What you'll do as a Project Manager?
As a Project Manager, you will steward enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that shape the long-term strategic direction of Operations and Axis. Your mission as a Project Manager is to guide and facilitate intricate transformation initiatives - ranging from business development to system implementation, or a combination of both.

In this role, you will inspire strategic choices, help shape governance structures, and act as a trusted advisor across the organization. You will weave clarity to ambiguous areas and technical landscapes, define solution strategies, and guide cross-functional teams through change, ensuring that the new capabilities harmonize with Axis' ways of working and digital ambitions. With a broad understanding of business processes, systems, and cross-functional dependencies, you will explore organizational impact across functions and translate complex challenges into scalable, futureproof solutions. Whether shepherding a major project or cultivating a key solution area, you will inspire the organization to think expansively and embrace digital transformation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across the company to guide strategic decisions with lasting impact. By balancing subject-matter expertise, technical insight, and holistic strategic thinking - while navigating diverse stakeholders - you will serve as a guiding force in Axis' transformation journey.
Your main responsibilities include:

* Leading highly complex, cross-functional, and strategically important improvement and transformation initiatives across Axis
* Bringing clarity and creating structure in ambiguous areas and complex technical landscapes to guide senior leadership in the decision-making process
* Developing detailed business cases and conduct return on investment assessments to highlight opportunities and create a sense of urgency
* Defining clear success metrics and ensuring follow-up on business impact and long-term outcomes
* Applying in-depth knowledge of the organization, including processes, ways of working, and IT systems, to understand enterprise-wide dependencies and potential impact across functions
* Designing solution strategies and translating organizational challenges into scalable, futureproof solutions
* Leading cross-functional teams through change and ensuring sustainable adoption of new capabilities and ways of working
* Challenging existing structures and introducing new innovative approaches to support digital and organizational transformation

You are a senior transformation leader with profound strategic acumen. You can combine insightful and reflective depth with the ability to inspire decision-making at senior levels and with clarity navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. You are a positive and curious Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where change is constant and opportunities are abundant. You can comfortably switch between detailed process and technical exploration to high-level strategic thinking - connecting the threads and helping teams see the broader tapestry.

You enjoy guiding complex, high-impact projects, creating structure in ambiguity, solving challenging problems across organizational boundaries such as across Operations, Sales, R&D, and IT. You are self-assured in engaging stakeholders at all levels and excel at fostering alignment and valuable results. You are purposeful, structured, and capable of planning and managing your own activities to deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.

* A relevant university degree (minimum B.Sc.)
* At least 7 years' experience in project management within supply chain & operations management or business transformation environments.

The Reverse Supply Chain team is committed to ensuring timely delivery of repairs and replacement units to our customers in the after-market. As the Director of Reverse Supply Chain (RSC), you will lead two specialized teams, each headed by a manager reporting directly to you. What will you do here as Reverse Supply Chain Director?
As Reverse Supply Chain Director, you'll be a driving force behind our commitment to customer support and satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to:

What will you do?
As the Fulfillment Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Fulfillment process, configuration and logistics center operations. From a commercial and strategic perspective, you will develop and implement strategies that optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of both operational executions, and the strategic vision needed to drive long-term success in fulfillment and logistics. You will, together with your team, ensure our fulfillment operations align with the company's long-term goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency. You will be a member of the Global Supply Chain Management team and you will also lead your own Fulfillment management team.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

* A strategic leadership in developing and executing fulfillment strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost and meet customer expectations.
* Drive innovation and improvement in our logistics and fulfillment processes, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging technology and automation for operational excellence.
* Lead the management of fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, by monitoring supply chain performance and acting on improvement possibilities.
* Develop and manage the CLC footprint ensuring they are optimized for maximum productivity, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all material purchases to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, while meeting the materials needs for the factory and working with global purchasing to identify and develop a work-class vendor network. This position reports to the Factory Manager with dotted line to the Product Group Sourcing Manager. Team responsibility for 11 direct reports which include White Collar. Travel is limited to 10% of working time per year.

· Fraktbokningar (framför allt från Landskrona men även från andra ställen i Sverige, samt Kina)

· Instrastat rapportering

Din bakgrund:
Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av att arbeta med logistik- och lagerfrågor. För att lyckas i rollen har du relevant utbildning inom Logistik och med en förståelse för internationell frakthantering. Då många av företagets order/leveranser är kopplade till Letters of credit (LC) bör du ha erfarenhet av LC, dock är det ej ett krav att du arbetar med det idag. Du bör även ha erfarenhet av att ha upphandlat frakter, dvs. tagit in offerter främst för sjöfrakt, över hela världen. Du har god datorkunskap och behärskar svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift.
Som person är du strukturerad, engagerad och lösningsorienterad. Du tycker att det är kul med förhandlingar samt brinner för att effektivisera. Du är en lagspelare men kan likväl arbeta på egen hand.

About the role

Who is your future team?
You will manage a small high functioning team that will be working close with other departments within Axis, such as R&D, Product management as well as the rest of the Supply Chain team. Today the teams consist of Quality Engineer, Industrial & Sourcing Lead and Supply Chain & ERP Lead. This production unit will grow over the coming years and new products will be introduced regularly and volumes are expected to increase, therefore the team will also be growing. It will be your responsibility to make sure the team grow according to current needs.

What will you do as Production Manager?
As production manager you are responsible for all aspects of the Production Unit and since this is a small unit your responsibility will vary from strategic tasks to personally do operational tasks. Strategic tasks can for example be to plan future organization, finance and production based on the road map for future products and volumes. Managerial tasks are of course to manage the staff but also to manage forecast and investments. Operational tasks can for example be to update work instructions, order consumable material or call for service on a specific equipment.

There are several quality certifications with several audits per year. As Production manager you are responsible that all work is carried out in accordance with the Quality system. You are expected to be part of all audits. You work close with the Product manager and R&D team to make sure that the Production Unit has the right capability as well as capacity needed. The Production Manager will have the total performance as well as financial responsibility for this Unit. Therefore, you will need to combine high quality demands with a business mindset.

Till vårt huvudkontor i Lund söker vi just nu en affärsinriktad och innovativ Logistikchef. Lund Fashion har ökat sina volymer kraftigt under de senaste åren både genom ökad försäljning på varumärket Flash men också genom uppköpet av DEA Axelsson. I och med denna process har behoven på struktur och utveckling ökat på avdelningen och nu söker vi för första gången en person som kan vara övergripande ansvarig för att vi har rätt vara på rätt plats, i tid och till rätt kostnad.
 
Huvuduppgifter
Analysera, planera, utveckla och optimera företagets varuflöde och logistikprocesser med målet att tillsammans med inköpsavdelning och lager främja butiks- och webbhandelsförsäljning.
 
Upprätta/utveckla relevanta analyser och rapporter.
 
Leda arbetet på lager och säkerställa rutiner och resursbehov på ett för Lund Fashion kostnadseffektivt vis.
 
Krav ställa och följa upp leverantörer inom Logistik för att optimera kostnader och leveranser. Personalansvar för lagerpersonal om 8 heltidsanställda personer varav en är stationerad i Kina. Planering av behovsanställningar löpande.
 
Ta fram relevant statistik för att effektivt kunna analysera och vara behjälplig vid prissättning och prisjusteringar.
 
Övriga uppgifter
Ingå i projektgruppen för digitalisering av Lund Fashions processer med bland annat nytt affärssystem, nytt kassasystem, onlineplattform etc.
 
Bakgrund
Universitet- eller högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller logistik.
Erfarenhet från liknande tjänst och/eller managementkonsult inom Supply chain.

What will you do?
As Manager Industrial Lead you will play a central role in industrializing Axis products. Industrialization at Axis is an integrated part of product development and the Industrial Leads manage and coordinate both commercial and technical activities.

You will develop and manage a team of approximately ten individuals and work closely with another manager with a similar Industrial Lead team. You are expected to set and achieve challenging industrialization and individual goals in line with Axis overall goals as well as to coach and support team members assigned to our product development projects.

Your responsibilities will also include to:

* Initiate and drive improvement activities within the area of industrialization to make sure that we have the right competence, processes and tools
* Make sure that routines are continuously updated, documented and applied
* Cooperate closely with other departments within Axis, particularly with R&D, and with Axis contract manufacturers

Our team
The Industrial Lead team at Axis consists of creative and ambitious individuals who are planning, coordinating and driving industrialization activities (e.g. sourcing, quality, production process development, production test development and production planning) in the product development projects.

One of the two team managers are taking on new challenges within Axis, so we are now looking for someone to replace him.

The Industrial Lead team is a central part of the Production Preparation & Sourcing department, which consist of Axis global functions within industrialization, sourcing and production technology development. All in all, we are 150 motivated and skilled individuals working together to take Axis products from the drawing board to volume production.

Who are we looking for?

The Project Supply Manager is responsible for execution of the Supplier Management sourcing strategy in the product development projects driven in the Development & Engineering organisation. This is a cross-functional leadership role which facilitates early supplier technical engagement and collaboration in the development activities. This role bridges the engineering community with the supplier management community with the responsibility for project management and accountability for deadlines, results and metrics, sourcing, negotiation and cost estimation.

Key responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
Lead early supplier technical engagement in cost improvement activities. Support development teams to meet product cost targets though cost estimations and negotiations.
Actively participate in project team meetings and represents the voice of the Supplier Management and Production.
Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy execution. Drive use of ‘Preferred’ suppliers. Provide the project team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics and other risks.
Project manages the communication and activities between the development team and the supplier management organization. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years new product introduction, industrialization engineering, sourcing, supply chain, project management or engineering services experience.

Desired Qualifications:
SAP experience desired.
Project Management (PMP) certification preferred.
Key Competency Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to manage projects / assignments requiring identification of objectives, resources and/or approaches.
