Job Summary
Do you have experience of or interest in securing supply chain readiness for new spare parts and solutions to secure the best customer experience?

We are now looking for a new team member to join us in Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services, the central organization that manages our spare parts and consumables for our global customers.

Within SSN we have the task to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing availability of spare parts, consumables and upgrades in our global network of distribution centres.

The Deployment Specialist team has a central role in ensuring supply chain readiness and is responsible for deploying new kit’s and spare parts for product development and Product Life Cycle (PLC) solutions, to our customers around the world. Securing supply chain readiness includes both ramp-ups and ramp-downs of the new/old kit’s and spare parts in our stocks globally. The role requires both great analytical as well as good networking skills. You will be working in Scrum Teams and collaborate with several internal colleagues including Development organisation, Supplier Management and Global Planning.

In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization. Position is based in Lund, Sweden, and you will report to Manager Planning & Stock Optimization.
This is a one-year long, temporary position. Travels are limited.
What you will do
As our Deployment Specialist, you will:
Drive and secure a cost-effective and timely ramp-up of spare parts and kits in SSN Global Network to support deployment plans for new equipment and solutions.
Act as SSN Subject Matter Expert for new deployments of kits and spare parts in collaboration with stakeholders including D&T, Issue Resolution, Maintenance Units, etc.
Drive and secure planning system parameters are set according to stocking policy for new spare part/kit releases.
Follow up released solutions and adjust stocking parameters for kits and spare parts to secure availability when needed.
Highlight opportunities for savings and mitigate risks connected to ramp-up and ramp-down of kits and spare parts.
Drive and participate in continuous improvement and automation activities within spare part and kit deployment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement improvements in deployment processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational performance and scalability.
Contribute to the development and optimization of digital tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to support data-driven decision-making and transparency.

Good command of SAP ECC/SPP.
Good understanding of Tetra Pak design-related processes is a plus.
Experience from working in Scrum projects and project management is a plus.
A passion for process improvement, automation, and digital tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Summary
IT Supplier Management is part of the Finance & Supplier Management organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak Information Technology (IT) global procurement strategy. Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts, and best practices
Support and provide input to category owner to qualify potential suppliers and keep good knowledge of IT software.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships communicating results and acts as a proactive partner.
Manage escalations related to performance or commercial terms issues.
Other supplier management tasks within any IT category.

We believe you have
University bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
3+ years of experience on sourcing, sales or other relevant commercial role.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of SAP and ARIBA is preferred.

As person you are a good communicator, negotiator and your stakeholder management skills are excellent. If you have experience from Project management that would be considered as a plus.

What you will do

An exciting opportunity opens within Base Materials Ink Technology. We are looking for a Senior Technical Supplier Manager, that will have a key role in managing the main ink suppliers to fulfil the customer expectations today as well as tomorrow.
Within Supplier Management, we secure supply of sustainable, safe, cost-competitive base materials at the required quality level for our factories and customers. We also support and contribute to base material innovation, addressing cost, sustainability and quality challenges.
The position is permanent, based in Lund and will include some travelling (est. 10-15%). You will be part of the Tetra Pak central Supplier Management organization, responsible for main deliverables in ink technical supplier management. You will be reporting to: Manager Foil & Ink Technology.
What you will do
You will be a part of the central competence team responsible for maintaining and developing supplier capabilities and specifications. You will drive and support supplier improvement activities, issue resolution, perform audits and suppliers sourcing and be involved/drive base material qualification projects. Another part is to initiate and define improvements together with suppliers to optimize and deliver on Tetra Pak strategy.
Focus areas:
Drive qualification projects, ink evaluations and knowledge building activities to enable world class inks
Ownership of selected suppliers to ensure continuous improvements and compliance with Tetra Pak specifications

We are currently seeking a Supplier Manager who will oversee a portfolio of suppliers and actively contribute to the development and execution of our category strategy for Tanks and Pressure Vessels.
This is a temporary 1-year position based in Lund, with frequent interactions with both global and local stakeholders. The role involves travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
What you will do
As a Supplier Manager, you will work closely with our business stakeholders, various supplier management functions, and suppliers.
Your primary focus will include:
Executing strategic sourcing projects, supporting stakeholders in project delivery, and managing supplier contracts and performance.
Driving and measuring supplier performance and fostering strong supplier relationships.
Ensuring the achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery within the supply base.
Driving performance improvements with a focus on quality, cost, and lead time.
Securing the consistent achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery.

We believe you have
A university degree in Engineering or Economics, with at least 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management within an international, global context.
Demonstrated ability to apply strong negotiation skills and innovative approaches to supplier base development.
Previous experience in a Supplier Management function within the food packaging industry, which will be considered an advantage.
A solid level of commercial, relational, and negotiation skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

By utilizing our modern logistics platforms, we serve customers all over the world via distribution centres in Lund, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Chakan.
You are going to be based in Lund, Sweden.
The position is temporary (1 year).
No travelling is required for the position.
What you will do
As our SSN Operational Purchasing Specialist you will join a great team and play a vital role in securing that purchasing operations and related processes are handled in the most efficient way and to the benefit of our customers. The role includes:
Managing the full purchase-to-pay process and all related operational and administrative tasks for an assigned portfolio of suppliers
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to secure operational efficiency and quality

What you will do
As our SSN Sourcing Specialist you will join a great team and play a vital role in securing that customer demand for low moving parts without assigned vendor is satisfied in an effective way.
You will:
Manage the sourcing of parts when customer demand occurs, and no vendor is assigned
Develop the supplier base in line with supplier management’s sourcing strategy
Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to secure operational efficiency and quality
Maintain, develop and use Tetra Pak’s internal network (Master Data, Engineering etc.) in order to deliver upon customer specific requests

Job Summary

You hold a university degree within Engineering or Economics combined with at least 6-8 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context. Experience in stainless steel, machining, pipes and welding is valuable for this position.
The position demands a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. As a person you are result oriented, self-driven and have strong communication skills. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and suppliers comes natural to you.
You can get others to see and believe your points, and you are analytical, methodical and efficient. You can maintain drive and focus during peaks.

Job Summary
Supplier Management leads and manages the sourcing, contracting and supplier base management within Tetra Pak. Our mission is to deliver value, contributing to sustainable business performance through a capable, dynamic and productive Supplier Management team.
Supplier Management is responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak global procurement strategy. As an integrated part of that, we are also responsible for defining and managing our Category strategies and our Supplier base.
We are looking for an experienced Supplier Manager / Category Leader who will have a high level of responsibility in Supplier Management Corporate & Professional Services and work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers to ensure the execution of our procurement category strategy. The global Corporate & Professional Services team is today managing category families such as HR Services, Marketing & Communications Services, Professional Services and Travel Services.
You will be based in the best suited location where Tetra Pak has a legal entity and you will work in a Global arena. The job will require some travelling.
What you will do
As a Supplier Manager you will be responsible to develop and drive a number of global supply categories and interact directly with our main suppliers within those categories.
You will drive spend and market analysis, manage and execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing strategically important and preferred supplier partnerships, contracts and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement organization.
In this role, you will also be responsible for driving supplier selection and development in accordance with commodity strategy, risk management, global process and quality requirements. Furthermore, you will manage supplier related activities in alignment with business strategies to secure the achievement of KPI’s related to quality, cost and delivery.
You will focus on:
Define, implement and manage category strategies in Corporate & Professional Services
Consider sustainability, compliance and risk management as an integral part of the category strategies
Secure supply and secure performance in term of quality, delivery and cost
Lead and manage sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy via our e-procurement solution, identify and implement cost saving initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships and implement a business partnering approach towards key stakeholders
Have an end-to-end Supplier Management process understanding and secure early involvement with business stakeholders
Define and manage performance improvements focusing on strategic needs
Manage relationships and collaborations with strategically important suppliers
Work collaboratively as a category lead with regional and local teams through regular network meetings to share, gather information and develop effective and efficient best practices
Develop and deploy expertise within categories to maximize the potential of the supplier market, to ensure that savings efficiencies are achieved and to be a value-adding and trusted business partner

We believe you have
We believe you have a university degree in Economics or Engineering and at least 5 years’ working experience in supplier management, supplier quality management or procurement in an international and global context
You have great knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of SAP BO, Ariba and PowerBI and previous experience of procurement of Indirect Services will be considered a plus
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required
You are an open-minded person with a strong drive for and focus on results. A drive and focus you are able to maintain on your own and during busy as well as less busy periods
You communicate efficiently and proactively and communication at all levels with different stakeholders is natural for you

We are currently looking for a temporary Supplier Coordinator to cover for a maternity leave for Sunne/Skoghall factory to be responsible for local Supply Management activities in our Sunne and Skoghall converting factories in line with strategies, processes and KPIs
This position will be based either based in Sunne or Lund, Sweden and you will be part of the North Europe Procurement team


What you will do
Drive sourcing and contracting activities as per strategies for your assigned categories with a view to unlock values, reduce risks and successfully address needs/requests from internal stakeholders
Identify and implement cost savings initiatives

Who you are
We believe you have:
Degree in Economics/Logistics/Business management or relevant area
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role, in an international environment
Experience from food industry is desirable but not essential
Computer Literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with SAP as ERP system and Ariba in e-procurement will be a strong plus

We believe that you have strong negotiation & communication skills, you can motivate and influence cross-functionally at all levels and high collaboration with wide range of stakeholders. What you will do
As Supplier Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing and delivering KPI targets for all CS categories such as HR, PS, Marcom, FREM Travel & IT.
Should be a subject matter expert in all CS categories and provide support, advice, and guidance to local teams.
Driving sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy, identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
Develop and deploy expertise within a particular area of high spend categories as required to ensure that savings efficiencies are achieved.
Driving and measuring supplier performance; manage supplier base.
Taking an active part in the creation and execution of our category strategy.
Executing strategic sourcing projects, supporting stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing supplier contracts and performance.
Secure the achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost and delivery of the supply base
Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Lead KPI target settings and forecasting activities for all categories under CS.
Work collaboratively as a lead with Global team and local teams through regular network meetings and channelize communications.
Lead and arrange regular network meetings with local teams to share, gather information and develop effective and efficient best practices.
Support Global team to implement strategies within markets and other vendor master data activities.
Play a pivotal role in the Supplier Management transformation journey. Engage with stakeholder to drive a culture of demand planning and early procurement involvement.

Who you are
We believe you have:
University degree or Higher education preferably in the field of Business Administration or Economics and have a good command in English both written and verbally
At least 10+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context as well as advanced data management, contracting and vendor management skills
A previous experience in a Supplier Management function in the food packaging industry and within the CS categories will be considered a big plus,
Good analytical and data management skills to be able to challenge the status quo based on data and key insights,
A good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. Should have the ability to think and act strategically with strong commercial awareness, ability to interpret and negotiate contractual terms.
As a person you are results oriented, energetic, self-driven and have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and continuous change.

Supplier Management is a part of the Finance, Supplier Management and Business Transformation (FSB) organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak global procurement strategy. The scope of the Supplier Manager covers category strategies and suppliers for Converting equipment, securing seamless delivery of integrated offerings, upgrades and spare parts as well as the development of new solutions within all our businesses.
This position will be based in Lund.
What you will do
In the role as Category Leader, you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our suppliers. You will be responsible for our global supply categories and interact directly with our strategic suppliers. You will drive spend and market analysis, manage strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing strategic supplier partnerships, contracts and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement management.
You will focus on the following;
Define, implement and manage a category strategy in Converting Equipment’s

Within the Finance, Supplier Management ? Business Transformation organization, Supplier Management is the procurement function responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing the Corporate Services (CS) supplier base for Tetra Pak Europe, Central Asia, Russia, Middle East, and Africa as part of a team.
We are looking for an experienced Supplier Manager who will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our suppliers to ensure the execution of our procurement category strategy.
You will be based in best suited location where Tetra Pak has a legal entity (i.e., Lund, Dubai, Budaors, Gornji etc.), and you will work in a regional arena.
What you will do
As Supplier Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing and delivering KPI targets for all CS categories such as HR, PS, Marcom, FREM Travel & IT.
Should be a subject matter expert in all CS categories and provide support, advice, and guidance to local teams.
Driving sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy, identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
Develop and deploy expertise within a particular area of high spend categories as required to ensure that savings efficiencies are achieved.
Driving and measuring supplier performance; manage supplier base.
Taking an active part in the creation and execution of our category strategy.
Executing strategic sourcing projects, supporting stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing supplier contracts and performance.
Secure the achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost and delivery of the supply base
Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Lead KPI target settings and forecasting activities for all categories under CS.
Work collaboratively as a lead with Global team and local teams through regular network meetings and channelize communications.
Lead and arrange regular network meetings with local teams to share, gather information and develop effective and efficient best practices.
Support Global team to implement strategies within markets and other vendor master data activities.
Play a pivotal role in the Supplier Management transformation journey. Engage with stakeholder to drive a culture of demand planning and early procurement involvement.

Who you are
We believe you have:
University degree or Higher education preferably in the field of Business Administration or Economics and have a good command in English both written and verbally
At least 10+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context as well as advanced data management, contracting and vendor management skills
A previous experience in a Supplier Management function in the food packaging industry will be considered a plus,
Good analytical and data management skills to be able to challenge the status quo based on data and key insights,
A good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. Should have the ability to think and act strategically with strong commercial awareness, ability to interpret and negotiate contractual terms.
As a person you are results oriented, energetic, self-driven and have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and continuous change.
Customer Service Oriented and highly effective communicator and team player.
Expert in identifying, developing, setting, and achieving targets, sourcing strategies and initiatives aligned with KPIs.

We also believe you have the ability to deal with ambiguity & continuous change in terms of work scope and challenges identified. You are an open person who actively shares knowledge with others. Building relations comes easy to you and you know how to balance listening with persuasion and helpfulness with firmness. You are analytical and organised which makes it easy for you to create a structure and keep track on many parallel issues. You are a good communicator and excellent at both spoken and written English.
Your educational background is a relevant university degree at a Master’s level or above. You have solid knowledge about the paper and board manufacturing industry and related technologies. Experience from auditing, BRC and converting of papers and food packaging applications is a clear advantage, as well as experience in production, quality management and technology development.

Rollen:

Som Technical Communicator på Semcon arbetar du främst med att ta fram information och instruktioner för servicetekniker och operatörer. Arbetsuppgifter:

I rollen som Masterplanner hos NOTE har du ett tätt samarbete med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare. I din roll ansvarar du för att planera produktionen utifrån behov från kund för att sedan skapa logistikupplägg med prognoser som därefter registreras i företagets system. Vidare har du ansvar för daglig uppföljning av prognoserna så att de är rätt planerade i systemet vilket även innebär en tät kundkontakt gällande leveransplaneringen för att få nöjda kunder. Du är den person övriga avdelningar vänder sig till när det uppstår problem i produktionen – vilket innebär att stor del av ditt arbete kretsar kring hur du kan förändra och förbättra processerna. Som Masterplanner arbetar du ständigt för förbättringsåtgärder i flödet från order till leverans.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Några års arbetslivserfarenhet som planerare/Supply Planner inom produktion
• Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom Supply Chain eller inköp (meriterande)
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift

Då rollen innebär att du har tät kontakt med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare trivs du med att ha många kontaktytor och ser stort värde i att samarbeta med andra. Du motiveras av att agera problemlösande och anstränger dig för att leverera effektiva lösningar med hög kvalitet. Vidare drivs du av att ständigt vara med och bidra till förbättringar av processer och rutiner. Du har en analytisk förmåga och är uppmärksam på detaljer då du tycker om att göra saker ordentligt. Arbetsuppgifter:

I rollen som Masterplanner hos NOTE har du ett tätt samarbete med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare. I din roll ansvarar du för att planera produktionen utifrån behov från kund för att sedan skapa logistikupplägg med prognoser som därefter registreras i företagets system. Vidare har du ansvar för daglig uppföljning av prognoserna så att de är rätt planerade i systemet vilket även innebär en tät kundkontakt gällande leveransplaneringen för att få nöjda kunder. Du är den person övriga avdelningar vänder sig till när det uppstår problem i produktionen – vilket innebär att stor del av ditt arbete kretsar kring hur du kan förändra och förbättra processerna. Som Masterplanner arbetar du ständigt för förbättringsåtgärder i flödet från order till leverans.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Några års arbetslivserfarenhet som planerare/Supply Planner inom produktion
• Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom Supply Chain eller inköp (meriterande)
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift

Då rollen innebär att du har tät kontakt med inköpsavdelning, säljare och projektledare trivs du med att ha många kontaktytor och ser stort värde i att samarbeta med andra. Du motiveras av att agera problemlösande och anstränger dig för att leverera effektiva lösningar med hög kvalitet. Vidare drivs du av att ständigt vara med och bidra till förbättringar av processer och rutiner. Du har en analytisk förmåga och är uppmärksam på detaljer då du tycker om att göra saker ordentligt. Därtill förstår du vikten av struktur och ordning i ditt arbete vilket gör att du planerar dina uppgifter innan du sätter igång.

Work Description

Now we are looking for a production planner/ order planner with experience in working with SAP. You will be assigned to the department, Components and Parts, and it is responsible for the supply chain of the products as well as the planning of orders towards their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive daily (operational) production planning in SAP (capacity and material availability)
* Participation in tactical capacity planning (incl. stock planning) based on forecast to meet customer demands
* Continuously monitor the plan and interact with the production daily
* Continuous improvement work to secure material availability and KPI targets
* Daily sales order handling and communication with customers
* Secure forecast & capacity information sharing to suppliers



Who we are looking for

For this role we are looking for a person with experience in production planning or order planning. There is also a requirement that you have experience in working in SAP preferably in ECC & APO/SCM applications.

Skills Requirements:

* Experience in SAP (ECC & APO/SCM)
* Experience in production planning or order planning
* Skilled application of the common Microsoft office tools
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
* You have a technical interest and production understanding
* WCM experience is of advantage

What you will do
As Supplier Manager you will:

· Secure and maintain a supplier base in line with business requirements
· Ensure supplier agreements reflect current and future business needs in terms of quality, availability and competitive cost of components
· Coordination of activities with main stakeholders, e.g. D&E, Processing BUs, PS&E Operations, Tetra Pak Services
Who you are?
We believe you have a University degree in Economics or Engineering and at least 3 years experience within supplier management / supplier quality management or procurement. Solid know-how in supply chain will be considered a plus. Know-how of Equipment & Spare parts business will be considered a plus.
The position demands a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills.
As a person you are a driver with strong communication skills, and you can cooperate with customers, suppliers and colleagues at your level or superior level to achieve common goals and maintain effective working relationships.
You can get others to see and believe your points, and you are analytical, methodical and efficient.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential.

Beskrivning av tjänsten
Arbetet inom analys innefattar att sammanställa och analysera våra kunders inköpsmönster på ett strukturerat och affärsmässigt sätt. Informationen ska ordnas logiskt och ligga till grund för analyser och slutsatser. Arbetet inkluderar kartläggning, analys och optimering av kundens inköpsförbrukning, inköpsmönster, priser och leverantörsavtal utifrån kundbehov och önskemål. Arbetet sker både manuellt och digitalt i Decimalens system.
I analysarbetet identifieras och synliggörs avvikelser som är knutna till priser, avtal och övriga mönster. Rekommendationer om volymallokeringar och kostnadseffektiva förändringsåtgärder lyfts fram. I rollen ingår även uppföljning av inköp, avtal, leverantörskvalificeringar, leverantörsrevisioner, inköpsstrategier och processer.
I analysrollen arbetar du självständigt, har stark initiativförmåga och driver ditt arbete framåt med målet att skapa genomarbetade underlag för analys- och optimeringsarbetet. Resultatet utgör Decimalens huvudsakliga leverans till kund, vilket innebär att vi har en ambition om högsta möjliga kvalitetsnivå.
Andra arbetsuppgifter som ingår i rollen är främst av administrativ art, såsom att sätta ihop olika typer av presentationsmaterial för både internt och externt bruk.


Bakgrund och egenskaper:
Du bör ha relevant utbildning inom t.ex. inköp, ekonomi eller juridik, gärna kopplat till tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter.
Arbete inom analys kräver ett stort intresse av att jobba självständigt med siffror, kalkyler och olika typer av sammanställningar. Även ett strukturerat och logiskt tänkesätt med stark analysförmåga, där drivkraften är att nå fram till optimerade resultat och frigörande av kapital för Decimalens kunder. I den här rollen är egenskaper som noggrannhet och viljan att nå precision centrala. Även att vara lyhörd och serviceinriktad är viktigt samt att inneha god leveransförmåga och vara en slutförare. Mycket goda kunskaper att uttrycka sig väl i tal och skrift på svenska är ett krav.
I tjänsten behöver man ha mycket goda färdigheter i Officepaketet, främst Excel, samt en förmåga att kunna använda IT-verktyg och stödsystem inom statistik och inköp.
Tidigare erfarenhet av inköpsprocesser eller av lagen om offentlig upphandling är ett stort plus.
