As Vice President & General Manager of Northern Europe, you will primarily be engaging a broad spectrum of associates to foster and develop a vibrant workforce to accomplish some of Cerner’s most important work. You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting strategic partnerships at senior Regional and National levels. The role will focus on building on our existing trusted client partnerships across the region to increase our associate engagement therefore client satisfaction. To do this you will need to create alliances across teams and industry, adapt to market trends, and engage a vision for integrated care and health network management.
You will coach and manage a diverse team of highly experienced General Managers as well as play a central and crucial role in some of Cerner’s most aspirational projects and new markets. This is a key leadership role within Cerner International and rightly maintains a seat on International Cabinet. You will also develop and maintain working relationships with other Cerner executives in relevant lines of business that serve or may serve the region and your clients. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
14+ years’ total combined higher education and experience in healthcare, software services or technology sales, implementation, or support
Experience in translating sophisticated technical approaches to consumable messages that drive client action
At least 7 years of people management experience
Experience building relationships with Executive Board members, Local Authority officers and CXOs
Relevant experience working with members of executive leadership teams at the individual client as well as Regional and National levels
Proven experience leading teams and deriving engagement from them.

As an Integrated Technologies Architect, you work as a consultant to our clients and sit in various projects with great responsibility for all technical issues regarding delivery and infrastructure.
