We are looking for an organized and pragmatic Supply Chain and Operations Specialist to oversee and coordinate our company’s supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. We strive for simplicity so there will be a strong focus on developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve our supply chain operations within the current ecosystem and with new partners for smooth and easy operations.


Your responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our business goals
Together with partners, oversee the procurement of materials, goods, and services to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Together with partner, oversee product logistics and distribution
Manage and monitor supplier performance to assess compliance with contractual agreements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
Stay up to date on industry developments and best practices
Prepare reports for senior management on supply chain metrics
Provide support and input to other Qoitech teams (mainly Sales and R&D) in all Supply Chain related matters



Your skills and experience
5+ years experience in supply chain management or coordinator/project leadership role
Proven track record of streamlining processes and reducing costs
Experience in global supply chains is a merit but not mandatory
Strong understanding and interest, in digital media handling together with excellent communication skills
Good understanding and experience in high tech businesses (electronics, Internet of Things, software)
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Great project management and problem-solving skills

Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant to Qoitech in Lund

We are Qoitech, and we're right now looking for you who are organized, detail-oriented, social and want to play a key role within Sales & Digital Marketing.
What you'll do
Your main area of responsibility will be to develop and drive digital sales. You'll be responsible for various performance channels such as Social Media and e-mail. Together with your team, you will develop and optimize effective digital marketing plans and strategies. You will work strategically but also hands-on to implement campaigns to reach both new and existing customers.
You will also put your analytic and administrative skills in action and manage information in the CRM-system Pipedrive.
Example of work assignments:
? Work with hand-on sales and marketing assignments
? Your primary work will be to analyze and improve the digital customer journey by doing A/B testing and optimization
? Work with Qoitech's CRM system (Pipedrive)
