Om rollen som Logistikkonsult
Element Logic söker nu en Logistikkonsult till sitt Design och Consulting team. Du rapporterar till Head of Sales och rollen utgår från kontoret i Lund. I rollen kommer du att ansvara för förstudier i den inledande säljprocessen för kundanpassade lösningar och konsultationer baserade på AutoStore-moduler. Du kommer att leda arbetet i form av dataanalyser, processkartläggning och kravspecifikationer, samt simuleringar och utvärderingar av lösningar. Du samarbetar både tillsammans med säljteamet och Element Logics olika kunder.

Arbetsuppgifter

- Ta en aktiv roll i införsäljningsprocessen av Element Logics lösningar tillsammans med säljteamet gällande både nya projekt samt på- och ombyggnadsprojekt och ge relevant information till förstudier.
- I nära samarbete med våra kunder och säljteamet, ta fram kravspecifikation, genomföra dataanalyser och simuleringar för kostnadseffektiva och optimerade koncept och lösningar.
- Säkerställa kontinuerlig god branschkunskap om kunderna, deras produkter och deras logistik och lagerlösningar för att kunna ge expertis och rådgivning.
- Utveckla och anpassa metoder och verktyg för effektiva logistikanalyser.




Kompetens och erfarenhet

- Vi tror att du antingen har ett par års erfarenhet av arbete inom Supply Chain/Logistik/Teknik, alternativt att du är nyutexaminerad med en utbildning inom dessa områden.
- Erfarenhet av att ha jobbat med både analyser, flödes- och kapacitetsoptimering, simuleringar samt implementering av olika koncept och lösningar.
- Det är en fördel om du är van att arbeta projektbaserat och har erfarenhet av projektledning/koordinering.
- Erfarenhet av designarbete i förstudier.
- Goda kunskaper inom Excel och övriga MS Office.
- Erfarenhet inom AutoCAD är meriterande men inte ett krav.
- Meriterande med kunskaper inom programmering, exempelvis , Tableau och Python.
- God engelska och svenska i tal och skrift.

Key responsibilities

In the role of system developer at Element Logic, you work with the design and development of Element Logic products, in an efficient way with high quality. At the same time, you will participate in building a highly motivated, well-functioning and self-organized R&D team.

As a senior system developer at Element Logic, you work with the entire development process of the company's products, as well as contribute to the improvement of the software architecture, codebase and technology platform. As a senior system developer, you contribute with technical support to partners and customers as well as contributing to the competence needs of the role and the team.

Skills and experience

The role requires experience in systems development and interest or experience in logistics solutions, automation and robotization. In the role, you, together with your future team, take responsibility for the design, development, testing and implementation of our software. The main technology is C# .NET and you have experience either in backend or full-stack development, as well as experience in software architecture. Exactly how long you've been working with C # .NET is not the most important thing to us, it is how competent you are in Microsoft's language and how your skills are within C# .NET.

Master or a bachelor’s degree in computer science

Strong knowledge and extensive experience with modern Software Engineering Practices and Tools

Experience within product development and software development

Experience from working within an Agil environment

You may also have experience or interest in CI/CD and DevOps.

Good communication skills towards all levels in both English and Swedish

You Will:

As our Project Manager you will run our projects and deliverables from start to finish, depending on the project you can be both the main Project Manager or responsible for smaller projects within a bigger one, and you could also be the one who actively works with the code and the development of our products in collaboration with our fantastically competent developers. You will assign tasks, coordinate the team, follow up on progress to make sure deadlines are held, communicate status both internally and to our clients. All in an agile and service-minded environment. The role is divided into approximately 50/50 between programming and project management.

- MSc in Computer Science or similar MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
- Experience in SW development
- Either you have experience from Project Management for a couple of years, or you have only worked with software development and combine that with a great interest in starting to start working more with Project Management.
- Innovation mindset and the skills needed to adapt and respond to change.
- Passion to explore new insights and address future opportunities and improvements!
- High Proficiency in English
- Highly developed collaboration skills
- Curious personality with a holistic view and appreciation for exciting tasks where decisions often need to be taken based on information from different partners and investigations.
- Wisdom and self-motivation typical of product developers who love solving sophisticated problems to join our great development teams.
- Excellent team-collaboration skills with a positive “can-do” demeanor
- Eager to learn new things. The only thing we know is that things will change. Both the tech we use, but also about the industry we operate in.

Scenario 1: Before the Weekend
Given it is Wednesday.
And you are replacing an old on-prem web app with some serverless functions in the cloud.
When you hear a colleague say: "Ah, soon Friday!"
Then you go in your head: "Whaaaat, I don't have time for no weekend!"
And then think of how you can move even faster to get your stuff out into production before then.
And at the same time, you feel kind of sorry for the ones longing for the weekend already.
Scenario 2: Bait and switch
Given that your colleague is going on a ski vacation for a week
And is worried about how the team will manage without him/her/. *
And you assure that you will cover.
When he/she comes back a week later
Then you have replaced his/hers/* whole Java monolith with a couple of polyglot microservices written in Kotlin and some other nice languages
Scenario 3. Whining
Given that you are unhappy with a colleague that keeps whining about mundane repetitive work they have to do.
And you know it would take you almost no time to semi-automate.
When you show that colleague how to use your new tooling to make it super smooth and easy
Then they are not interested
And just keeps doing what they always do and whine about it.
