Your role:
As Product Manager Regenerative Medicine Manufacturing you drive the commercialization of our CliniMACS Prodigy platform for adherent cell culture applications. Focusing on pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation, you connect with translational customers worldwide to position the manufacturing platform in the cell therapy market.
You establish and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders to actively support market entry and growth worldwide.
You analyze regional market situations and develop marketing and sales strategies.
You work closely with our company departments at headquarters in Germany, including R&D, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and our local entities, e.g. to assess the regulatory situation and requirements in different parts of the world and to support registration and distribution channels.
Internally, you collaborate with our Sales, Communication, and Marketing teams to develop and maintain promotional material and programs and ensure content is delivered powerfully and professionally across a range of different channels.
You drive the product development process to design next-generation stem cell products and processes based on customer needs.
Your profile:
You have a PhD and 5+ years of Postdoc experience in pluripotent stem cell research. A strong publication record and established network within the community makes it easy for you to approach key opinion leaders in academia and industry and win them for our products.
You have gained 3+ years of product management experience with capital equipment in a Life Science environment.
You have an excellent overview of the current stem cell therapy market. A background in regenerative medicine, cell therapy, gene therapy, automation, or good manufacturing practice (GMP) complements your profile. Previous experience with the CliniMACS Prodigy platform is a strong plus.
You have experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
You are a self-starter and enjoy taking the right actions to drive the business of your product line. Being a strong networker you approach key opinion leaders pro-actively and take the right actions to continuously improve your product portfolio.
You are an excellent communicator, especially in English, and love to travel internationally.
