We are looking for a Technical Communicator, that can help our end users get the most out of CellaVision’s s products.
About the position
As a Technical Communicator at CellaVision, you will be part of a small team of experienced Technical Communicators with a focus on collaboration and team spirit. Your main responsibility will be to collect information about CellaVision’s s hardware and software products and transform that into clear instructions for end-users and technicians. MadCap Flare will be your primary tool for writing topics and building manuals. You will also engage in our products and collaborate with the engineers behind them, to be on top of the latest functionality and improvements. Other important stakeholders will be specialists within training, quality assurance, regulatory, and clinical affairs. We expect you to take the responsibility for planning your daily work and getting things done, but you can always count on your team when you need support. You will report to the Manager Technical Communication.
Key tasks as Technical Communicator
- Create accurate and user-friendly technical documentation for CellaVision’s s products.
- Gather technical information from experts and existing material as input for technical documentation.
- Plan your daily work and coordinate activities to meet project deadlines and requirements from stakeholders in the organization.
- Handle reviews to make sure that the technical documentation has the correct content and complies with legal requirements and regulations.
- Support UX designers with GUI text strings.
- Contribute to improvements in terms of more efficient way of working, strategies for re-use of content, improved readability, and consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or professional qualification relevant for technical communication.
- Advanced technical English skills.
- Experience working with XML editors and CMS.
- Experience working with illustrations.
- Knowledge about topic-based authoring.
- Well-organized, capable of managing projects and delivering results under time pressure.
- User-focused mindset that seeks to solve the end-user’s needs.
- Ability to understand advanced technical products and information.
- Team player that contributes to common objectives and a friendly atmosphere.
Nice to have
- Experience working with MadCap Flare, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge about UX writing.
- Experience working within MedTech or IT industry.
- Experience with agile development and method.
You express yourself well-formulated and clearly in writing, as well as write linguistically and grammatically correct and produce high-quality documents. You have the ability to adapt your communication to the situation and target group. We believe you are structured where you plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an efficient way. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your work both in success and setbacks. Finally, you can easily communicate and collaborate with others where you create a network within the organization.
