Markverkstäderna, MvE, är en enhet inom Arméstaben, AST, som utför underhåll på Försvarsmaktens markmateriel, flygbasmateriel och levererar tekniskt systemstöd. Detta innebär underhåll i form av tillsyn, reparationer, tillverkning, demontering/skrotning, modifieringar, driftstöd, teknisk anpassning och materielundersökning. Markverkstadsenheten levererar tjänster enligt kundkrav.
 
Du kommer att tillhöra Markverkstad Syd som bedriver verksamhet på Tofta, Revingehed, Ronneby, Karlskrona och har cirka 160 medarbetare.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Som kundmottagare (verkstadsadministratör) kommer du att jobba med administrativt arbete inom förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll. Du kommer även att ansvara för att planera, beställa och följa upp materielunderhållet i Försvarsmakten. I huvudsak verkstaden interna utrustning och materiel.
 
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Uppföljning av verkstadens interna fordon/utrustning
Genomför redovisning och registervård i uppföljningssystem
Dokumentation och verifiering i ekonomi- och materieluppföljningssystem
Upprätta materielunderhållsbeställningar
Genomför avrop av centralt upphandlade varor och tjänster
Representera MvE på samverkansmöte med våra brukare/beställare
Genomföra produktionssamordning/beredning av verkstadsproduktion 

 
KRAV
Kvalifikationer 
Lägst fullgjord och avslutad två- eller treårigt gymnasium med inriktning mot fordonsteknik eller motsvarande, alternativ kompetens förvärvad genom yrkeserfarenhet som av arbetsgivaren bedöms som likvärdig
Erfarenhet av liknande arbete
God datorvana med kunskaper i MS Officepaketet, främst Word och Excel
B-körkort

Job Summary


The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at?Tetra Pak. It's a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of?our operating model:

We created the next chapter for Tetra Pak to become a more dynamic, productive and capable company. To achieve this, we introduced a new operating model, including a new organisational structure. The Next Chapter System Platform programme will strengthen our operating model to help us work in new ways in the years ahead.

This is a multi-year transformation starting with the first pilot in Iberia with golive February 2026, followed by several further pilots and implementation waves based on geographical scope. At the heart of this is our ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA.


With NCSP programme, we'll build more than a platform, we'll create the foundation for Tetra Pak's success for the next 70 years and beyond.?





Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for six key areas related to the overall programme.

What you will do


As the Solution Delivery Centre Manager in the NCSP Programme, you will act as an integrated part of the Solution delivery management driving planning, progress tracking and risk & issue management for the Solution delivery body including identifying, proposing and driving actions.


Key areas in your role are to;


Drive phase and cycle planning and prioritization across projects (demand input).



Drive analysis of capacity between teams and projects (supply input).



Report on progress (Earned value, closed etc.) in several dimensions (projects, teams, deliverable types) and drive towards actions.



Drive consistency in planning across all teams in SDC.



Drive data quality and consistency.
Collect, prioritize and communicate risks & issues.



Ensure adherence to established methodologies, standards, and frameworks to maintain quality and consistency.



Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices based on insights and lessons learned.

Strong experience (at least 5 years) in project management, controller or PMO roles within complex programmes.



Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Work with stakeholders to define an effective portfolio of strategic programs to achieve the desired transformation, incl. prioritization, sequencing and timing of the programs.
Work with the strategic program owners and drivers to set their contribution to the objectives and follow up on their business case.
Lead the reporting towards ELT on the status of strategy deployment and propose changes incl. start / stop / redirect strategic programs, change the allocation of funding, etc.
Lead the investigation in case of deviations, escalate if necessary, propose corrective actions and support resolution of the issues.
Lead the integration of strategic programs into the 3-year business and functional plans. Ensure connections to the financial and workforce plans on 3-year and 1-year horizon.
Support decision making on the allocation of company resources towards strategic objectives and programs incl. IT project funding, R&D spend, CAPEX investments, promotional investment and workforce allocation.
Maintain transparency of how the funding is allocated (forward looking) and consumed (backward looking). Evaluate the effectiveness of resource allocation and provide feedback to senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the success of Strategic Planning’s mission in the area of strategy development with leading one project annually to resolve an important strategic issue that requires a strategic response.

Som Servicerådgivare i personbilsverkstaden tar du emot våra kunder på plats, via telefon och mail. Du ger råd kring service och reparationer, lämnar ut prisuppgifter, hanterar försäkringsärenden samt fakturering. I denna roll förekommer även en viss grad av arbetsledning.  
Stor vikt läggs vid god service och bra kundbemötande. Du blir en del av ett team där vi jobbar för att utvecklas tillsammans. 
Vad vi önskar av dig 
Du är van att arbeta med kunden i fokus och skapa goda kundrelationer. Vi tror att du har några års erfarenhet av arbete i en verkstads administration. Vi ser gärna att du arbetat i butik eller med något annat serviceyrke tidigare och har en god problemlösningsförmåga.  
Du har goda datorkunskaper och förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift. B-körkort är ett krav. Din personlighet, vilja att utvecklas med oss och din inställning är det vi lägger störst vikt vid i denna rekrytering. 
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i Kobra är meriterande.

Job Summary
Within Sustainability Climate & Nature we are working to realize our ambition through the implementation of the Tetra Pak Approach to Nature. We are now looking for a Nature Director who will lead Nature strategy and initiatives across the value chain. The Nature Director will report to the Vice President Climate & Nature.

What you will do
Lead the development, review and implementation of Tetra Pak’s agenda r elated to nature in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Lead the identification and management of nature-related risks and opportunities
Oversee performance monitoring and reporting related to nature .
Generate Nature value added support to front lines and translates Nature initiatives into value for the regions (customer focus).

We believe you have
Min 5 years of relevant experience from working in the field of Sustainability and good understanding corporate nature impacts and their management ( forestry, agricultural and/or mining-related commodities).
Knowledge and practical experience in implementing environmental due diligence processes in global operations, as per international standards.
Good knowledge and experience in application of sustainability and nature-related risk regulatory frameworks , standards and emerging best practices.
Good knowledge and experience of land use and/or forestry sector, with specific reference to land management, no deforestation, traceability and biodiversity impacts.
Clear understanding of Tetra Pak strategy and its implications for sustainability.
Strong business acumen and practical experience in working with business functions to implement actions to address nature related impacts, risks and opportunities, across the value chain.
Proven ability to delivering cross-border complex projects. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

Job Summary
Starting October 2025, On-site Support (OSS) and Infrastructure Services (INS) will be strategically unified under a new team: Infrastructure Support Services (ISS). This integration is designed to enhance the efficiency and consistency of IT service delivery, while also creating new growth and development opportunities for the team.
As an Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) Services Manager for Europe and Central Asia (ECA) North region, you are responsible for the delivery of onsite support within your geographical locations and coordinating remote backbone support globally during your time zone.
This means that you are responsible for ensuring that all such users receive the agreed IT support whenever there is physical presence or remotely to resolve IT issues and fulfil IT requests.
The role will be based in Lund but will act over the entire region as well as collaborate with colleagues on a global level. You are also responsible for a high-performance team of ~15 employees and 10 consultants as a line manager and people leader. You will be reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure Support Services).
What you will do
As Service Manager, you will:
Ensure that service is delivered according to defined KPI’s.
Continuously work to improve the service, both from a regional perspective as well as contributing to improve the service at a global level.
Collaborate with the corresponding IT Business Partner, Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to address any needs and concerns that are in scope for the service.
Be involved in the decision-making process for computers, printers, monitors and computer accessories in the ECA North region by following up budget utilization, making sure that is within the top-down restrictions.
With the assistance of a data center manager, you will be overseeing the Lund Data Center, to be future/ready.
Collaborating with other ISS Service Managers in global initiatives to extend your support and improve service efficiency.
Communicate, coordinate and organize a response team in case of Major Incidents affecting your time zone and/or provide time zone coverage.
Be the contact person for any escalations within the ECA North region.

Job Summary
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for
· Being accountable for the Key Components Product Line at a regional level with regard to developing, alignment, and executing a strong regional strategy combining regional and local direction, measures and deliverables as needed to be successfully.
· Proactively driving sales success, and spearheading business development initiatives that align with the global strategy to systematically increase the installed base, our penetration with and within selected channels and the connected services business.
· Accountable and responsible for understanding customer needs, new products and specification demands, as well competitiveness of the respective key component portfolio in the markets of the region, what it takes to win, and sharing this know-how in the organization to enable customer-centric action.
Key Responsibilities:
Systematically analyze and identify business growth opportunities assessing them against strategic fit, potential, and ease in unlocking them, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends in the specific region following the FoS methodology.
Define and implement a regional portfolio strategy aligned with global directives and local market needs, taking into account the specifics of the different countries and ensuring next to regional measures to scale local measures to secure that measures bring the expected return.
Break down the strategy into clear action plans incl. measurable targets, milestones, owners with responsible markets, ensuring regular updates and agreed-upon support from various contributors as e.g. Commercial Product Managers.
Ensure effective sales execution and support via Business Enablement and Execution team as well as MO to achieve targets. Establish timely stakeholder updates.
Develop business cases and deployment plans for product introductions, upgrades, or discontinuations based on market demands and profitability analysis.
Manage deals and opportunities while ensuring compliance with commercial practices, including pricing, margin, and risk assessments.
Oversee lead and opportunity management to maximize win rates, maintain lost opportunity logs, conduct detailed analysis, and establish mitigation plans for markets.
Actively evaluate customer needs, identifying new business development opportunities, and analyzing competitor strongholds to develop targeted win-back strategies and deployment plans to be implemented with MO and across KC business, using Flywheel of Success methodology.
Collaborate with Regional Channel Managers on specific business development projects to support channel development.
Drive tactical business development activities to foster new products and services to sell via channels from PSE, identify Product Development Needs and identify key market trends, evaluation of new technologies and potential future Key Components (acquisitions), as well as what it needs to unlock them.
Provide regular updates on project wins/losses (W/L), strike ratios, and key market challenges. Lead follow-ups on open proposals with Market Operations and channel partners to ensure pipeline progression for the respective key component.
Customer and Channel business development and sales support/business development activities (up to 25 - 50% travel required)
Measure: Drive over proportional accountable KC sales growth, entire FoS with KMI, KPI, KAI except equip quality, A&D

Job Summary
The Sustainability Manager, EMEA acts as the Sustainability Business Partner for Facilities and Real Estate Management (FREM), driving the integration of sustainability across regional operations. What you will do

The Value Stream PSE, Projects and Tools team that is fully involved in the value stream work for the NCSP Programme. Thus, continue to support and maintain the OFCE process while working with the End-to-End process teams to maximise business value for the PS&E organisations.
We are looking for a Line Manager, who will take on these challenges together with a highly skilled and motivated team of Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts.
This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
You will lead and ensure process and tools usability and performance with purpose to increase value to our customers in alignment with function owners impacted by the value stream segment. This includes an end-to-end value stream process segment design, a secured implementation and a proper launch, develop and introduction of process and tools improvements (CI and/or new BT Projects).
You will focus on
As Manager Value Stream Project, Sales and Order Management, you will take the line management responsibility of a team of professional Value Stream Leads, Coaches and Experts with global experience from executing the Value Stream PSE processes in the value segment. You will lead by setting the strategy and networking with stakeholders to determine priorities.
· Drive collaboration with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure that relevant KPI's are in place and are meeting business goals and are aligned with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure a systematic alignment on improvements by aligning with GIM, Process Office and other Value Streams. Ensure a systematic communication of best practices, tools, and methodologies and align with other Value Stream segments
· Ensure that appropriate tools are chosen to support the Value Stream segments and are in alignment with other segments. Ensure that chosen tools are supporting the strategies and are integrated into existing processes and systems. Ensure monitoring and evaluation is in place for tools relevant for the Value Stream segments. Ensure a systematic way to provide training and support for effective tool utilization.
· Ensure a structure for community building is in place, aligned with other Value Stream segments. Organize regular meetings and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for continuous improvement best practices and resources, within Value Stream segments.
· Ensure coordination of SOP's cross Value Stream segments. Plan and coordinate for regular audits and assessments. Ensure training programs are in place for relevant. Value Stream segments and aligned with other Value Streams segments and Value Streams. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation is in place to support compliance efforts and facilitate audits
· Support project execution and prioritization of timelines and resources. Support in engaging key stakeholders when required. Ensure collaboration on change in all aspects with key stakeholders relevant for the Value Stream segments. Make sure relevant CI methods are used to drive process improvements to ensure sustainable change.
· Drive maintenance of the OFCE process and process elements such as documents, process controls, CSA, skills, learnings, BEX profiles and GBRs.
· Coordinate the team’s participation in the NCSP program according to the Value Stream role.
· Support the development of WCM Autonomous Team.
We believe you have
· Extensive operational experience working in any of the OFCE or other global processes.
· At least 10 years of experience as Global Process Coach or Global Primary Process Driver
· An experienced line manager or interest in the Line Management role.
· Proven success in Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
· Good understanding of the end-to-end OFCE process and PSE business
· A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and self-driven Sustainability Performance Manager who will be ready to contribute to our dynamic team environment and take responsibility for the execution of Sustainability transformation projects
This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere within Europe where Tetra Pak is present.
What you will do
Data management & external reporting:
Coordinate data tracking and performance visualisation with data experts from the different sustainability units
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing sustainability performance data.
Lead voluntary external sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.

Performance monitoring:
Track and analyse sustainability KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare Strategic pulse and KPIs review for the sustainability pillar and sustainability organisation

Strategy development:
Support the sustainability team in decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated into business operations.

Stakeholder engagement, communication & continuous improvement:
Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate Tetra Pak's sustainability performance.
Conduct regular sustainability performance reviews and present findings to senior management.
Ensure continuous improvement in sustainability performance through benchmarking and performance assessments

We believe you have
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 3-5 years of experience in sustainability performance management or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
Experience with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite would be considered an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The Transformation organisation’s role is to support the delivery of Strategy 2030 working closely with our business partners and the Strategic Programmes.
We are now looking for a Transformation portfolio Manager who will be responsible to establish and manage the Transformation Portfolio to secure visibility, information accuracy and accessibility. Provide all stakeholders, across Transformation and Operations, with relevant, dynamic information to support decision making, prioritisation and reporting capabilities. What you will do

· Build, maintain and improve a complete Change Portfolio against stakeholder requirements including clear reporting.
· Manage the Portfolio Tool and accessibility. Secure that stakeholders have real time visibility to portfolio information and key metrics enabling informed decision making.
· Define, deploy and maintain reporting capabilities - entry points and stakeholder groups. Oversee the development of reporting tools that in turn will be made available to stakeholders.
· Support Transformation business partners to identify key areas for engagement towards our stakeholders.

You have a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience in a planning or analytical role with varied stakeholder level interaction. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.
You should have a good understanding of what it takes to drive change, with the energy and passion to create something new. You are persistent and willing to push through what needs to be done, even when those around you not convinced. You have drive, strong communication skills, and building relationships is something that comes naturally to you, then you could be exactly what we are looking for. We are now looking for a Manager Equipment Engineering & Automation who will Lead the multi-disciplinary team of technical specialists responsible for technical product management and working in product scrum teams (appr 30 employees).

We believe you have
We believe you have 3-5 years of proven experience working in finance. International experience in global/regional roles is a great asset. Erfarenhet från återförsäljare inom tung fordons industri är starkt meriterande och som minst behöver du ha god kännedom om den tunga lastbils- och bussbranschen. Samarbetet inom regionen är viktigt mellan både försäljning och med dina kollegor på de övriga serviceverkstäderna, därför ser vi gärna att du är öppen, flexibel och tycker om att bredda vyn. In this role, you will work closely with our "GPHE Service" while organizationally be part of the GPHE S&OP; team. This is where we focus on product, demand, supply and inventory planning for our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) business. To date, our S&OP; focus has been on capital sales of complete units. Now it's time to add the after sales and spare part business in a formal setup which is why we are hiring a S&OP; Manager for spare parts. Since it's a new position and new scope, the role includes both implementing and then running the process.



As our S&OP; manager, your focus will include:



* Implement and Drive the S&OP; spare part process for the products owned by GPHE.
* Impact assessment and improvement? analysis.

About you:

Responsibilities include building a customer automation requirements framework, mapping customer needs to our portfolio and driving business requirements across geographies through each account’s operational plans.
As Program Manager & Global Accounts, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support in agreement with the Global Account teams starting from customer understanding up to opportunity management. As part of the role, you will assess learnings from different projects and apply forward in a positive reinforcement loop. You will also conduct innovation forums with geographic and global customer account stakeholders.
Based in Lund, Sweden, but with a global scope, you will work with colleagues from all over the world, across all of Tetra Pak’s businesses.
This is a permanent position, and traveling will be required approximately 40% of the time.

Who you are
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and a strong commitment to Health & Safety. You are passionate about learning and developing your skills and are comfortable working in a global team dispersed across multiple locations. You must have experience with continuous & discrete manufacturing, Tetra Pak automation control systems such as Production Control / Production Integrator and PLC/HMI/DB system integration kits. Knowledge of industrial OT/IT and networking is desirable.

We believe you have:
· A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) in automation solutions, electrical or electronic engineering, or process control
· A minimum of 5 years of account management in the industrial automation sector
· Expertise in automation platforms and IT/OT systems design, especially in F&B
· Automation engineer field experience, particularly regarding PLC, HMI, MES, MOM, ERP Integration, IIoT
· Experience in an international work and customer environment
· Extensive knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell and AVEVA automation and digital products
· Fluent English, both written and spoken

Job Summary
Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is a strategic programme which will enable the future of Tetra Pak by reimagining two elements of our new operating model; Technology & Data and Processes. We will do this by replacing our current ERP system (SAP ECC), to create a new technology and data foundation for everything we do in Tetra Pak, and by redesigning our processes and ways of working accordingly.
This is a massive multi-year transformation, which will impact the entire company, and we are looking for a Change Manager who will drive change management within and across the new end-to-end process workstreams, to support successful programme implementation and end-user adoption, as well as manage the Change Approach & Methodology Office, to drive development of efficient scalable approach & methods for consistent successfull change management across process workstreams.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will be reporting to Change Lead Next Chapter System Platform Programme.

What you will do
You will be responsible for change management within and across process workstreams as well as for developing and aligning Change Management approach, methods and tools across process workstreams.

Support Change Managers in practical application
Work in close cooperation with System Integrator, Change Managers & Learning Team
Drive long term Role Design and structure post implementation as a part of the Process Office

We believe you have
Experience from Project Management (5-7 years) and driving and developing approaches and methodology for change projects.
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
High personal drive and process oriented with a structured, methodical and systematic approach
Collaborative & successful in coaching and driving alignment.
Proven track record of formal/informal leadership
Good business understanding and experience from working with Tetra Pak processes

The Food Development Centre Tetra Recart (FDC) is now looking for a person to focus on improvement and best utilization of our service portfolio to grow the Tetra Recart global business. FDC role is to support in customer contacts with food expertise, solutions, and ideas in all steps of the sales journey, from first marketing activities, during the sales process as well as during installation and expanding customer capabilities with new, innovative products when in production. To do this we need to have knowledge about the full production chain for retorted, shelf stable products and we need to master not only food product trends and development, but also how to support customers when expanding into new products or facing issues.
Your main responsibility would be to further develop and promote best utilization of these competences and services in all types of customer interactions across markets in collaboration with the rest of the Tetra Recart team in a very dynamic environment.

As FDC Food Development Manager you will:
Actively participate in developing and deploying FDC service offers to the market to support and be an integrated part in the sales process including e.g. customer meetings and product trials.
Drive development of new FDC offers e.g. testing options, trainings and workshops.
Secure best utilization and development of team competence.
Internal and external marketing of our FDC offers and knowledge in an appropriate way for the global market organisation.

Local Assembly Lund is one of 7 assembly supply sites in the world within the Product Group Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE). From Lund we supply our whole range of GPHE.
We are now looking for a Unit Manager Supply Chain, for the Assembly Site in Lund. As UM Supply Chain you are responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, order handling and warehouse activities and ensuring a high performance of our end-to-end Customer Service.
You are responsible for securing the team’s daily performance as well as team improvements and competence. You ensure that the group is working towards set targets and following our processes. Your role is to make sure that you, together with the team, work in an efficient way according to business requirements, adding value to our customers.
The role is situated in Lund and you’ll report to the Factory Manager. You will be part of the Local Assembly Lund Management Team. You’ll work in close collaboration the rest of the organization with end-to-end improvements and to drive our factory to meet the future requirements.
The Assembly Factory in Lund is in a major program for setting the new standards for customer service with high level of MRP system integration, implementation of Lean concepts in our Supply Chain where we are developing the methods of working and serving our production lines.
During 2024 we will be continuing to work with Masterplan Lund expansion with a new building and preparing to migrate to a new MRP system. An automated order flow process will require closeness to our markets. We will seek to understand needs to increase our Service level by building Lean Flow based supply chain organization,. Our Factory is run as a Lean line and supply chain processes are to be managed in accordance with the same principle. You will have a key role in these projects.
