What you'll do here as Project Sourcing Lead?
The project sourcing lead is responsible for supporting new product development projects regarding sourcing related tasks, from concept phase until hand over for volume production. Working as buyer you will have a wide network of contacts internally across Axis and externally with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Even though focusing on sourcing and procurement related tasks, you will grow your knowledge in many other areas when co-operating with other company departments as they have vital input to the decisions you will take together with the projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

* Evaluate quotes, negotiate, and select suppliers together with the projects and stakeholders.
* Review and analyze BOM (Bill of Material) in term of costs, lead times and risk to review if best possible components are selected.
* Order placement and follow up towards suppliers to support the project time plan.
* Close collaboration with contract manufacturing partners to ensure all components and materials are secured for prototype builds and production ramp up.
* Cooperation with other departments as R&D, Sourcing, Industrial Lead, Supply and Quality during development phase.
* Enter and maintain component and supplier information in business system.
* The position requires approximately 5-10 days of travelling a year

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
A degree in Industrial Economy, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar. You have technical or market knowledge about electronics and mechanical components.

* About 2 years of purchasing experience, or other relevant work experience during studies if recently graduated.
* Excellent MS Office skills, comfortable working in ERP or other IT-systems.
* Experience and understanding of different cultures through-out the world.
* Excellent skills in English and intermediate, or better, skills in Swedish

Who is your future team?
The Enterprise Sales Projects (ESP) team consists of ambitious and driven team members, each with their own area of responsibility, and with a very strong team spirit. ESP is covering all regions in the world and every Supply Chain Lead has an area to manage. It is a small team that constantly develops the ways of working and processes. ESP is part of Axis Global Supply Chain.

What will you do?
A few years back an initiative was started to improve our customer service and at the same time shield our Supply Chain from unexpected demand peaks by obtaining visibility of them at an earlier stage. To lead the cross-functional cooperation required between Operations and Sales, a new function was initiated within Operations, called Enterprise Sales Projects (ESP). The focus for this team is to manage our largest and strategic customer projects using a high-touch approach, to set the right expectations and ultimately meet customers delivery requirements whilst ensuring a smooth Supply Chain.

ESP is responsible for the coordination and execution of the largest and strategic customer projects until they are fully delivered, always with the big picture in mind. This type of Sales & Operations Planning requires continuous communication with our Sales Regions and our Sales Channel and tight collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as the Order Team, the Demand Planning Team, and the Material Supply Team.

Although the strategic planning is very important, opportunities may also appear within a shorter time horizon where the strategic planning switches to tactical planning or tactical execution. In these situations, ESP plays an important role in leading and coordinating stakeholders so that we can offer our customers an excellent service.

As a Supply Chain Lead in the ESP team your responsibilities will be to:

* Have an overview of our largest and strategic customer projects and follow-up on their KPIs.
* Have close and continuous communication and collaboration with our Sales Regions and Sales Channel.
* Collaborate with Demand Planning and Material Supply regarding the strategic planning of our largest and strategic customer projects.
* Lead, coordinate, execute and follow up from initial information point until the customer project is fully delivered using a high-touch approach.

Ditt framtida team
Du kommer att vara en del av Axis Facilities, som ansvarar för Axis lokaler, idag ca 100 000 kvm kontorslokaler och labb samt internservice på Axis Campus i Lund. Vad kommer du göra som en Premises Project Manager?
Som Premises Project Manager får du en stor variation i ditt arbete. Du kommer ha ett helhetsansvar för en variation av lokalanpassning- och underhållsprojekt på Axis. Du kommer att hålla i genomförandet av projekten, allt från uppstart, budget, driva och avsluta dessa. Arbeten sker i nära samarbete med bland annat Premises Coordinator som ansvarar för inredning- och flyttar.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat:

* Planera, organisera, leda, administrera och följa upp projekt
* Genomföra lokalanpassningar inom Axis Campus
* Yttre underhåll av fasad, tak och dränering

Vem är du?
För att trivas i rollen ska du vara initiativrik, självständig och parallellt med detta en lagspelare.
Du är ansvarsfull, prestigelös samt har förmågan att se och möta kunders behov på ett professionellt sätt. Att skapa goda relationer med så väl kunder och entreprenörer är en förutsättning för att lyckas i rollen. About you

You speak and write English with ease, and you are a skilled MS Outlook and MS Excel user. SAP knowledge is preferable. Additionally, you are capable of taking initiative, managing your own operations, and are service-minded in addition to having a structured approach.

What you will do
You will be a part of a central competence center available for the Tetra Pak organization which handle base material supplier management and development of base material specifications. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som Inköps- och upphandlingsansvarig har du ett helhetsansvar för Folktandvården Skånes inköp och upphandlingar. Rollen kräver god förmåga att utveckla, konkretisera och skapa attraktiva upphandlingsunderlag som skapar verkligt värde och som bidrar till Folktandvården Skånes fortsatta positiva utveckling. Du planerar och koordinerar upphandlingsarbetet i stort men driver också egna upphandlingar. Du fungerar som stöd till både huvudkontoret och våra kliniker som är beställare av upphandlingstjänsterna.

I rollen ingår också att följa utvecklingen inom upphandlingsområdet i stort, vara väl insatt i verksamhetens förutsättningar och förstå vilka krav vi både ska möta och ställa. Att arbeta med försörjningsstrategier och ekonomiska kalkyler utgör också en del av tjänsten.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig med relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna med inriktning mot ekonomi eller juridik. Du har vana och intresse av utvecklingsarbete och ska kunna fungera som projektledare, koordinator och kravställare mellan upphandlingsfunktionen och övriga verksamheten, men även mot externa partners.

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med komplexa inköps- eller upphandlingsprojekt som innehåller flera olika komponenter krävs liksom goda kunskaper inom ekonomi och affärsjuridik. Vi ser gärna att du har goda kunskaper i färdigställande av kompletta, konkurrenskraftiga och kvalitativa anbudsunderlag. Erfarenhet av att arbeta inom eller mot den offentliga sektorn är ett krav, då kunskap om lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU) är en nödvändighet. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i såväl tal som skrift är ett krav.

För att lyckas i rollen är du kommunikativ med en förmåga att samarbeta och du känner dig trygg med att arbeta rådgivande. Du har ett strukturerat arbetssätt med god förmåga att kunna överblicka en stor mängd data, för att också kunna gå i detaljer och se dessa relaterat helheten. Under the Head of the Supply, Procurement and Logistics Division, the position involves directing, planning, coordinating, organising, conducting and controlling procurement for ESS, and includes worldwide procurement of a broad range of commodities and services for project and administrative support. The work involves close cooperation with different divisions and groups within ESS in order to accomplish the organization’s mandate and to meet its objectives for the different phases of the project. Job description

Your main areas of responsibilities as the Group Leader for Procurement Administration will be to:

• Supervise ESS staff and consultants, as required, including work environment responsibility
• Support the Head of Division in overall management of the Division
• Under the Head of Division, planning, organising, coordinating and supervising the ESS procurement activities in the most effective and economic manner, including development of procurement plans, review of work flows and practices to optimise the use of resources. 
• Conducting, advising and directing the necessary planning, tendering processes, negotiation, administration and when necessary, termination of contractual and procurement actions.
• Develop, implement and improve procurement and contracting procedures and rules in-line with ESS adopted document structure set-out in ESS Management System. Reviewing and revising of technical documentation for tenders and other agreements for completeness and plausibility and developing procurement strategies on case by case basis.
• Collaborating with technical, legal, quality experts to ensure consistency of the procurement processes.
• Managing procurement processes, including preparation of tender documentation, bid openings, evaluations and award recommendations.
• Act as main responsible for development and improvement of electronic procurement tools and solutions in close collaboration with the ESS ERP team and IT Division.
• Preparing standard purchase orders and contractual agreements. 
• Contracts management with technical owners and other divisions, as required.
• Maintaining of procurement files and ensuring that files are up to date.
• Drafting and reviewing of templates developed for procurement in line with established procedures and rules and support the Head of Division in implementing these.
• Support the Head of Division in developing and conducting procurement training in ESS.
• Acting as focal point for Innovation Agreements.
• Strengthening the procurement function within ESS and representing the ESS procurement function outside ESS in conferences, workshops, seminars etc.
Qualifications

As Group Leader for procurement we expect you to have proven leadership skills and experience in coordination of work. As a leader you are able to motivate others and convey your views with confidence. You have excellent skills in regards to communication and collaboration. Having multicultural skills and experience in working in a scientific and technical environment is advantageous in this role.


Your educational background is a university degree or equivalent preferably within Finance, Business Administration, Law and/or Engineering. You have at least five years experience as a procurement officer within large-scale projects, preferably in a technical area, of which at least three years with line manager responsibility. At least two years experience of complex and advanced procurements, preferably on an international or European level and at least two years experience from public procurement including working knowledge of public procurement principles and relevant EU procurement directives are essential.

Experience in international, European and/or Swedish customs, VAT and tax legislation is an asset.
Knowledge of Project Management is merited. English is mandatory and other European languages an advantage. Experience of working in an international environment is essential.

ESS is in the process of transitioning from construction to operation and hence a large focus will be on making the ESS procurement ready for supporting an organisation in operation. Relevant experience is a definite advantage. 

The final candidate will be subject to a security clearance.

The position is permanent with six months initial probationary period

What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for execution of the Supplier Management sourcing strategy in the product development projects driven in the Development & Engineering organization. This is a cross-functional leadership role which facilitates early supplier technical engagement and collaboration in the development activities. This role brides the engineering community with the supplier management community with the responsibility for project management and accountability for deadlines, results and metrics, sourcing, negotiation and cost estimation. In addition, you will be part of the governance for development projects at Program level. Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, you will be expected to lead and drive activities independently.


You will also;
·  Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
·  Lead early supplier technical engagement in cost improvement activities. Support development teams to meet product cost targets though cost estimations and negotiations.
·  Actively participate in project team meetings and represents the voice of the Supplier Management and Production.
·  Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy execution. Drive use of ‘Preferred’ suppliers. Provide the project team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics and other risks.
·  Project manages the communication and activities between the development team and the supplier management organization. (i.e. supplier selection, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy development, non-disclosure agreements, supplier issue resolution, etc.) Facilitates the establishment of supply management parameter guidelines with buyers and planners. (i.e. production authorization agreements, lot size, lead time, logistics, packaging, etc.)
·  Measure and track sourcing strategy execution impact on the product and the business (i.e. product cost reductions achieved, percent of parts awarded to ‘Preferred’ suppliers, risk mitigation, etc.)
·  Collaborate with the Sourcing organization to provide market information to the NPI team (i.e. supplier technology roadmaps, price and availability trends, benchmarking results, etc.).
·  Interface and build strong working relationships within the organization.

Great knowledge in the MS Office Package is a must, SAP R/3 and Ariba is a strong merit. You have a university degree within Economics or Business Administration. We are now looking for a Supply Manager in the Lund site team, replacing the current Supply Manager for 18 months.What you will do In the role as Supply Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, which is mainly Business Unit Liquid Food and Processing Production Site Lund (PPCL). At Operations we are responsible for the supply and distribution of Axis’ products, including Purchasing, Order Handling, Production, Sourcing & Production Preparation, Sales & Operations Planning, Quality, Environment, and Logistics. We are today approximately 300 persons within Operations. Based in Lund, we interact with other Axis departments and a worldwide network of customers, distributors, suppliers, manufacturing partners and our configuration and logistics centers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
To improve our customers and partner’s experience of our customer service, we have within the last year formed a new organization at Operations that focus on our large and strategic customer projects. This cross-functional team is called Enterprise Sales Projects (ESP).

ESP are responsible for driving an efficient pipeline management together with our Sales regions to assure that we pro-actively plan our large and strategic customer projects. This means that ESP have a very close and continuous communication with our Sales Regions, and together act as one to deliver the perfect customer experience to our customers and partners.

ESP are also responsible for the coordination and execution until the projects are fully delivered, which includes forecasting, monitoring activities and order management – this is done in close cooperation with other departments at Operations, such as the Demand Planning team and our Global Order Team. Obviously, it is important that you can collaborate with many different stakeholders and across organizational and cultural borders.

As a Supply Chain Lead in the ESP team your responsibilities will be:

Together with our Sales regions have an overview and drive pipeline management for our large and strategic customer projects
Lead, coordinate, execute and follow up from initial information point until the customer project is fully delivered
Have close and continuous communication with our Sales Regions
Cross functionally collaborate with other departments across Operations to make sure that we deliver the perfect customer experience for our large and strategic customer projects
Drive and facilitate continuous improvement measures to improve Axis business
You will be a vital part of this team and fully responsible for certain large customer projects out of an Operations and Supply Chain perspective. Therefore, it is expected that you take ownership and deliver results from start. Further, as ESP still is a relatively new function, it is crucial that you have a strong drive, open mind and the ability to contribute to the design of a new organization.

This position requires approximately 15 - 25 days of travelling per year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you have a technical university degree or similar education within Supply Chain Management. Experience within Supply Chain Management and Customer Service is meritorious, but not required. A strong drive, passion and will to improve may be at least as important.

You can work independently but at the same time you are a driven team player that successfully collaborate across organizational and cultural borders. You have a great ability to coordinate different parts of the organization in an orchestrated fashion, and the ability to see things out of a holistic perspective will be important for you to succeed in this role.

You enjoy and excel at developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders. You also thrive in an environment where you plan your own activities, drive initiatives and takes responsibility for the result.

To be successful in this role you need strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English. Further, it is meritorious to have experience from working in an ERP system, ideal in IFS.
