What you'll do as a Project Manager?
As a Project Manager, you will steward enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that shape the long-term strategic direction of Operations and Axis. Your mission as a Project Manager is to guide and facilitate intricate transformation initiatives - ranging from business development to system implementation, or a combination of both.

In this role, you will inspire strategic choices, help shape governance structures, and act as a trusted advisor across the organization. What will you do?

Skånes universitetssjukvård (Sus) är en av Region Skånes sex hälso- och sjukvårdsförvaltningar och består av Skånes universitetssjukhus, som finns i Lund och Malmö, samt sjukhusen i Trelleborg, Landskrona och Ystad. Skånes universitetssjukvård erbjuder vård, forskning och utbildning på nationell, regional och internationell nivå. Vårt fokus är att ständigt förbättra de fysiska och logistiska förutsättningarna för våra vårdgivare och patienter och vi är länken mellan vården och våra samarbetspartners, till exempel Regionservice, Regionfastigheter, Medicinsk service och Digitalisering IT/MT. Vår uppgift är att hjälpa vårdverksamheterna med bra lösningar och investeringar för deras behov av utrustning och lokaler samt patient- och personalnära service vad gäller exempelvis transporter och materialförsörjning.

Organisatoriskt kommer enhet infrastruktur tillhöra avdelning strategisk omvårdnadsutveckling som arbetar med strategiska frågor inom ramen för de olika vårdprofessionernas uppdrag. En vinnande sammansättning där kunnande om vården samt logistik och fastighet kan få möjlighet att samverka.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som chef för enhet infrastruktur får du en nyckelposition inom Skånes universitetssjukvård. Som chef för vår enhet får du förvaltningsövergripande ansvar för att tillsammans med dina tio kompetenta och erfarna medarbetare driva frågor inom infrastruktur. Du representerar Sus som förvaltning inom dessa frågor och kommer ingå i flertalet forum på regional nivå. Samarbetet med andra förvaltningar kommer vara centralt. Vidare kommer du ingå i ledningsgrupp för avdelning strategisk omvårdnadsutveckling, en av förvaltningens övergripande stödfunktioner.

Som chef för enhet infrastruktur har du fullt ledningsansvar, vilket innebär att du ansvarar för verksamhet, ekonomi och personal och blir närmsta chef för enhetens medarbetare. På ett resurseffektivt sätt och genom ett tillitsbaserat och coachande ledarskap leder och utvecklar du verksamheten mot uppsatta mål.

Våra tjänster är efterfrågade och du som chef får möjlighet att leda arbetet med att utveckla strukturerade och effektiva arbetssätt och processer. Centralt för tjänsten är också att arbeta aktivt med prioritering och förhandling i våra olika projekt.

I den här tjänsten kommer det också finnas utrymme att arbeta med egna projekt i den dagliga verksamheten.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande inom exempelvis bygg/teknik, process- och projektledning, logistik och hälso- och sjukvård. Du är trygg i ditt ledarskap och har gedigen och flerårig erfarenhet som chef på en strategisk nivå. Det är starkt meriterande med erfarenhet från en stor och komplex organisation och erfarenhet från hälso- och sjukvården. Vi värdesätter erfarenhet av att arbeta med logistik samt Facility Management och sammanhållande servicetjänster. Vidare ser vi gärna att du är van vid kravställning, förhandling och att arbeta med upphandling, gärna inom lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU). Här kommer du till en verksamhet med stora och komplexa projekt där det är av vikt att du har erfarenhet av att verka i komplexa sammanhang och att du har ett strategiskt helhetsperspektiv samt att du har erfarenhet av projekt- och processledning och att leda i förändring.

Du är en relationsskapande person som är inlyssnande för både verksamheters och medarbetares behov. Din kommunikationsförmåga, såväl i tal som skrift, hjälper dig att navigera i projekt där det finns flera intressenter involverade och kan där växla mellan tydlighet och krav till att vara inlyssnande. Du väger in relevanta perspektiv och har en god analytisk förmåga och kan även förmedla ditt budskap på ett pedagogiskt sätt. Du står för handlingskraft och driv och har fokus på utveckling. Som chef på en enhet med kunniga medarbetare har du förmåga att coacha och involvera medarbetarna så att ni tillsammans driver enheten framåt. Stor vikt kommer läggas vid personlig lämplighet.

Who is your future team?
You will manage a small high functioning team that will be working close with other departments within Axis, such as R&D, Product management as well as the rest of the Supply Chain team. Today the teams consist of Quality Engineer, Industrial & Sourcing Lead and Supply Chain & ERP Lead. This production unit will grow over the coming years and new products will be introduced regularly and volumes are expected to increase, therefore the team will also be growing. What will you do as Production Manager?
As production manager you are responsible for all aspects of the Production Unit and since this is a small unit your responsibility will vary from strategic tasks to personally do operational tasks. Strategic tasks can for example be to plan future organization, finance and production based on the road map for future products and volumes. Managerial tasks are of course to manage the staff but also to manage forecast and investments. Operational tasks can for example be to update work instructions, order consumable material or call for service on a specific equipment.

There are several quality certifications with several audits per year. As Production manager you are responsible that all work is carried out in accordance with the Quality system. You are expected to be part of all audits. You work close with the Product manager and R&D team to make sure that the Production Unit has the right capability as well as capacity needed. What will you do?
As Manager Industrial Lead you will play a central role in industrializing Axis products. Industrialization at Axis is an integrated part of product development and the Industrial Leads manage and coordinate both commercial and technical activities.

Our team

The Project Supply Manager is responsible for execution of the Supplier Management sourcing strategy in the product development projects driven in the Development & Engineering organisation. This is a cross-functional leadership role which facilitates early supplier technical engagement and collaboration in the development activities. This role bridges the engineering community with the supplier management community with the responsibility for project management and accountability for deadlines, results and metrics, sourcing, negotiation and cost estimation.

Key responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
Lead early supplier technical engagement in cost improvement activities. Support development teams to meet product cost targets though cost estimations and negotiations.
Actively participate in project team meetings and represents the voice of the Supplier Management and Production.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years new product introduction, industrialization engineering, sourcing, supply chain, project management or engineering services experience.

Desired Qualifications:
SAP experience desired.
Project Management (PMP) certification preferred.
Key Competency Requirements:
