What you'll do
As Engineering Director for ASIC Development, you will lead a growing organization of four teams, three in Lund and one based in Stockholm, responsible for designing our next-generation ARTPEC™ (AXIS RealTime Picture EnCoder) - the application processors powering Axis products worldwide. This is a manager-of-managers role where you will lead, mentor, and develop your management team while driving the strategic direction of our ASIC capabilities.

Your teams encompass the full spectrum of ASIC development: Architecture, System Design, RTL Design, Verification, Synthesis, and more. You'll work with a dynamic mix of seasoned senior engineers and talented newer team members, fostering collaboration across the organization and with other critical Axis teams including IP development and Software.

As Engineering Director, you will have overall responsibility for the department's success and impact. Your key responsibilities include:

* Lead, mentor, and develop four (and growing) engineering managers, building their leadership capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture
* Manage and strengthen cross-team collaboration and cohesion across geographically distributed teams
* Create a stimulating, creative, and inclusive working environment that attracts and retains top ASIC talent
* Drive the execution of the ASIC development roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of complex, high-stakes projects
* Oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations for your teams
* Lead organizational and process development initiatives to continuously improve efficiency, quality, and predictability
* Manage your department's project portfolio, from initial planning through to successful tape-out
* Provide expert guidance across all phases of ASIC development: architecture, design, verification, synthesis, technology evaluation, low power design, and physical design
* Collaborate closely with your Senior Director on strategic initiatives, providing critical input from the development teams
* Drive technical innovation and maintain Axis's position at the forefront of technology nodes

Required qualifications:

* Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field?
* Significant experience (10+ years) in ASIC/SoC development with proven track record of successful tape-outs
* Demonstrated experience (5+ years) leading and developing ASIC engineering teams, preferably managing other managers
* Experience working with 3rd party IP providers and ASIC partners is highly valued.
* Strong leadership capabilities with ability to motivate, inspire, and develop people
* Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business domains
* Ambitious and proactive with strong initiative-taking abilities

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som elektronikingenjör på JLT arbetar du med design och verifiering av elektroniklösningar i våra egna datorplattformar. Tjänsten är bred, tekniskt djup och del av ett tvärfunktionellt team där elektronik, mjukvara och mekanik samverkar tätt. Arbetet sker i projektform med varierande omfattning - från enstaka månadsinsatser till större utvecklingsprojekt. Du arbetar nära kollegor från flera discipliner, både i Sverige och internationellt.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter som Elektronikingejör:
Konstruera och verifiera elektroniklösningar för robusta datorsystem
Designa kompletta datorplattformar med fokus på systemarkitektur
Kvalificera komponenter (t.ex. IC-kretsar, EMC-filter) och moduler (t.ex. displayer, antenner, batterier, sensorer)

OM TJÄNSTEN
I denna roll kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att optimera reparationsprocesserna i R&D-projekt inom Reverse Supply Chain, från start till mål. Du kommer att arbeta nära RMA-partners samt Axis interna team för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och effektivitet i reparationsarbetet. Rollen innebär både teknisk support, felsökning och deltagande i produktutvecklingsprojekt, där du kommer ha breda samarbeten internt.

Ett viktigt ansvar i rollen blir att stötta RMA-partners för att säkerställa dess tillgång till reparationsmanualer, reparationsdelar, felsökningsmanualer och tillhörande testsystem samt fixturer. Därmed söker vi dig som är nyfiken, har driv för rollen och är bekväm med praktiskt arbete.

Rollen innebär att ansvara för att analysera, förbättra och dokumentera reparationsprocesser samt att koordinera åtgärder med olika intressenter för att säkerställa kostnadseffektiva och tidsmässigt optimerade lösningar för underhåll och reparation av våra produkter.


* Delta i produktutvecklingsprojekt för att säkerställa reparerbarhet
* Arbeta med RMA-partners för att säkerställa deras test och kalibrering
* Vara teknisk support för partners och leverantörer samt erbjuda utbildning när det är nödvändigt
* Utveckla och underhålla reparationsmanualer och instruktioner

What you'll do here as a Technical Engineer for sourced products
If you are a person with a huge technical interest and would like a good balance between technique and coordination of project activities this is the job for you. As a technical engineer working with sourced products, you will have an important role in evaluating and testing the products we source to Axis from other vendors. Typical sourced products are among other devices that power the cameras on installations such as midspans and PoE-extenders.

You will work in a project team together with a project manager and colleagues from operations. You will be the main technical responsible for the product and besides evaluation and testing of the product there will be a lot of coordination, communication and interactions with team members and suppliers.

Bringing in new products to be a part of AXIS portfolio is exciting as well as challenging. You will learn a lot about our current products, follow our processes to assess the new products, make sure of their compatibility and get them ready for the market. This introduces you to so many skilled colleagues and gets you in contact with a lot of other teams.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who makes things happen and takes initiatives. You are a great communicator interested in interacting internally. You are also structured and a problem solver. Om rollen
Som konsult hos oss kan du arbeta både onsite hos våra kunder eller i projekt på vårt kontor. Som mätsystemsutvecklare kommer du att designa och implementera både mjukvaru- och hårdvarulösningar. Detta inkluderar att integrera elektronik, sensorer, mätinstrument och kontrollenheter med nyutvecklad mjukvara. Du kommer också att delta i utvecklingen av olika kompletta test- och mätsystem, från automatiserade testsystem för försvarsindustrin till mekaniska testriggar för fordonsindustrin och inspektionssystem för MedTech-applikationer.

What you'll do here as an electronics engineer?
Together with project teammates you will work with camera electronics' hardware design & development; from concept development all the way to volume production. You will simulate and develop designs, and you will verify and validate the solution. You take part in cross functional project teams with other competence categories like software, mechanics, and product management.

The job involves requirements analysis, analog and digital circuit design, component selection, schematic capture (using Xpedition), PCB layout supervision, prototype verification and troubleshooting (including soldering and hands-on lab work), organizing certifications and production support.

Who is your future team?
The Core Technologies Imaging team is responsible for the development of the imaging processing architecture, features and algorithms, as well as for the camera sensor and optics vendor interaction and evaluation for Axis products. We deliver technology platforms on which the product development organization build cameras. The team is also a competence center for the R&D organization in areas of image processing, sensor and optics technologies.

What will you do?
As Image Platform Engineer you will join a highly skilled and experienced team that drives the imaging area within Axis. The team and you will work in projects covering several key areas, e.g. sensors and optics, image processing, imaging related features and algorithms, from early definition to release to the product development organization. The activities result both in HW (ASICs) and SW used in the Axis products. Your focus will be our imaging platform that is the basis of our products imaging features. You will be identifying future key imaging techniques, features and algorithms, then implement and verify them. As market leader in network video Axis puts great effort and focus on imaging, and you together with the imaging platform team will make sure our innovation continues and further strengthens our position.

Your main tasks will be to

* Invent, develop and improve imaging features to be implemented in Axis SW platform, taking into consideration future product opportunities, HW possibilities and limitations, API's and the overall HW and SW architectures.
* Develop and improve algorithms for image processing and for the complete camera system, e.g. algorithms to handle noise reduction, exposure, calibration, contrast, colors, artifact management, etc.
* Work closely with key counterparts at Axis to together form the future of Axis imaging, e.g other core technology areas such as analytics, graphics and encoding.

Who are we looking for?
We believe you have a genuine interest in programming, imaging and signal processing and a Master's degree in engineering physics, computer science or electrical engineering. You have preferably focused your studies on programming and image analysis. You're interested in programming and can effortlessly describe problems and solutions in both Python and C/C++.

The role as Image Platform Engineer is collaborative and requires the ability to interact with people inside and outside the organization. You have good communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and verbal. You have a natural strong drive and high level of ambitions, but still, you are humble and easy to interact with.

We are now looking for a Senior Technical Advisor with Remote Handling Systems experience for a project in Lund, Sweden for our client ESS. The European Spallation Source (ESS) is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). The European Spallation Source is one of the largest science and technology infrastructure projects being built today. The facility design and construction include the most powerful linear proton accelerator ever built. The vision is to build and operate the world’s most powerful neutron source, enabling scientific breakthroughs in research related to materials, energy, health and the environment, and addressing some of the most important societal challenges of our time.

The position is scheduled to start as soon as possible, taking notice period into account. The estimated duration of the project is 12 months with the possibility of extension. Please note that this job requires 100% on-site presence in the office in Lund, Sweden.

As a Senior Technical Advisor with Remote Handling Systems experience main tasks include:
Providing technical and project managerial support to the work package manager for the Remote Handling Systems:
• Support with strategic and tactical decision making for reaching the project goals with best balance between quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide technical expertise and relevant experience for best integration of the remote handling systems with the overall operational goals for the ESS facility.
• Advise in all technical and organisational matters that relate to remote handling solutions

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Traineeprogrammet pågår under sju månader där du växelvis erbjuds utbildning (teori) och arbete på ditt lokala kontor tillsammans med ditt team och mentor (praktik). Utbildningsblocken hålls på AWAs olika kontor runt om i Sverige där du träffar dina andra traineekolleger och får möjligheten att bygga ditt nätverk inom AWA. Du kommer under traineeprogrammet vägledas av seniora patentombud vilka ger dig grunderna i immaterialrätt, svensk och internationell, samt strategisk rådgivning ur ett affärsperspektiv.

Efter avslutat traineeprogram blir du patentombud, men resan har därmed bara börjat. Det är som nämnt en mycket spännande och utvecklande roll, men även mångfasetterad och komplex. Du kommer därför de första åren efter programmet fortsatt arbeta under handledning av erfarna kollegor och hjälpa dem i ärenden för de kunder de arbetar med. Därmed har du fortsatt möjlighet att utveckla dina färdigheter inom alla olika aspekter av immaterialrätt. Långsiktiga mål kan vara att du kvalificerar dig som europeiskt patentombud, eller att du specialiserar dig på den affärsstrategiska rådgivningen kring immaterialrättens olika aspekter.



I rollen som patentombud kommer du till exempel att:


* Göra undersökningar avseende nya uppfinningar och tekniska jämförelser med vad som är känt sedan tidigare
* Skriva patentansökningar samt argumentera för dessa gentemot patentverk världen över
* Hjälpa kunder med strategisk rådgivning kring bäst väg framåt på deras marknader och i förhållande till sina konkurrenter.
* Invända mot patent som hindrar kundens affär på något sätt
* Delta som teknisk expert i tvister kunden eventuellt hamnar i


Du kommer arbeta med nationella och internationella kunder, från ensamuppfinnare till globala företag, och med myndigheter och ombud i Sverige/Europa men även världen över.

Finns det ett även högre syfte med IP? – Ja, absolut! Innovationer är förutsättningarna för sociala framsteg och ekonomisk utveckling. De är också en nyckel i kampen exempelvis mot dagens klimat- och hälsoutmaningar. Immateriella rättigheter, t.ex. patent, är de institutionella regleringar som möjliggör innovation genom att skapa incitament att investera i forskning och utveckling (FoU)

Arbetsuppgifter

Strålsäkerhetsteamet söker nu 4 tekniker och 2 timanställda till framförallt driftsdelen av teamet.

Personerna kommer tillsammans med övriga teamet bedriva strålskyddsverksamheten vid MAX IV för en fortsatt säker arbetsmiljö. Arbetstiden är förlagd till dag- och kvällstid, måndag till fredag. Arbetsuppgifterna består framför allt av rutinmätningar, övervakning av drift och interlocksystem. Att hålla sig uppdaterad om driften i anläggningens kontrollrum genom samarbete och dialog med acceleratoroperatörer är rutin. Administrativa uppgifter inom till exempel dosimetri kan förekomma.

Kvalifikationer

Tjänsterna kräver universitets/högskoleutbildning inom fysik, teknisk fysik eller sjukhusfysik. Tidigare erfarenhet av strålsäkerhetsarbete eller arbete på en acceleratoranläggning är meriterande. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska är ett krav. Noggrannhet och förmåga att hålla ordning värdesätts. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Arbetstiden kan vara förlagd till dagtid eller kvällstid, måndag till fredag. Tjänsterna är tidsbegränsade, från 1 april till 31 maj.

• BSc or MSc level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education.
• Experience in FPGA and/or ASIC Top-Level Verification
• Great skills in SystemVerilog
• Good skills in C-programming
• Excellnt skills in several standard interfaces, such as Ethernet, I3C, SPI, SGMII, CPRI etc
• Fluent in english
• Knowledge in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Bash or C-shell (meritorious)

Om tjänsten
Som testingenjör ingår du i ett team med olika kompetenser och färdigheter. En sak har de gemensamt att det drivs av utveckling och innovation. Teamet arbetar med att erbjuda ackrediterade tester och certifieringar Wireless IOT inom EMC, SAR och OTA. Här kommer du att ansvara för trådlösa radiomätningar på olika testsystem. Du kommer att fokusera på följande teknologier: GSM, 3G, LTE, WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee och LoRa.
Förutom testning arbetar du mot företagets kunder och erbjuds en variation av arbetsuppgifter varav en är att upprätthålla en god kundrelation. Du kommer att arbeta i ett kontorslandskap i företagets lokaler vid Mobilvägen i Lund. Arbetstiden är vardagar 08.00-17.00.
I din roll som testingenjör kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebära:

- Test, tolkning och rapportering av testresultat med hjälp av stödverktyg
- Problemlösning och support till våra kunder inom ditt fokusområde
- Felsökning på testsystem och även kontakt med testutrustningsleverantörer
- Ge stöd åt kunderna under deras design fas
- Hantering av testprototyper enligt ISO17025
- Utveckla det dagliga arbetet och processerna tillsammans med teamet
- Följ upp ändringar och nya krav inom ditt eget fokusområde

Tjänsten som testingenjör är ett konsultuppdrag med start omgående.

Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildningsbakgrund från högskola eller universitet. Du bör ha ett stort intresse av att arbeta med hårdvara och tycka om kemi och matematik. Har du dessutom elektrokunskap är det extra meriterande. Med fördel tycker du som söker om att arbeta i en serviceroll då en stor del av ditt arbete är att förmedla, coacha och vägleda leverantör och kund i olika test och certifieringsprocesser. Det viktigaste för Tüv Rheinland är inte att du som söker redan kan allt utan att du har rätt attityd och inställning att vilja lära dig och vill utvecklas tillsammans med företaget.

Vad kommer du att jobba med?
Du kommer att arbeta i vårt systemstödsteam som hanterar våra verktyg tillsammans med andra systemtekniker och administratörer. Till din hjälp har du även superusers som representerar olika funktioner i organisationen.

Ditt främsta fokus är utveckling och anpassning av Windchill-systemet, men även stöd till användare och superusers är en del av arbetsuppgifterna. Du kommer att hjälpa och instruera kollegor samt kommunicera och interagera med olika funktioner på Axis. Arbetet bedrivs dels i projektform av typen att hantera specifika engångsinsatser samt löpande i form av systemadministration.

Vilka är vi?
Du kommer att jobba på Tools, Design and Technologies inom Development Services, som är en del av R&D och stödjer resten av bolaget med verktygskunnande, metodikfrågor och teknisk specialistkunskap inom mekanik och elektronik. Enheten har även ansvar för våra stödsystem i form av PDM/PLM.

Vårt team består av 15 kollegor som tillsammans jobbar med industridesign, utvecklingsverktyg och PDM/PLM, utvecklingsmetodik samt tekniska specialister inom olika område.

Vem söker vi?
Axis använder Windchill som PDM/PLM-system och vi söker en systemingenjör med programmeringserfarenhet till denna miljö. Den vi söker har erfarenhet av att konfigurera och anpassa större IT-system på server-sidan. Du behärskar programmering och script för att automatisera uppgifter i systemet och kan anpassa det till organisationens behov och arbetsflöde. Du har även erfarenhet av att integrera olika system med varandra, typ affärssystem, webservers och databaser. Erfarenhet av -programmering är ett plus.

Det är inte ett absolut krav att du har erfarenhet av just Windchill. Det är viktigare att du har förmåga och vilja att snabbt lära dig och växa i din roll.
