Supplier Management is the organisation within Tetra Pak responsible for managing our relationships with suppliers. We are about 650 colleagues in 46 countries, responsible for all procurement in Tetra Pak. ????????????
We purchase within a big number of segments and categories - from software, energy and logistics to factory equipment, parts and automation solutions - but also all the material needed in our production of packaging and additional material, in other words paperboard, polymers, aluminum foil, film and ink.
As part of our Innovation & Sustainability function, we are now looking for a talented Sustainability Analyst to join our team and primarily support our work on material traceability and certification. You will work closely with other members of the team, as well as with our central Sustainability function, covering topics including climate, nature, human rights and circularity.
The position is permanent, and you will be based in either Lund (Sweden), Modena (Italy), Budaörs (Hungary) or Chakan (India).
What you will do
Support with the administration of sustainability certifications (FSC, Bonsucro and ISCC)
Support with capturing and reporting material traceability and due diligence data
Aid Tetra Pak sites in becoming certification-ready through developing and maintaining training material
Lead the collection and analysis of conflict mineral data from suppliers
Coordinate the maintenance and update of our Supplier Management learning development programmes on sustainability
Lead and support additional sustainability projects

We believe you have
A university degree in a relevant subject
Some work experience in a related field
A strong interest in sustainability
Basic project management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Manager – Category leader for Downstream Equipment and Electrical Cabinets who will have a high level of responsibility in Supplier Management Equipment and Parts, leading the definition and the execution of the procurement category strategies and supplier related activities in alignment with business strategies, to secure the achievement of KPI’s related to quality, cost and delivery and strong focus on securing supply.

What you will do
As a Senior Supplier Manager you will be responsible for defining the Downstream Equipment and Electrical Cabinets strategies, drive supplier selection and development in accordance with business strategy, risk management, global process and quality requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting benchmarks with new potential suppliers and will be accountable for the cross-functional execution of the supply chain transformation. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the supply of goods to maintain Tetra Pak's business continuity during challenging periods in the market, particularly concerning material cost and availability.
You will focus on
Develop and implement global procurement category strategies for Downstream Equipment and Electrical Cabinets that align with company objectives.
Drive initiatives to support the Globalisation of the current Supplier base securing that Downstream Equipment and Electrical Cabinets will be available at the most competitive conditions in alignment with key business requirements.
Conduct market analysis & supply base assessment to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with evolving business needs,
Coordinate crisis management activities to secure business continuity.
Engage fact-based negotiations with key suppliers by leveraging on should cost analysis and controlling key drivers of cost model of our equipment;
Engage in high-level stakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Drive negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and service levels to support PLC, planning and capacity requirements, stock management.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers, managing supplier performance effectively.
Manage supplier base by applying all Supplier management processes to secure compliance with Tetra Pak procedures;
Implement sustainable procurement practices in line with company’s sustainability goals.
Resources/succession planning and secure & develop competencies & capabilities within the organization for current/future needs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

We believe you have
We believe you have a university degree in Economics or Engineering and at least 5-10 years’ working experience in supplier management, supplier quality management or account management. You have solid knowledge of SAP, BO, Ariba, PowerBI. You have a deep knowledge of Tetra Pak equipment supply chain as well as SuM Supplier base management policies and procedures. You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful global procurement strategies and extensive experience in high-level stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
You are expert in Suppliers negotiations, and you have proven track records of Supplier management activities in sourcing, contracting, negotiations and strategy execution. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
You are an open-minded person with a strong drive for results. Your communication skills are excellent and work cross-functionally at all levels with different stakeholders is natural for you. You are comfortable to challenge the current state and you have the ability to get others to see and believe your points. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Manager / Category Leader who will have a high level of responsibility in Supplier Management Corporate & Professional Services and work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers to ensure the execution of our procurement category strategy. The global Corporate & Professional Services team is today managing category families such as HR Services, Marketing & Communications Services, Professional Services and Travel Services. This position will have an initial focus on Professional Services, specifically on Development & Technology Consulting, Technical Documentation and collaboration with innovative start-up companies and the world of Academia.
This position is preferably based in Lund (SE) or Modena (IT) but for the right candidate, other locations in Europe may also be considered. The job will require some travelling.
What you will do
As a Supplier Manager you will be responsible to develop and drive a number of global supply categories and interact directly with our main suppliers within those categories.
You will drive spend and market analysis, manage and execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage strategically important and preferred supplier partnerships, contracts and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement organization.
In this role, you will also be responsible for driving supplier selection and development in accordance with commodity strategy, risk management, global process and quality requirements. Furthermore, you will manage supplier related activities in alignment with business strategies to secure the achievement of KPI’s related to quality, cost and delivery.
You will focus on:
Define, implement and manage category strategy for Development & Technology Consulting services
Consider sustainability, compliance and risk management as an integral part of the category strategies
Secure supply and secure performance in term of quality, delivery and cost
Lead and manage sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy via our e-procurement solution, identify and implement cost saving initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships and implement a business partnering approach towards key stakeholders
Have an end-to-end Supplier Management process understanding and secure early involvement with business stakeholders
Define and manage performance improvements focusing on strategic needs
Manage relationships and collaborations with strategically important suppliers
Work collaboratively as a category lead with regional and local teams through regular network meetings to share, gather information and develop effective and efficient best practices
Develop and deploy expertise within the categories to maximize the potential of the supplier market, to ensure that savings efficiencies are achieved and to be a value-adding and trusted business partner

We believe you have
We believe you have a university degree in Economics, Engineering or Business administration and at least 5 years’ working experience in supplier management, supplier quality management or procurement in an international and global context
A good understanding of and experience in Technical Consulting Services, Technical documentation, Contingent Workforce management and/or Temporary Labour services will be meriting.
You have great knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of SAP BO, SAP Ariba and PowerBI and previous experience in procurement of Indirect Services will be considered a plus
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required
You are an open-minded person with a strong drive for and focus on results. A drive and focus you are able to maintain on your own and during busy as well as less busy periods
You communicate efficiently and proactively and communication at all levels with different stakeholders is natural for you

Vi söker en Inköpskoordinator med erfarenhet av projektledning till ett långt uppdrag hos en kund i Lund. Job Summary
Within the Finance & Supplier Management, Supplier Management is the purchasing function responsible for sourcing, contracting and managing the supplier base for Tetra Pak Processing and Packaging Solutions. You hold a university degree within Engineering or Economics combined with at least 6-8 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context. Experience in stainless steel, machining, pipes and welding is valuable for this position.
The position demands a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. As a person you are result oriented, self-driven and have strong communication skills. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and suppliers comes natural to you.

Supplier Management is a part of the Finance, Supplier Management and Business Transformation (FSB) organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak global procurement strategy. As an integrated part of that, we are also responsible for defining and managing our category strategies and our Supplier base.
The scope of the Supplier Manager covers category strategies and suppliers for Packaging equipment, Processing equipment, Projects and installations and Services – securing seamless delivery of integrated offerings, upgrades and spare parts as well as the development of new solutions within all our businesses.
This position is preferably based in Lund, Sweden but we are open for locations at Tetra Pak sites in Europe.


What you will do
In the role as Supplier Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our suppliers. You will be responsible for our global supply categories and interact directly with our strategic suppliers. You will drive spend and market analysis, manage strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing strategic supplier partnerships, contracts and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement management.
You will focus on:
Define, implement, and manage the category strategy for Functional Modules
Sourcing, contracting and management of our strategic supplier base, incl required partnerships
Stakeholder and stakeholder team management at senior levels (e.g., Leaders for functional and business unit areas) externally as well as internally.
Define and manage performance improvements for our factories



Who you are
We are looking for a business and result oriented, engaged, collaborative and analytical candidate with a passion for business and teamwork. Your drive, strong communication skills, engagement, and stakeholder management skills combined with your desire to deliver as a team enable you to easily manage our agenda across borders, internally as well as externally.
We believe you have at least 3 years of solid Supplier Management background, preferably within the area of manufacturing industry. It is highly valued if you have experience from equipment manufacturing. Also, you have experience of autonomously driving change. The successful candidate has a university degree, preferably within Business and/or Engineering. You have an excellent command in English, both written and verbal.

Arbetsuppgifter:

I rollen som Masterplanner hos NOTE har du ett tätt samarbete med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare. I din roll ansvarar du för att planera produktionen utifrån behov från kund för att sedan skapa logistikupplägg med prognoser som därefter registreras i företagets system. Vidare har du ansvar för daglig uppföljning av prognoserna så att de är rätt planerade i systemet vilket även innebär en tät kundkontakt gällande leveransplaneringen för att få nöjda kunder. Du är den person övriga avdelningar vänder sig till när det uppstår problem i produktionen – vilket innebär att stor del av ditt arbete kretsar kring hur du kan förändra och förbättra processerna. Som Masterplanner arbetar du ständigt för förbättringsåtgärder i flödet från order till leverans.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Några års arbetslivserfarenhet som planerare/Supply Planner inom produktion
• Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom Supply Chain eller inköp (meriterande)
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift

Då rollen innebär att du har tät kontakt med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare trivs du med att ha många kontaktytor och ser stort värde i att samarbeta med andra. Du motiveras av att agera problemlösande och anstränger dig för att leverera effektiva lösningar med hög kvalitet. Vidare drivs du av att ständigt vara med och bidra till förbättringar av processer och rutiner. Du har en analytisk förmåga och är uppmärksam på detaljer då du tycker om att göra saker ordentligt. Därtill förstår du vikten av struktur och ordning i ditt arbete vilket gör att du planerar dina uppgifter innan du sätter igång.

Work Description

Now we are looking for a production planner/ order planner with experience in working with SAP. You will be assigned to the department, Components and Parts, and it is responsible for the supply chain of the products as well as the planning of orders towards their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive daily (operational) production planning in SAP (capacity and material availability)
* Participation in tactical capacity planning (incl. stock planning) based on forecast to meet customer demands
* Continuously monitor the plan and interact with the production daily
* Continuous improvement work to secure material availability and KPI targets
* Daily sales order handling and communication with customers

Who we are looking for

You will also support sourcing, contracting and supplier base management activities.

Who you are?
