Combine Control Systems är en ledande leverantör av högkvalitativa tekniktjänster inom utveckling av styrsystem och data science. Inom styrsystem arbetar vi huvudsakligen inom tre olika områden: utveckling för inbyggda system i C-kod, automationssystem med olika PLC-leverantörer eller modellbaserad design med Matlab / Simulink. Det som förenar de olika implementeringsteknikerna är ett genuint intresse för att lösa problem med en matematisk och teoretisk metod. Detta manifesteras av kunskapen om när man ska använda ett Extended Kalman Filter istället för en extra sensor eller när man ska använda MPC-reglering istället för LQR.

Vi letar för närvarande efter ingenjörer med erfarenhet från automationsindustrin eller inbyggda system. Våra kunder inom automation inkluderar företag inom olika branscher och med olika utmaningar. Inom automation jobbar vi förutom med traditionell PLC programmering även med att utveckla Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance algoritmer, Virtual Commissioning och andra digitaliseringsfrågor inom Industry 4.0. Våra kunder inom inbyggda system är några av Sveriges mest framträdande produktbolag med utmaningar i den absoluta tekniska framkanten. Förutom att designa den bästa algoritmen är det här viktigt att även säkerställa en effektiv och säker exekvering av koden på det inbyggda systemet.

Huvuduppgifter

• Att arbeta hos kund med algoritmutveckling och implementering i Matlab/Simulink, PLC eller C.
• Del av interna projektgrupper som levererar lösningar till kunder.

Måste-ha kvalifikationer

• M.Sc. inom teknik med fokus på en eller flera av följande discipliner; Reglerteknik, mekatronik, elektroteknik, datorteknik eller teknisk fysik.
• Flytande svenska.
• Flytande engelska.
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med PLC-kodning eller C kod för inbyggda system.
• Minst 2 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

Trevlig-att-ha kvalifikationer

• Ph.D. inom relevant område

Job Summary

As a team leader at Combine Control Systems you will work closely together with the other members of the management team in Skåne and the other team leaders in Gothenburg and Linköping to build the Combine Control Systems brand and business. Your job will be split between working with your own assignments and projects and managing the personell in your team. A big part of your task will be to motivate and enable personal growth for the members in your team. The team is already in place, but the objective is to grow the team by hiring new talents.

A big part of your role will consist of creating and maintaining an inspiring working environment for your colleagues. This means organizing events, AW, lunches etc. to build the right group spirit.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that you have the best possible resources available in your team and that project deliverables are meet with the highest possible standard. Finding new costumers and performing daily sales are done by other parts in the organization, but you are expected to assist in sales by attending sales meetings etc.

Job Summary

Combine Control Systems is a leading supplier of high quality engineering services within control systems development and data science. Within control systems we work mainly in three different areas: development for embedded systems in C code, automation systems using different PLC vendors or model-based design using Matlab/Simulink. What unites the different implementation techniques is a genuine interest for solving problems with a mathematical and theoretical approach. For a controls engineer this could be manifested by the knowledge of when to use an Extended Kalman Filter instead of an extra sensor or when to use a MPC controller instead of a LQR controller.
