Description of position:
The Bioinformatic Software Engineer position is meant to accelerate the development and deployment of TIGERQ clinically oriented analysis, with a second focus on NGS analysis pipeline management. The Bioinformatic Software Engineer will work to push forward, validate, and optimize the generalized TIGERQ whole genome sequencing analysis as well as managing a number of distinct NGS pipelines for running analysis services (WGS, RNAseq, ChIPseq). As part of our startup acceleration team the Bioinformatic Software Engineer will work closely with marketing, sales and production scientists to give key insight into the complexities and opportunities of current state-of-the-art NGS workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use TIGERQ principles to develop, validate, and optimize our proprietary WGS analysis in preparation for translational testing and implementation.
Develop and adopt computational pipelines for key NGS applications as part of TIGERQ services on cloud based HPC framework.
Communicate with users, consultants, and web development team to push quality development of analysis pipelines.
Analyze sequenced TIGERQ samples with current and future pipelines using HPC framework.
Prepare and give presentations on current analysis products and R&D progress.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials and sales strategies.
Take part in a flexible and dynamic startup working environment.


Qualifications:
PhD or MS in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology or a related field.
Important – more than 6 years of post-graduate computational work experience.
Important - Robust experience in Python programming and demonstrated experience in other programming/scripting languages: R, Bash, Matlab. There will be a critical programming focus for this position.
Important - deep understanding of NGS variant calling methods, with accompanying statistical calculations.
Important - Experience designing and developing research and/or production grade bioinformatics tools and pipelines for NGS applications.
Hands-on experience with genome alignment, mapping, variant calling, and annotation (e.g. BWA, Bowtie, STAR, GATK, samtools, SV callers).
Hands-on experience with bioinformatics methods appropriate for NGS applications (targeted sequencing, RNAseq, ChIPseq, and de novo genome assembly).
Experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure preferred
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment preferred.
Fluent in English, with Swedish as a plus. Nearly all communication will be in English.

Description of position:
The Research Engineer position is meant to accelerate the pace and capacity for TIGERQ market entry, with a specific focus on NGS production and product development. The Research Engineer will work to prepare samples for sequencing, develop new sequencing product types, and lay the foundation for robotic automation during the next phase of production scaleup. As part of our startup acceleration team the Research Engineer will work closely with marketing, sales, and computational scientists to give key insight into the complexities and opportunities of current state-of-the-art NGS workflows.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead NGS production environment with current focus on Gene Editing sequencing services.
Communicate with additional production engineers, sales team, and customers.
Adopt and develop next phase of TIGERQ sequencing services.
Maintain production database on processed orders.
Prepare and give presentations on production and R&D progress.
Prepare the adoption of liquid handling system on site.
Maintain and utilize next generation sequencers.
Work with computational scientists to analyze samples in a timely manner.
Maintain safe and clean laboratory working environment including ordering, stock management, and production planning.
Take part in a flexible and dynamic startup working environment.



Qualifications:
PhD degree within Life Science.
Over 3 years of NGS work experience with targeted sequencing, RNAseq, WGS, ChIPseq, or de novo genome assembly projects.
Important – documented experience in planning and implementing complex Illumina Next Generation Sequencing workflows on a timely schedule (Agarose gels, PCR design and implementation, NGS library prep, Illumina machine operation).
Familiarity with automated liquid handling a plus.
Fluent in English, with Swedish as a plus. Nearly all communication will be in English.
Demonstrated excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Highly developed organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to details.

Description of position:
The Account Manager position is meant to accelerate the pace and capacity for TIGERQ market entry. The Account Manager will work to build a foundation for sales in the TIGERQ team, with a focus on established Gene Editing Analysis workflow products, in preparation for upcoming expansion of sequencing and analysis products and services.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile information and research in order to develop sales strategies.
Develop a sales plan based on market structure, user segmentation, and available outreach channels.
Lead generation activities: evaluate needs and promote services (site visits, meetings with customers (by video/phone/e-mail), conferences and events.
Financial sales management: quote generation, price negotiations, coordinating sales with production functions (customized solutions for users), and maintain client records.
Analyze user needs and pricing strategy, in the field, in order to promote sales performance.
Conduct sales follow up activities to define and evaluate offer performance.
Maintain excellent client relationships.
Coordinate questions from clients through technical staff and ensure timely response.
Define and track sales performance KPIs, and present reports of current progress and future opportunities.
Strive for development and new expertise within the position and the team to facilitate organizational growth.



Qualifications:
>4 years of sales experience in Life Science.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
