Job Summary
Would you like to work in the front line with our customers, in an independent role where you have influence in shaping and driving the Tetra Pak Services business and being part of a Key Account team?
Within the North Europe Market, the Services Key Account Manager is the main interface for the customer on the service business and quality. SKAMs apply value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs. As an SKAM in North Europe you will join a highly motivated team, working within our most significant customers with an End to End perspective. In this role, there will be activities within the wider customer group, operating at a strategic level on regional and global topics.
This position is based in Lund and will require 50-75% traveling time in Sweden and Denmark and occasionally elsewhere.
What you will do
.Understand & drive improvement actions to secure a profitable account / sales area through timely portfolio, commercial actions & necessary competitiveness measures impacting project/ account management costs
Responsible for driving the service growth initiatives with MO and CSO teams ensuring growth from all categories of service business
Build & cultivate strong understanding, relationship & alignment with right stakeholders mapping different decision makers/ personas, their drivers (policies thereof)
Participate in building and successfully execution of account plans (including Quality plans) securing joint ambitions and actions.
Amplify customer’s voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints systematically driving proactive improvement actions and closing the loop with customers
Lead Generation / Opportunity management and qualification and nurturing activities to accelerate time to win, including the utilisation of our Sales tools for effective opportunity management.
Capture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques to configure solutions with engineering teams to maximize value for all parties
Drive System Solutions (Integrated sales, Up/ Cross- Selling opportunities)
Quote, Discuss & Negotiate orders and contracts with customers using Value selling process
Participate in customer group conversations and be the voice of services with the whole account team.
Ensure delivery of all necessary actions to ensure smooth functionality of the customer group account needs.

We believe you have
A university or High School Degree in Commercial, Business Administration or Technical disciplines
At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales ideally within the food industry
Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with customers in sales/business development positions

You have excellent communication and presentation skills and possess strong customer understanding based upon direct customer contact and customer relationship. You can effectively cope with change and know how to creatively solve problems. You can create dynamism and always drive to add value to the customer. You instinctively drive productivity and simplify, prioritize and innovate. You are curious as an individual and work collaboratively with others to meet shared goals. It is essential that you have the ability to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunities.

We are now looking for a Service Solution Managers, to be responsible for driving evolution of TRC services in Markets & Regions.
You will work closely with account teams to develop and deploy services solution supporting Customer operation and TRC growth ambitions.
We have 2 positions available for this role. They are permanent and ideally based in Lund or Modena although other Tetra Pak locations will be considered.
What you will do
Based on customer’s needs, support development of relevant services offerings together with account teams.
Lead deployment of TRC service offerings and follow up agreements and results together with account teams.
Consolidate customer and market needs to provide input to TRC portfolio mgmt.
Support Markets managing TRC services sales and delivery.
Lead development of new TRC services offering & portfolio.
Responsible to develop and drive long term sustainable TRC services business results.

We believe you have
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer operational requirements.
New business development experience – a proven track-record of building up new business.
At least 5 years proven experience selling and delivering services into the industrial equipment sector.
Good understanding of TPMS
Education: graduation and post-graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Food processing.
Good negotiation and communication skill
Good English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
