The RoleNajell is looking for a hands on Marketing Manager that will lead and develop Najells marketing strategy and efforts and report directly to the CEO. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Drive and develop Najells global marketing strategy and execution.
Live the life of a scale up organisation and help us thrive together.
Lead team of about 15-20 people.
Build internal competence to drive all marketing activities. 
Develop strategies to improve sales and growth aligned with brand goals.

Your Qualifications Higher degree education in marketing.
Proven experience from marketing at a higher level.

The RoleNajell is looking to grow its team by adding a Business Developerthat will work cross functionally over the organisation and report directly to the CEO.The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Diverse role including running responsibilities and special projects
Category Management - coordinate and develop our customer offer by working with theproduct design team and the commercial team.
Price Management making sure we have the right price for the right product at the right time.
Deep dive market analysis to guide our marketing activities to grow brand awareness and increase sales.
Develop our aim to find ways of working with second hand sales of Najell products.
Develop our aim to find ways of renting out some of our products.
And more and more and more...


Your Qualifications Higher degree education in a relevant field.
Experience from online sales and/or marketing.
Experience from consumer retail sales.
Experience to lead outside of own team as this role includes coordinating and working across departments without own managerial role.
Can do attitude willing to make sure we achieve results.
Ability to move between complex tasks and big and small improvement projects.
