Ansvarsområden
Identifiera nya strategiska och operativa affärsmöjligheter inom den södra regionen
Sälja/Marknadsföra elkraftsanläggningar och Schneider breda produkt-program inom mellanspänning till kunder som är verksamma inom industri, infrastruktur och elkrafts-/energibolag samt till partners.
Bearbetning av både befintliga och nya slutkunder/partners.
Inom företaget har du kollegor som stöttar dig i offerthantering, produktkunskaper och projektledning för att driva affärerna från start till mål.
Delta i mässor och seminarier. 

 
DIN PROFIL
För att bli framgångsrik i rollen besöker du kunder i Södra Sverige inom industrin, infrastruktur och elkrafts-/energibolag, där du presenterar och säljer nyckelfärdiga elkraftsanläggningar och produkter som ställverk, transformatorer, reläskydd, SCADA övervakningssystem etc. Du bearbetar även våra partners (elinstallatörer/elkonsulter) där Schneider aktivt ingår som underentreprenör i Elkraftsentreprenader.
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av verksamhet/försäljning inom/av elkraftsanläggningar/ kraftentreprenader på 1000 V eller högre. Alternativt har du sålt elprodukter inom området och vill nu ta nästa steg och sälja nyckelfärdiga elkraftsanläggningar sett ur ett energioptimeringsperspektiv.

We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to lead development of the next generation of products for building management solutions. S/He will be responsible to ensure delivery of business objectives. Your responsibilities
• Own your program portfolio and the coordinated objectives and dependencies in close partnership with Product leader and R&D leader
• Manage and be accountable for the projects in your program in terms of scope delivery, time/schedule, cash out, quality
• Focus on managing critical path and risks, not solely on tasks tracking
• Motivate and challenge teams to deliver according to plan.
• Ensure business decision-making throughout the team & process.
• Facilitating planning, aggregate objectives, ensure proper vision, and execution
• Regularly publishing information to ensure visibility, transparency and escalation
• Ensure capacity management in sync with resource mgrs

Required skills and experiences
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• >8-10 years of project management in software and hardware environment
• >5 years of technical experience as a SW and/or HW engineer

• Experience working with multi-site & remote teams
• Strong skills in communication, risk assessment, change management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and convince
• Experience working with external agencies/contracts to complete work streams

What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled C# Developer to help us deliver Schneider Electric’s corporate Building Management System (BMS) platform. We are seeking a talented ‘hands on’ engineer to join our development department in Lund. As a member of the development team you will work closely with other development teams globally.

The C# Developer will be responsible for creating applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support in our BMS platform.
