Job Summary
Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB sells and delivers customised food lines and plants within the food industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies.
Supplier Management is responsible for the Tetra Pak supplier base globally and leads and manage the sourcing, contracting and supplier base management activities.
We are now looking for a Supplier Manager in the Lund site team that will have a high level of responsibility for suppliers for Liquid food solutions and our Key components. The supplier base in scope delivers mainly in the area of casting and machining.
This is a permanent position, based in Lund, Sweden but there is a high need to cooperate with colleagues in the global arena.


What you will do
In the role as Supplier Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, to manage and execute strategic sourcing projects, spend & market analysis and manage our supplier base. You will be responsible for a number of suppliers, mainly within the machining & sheet metal area. On top of this supplier responsibility, you will also have an extended role internally to represent supplier management in various forums on different strategic levels.


More specific you will focus on:
Secure supply activities and mitigating risks in the supply chain
Secure performance in terms of delivery, quality and cost
Lead and mange sourcing and contracting activities
Develop and maintain relationships externally and internally and act as a business partner towards stakeholders
Have and end-to-end Supplier management process understanding and secure early involvement with stakeholders
Support and actively participate in development projects
Represent Supplier management in different internal forums and navigate the internal, sometimes political, landscape
Professionally present and argue around the supplier management role and responsibilities
Be the prolonged arm of the site manager



We believe you have

A university degree within Economics or Engineering.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in strategic procurement or equivalent strategic position
Excellent proven skills in strategic stakeholder management
Very high presentation competence, both verbally and digitally
Strong analytical skills
Ability to break silos and work effectively as a team player, driving change through informal leadership
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Have personality that is collaborative and smooth, but still can deliver the needs and demands from supplier management
Strong IT skills, experience in SAP, Excel and Ariba will be an extra advantage
Fluent in Swedish & English, both written and spoken (main scope is smaller Swedish suppliers)

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to join our Legal Affairs team, guiding, and supporting activities across Tetra Pak’s businesses, especially in the development and sourcing areas.
The Tetra Pak Legal Affairs unit contributes to a profitable and sustainable business by anticipating and resolving legal issues, protecting innovation and our brands, and promoting good governance. It is headed by the Tetra Pak Group Executive Vice President and General Counsel, who leads a global team of more than 90 world-class lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys, corporate governance and risk management, and export control professionals.
The position is permanent, hybrid and based in Lund, Sweden or in another Tetra Pak site in Europe depending on arrangements (e.g., Modena in Italy, Madrid in Spain, Hochheim/Main in Germany). You will report to the Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Affairs, Supplier Management.
What you will do
Draft and negotiate the entire range of supply contracts (mechanical components, transport and logistic, chemicals etc.) including software licensing agreements and advise on all aspects of such agreements including their interaction with other regulatory areas such as competition, digital and sustainability.
Provide general legal, governance, risk and strategic support on a variety of business areas.
Develop and support the continuous improvement of related policies, processes (including risk assessment), template agreements, notices, checklists and other tools.
Train and develop business and legal colleagues in various legal and governance areas.
Help to manage external legal advisers.
Facilitate close teamwork with the Supplier Management team and other members of the Legal Affairs team as well as with specialists in various technology areas and other internal stakeholders.

We believe you have
You are a highly skilled, qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ experience working for a leading law firm and/or an in-house legal department in a multinational business of comparable size.
You are experienced in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Experience of keeping track of existing and emerging regulations and laws in the sustainable sourcing arena would be an advantage.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent drafting and communication skills.

Within the Finance & Supplier Management, Supplier Management is the purchasing function responsible for sourcing, contracting and managing the supplier base for Tetra Pak Processing and Packaging Solutions. We are also responsible for purchasing capability growth, direct supplier management, and development of Global Purchasing Category Strategies. Supplier Management also supports all Processing Solutions & Equipment projects and installations, securing the seamless delivery of integrated offerings. The Supplier Management team ensures that we have a high performing supplier base and clear category strategies covering all Tetra Pak businesses, Packaging, Processing and Services.
We are now looking for a Supplier Manager who will be responsible for a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the development and execution of our regional category strategy of Tanks and Pressure Vessels.
The position is permanent and located in Lund, but your scope will entail frequent interactions with global and local stakeholders. You will travel around 20-25% of your time.
What you will do
In the role as Supplier Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers.
You will focus on:
Execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage supplier contracts and performance.
Within your responsibilities, you will secure the achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost and delivery of the supply base.

We believe you have
You hold a university degree within Engineering or Economics and at least 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context. You can demonstrate that you can apply strong negotiation skills and innovative approaches to the supply base development. A previous experience in a Supplier Management function in the food packaging industry will be considered a plus. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.
The position demands a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. As a person you are results oriented, self-driven and have strong communication skills. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. You can get others to see and buy in your points, through analytical, methodical and efficient approaches. You can handle stress and periods of peak work.

We are looking for a Supply Manager for an international company in Lund. The Supplier Management team is responsible for ensuring that there is a high performing supplier base and clear category strategies covering all the company's businesses, Packaging, Processing and Service.

In the role as Supply Manager you will work in close collaboration with our category leaders and supply managers, business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers. You will be supporting one or more of our global supply categories, including being responsible for a number of suppliers. You will perform spend and market analysis, support stakeholders as well as manage supplier contracts and performance.

Your daily tasks may include:
Secure supply from defined suppliers
Support and perform sourcing and management of suppliers (smaller)
Drive supplier performance improvements, focusing on quality, lead time and cost
