Vår produktionsenhet i Sjöbo är ett produktions- och produktionstekniskt centrum för nyckelkomponenter och reservdelar till hela världen. Vår produktionsenhet söker nu en CNC operatör.

Om jobbet

I rollen som fräsare kommer du självständigt att ställa in, programmera, rigga och köra CNC-styrda fräsar av märket Mori Seiki. (Fanuc). Du kommer kontrollera de bearbetade komponenterna för att säkerställa att de uppfyller de föreskrivna kvalitetsstandarderna och toleranserna. Rostfritt och brons är de vanligaste metaller vi bearbetar i. Du kommer att ingå i ett team som ansvarar för denna maskingrupp, men samtidigt kan arbeta självständigt i din roll att tillverka kvalitativa delar utefter våra ritningar.

Din profil

Du har flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta som CNC -operatör i fleroperations fräsar.
*

Du skall självständigt kunna planera ditt arbete och vara lösningsorienterad.
*

Som person ser vi att du är ansvarstagande, initiativrik och samarbetsvillig.
*

Du gillar att komma med förbättringsförslag för verksamheten och sedan vara drivande i att genomföra dem.
*

Du kan läsa ritningar, samt mätteknik.
*

Du talar och skriver svenska obehindrat.
*

Du har erfarenhet av att programmera i CAM Works eller i liknande programvaror.
*

Övrigt förekommande verkstadssysslor såsom borrning, gängning, kapning, pressning och manuell svarvning förekommer.
*

B-körkort och Truckkort är ett krav
*

Meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Lean sedan tidigare.
*

Meriterande med gruppledarerfarenhet.

About the job

We offer an interesting job opportunity within the Business Unit Electrolyzer and Fuel cell Technology (BU-EFT) for you who enjoy working with key customers in a global market. Key is for you to have knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.

You will be based in Lund and report to Head of Development for Electrolyzer and Fuel cell technologies.

As Development Engineer, you will work with the process development for our Bi-Polar Plate (BPP) designs and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems in an international context.

You will work mainly with technologies in project form in very close cooperation with other Development engineers, Application specialists and Laboratory technicians. In addition, you will interact with other Development Engineers as well as key customers.

Your main responsibilities includes development, design and optimization of equipment and fixtures for the Bi-Polar Plate (BPP) and other electrolyzer/fuel cell components. Also included simulation and optimization of brazing processes. Design is done in our 3D-CAD system, and product data is managed in our PDM system.

Who you are

About the job

"Project Office" is a part of "Operations development", with a focus on footprint and transformation projects connected to the operations of Alfa Laval. The footprint projects are the major change projects that are gradually adapting the factory footprint to make Alfa Laval more competitive and sustainable. A footprint project can typically cover CAPEX activities related to moving or setting up a new production line or to expand a factory. The supply chain is built around our three key technologies: heat transfer, separation and fluid handling and includes a network of factories and distribution centres in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Right now, there are many plans on how to make Alfa Laval more sustainable and competitive for the future and to support this journey we will extend our project office with a Project Manager.

As?Project?Manager,?you?will?lead?challenging projects with high?impact on people and?business.?It can be?to drive projects during?the?early?confidential?analysis phase?as well as driving projects?all the way through implementation.?Your projects will drive change in the field of operations including manufacturing, assembly,?warehousing and technology development. What you know
You ideally have several years of experience from working with projects in a global organisation of which, at least 3-5 years in direct project management.

Responsibilities of the Process Engineer

Support our customers and service organization in the performance evaluation of our installed base of compact welded heat exchangers.

Participate in our service offering of performing installation and start-up services.

Suggest actions on how to sustain or improve performance over time.

Participate in the generation of new opportunities using process and heat transfer knowledge.

Ensure high quality heat exchanger designs in the quotation process.

Deliver training/learning activities to secure knowledge and inspire effective work.

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical understanding of hydrocarbon process industries.

You have the ability to understand our customers processes, evaluate heat exchanger performance, make proposals to improve or sustain heat exchanger and process performance over time.

You like technical challenges and finding optimum solutions both from techncial and commercial aspects.

You should have a high capacity for networking and a social capability to establish an excellent internal and external network.

If you have the right qualifications we offer you an international job in a challenging and interesting segment geared up for growth. International travel is estimated to 30 days per year.

You have a university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum three years of relevant work experience from the refinery or chemical industry is a plus.
