will be based in Lund, where we have our office, but for the perfect candidate match we are willing to discuss alternative location.


Who we think you are


We believe that you have experience from Dealer development in an international environment, where you have worked with the chain from market and company analysis to agreements with dealers. We believe you have a university degree in combination with experience from B2B technical sales. You are comfortable to work in both Swedish and English, we would like to see that you have one more of the big European languages in your portfolio. We would love for you to have a background in the building and construction business. Winning confidence and building relations comes natural to you. You would describe yourself as both analytical and practical. You have a strong self-drive and want to have an impact in the organization you chose to belong to.

An exciting opportunity opens within Sustainability. We are looking for a Social Sustainability Manager, who will have a key role in developing and implementing Tetra Pak's Social Sustainability Framework, anchored in our human rights due diligence process.

In Social Sustainability, we develop the human rights due diligence process, collaborating with multiple business areas and markets to assess risks to people across the value chain and to develop action plans to prevent and address the most severe issues. You will be one of Tetra Pak’s subject matter experts in business and human rights.
The position is permanent, based in Lund, Sweden, or another Tetra Pak office, preferably in the EMEA time zone, and will include some travelling. You will be reporting to the Social Sustainability Director, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability & Communications.
What you will do
You will be part of the Tetra Pak central organization, responsible for supporting the implementation of the Social Sustainability Framework. As part of a newly-established team, you will work closely with the Social Sustainability Director to set up a robust human rights due diligence process to proactively identify and address risks to people across the value chain. Collaboration with colleagues across various business areas and markets, customers, suppliers and civil society stakeholders will be a critical part of this role.
Focus areas:
Take the lead in driving Tetra Pak's Human Rights Due Diligence process in several business areas
Provide human rights expertise, insights and training to teams responsible for implementation of the human rights due diligence process.
Develop and deploy human rights risk assessment, action planning and KPI development tools and help align market-based CSR projects.
Undertake research on issues, contexts, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders' human rights processes and impacts in preparation for engagement on Social Sustainability challenges.
Develop relationships with external stakeholders that can support the implementation of Tetra Pak's Social Sustainability strategy.

We believe you have
You have a relevant university degree. You will have knowledge and expertise in the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and/or specific human rights issues through your work in a business, consultancy, trade association, civil society organisation, Government or international institution. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, since we operate on a global basis.
You are very good at building relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups across multiple geographies. Desk and qualitative research skills will be important to you in this role, as will the ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, engaging and persuasive ways.
You will be motivated by the idea of driving rights respecting business practice, while recognising that collaboration, compromise and pragmatism are key elements in delivering sustainable change.
