The role  

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and various supplier management functions. Your primary responsibility will be managing suppliers in the areas of machining and castings of stainless steel, while also supporting development projects.  

Main tasks:

Define, implement, and manage agendas for your suppliers.
Oversee sourcing, contracting and management of the supplier base.
Engage in stakeholder management.
Define and manage performance metrics for your suppliers.
Participate in early-stage stakeholder projects.

Experience and competencies  

We believe you have 2-3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management, preferably within the manufacturing sector or an equivalent field, ideally with experience in machining and/or castings. You should be driven, target-oriented, and flexible with a passion for business and teamwork. A commercial mindset with effective communication and stakeholder management skills is essential. You must have proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous.

Remote work is possible part of the time (with potential for less remote work initially).

The role  

As Supplier Manager you will be responsible for securing supply and performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost. You will work collaboratively with regional and local teams through regular network meetings to share, gather information and develop effective and efficient best practice. Remote work is possible to some extent.

Main tasks:

Support Global Projects Implementation from a Procurement point of view.
Lead and manage sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy via the company´s e-procurement solution, identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships approach towards key stakeholders.
Have an end-to-end Supplier Management process understanding and secure early involvement with business stakeholders.
Define and manage performance improvements focusing on strategic needs.
Manage relationships and collaborations with strategically important suppliers.

Experience and competencies  

The person we are looking for as Supplier Manager is a self-motivated team player with good business understanding. You must have experience in project management and we expect you to have a high proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge and experience of SAP BO, Ariba and PowerBI and previous experience of procurement of Indirect Services is desired. Since you will be working in an international environment, excellent skills in English, both written and spoken, is necessary. Additionally, you have highly developed communication and collaboration skills and an analytical mindset.

ValueOne söker en Supplier Coordinator för ett längre konsultuppdrag hos ett företag i Lund med start snarast. Uppdraget kan utgå antingen från Lund i Skåne eller Sunne i Värmland.

Om rollen

I rollen som Supplier Coordinator kommer du att ansvara för lokala Supply Management-aktiviteter mot företagets fabriker i Sunne och Skoghall.

Tjänsten kan vara baserad antingen i Sunne eller Lund och ingår i företagets nordeuropeiska inköpsteam.

Huvudsaklig arbetsuppgifter:

Driva inköps- och kontraktsaktiviteter enligt de strategier som gäller för dina tilldelade kategorier.
Identifiera och implementera kostnadsbesparingsinitiativ.
Stötta det regionala och globala försörjningsteamet.
Bygga och följa upp detaljerade handlingsplaner för att uppnå tilldelade årliga KPI:er.
Spåra och rapportera leverantörsprestationer. Stötta leverantörsutveckling och prestandaförbättring vid behov.  
Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med intressenter på lokal och global nivå, bygga relationer och säkerställa en tidig involvering av supply management i projekt.
Se till att den övergripande policyn för försörjningshantering, processor och verktyg är känd och efterföljs av berörda intressenter genom regelbunden övervakning, utbildning och coachning.
Stötta det operativa inköpsteamet i Lund.
Säkerställa att master data rörande tilldelade leverantörer och kontrakt upprätthålls och uppdateras.

Erfarenhet och kompetens

Till uppdraget söker vi dig som har en examen inom ekonomi, logistik eller annat relevant område. Rollen kräver också minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet i liknande roll, i en internationell miljö. Erfarenhet från livsmedelsindustrin är meriterande men inget krav. Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett måste. Systemvana och kunskaper i Microsoft Office samt erfarenhet av SAP och Ariba ser vi som ett stort plus.

För rollen värdesätter vi att du har god förhandlings- och kommunikationsförmåga och att du har lätt för att samverka och bygga relationer med andra. Om rollen

I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta med uppgifter som sträcker sig från orderadministration till taktiskt arbete med leverantörer men även till strategiskt inköp och leverantörsstyrning.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Arbeta med operativt inköp i enlighet med företagets processer.

Erfarenhet och kompetens

För att bli aktuell för uppdraget bör du ha en högskoleutbildning i ekonomi och tidigare erfarenhet av operativt inköp. Uppdraget kräver flytande kunskaper i engelska och svenska i tal och skrift. Vidare bör du behärska MS Office, särskilt Excel, och ha erfarenhet av att arbeta i SAP. Kunskaper i företagsekonomi ör meriterande. Som person är du driven, professionell och förstår vikten av god kundservice. Rollen kräver även god analytisk förmåga.

ValueOne is looking for an Operational Purchaser for a four month assignment at company in Lund. The assignment is to start immediately.

The role  

In the role as Operational Purchaser you will be part of the Operational Purchasing Team supporting in daily purchasing through SAP, follow up on requests to suppliers and manage delivery times.

Main tasks:

Registration of order confirmations and updating purchase orders.
Ensure payment of invoices, follow up on statistics and handling of market company delivery requests through ticket system.
Keep close contact with allocated suppliers and communicate with customer representatives internally.
Support team of colleagues with backup in Outlook (e-mail) according to rolling schedule.

Experience and competencies  

The person we are looking for needs to have purchasing and replenishment experience as well as knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel and Outlook). The assignment also requires proficiency in English, verbal and written.
